FDA Approves Experimental Hepatitis B Vaccine for Adults Despite Higher Incidence of Heart Attacks

In February 2018, the FDA and CDC approved the recommendation for a new hepatitis B vaccine, Heplisav-B for adults over the age of 18.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had twice rejected the application for licensure for Heplisav-B in the past four years because of safety signals.

Heplisav-B differs from other licensed hepatitis B vaccines in that it contains a new synthetic adjuvant known as cytosine phosphoguanine 1018 (CpG 1018) composed of short synthetic DNA molecules.

In 2016, the FDA rejected an application for licensure for the Heplisav-B vaccine, because the agency was concerned about an increased rate of heart attacks and deaths in people who had been given the vaccine. During the trial, approximately 14 subjects had heart attacks.

In July 2017, the FDA committee convened to re-evaluate the scientific evidence and make a decision on whether Heplisav B should or should not be approved for use in the U.S.

This committee had only one cardiologist on the team, Milton Packer, MD, who is a distinguished scholar in cardiovascular science at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

According to Dr. Packer, it was possible that the Heplisav B vaccine’s novel adjuvant was related to the higher number of heart attacks in study participants who received the experimental vaccine. He stated: “To know if the 7 -1 heart attack imbalance represented a real risk, we’d need comparative data in 50,000 people.”

However, the only way to conduct such a large trial would be to approve the vaccine and see what happens in the public.

With Dr. Packer abstaining in his vote to recommend the vaccine, the FDA committee approved it anyway. Dr. Packer stated: “Why did I abstain? Based on the available data, it was impossible for anyone to know if the increase in heart attack risk was real. There is a simple rule in life: if you don’t know, you should say you don’t know.”

The vaccine is now available to the public, and all those who receive it are basically guinea pigs to find out if heart attacks will result from the experimental vaccine, and if it will continue to have FDA approval.

Today, depending on how one measures “greatness,” America could still be considered greater than other countries in certain aspects, such as having the world’s largest economy, or the world’s most powerful military force.

But there is one area where America exceeds all other nations’ of the world that hopefully most Americans would not be proud to admit: America is the #1 destination for pedophilia and child sex trafficking, and this huge market exists mainly because it is funded by taxpayers through the U.S. government Child Protection Services and Foster care system.

Spanish Study Sees Improvement in Alzheimer's 21 Days After Starting Coconut Oil

There have been several studies from countries outside the U.S. that show the health virtues of coconut oil for Alzheimer’s Disease. Meanwhile, pronouncements from the USA’s Alzheimer’s Association and medical press releases, warning against using coconut oil, have persisted.

These international studies conclusions fly in the face of our “expert” opinions that, as a saturated fat, coconut oil threatens heart health. This misinformation continues even as medical practitioners of all types are realizing that the lipid theory of heart disease as the leading contributor to poor heart health is simply not true.

The most recent study was published on July 20th, by the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease. This human study was conducted by academic researchers in Valencia, Spain, and titled Improvement of Main Cognitive Functions in Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease after Treatment with Coconut Oil Enriched Mediterranean Diet: A Pilot Study.

This was a remarkable study, as there were measurable improvements among Alzheimer’s patients in 21 days from adding coconut oil to a Mediterranean diet.

HPV Vaccine Scandal Affects Cochrane Biased Review as Critics Speak Out in BMJ

In May 2018, Cochrane, the research organization that bills itself as the “international gold standard for high quality, trusted information,” released a flattering review of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines. The Cochrane review methodology involves pulling together data from clinical trials and reviewing the assembled evidence in what is supposed to be a standardized, systematic and neutral manner.

In June, we reported that Cochrane’s sources of funding—agencies and foundations that are unwilling to brook any questions about vaccine safety—raise reasonable doubts about Cochrane’s conflicts of interest and ability to remain independent from its funders’ agendas. Now, researchers affiliated with one of Cochrane’s regional member centers (the Nordic Cochrane Centre) and with the Oxford-based Centre for Evidence Based Medicine (OCEBM) have come out with an exhaustive critique of Cochrane’s HPV review, published in BMJ Evidence-Based Medicine. Not mincing their words, the authors state:

“We believe that the Cochrane [HPV vaccine] review does not meet the standards for Cochrane reviews or the needs of the citizens or healthcare providers that consult Cochrane reviews to make ‘Informed decisions,’ which…is part of Cochrane’s motto.”

The Nordic and OCEBM authors make many solid arguments about the Cochrane reviewers’ omissions and errors, including the reviewers’ inexplicable characterization of the higher death rate in the HPV group as “a chance occurrence.”

Parenting in the 21st Century: Big Government (and Your Neighbor) Is Watching You and Your Children

Parents of 20-somethings probably recall the “Mommy Wars.” Parenting magazines and mainstream media frequently addressed the cultural battle between mothers who made different parenting choices – stay-at-home moms vs working moms, breastfeeding vs formula feeding, homeschool or public school, or epidural vs natural childbirth.

With the advent of social media, the term “Mom-shaming” came into use. Passionate advocates took to Facebook and blogs to promote their perspective on the “right way” to parent.

As emotionally brutal as the Mommy Wars or Mom-shaming could be, they pale in comparison to the new reality facing parents today in trying to navigate the often stormy waters of parenting.

Parental refusal to bow to the opinions of those around them can carry drastic consequences. Families can literally lose their children, even permanently, because someone who doesn’t like their parenting style decided to invoke the strong arm of governmental authority.

The fears of others, even irrational or statistically-unlikely fears, are becoming codified into the social “moral” fabric of modern society. Self-appointed, cultural watchdogs, who would have been called “busybodies” in times past, are no longer content to wag their fingers or type out a nasty post.

By involving Child Protective Services, these fear mongers often subject the children to the possibility of far worse conditions than anything they could be “rescuing” them from.

New York Times writer Kim Brooks found herself on the defensive end of another person’s fear about a parenting decision, and she faced the possibility of arrest and losing her children. She wrote an opinion piece entitled “Motherhood in the Age of Fear,” in which she eloquently describes the escalation of the Mommy Wars into a very battle for our children themselves.

Monsanto Glyphosate Cancer Trial Update: Biased Judge? Key Evidence Not Allowed

The California trial against Monsanto by Dewayne Johnson, a 46-year-old former school groundskeeper, who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma four years ago and claims that Monsanto hid evidence that the active ingredient in its Roundup herbicide, glyphosate, caused his cancer, is nearing the end, where a jury will decide on a verdict.

One of the attorneys of the Plaintiff, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has been giving updates that are being posted on the Organic Consumers Association website.

In a recent update, Mr. Kennedy reported on some of the actions of Judge Bolanos that seemed to suggest that the judge could be potentially biased in favor of Monsanto by not allowing some key evidence, some of which seems to contradict what another judge, Judge Curtis Karnow, seemed to rule was admissible in pre-trial hearings.

In spite of these limitations, Mr. Kennedy feels that the trial is going their way as it is finishing up and being delivered to the jury.

Child Murder or "Euthanasia"? Belgium Legalizes Physician-Assisted Suicide for All Ages - 3 Minor Children Die

A report published earlier this month (July, 2018) by Belgium’s Federal Commission for Euthanasia Control and Evaluation states that doctors assisted with the “suicides” of three minor children since the country’s parliament voted to lift age restrictions on euthanasia.

The minors were 9, 11 and 17 years old, according to the report. Their conditions ranged from muscular dystrophy to brain tumors to cystic fibrosis. The conditions of all three were determined to be terminal, and euthanasia was approved unanimously by the Belgium’s euthanasia committee.

In 2017, a doctor resigned from Belgium’s euthanasia commission, alleging that the committee had euthanized a demented patient who had not formally requested to die.

This begs the question, can a minor child, especially a handicapped one, be expected to make such an important decision as to end one’s own life?

Or are these “physician-assisted” suicides simply a way to murder children who are deemed not useful to society?

UK Government to Begin Giving HPV Vaccine to Boys Amid Public Outcry

The UK government has recently announced that, by September 2019, boys aged 12 to 13 years will be given the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, a vaccine that has been available to girls in the UK for the past ten years.

There has been documented evidence that the HPV vaccine has caused more injuries than any other vaccination in history. Despite this evidence, however, the HPV vaccination has continued to be hailed a success by the pharmaceutical industry and governments alike.

According to the MHRA, the adverse event reporting system in the UK, there have been a total of 9,119 reports of adverse reactions reported in the UK since the vaccine was launched in 2008. These reports equate to 23,882 different ailments and include a total of 8 deaths.

The UK’s decision to include boys into the equation has alarmed many parents whose daughters have already been injured by the vaccine.

Parents Lose Custody of Disabled Adult Son for Questioning Psych Drugs

Medical kidnapping can happen to adults as well as children. Health Impact News has reported a number of adult kidnapping stories over the years.

Some involve senior citizens. Others, like this one reported by ABC News in Raleigh, North Carolina, regarding 24-year-old, Ian Bankert, involves the seizure of adult children with mental illness or disability from their parents who have loved, raised, and cared for their children their entire lives.

Doctors (mostly psychiatrists) and courts have the power to step in and take over the entire lives of such individuals, isolating them from their families and ultimately deciding every aspect of their care.

Ian’s parents became concerned about the doctors “overprescribing him with medication,” a concern which is shared by many parents and patients, and watchdog groups.

Doctors recommended “more medication and long-term care,” but his parents, according to ABC11, “instead insisted that a good diet, exercise and faith could restore Ian’s sense of self.”

Ian’s story is another in a long list of cases where the financial and academic interests of one group – psychiatrists and public guardians – are pitted against the civil rights and familial interests of individuals and their families.

The long arm of the state again overrides the decisions of parents who know and love their son and want what is best for him. They do not believe that locking him away from his life and loved ones and drugging him are the answer.

Lawfirm Announces $101 Million Measles Vaccine Settlement for Infant that Suffered Brain Injury

The lawfirm of Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A. announced earlier this month (July, 2018) that they had negotiated a $101 million dollar settlement for an infant who suffered a severe reaction to the Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccine.

A one-year-old healthy baby girl, who was already walking and climbing, received vaccinations for Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis A, Haemophilus Influenzae type B (Hib), Prevnar (pneumonia), and Varicella (chickenpox) on February 13, 2013.

That evening, the mother noticed the baby was irritable and feverish.

After a call to the pediatrician, the doctor advised Mom to give her Tylenol and Benadryl. The fever continued for several days, and on the evening before the baby’s scheduled pediatrician visit, the baby began having severe seizures.

She was rushed to the emergency room. She went into cardiac and respiratory arrest, and doctors placed her on a ventilator.

The seizures and cardiac arrest left the baby with a severe brain injury, encephalopathy, cortical vision impairment, truncal hypotonia (low muscle tone), and kidney failure.

After months of treatment at the hospital, the baby finally went home, but her disabilities required specialized medical care and supervision around the clock for the rest of her life.

The $101 million dollar settlement will pay for the child’s constant high-level medical care for the rest of her life. The family received a lump sum of $1 million dollars to cover the immediate costs of medical bills and expenses. The rest will be paid out through an annuity over the child’s lifetime.

Don’t expect to read this story in the Big Pharma-sponsored corporate “mainstream” media, where the official doctrine is that vaccines are “safe and effective.”

Lithium Orotate: Nutrient for Brains that Fights Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Parkinson’s

Whenever someone mentions or especially recommends lithium, people tend to get nervous. They think it’s only for manic-depressive or bipolar types with the normal expectations of pharmaceutical side effects.

American Academy of Pediatrics' Failing Shaken Baby Syndrome Diagnoses: Use Tyranny When Science Fails

The line between medicine and the justice system has been blurred. Certain doctors, especially those certified as Child Abuse Specialists or Child Abuse Pediatricians, have essentially become judge, jury, and executioner in cases involving Shaken Baby Syndrome and Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy allegations.

The testimony of one of these doctors can result in a family being ripped apart with the child sent away to foster care or even adopted out by someone else. Parents and grandparents are sentenced to prison, even a lifetime in prison or death row, based on their testimony.

Clearly, these doctors have a tremendous amount of power, literally holding the fate of generations within their control.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recently issued a “consensus statement” regarding Abusive Head Trauma (their preferred name for what is more commonly known as Shaken Baby Syndrome).

It essentially asserts that there is no question that their way is the right way, that judges and the public need to recognize that they are right, and that anyone who says otherwise is just wrong.

Increasingly, attorneys and the public are questioning the assertions made by the doctors who hold themselves up as the ultimate authority over legal matters involving abuse.

Cases are being overturned, and innocent parents are being freed.

The consensus statement appears to be a response to the plethora of SBS cases being overturned in the courts, a statement to let people know that they are still in charge and that their dogma, to which the authors hold with almost religious fervor, is not to be challenged.

If they’re allowed to move forward, it’s possible that the federal government could adopt restrictions on vitamin doses that can be legally sold, as Europe has already done.

Are Vaccines Linked to Increase in Mast Cell Disease and Allergies?

Grandmother Wrongly Accused of Shaken Baby Syndrome is Freed from Prison After 11 Years

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that a grandmother was freed from prison this month after Loyola Law School’s Project for the Innocent became involved.

Maria Mendez spent the last 11 years of her life, serving a 25-year sentence for the death of her 9-month-old grandson. She had been convicted of Shaken Baby Syndrome, but attorneys and law students who fight for people who are wrongfully convicted took up her case, pointing out medical evidence that was not considered by the court.

Mendez was originally convicted based on the testimony of a Child Abuse Specialist.

Dr. Carol Berkowitz is the Director of the Child Abuse Fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. At one time she served as the President of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is part of the Helfer Society – an elite group of doctors involved with Child Abuse, and in 2014, she won the society’s highest award.

Despite her many accolades, Dr. Berkowitz failed to consider alternative explanations for the injuries sustained by the grandson of Ms. Mendez. The testimony that she gave reflects the junk science beliefs involved in Shaken Baby Syndrome.

Other doctors disagree with her diagnosis, but she was the only doctor to testify 11 years ago.

Study: Glyphosate-based Herbicide Impairs Female Fertility

Exposure to environmentally relevant doses of a glyphosate-based herbicide during pregnancy has been found not only to impair female fertility in rats, but to induce foetal growth retardation and malformations, including abnormally developed limbs, in their second-generation offspring.

Argentinian researchers tested the glyphosate-based herbicide – one commonly used in Argentina – in pregnant female rats at two doses, which were added to their food. The rats were mated and dosed from the 9th day after conception until their pups were weaned. This first generation of offspring and their offspring in turn (second generation) were followed and monitored for reproductive effects.

The lower dose of glyphosate tested, 2 mg/kg bw/day (2 mg per kg of bodyweight per day), was in the order of magnitude of the reference dose (RfD) of 1 mg/kg bw/day recently set for glyphosate by the US Environmental Protection Agency, based on industry’s developmental toxicity studies. The “reference dose” is the dose that is supposed to be safe to ingest on a daily basis over a lifetime.

The authors added that this dose is representative of the glyphosate residues found in soybean grains and is in the order of magnitude of the environmental levels detected in Argentina.

The higher dose of glyphosate, 200 mg of glyphosate/kg bw/day, was selected based on the industry-declared no-observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of 1000 mg/kg bw/day for maternal toxicity established in rats.

In other words, according to industry’s own tests, this dose should not have been toxic to the mothers and thus should not have harmed the foetuses.

But harmful effects did occur.

Soaring Infertility Rates Linked to Vaccines

A plague is spreading silently across the globe. The young generation in America, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Japan, Australia – in virtually every western country — is afflicted by rapidly increasing rates of infertility.

This spring, the United States reported its lowest birth rate in 30 years, despite an economic boom. Finland’s birth rate plummeted to a low not seen in 150 years. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently introduced a string of reforms aimed at stemming the country’s “deep demographic declines.” The government of Denmark introduced an ad campaign to encourage couples to “Do it for Denmark” and conceive on vacations, and Poland produced a campaign urging its citizens to “breed like rabbits.”

The “population bomb” we were all endlessly warned about by environmentalists failed to blow, and instead, demographers have been trying to raise the alarm about the population implosion crisis unfolding across the West — the graying of societies facing an unprecedented aging demographic in which there will be too few young to support the old. Most often, they blame social factors: young women embracing careers instead of motherhood, men shunning marriage and fatherhood, rising consumerism or couples choosing to delay raising a family until the economy settles.

But there is another phenomenon that is rarely mentioned – the growing numbers of young people who are not childless by choice but who are incapable of bearing children.

So, earlier this month, when an unprecedented study was released that looked at a database of more than eight million American women and singled out a whopping 25 percent increase in childlessness associated with one particular vaccine that young women have been taking for only a decade — in tandem with a marked decline in fecundity — you would have thought there would be significant interest from public health, the medical profession and the media, wouldn’t you?

Former National Cancer Institute and National Institutes of Health Scientist Calls Cancer "An Induced Disease of the Twentieth Century"

Health Impact News first introduced the iconoclastic work of cellular biologist, Dr. Mahin Khatami, PhD, in an earlier article entitled “HPV Vaccine Scam: NIH Scientist Exposes Corruption in Cancer and Vaccine Industries”, which mentioned Dr. Khatami’s extensive credentials that put her beyond criticism, though not beyond ignoring.

The pharmaceutical industry-controlled medical profession won’t allow any light to shine on her 2016 white paper “Safety concerns and hidden agenda behind HPV vaccines: another generation of drug-dependent society?”

Now, Dr. Khatami, a former program director and health scientist administrator at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), has published a new white paper exposing the fraud in the cancer industry, claiming that cancer is “an induced disease of the twentieth century.”

Dr. Khatami points out that vaccines and the multitude of environmental toxins introduced over the past six decades are mostly responsible for the proliferation of most diseases, including cancer, despite the “unlucky” random genetic mishap theories offered by some.

Pediatric Child Abuse "Experts" are NOT Experts in Anything

A common denominator in many of the cases of medical kidnapping that we have covered at Health Impact News is the presence of a Child Abuse Specialist doctor. Time and again we have reported stories where a parent takes a child to a hospital for one reason or another, only to find themselves accused of child abuse by a Child Abuse Pediatrician, even when there are real medical conditions present.

Once that accusation is made, doctors almost universally stop looking for any other explanation for a child’s symptoms, sometimes jeopardizing the health of the child doctors are supposed to be helping. The child is usually separated from his or her parents and is frequently placed in the care of strangers – a practice that, in itself, is harmful to children.

Parents tend to assume that the doctors are concerned about finding out what is wrong with their child. They do not expect that they may encounter a doctor whose role aligns more with prosecutors and police officers than it does with the practice of medicine.

Defense attorneys in Virginia have recently discovered what could be termed an “unholy alliance” between prosecutors and a child abuse team at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk.

According to the Daily Press, the Virginia attorneys are concerned that:

“the agreement — which they learned of only recently — makes CHKD doctors part of the “prosecution team” rather than truly independent experts, which they fear could tip the scales of justice.”

The contracted agreement has been in place since, at least, 2013 in that location. How many other similar contracts exist around the country? Such an agreement could provide a partial explanation for troubling practices that many families have encountered when taking their children to their local children’s hospitals where they are medically kidnapped.

Is Beer a Good Detox Beverage to Remove Aluminum?

There have been two recent animal studies in Spain indicating that beer is capable of removing aluminum from brain cells, allowing the brain to heal from its toxicity and inflammation. The most recent study used non-alcoholic beer, and the earlier one used beer with alcohol.

Both types of beer, mostly due to their antioxidant hops content and silica from silicic acid used in the brewing process, have been observed leaching aluminum from aluminum nitrate induced into lab rats. Aluminum that gets into brain tissue creates all sorts of neurological ills.

Silica binds with aluminum to neutralize its toxicity and escort it out of the body through urine. Cucumbers and the herb horsetail are high in silica that doesn’t penetrate the blood-brain barrier. Beer contains the silicic acid which does.

But there is a serious caveat for using beer to eliminate aluminum from the brain that will be discussed in this article.

Texas Mom Who is a Nurse Fights to Regain Custody of Daughter Taken Away After Gardasil Vaccine Injury

Social workers told a Texas mother that Monday was her last visit with her daughter. Aniya Blu Vasquez was medically kidnapped from her family after she became ill following a medical error in which her pediatrician injected her with the Gardasil 9 vaccine intended for her older brother. Aniya was just 4 months old at the time.

A Texas court decided last month that the parental rights of her mother, Anita Vasquez, should be terminated, devastating the family and supporters alike.

However, their story is not over.

In a quirk of legalities, Anita Vasquez filed a Declaration of Recision of Signature/Contracts before the court was able to file the entry of judgement on the termination of parental rights.

As a result, there will be another hearing on Monday, July 23, 2018, at the Victoria County Courthouse at 9 a.m.

She says that there is substantial new evidence in her case that was not considered by the court. Anita asserts that the very basis upon which CPS seized custody of Aniya was fraudulent, and CPS knew it all along.

Concerned citizens are rallying around the family that they believe is suffering a grave injustice.

Study: Virgin Coconut Oil Reduces Effects of Aluminium Chloride-induced Alzheimer’s

Another study has been published here in 2018 looking at the positive effects of virgin coconut oil for Alzheimer’s disease.

This is the third peer-reviewed study we have covered so far in 2018 looking at the effects of coconut oil on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD).

This latest study is titled “Possible prophylactic anti-excitotoxic and anti-oxidant effects of virgin coconut oil on aluminium chloride-induced Alzheimer’s in rat models.”

It was published July 13, 2018, in the “Journal of Integrative Neuroscience.” The study was conducted by researchers from the Faculty of Medicine at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. This year’s previous studies on AD and coconut oil were also conducted outside of the U.S. (Japan and Iran.)

This study is significant, because it addresses the issue of aluminum toxicity, which has been increasingly linked to AD. (See: Study: High Amounts of Aluminum in Brains of Alzheimer’s Patients.)

From the study abstract:

“Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects an estimated 5.4 million people worldwide.

However, there remains no curative treatment for the condition.

Aβ and hyperphosphorylated tau accumulation are the main hallmarks of the disease; they interfere with glutamate uptake and mediate glutamate excitotoxicity, oxidative stress, inflammation and neurodegeneration.

As virgin coconut oil (VCO) is well-known as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory natural compound, the purpose of the present study was to assess the possible prophylactic effect of VCO on aluminium chloride (AlCl3)- induced AD in rat.”

Gardasil Vaccine Legal Victory: Canada Federal Court Rules to Release Clinical Trial Data to American Researcher

CBC News and the British Medical Journal (BMJ) are reporting that Professor Peter Doshi has won a major legal victory against pharmaceutical companies trying to hide clinical trial data from the public due to “confidential agreements” for 5 pharmaceutical products.

Doshi sued Health Canada to release clinical trial data submitted to Health Canada by the manufacturers of the HPV vaccines Gardasil, Gardasil 9 and Cervarix, and the anti-viral flu medications, Tamiflu and Relenza.

A Canadian Federal Court judge ordered Health Canada to release the pharmaceutical clinical trial data, undercutting the Canadian government’s attempts to keep the information confidential.

As far as I can determine, this landmark court ruling out of Canada has been completely censored in the U.S. corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media.

This appears to be a brilliant legal strategy by Doshi and his attorneys, since they had little to no chance of obtaining this clinical trial data from any court in the U.S., where pharmaceutical companies enjoy legal immunity from most lawsuits.

The importance of receiving this data, particularly on Merck’s Gardasil vaccine, cannot be overstated.

As we have reported many times here at Health Impact News, the entire medical approval process to bring the HPV vaccine into the U.S. market is full of scandals and cover-ups, which has resulted in the injuries and deaths of many young people, particularly young women aged 12 to 26, many of whom can no longer bear children due to the vaccine making them infertile.

“I hope my case sets a precedent and allows researchers, clinicians, and the public easy access to clinical trial data,” Doshi reportedly stated in an email to CBC News.

“Regulators shouldn’t have a monopoly on judging the risks and benefits of medicines or hinder others from doing the same via confidentiality agreements.”

“A woman in Nevada dies from a bacterial infection that was resistant to 26 different antibiotics. A U.K. patient contracts a case of multidrug-resistant gonorrhea never seen before. A typhoid superbug kills hundreds in Pakistan. These stories from recent years — and many others — raise fears about the possibility of a post-antibiotic world.”

Despite strong warnings, about 80 percent of the antibiotics sold in the U.S. are still given to livestock — not to treat acute infections but as a preventive measure, and as a growth promoter. This routine low-dose administration is a most dangerous practice, as it primes bacteria for resistance.

Attorney: Elder "Protective Services" is a Racketeering Enterprise Medically Kidnapping Seniors

More than 30 years ago, throughout the United States, state governments created agencies known as “elder protective services.”

As seen by such designated titles, these agencies are made to appear as though state governments are helpful resources for citizens.

However, nothing could be further from the truth.

These so-called protective agencies are, in fact, wolves in sheep’s clothing that I can attest to from not only my direct personal experiences, but also from years of research.

Upon years of my reviewing and obtaining voluminous court documentation throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts—particularly, in my professional experience as an attorney, there is no doubt, whatsoever, that public officials have been operating a racketeering enterprise through the probate and family courts, feeding off our most vulnerable citizens, the elderly.

These public officials do so through physical and financial exploitation of the elderly.

Autophagy and Intermittent Fasting: Removing Waste from the Body and Cellular Regeneration for Better Health

Autophagy is essentially an intra-cellular survival system of removing waste and malformed cellular components from the liquids within animal and human cells. This phenomenon was noticed a half-century ago in animals but soon forgotten.

HHS Sued for Not Upholding Vaccine Safety Testing Mandated by Law

Parents of Down Syndrome Baby Euthanized by Vanderbilt Hospital Expose Lies of Social Workers in Court

Could things start to be turning around for the Rivenburg family? At stake in the most recent court hearing was the termination of parental rights for the parents of Annalise Rivenburg, the big sister of deceased Baby Steffen.

While their family and many supporters around the world waited and prayed, Steffen Rivenburg, Sr., and Patricia Tornberg walked into Judge Wayne Shelton’s Clarksville, Tennessee, courtroom on Monday, July 9, 2018.

They had been in that courtroom many times, and every time they felt like were walking into a lions den, facing attorneys, social workers, doctors, Guardian ad Litems (GALs), and a judge, all of whom seemed determined to tear them and their family apart.

This time, however, it was different. Grandmother Lisa Rivenburg, spokesperson for the family, told Health Impact News:

“It was epic!

The judge LISTENED to the kids [Steffen, Sr., and Patricia] this time!”

This is the first time since their children were taken from them by the Department of Children’s Services (DCS) on February 2, 2017, that the family has felt that they were listened to in court.

They don’t know why things changed, but they see this as a huge answer to prayer.

Annalise is still not home with her family, but her parents’ parental rights have not been severed. For now she remains in the foster home that she was placed in by DCS, but she is not up for adoption.

Arizona Veterans Group Calls Out Local Law Enforcement and Mayor for Covering Up Pedophile Trafficking

Last month (June 2018) Health Impact News reported on the story out of Tuscon, Arizona, where a group called Veterans on Patrol uncovered a child sex camp that was believed to be used by cartels crossing the border from Mexico to traffick children in the U.S.

Local law enforcement refused to acknowledge that the camp was used in child sex trafficking, and just when it looked like they were going to remove the members of the group from continuing their investigations, something dramatically changed, and the veteran group, now joined by hundreds of volunteers coming in from all over the world, was allowed to continue their patrols in the area.

Their patrols have continued the past few weeks, and the group is claiming that they have shut down some of the human trafficking, as well as drug trafficking, as a result of their efforts.

The leader of the group, Lewis Arthur, who once enjoyed a great local reputation for his work with getting veterans off of the streets, has come under increasing pressure and criticism from local law enforcement and the corporate-sponsored media.

He recently vented some of his frustration on a Facebook Live-stream broadcast, where he accused local law enforcement and the Tucson mayor, Jonathan Rothschild, for covering up known pedophile groups operating within Tucson, Arizona.

Throughout his broadcast, Arthur makes is clear that he is being driven by a mission he believes has been given to them from God, and his trust that God will protect him from those seeking to destroy him and his credibility.

He believes that their work is revealing the truth about human trafficking coming across the border, and its link to pedophile groups operating out of Tucson and elsewhere which is being covered up by bad law enforcement officers and political figures.

Judge: 300 Cases Against Monsanto Claiming Glyphosate Causes Cancer Can Continue

The decision by U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria in San Francisco followed years of litigation and weeks of hearings about the controversial science surrounding the safety of the chemical glyphosate, the key ingredient in Monsanto’s top-selling weed-killer.

Samoa Seizes All MMR Vaccines After Two Infants Die Minutes After Receiving the Vaccine

TV1 in Samoa is reporting that two infants have died within minutes of receiving the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine.

“Tala Fou brings you breaking news on the death of two young children both aged 1-year-old from the villages of Safotu and Sasina in Savaii. Both children died within minutes of being vaccinated with the MMR vacine at Safotu Hospital on Friday morning the 6th of July.

Our News Reporter Alisa Faamaoni met with both families in Savaii today. The parents of the first child Marietta and Samuelu Tuisuesue of Sasina explained in detail to Tala Fou that within three minutes of their 1-year-old daughter Lannacallystah Samuelu being injected with the MMR vacine by a nurse she was dead.”

What is so tragic, and has this island nation in such an uproar, is that the parents of the second child who died had reportedly already learned about the first infant’s death a couple hours earlier and declined to have their child receive the same MMR vaccine. The mother reports that the nurse administered the vaccine against her consent, leading to the child’s immediate death upon receiving the vaccine.

Why Probiotics May Often Not Be Enough for Healthy Microbiomes: The Necessity of Prebiotics Like Resistant Starch

One of the latest nutritional discoveries that only recently began gaining good press and widespread awareness is something called resistant starch, or sometimes known as safe starch.

This is a food quality, and it’s not relegated to one food – several different foods fall into this category.

Resistant starch has been studied with increasing awareness of its ability to serve as a prebiotic, a fermentation fiber food source for friendly bacteria in the intestinal or gut flora. The results of an enhanced microbiome, in turn, lead to greater immunity to disease and improved overall health.

Several different carbohydrate plant foods contain resistant starch. And some are enhanced with resistant starch by cooling after cooking.

If it were not for the increased awareness of the microbiome’s friendly bacteria content and function over the past couple of decades, this resistant starch research information would probably still be under the radar of nutritional health awareness.

Should Women be Given the Tdap Vaccine During Pregnancy?

A great debate is raging about whether we should have mandatory vaccination to prevent childhood illnesses. Mandatory vaccination would do away with a religious, ethical, or scientific disapproval of a vaccine.

A study from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine reported that the Tdap vaccination during pregnancy reduced the occurrence of infantile pertussis. This study is a perfect example of why we need informed consent on the safety and efficacy of vaccines and why we should not have government mandates about vaccines.

The researchers looked at infants admitted to the hospital with pertussis and compared two groups of pregnant women: one group who received the Tdap and the other group that did not.

This study showed that the Tdap vaccine is 0.02% effective at preventing hospitalization from pertussis. In other words, the vaccine will not benefit 99.98% who take it.

The Tdap vaccine contains a known neurotoxin (aluminum) and carcinogen (formadehyde). There are ZERO safety studies shown that it is safe to inject either substance into a human much less a pregnant human.

When I was trained, I was taught to be very careful when prescribing any therapy for a pregnant woman. I was always taught to err on the side of caution.

I think that was sage advice.

Tdap for pregnant women? Give women the appropriate information and let them decide.

Tennessee Court Seeks to Terminate Parental Rights for Young Sister of Down Syndrome Baby Euthanized by Vanderbilt Hospital

It has been just over a year since the death of Baby Steffen Rivenburg Jr. at the hands of Vanderbilt Hospital, Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) and Judge Wayne Shelton’s court. Since his tragic, senseless death, his family has been fighting DCS and the court for custody of Baby Steffen’s older sister, Annalise.

On Monday, July 9, parents, Steffen Rivenburg Sr. and Patricia Thornberg, will again go to court over custody of Annalise. Maybe. They were supposed to have court on Monday, June 11. When they went to court that day, they were told that court was cancelled.

They again went to court on June 19 for a scheduled foster care review board hearing. When they arrived on that date, they were told that court was changed to July 23. They later received documents in the mail telling that that court was to be held on July 23.

Quite by accident, they learned that the July 23 hearing has been moved to Monday, July 9. Steffen’s mother, Lisa Rivenburg, the unofficial family spokesperson, told Health Impact News that they called the court this past Monday, July 3, about filing some paperwork. That was when they learned that their court date had moved up 2 weeks. If they hadn’t called the courthouse, they never would have known about the date change.

The hearing will presumably address motions filed by DCS, including a “Motion to Ratify Per Plan and Motion to Review Permanency” for Annalise.

On June 11, 2018, DCS filed for termination of parental rights over Annalise. The family has 30 days to respond to the TPR filing. They hope to address the filing in court on Monday, July 9.

Father Wrongly Convicted for Shaken Baby Syndrome Death of Son Set Free After 10 Years

A District Court judge has overturned the 2009 homicide conviction of Robert Wilkes, marking yet another court victory for the Montana Innocence Project.

Wilkes’ 3-month-old son, Gabriel, died in October 2008. More than a year later, Wilkes was convicted in the baby’s death and sentenced to 40 years in prison.

The Montana Innocence Project began to look into his case in 2012, finding that Gabriel had no signs of abuse and that the prosecution relied on the theory of Shaken Baby Syndrome in Wilkes’ case.

The Innocence Project gathered a series of medical experts from around the country to review the case. They determined a number of other likely causes of his death. Also, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy had listed the cause of death as “undetermined,” something Wilkes’ defense attorney did not present at trial.

In an order issued Thursday, District Court Judge James Haynes of Ravalli County, who was brought in to oversee the Wilkes case, overturned the conviction. As part of his order the judge concluded that Wilkes’ attorney at trial had been ineffective in his representation of his client.

In a statement, Innocence Project attorney Toby Cook said the medical evidence they presented was “overwhelming.”

“While we have always believed in Dave’s innocence, he can never regain the 10 years he has lost,” Cook said.

World Health Organization's New Lax Vaccine Safety Policy Leads to More Child Deaths by Vaccines

Two leading pediatricians in India have published a critique of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) newly revised manual on the classification of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI).

The doctors claim that the new guidelines are too lax, resulting in more children dying from adverse reactions to vaccines, with no accountability for the vaccine manufacturers to produce safer vaccines.

In the U.S., pharmaceutical companies manufacturing vaccines cannot be sued due to faulty vaccines, which allows them to put as many vaccines into the market as they want, with no repercussions if the vaccine proves to be faulty or have a high injury and death rate. Victims must sue the U.S. government and top DOJ attorneys who protect the drug companies.

This move by the WHO may very well be an attempt to protect drug companies manufacturing vaccines by preventing lawsuits in the rest of the world for faulty vaccines.

According to the report of these two doctors, the consequence of India adopting WHO’s new classification can be seen from the causality assessment of 132 serious AEFI cases uploaded on the website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Of the total AEFI cases, 54 babies died and 78 survived, “but not even one death was classified as vaccine-related. Nearly all the deaths were simply classified as unclassifiable or coincidental.”

Pediatric Psychiatrist Committed Research Fraud on Children for Experimental Psych Drug

Newly obtained records raise additional concerns about the research and oversight of Dr. Mani Pavuluri, a star pediatric psychiatrist at the University of Illinois at Chicago whose clinical trial studying the effects of the powerful drug lithium on children was shuttered for misconduct.

A ProPublica Illinois investigation earlier this year revealed that the National Institute of Mental Health ordered the university to repay $3.1 million in grant money it had received to fund Pavuluri’s study.

Parents of at least eight children who participated in Pavuluri’s trials contacted UIC after learning she had violated research rules, a larger number than the university previously disclosed.

Among other findings, NIMH concluded Pavuluri tested lithium on children younger than 13 though she was told not to and failed to properly alert parents of the study’s risks. A university investigation concluded she falsified data to cover up the misconduct, according to documents.

The ProPublica Illinois investigation found that UIC officials didn’t properly screen or monitor Pavuluri’s research — and then, after realizing she had broken rules, continued to promote her expertise to the public as she maintained an active medical practice for years. She resigned from UIC effective June 30.

NIMH demanded the refund, a rare rebuke, after determining there had been “serious and continuing noncompliance” by Pavuluri as well as failures by the university’s institutional review board, or IRB, a faculty panel responsible for reviewing research involving human subjects.

Why Coconut Oil, or Any Saturated Fat, Cannot Raise Cholesterol Levels (LDL levels)

Scottish medical doctor, Malcolm Kendrick, has just written a brilliant expose on his blog explaining, scientifically, why it is impossible for saturated fats to raise LDL cholesterol levels.

As I have written many times over the years, this is the kind of information that can save your life and help you make wise dietary choices, but it is information that the U.S. government, Big Pharma, and the corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media cannot afford to publish.

Because to do so would be to admit guilt in one of the biggest medical scams of all time: the lipid theory of heart disease.

This theory, which has been proven scientifically to be false, has been an economic success for cholesterol-lowering statin medical drugs, the most profitable class of medical drugs all time. This theory also promotes the low-fat diet which encourages consumption of carbohydrates from U.S. subsidized crops, as well as polyunsaturated oil, also derived from U.S. subsidized crops.

This theory of heart disease, which condemns cholesterol and saturated fat, has probably been responsible for many millions of people’s early deaths and the life-long suffering of autoimmune diseases for an entire generation.

Massachusetts Attorney Exposing Medical Kidnapping Threatened with Being Disbarred

Lisa Belanger says that she was always “Daddy’s girl.” She is the youngest daughter of Marvin Siegel of Boxford, Massachusetts, and she and her father have always been very close.

It has now been more than a year and a half since she has seen her father, not by her choice or the choice of her father. A court, guardians, and lawyers have medically kidnapped her father, essentially imprisoning him in his own home, and they have forbidden his baby girl from having any contact with him.

Lisa Belanger is an attorney who followed in her father’s footsteps, and she is not taking this cruel twist of life lying down. She has been fighting to get him back since he was taken under state guardianship in mid December 2011.

Now, in what she sees as retaliation for exposing the corruption in the guardianship system in and around the Boston area, an attorney, who has been fighting alongside the guardians against the family of Marvin Siegel, is attempting to have Lisa Belanger disbarred.

This attorney, Marsha Kazarosian, was hired by Mr. Siegel at one time, but just before he was medically kidnapped, he attempted to fire her. In a handwritten statement, he wrote:

“I want to terminate your services for going against my wishes.”

Kazarosian refused to be dismissed. Now, almost 7 years later, Lisa Belanger is still fighting the attorney for one of the most basic of human rights – the right to have a relationship with her father.

She says that the complaint against her essentially boils down to this:

They’re saying, “We’re going after you because you dare to expose us.”

Japanese Attorneys Representing HPV Vaccine Victims Urge Government to Ban HPV Vaccines

In a recent press release commemorating the 5-year anniversary of the Japanese Government suspending its recommendation of the HPV vaccine, the National Attorneys Association for the HPV Vaccines Lawsuits called upon the Japanese Government to ban the HPV vaccine completely.

This is the type of news that is routinely censored in the corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media in the United States. The fact that there is a national organization of attorneys litigating against one specific vaccine and the injuries it is causing, is itself newsworthy.

The vaccine manufacturers who are being sued in Japan, GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp., enjoy 100% legal immunity in the United States, due to the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act.

We must look outside of the U.S., therefore, to learn about just how devastating Gardasil and the HPV vaccine is, as the National Association for the HPV Vaccines Lawsuits reports:

“Compared to other routine vaccinations, an average of over seven times the number of serious adverse effects per one million HPV vaccinations have been reported, and the number of disability certifications by the Adverse Drug Reaction Relief System is almost ten times higher.”

Cannabis Legal Updates: Legalization of Industrial Hemp Passes Senate

The biggest surprise in 2018 for news on the cannabis plant, is that seemingly out of nowhere, there is now a push for legalizing industrial hemp nationally. It has actually been passed in the Senate, but not as a stand-alone bill.

Industrial hemp is known for its dense, strong fiber content that has many applications, such as making paper, cloth, rope, biodegradable plastics, and even strong, non-toxic building materials with their own innate insulation. The ramifications of its use for types of materials mentioned are more ecologically-sound.

It’s also an agricultural asset. It’s a hardy cash crop that can be planted and harvested twice in moderate climates. It can be used by organic and conventional farmers as a rotating crop that helps enrich the soil as it requires no synthetic fertilizers.

This is great news for farmers and advocates of using hemp for environmentally-sound consumer and building products, as well as CBD. It will create hemp independence from foreign hemp sources, which includes Canada and other nations. Currently, it is legal to import industrial hemp products, but illegal to grow it.

I’m really happy to let you know that a very interesting case report and review of mine has just been published in a highly indexed peer review journal. It’s entitled “Remission of aggressive autoimmune disease (dermatomyositis) with removal of infective jaw pathology and ozone therapy: review and case report.”

This paper details a man with severe and life threatening autoimmune disease unresponsive to 4 toxic immunosuppressive drugs, including massive doses of prednisone.

I evaluated him differently than conventional doctors would do. His disease, “dermatomyositis” is a description only, telling you it involves inflammation of the skin and muscles. Conventional medicine stops there and treats with powerful and possibly crippling drugs. The integrative doctor looks for causes. I found causes in his mouth/jaw: hidden and asymptomatic infection. Find the cause and the patient can be relieved of disease without a lifetime, and life shortening concoction of poisonous drugs.

This is an interesting case report and review of the dental connection to disease, and ozone therapy as a modulator of inflammation. His immunosuppressive drugs were taking him down. Who Will Take a Stand Against Forced Vaccination and Fight for Medical Freedom in the U.S.?

Every July Americans celebrate the day in 1776 when we declared our independence from a monarchy and began to create a Constitutional Democratic Republic to secure liberty and justice for all.

Today, we are witnessing the erosion of core values that our constitutional democracy was founded upon.

One example is a public campaign led by the medical establishment to demonize and discriminate against anyone opposing zero tolerance vaccine laws that violate human rights in the name of public health.

There are only two laws that require American citizens to risk their lives. The first is a federal law, the military draft, which requires all healthy male adults to risk their lives in a war declared by the government to protect national security. Adults objecting to a war for religious beliefs or conscience can obtain a conscientious objection exemption without being punished.

The second is a state law requiring all healthy children to risk their lives in a war that doctors declared on microbes two centuries ago. However, unlike adults who are not punished for following their conscience and refusing to fight in a war to protect national security, parents can be punished for following their conscience and refusing to risk their children’s lives in a war to theoretically protect the public health.

State sanctions include segregation and loss of the unvaccinated child’s right to a school education or permitting pediatricians to deny medical care to children if their parents refuse one or more government recommended vaccinations.

The forced vaccination lobby backed by industry and medical trade is already making plans to double down and target multiple states in 2019 for removal of religious and conscientious belief exemptions, while also placing further restrictions on medical exemptions to vaccination.

California Pediatrician Bob Sears Breaks Silence on Medical Board Opposition to Vaccine Exemptions

Two years ago we covered the story about Dr. Bob Sears in California who faced discipline by the California state Medical Board after he wrote a medical exemption for vaccines on behalf of a 2-year-old patient who experienced adverse reactions from earlier vaccines.

This action taken against Dr. Sears happened after the new law in California, SB277, went into effect removing religious and philosophical exemptions for vaccines. After the passage of SB277 in 2015, only a doctor can issue an exemption for vaccines for medical reasons.

Dr. Bob Sears is internationally renown for his stance on parental rights and informed consent, and although he is not anti-vaccine, he does believe that a one-size-fits-all approach to vaccines is misguided, and that the medical needs of his patients need to be taken into consideration regarding vaccines and the spacing of vaccines.

Therefore, the attack on Dr. Sears was generally seen as a political move in California to try and intimidate him and other doctors who write medical exemptions for vaccines for their patients, which is perfectly legal, even after the passage of SB277. California lawmakers are heavily lobbied and influenced by Big Pharma, which would like to see all vaccines mandated for everyone, regardless of medical conditions.

Dr. Sears has broken his silence after 2 years, and he has revealed that there are several other cases the California Medical Board is looking into regarding his medical practice.

Study: Vitamin D Can Lower Breast Cancer Risk 80 Percent

A study published June 15, 2018, goes beyond anecdotal experiences or theories that indicate vitamin D offers immune boosting protection against minor diseases such as colds, flues, and other respiratory diseases. It also offers protection against cancer.

There have been other studies demonstrating vitamin D’s ability to protect against different cancers in the past. This latest study focused on breast cancer, which afflicts women more than any other cancer.

The bulk of its focus centered on what serum levels of vitamin D did the most to prevent breast cancer.

Children Taken by Arizona CPS for 2.5 Years Return Home with Horrible Accounts of Abuse in Foster Care

A young Arizona boy wrote a heartbreaking letter to his teacher describing the horrors that he saw while he was in a group foster home.

Had the things that he talked about happened in his own family home, the teacher would have been mandated to contact Child Protective Services, and a social worker likely would have taken him from his home before the day was out.

However, the incidents happened under state custody, and it was almost a month later that the teacher told the boy’s mother about the letter.

As hundreds of parents have reported to Health Impact News, the real abuse and dangers in foster care are swept under the rug by social workers, while minor incidents or accidents that happen in loving family homes are turned into major catastrophes that Child Protective Services must rush in and address.

The children of Arizona mom, Aprilli Coumpy, were taken from her by the Department of Child Safety (DCS) in March of 2015, over an accidental injury involving spilled Ramen noodles.

The children spent almost 2 1/2 years in various foster and group homes, before they were finally returned home. Their case was closed on August 15, 2017.

The separation traumatized the children and their mother, and they are in counseling as they try to heal and move forward from the harm caused by those charged with protecting families.

Now that the children are finally back home and starting the healing process, they want to go public with the horrible abuses the children suffered while in foster care.

More Research Published Supporting Coconut Oil's Claim to Heal Alzheimer's Disease

In May, 2018, I wrote about a new study published in Iran that looked at the “neuroprotective effects” effects of virgin coconut oil for Alzheimer’s patients.

The title of the study is Virgin coconut oil (VCO) by normalizing NLRP3 inflammasome showed potential neuroprotective effects in Amyloid-β induced toxicity and high-fat diet fed rat and was published in the journal Food and Chemical Toxicology.

While we have been publishing reports of coconut oil reversing the symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurological diseases for several years now, we believe this was the first peer-reviewed study to actually look at some of the mechanisms of how coconut oil benefits Alzheimer’s patients.

Now, a second peer-reviewed study has been published here in 2018 looking at the mechanisms of how coconut oil positively affects Alzheimer’s patients.

Published in the journal, Neurochemical Research, researchers in Japan examined the effects of lauric acid, the most predominant medium chain fatty acid found in coconut oil, on activated microglia in mice.

Coconut oil is nature’s richest source of lauric acid at about 50% of its composition, and human breast milk comes in a distant second at around 6% lauric acid.

The title of the study is Lauric Acid Alleviates Neuroinflammatory Responses by Activated Microglia: Involvement of the GPR40-Dependent Pathway.

FDA Approving Dangerous Drugs that Are Injuring and Killing People

As pharma companies underwrite three-fourths of the FDA’s budget for scientific reviews, the agency is increasingly fast-tracking expensive drugs with significant side effects and unproven health benefits.

Nuplazid, a drug for hallucinations and delusions associated with Parkinson’s disease, failed two clinical trials. In a third trial, under a revised standard for measuring its effect, it showed minimal benefit. Overall, more patients died or had serious side effects on Nuplazid than after receiving no treatment.

Patients on Uloric, a gout drug, suffered more heart attacks, strokes and heart failure in two out of three trials than did their counterparts on standard or no medication.

Nevertheless, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved both of these drugs — with a deadly aftermath. Uloric’s manufacturer reported last November that patients on the drug were 34 percent more likely to die from heart disease than people taking an alternative gout medication. And since the FDA fast-tracked approval of Nuplazid and it went on the market in 2016 at a price of $24,000 a year, there have been 6,800 reports of adverse events for patients on the drug, including 887 deaths as of this past March 31.

The FDA is increasingly green-lighting expensive drugs despite dangerous or little-known side effects and inconclusive evidence that they curb or cure disease. Once widely assailed for moving slowly, today the FDA reviews and approves drugs faster than any other regulatory agency in the world.

Merck Receives FDA Priority Review to Expand Dangerous Gardasil Vaccine to Women and Men Ages 27 to 45

Gardasil vaccine manufacturer, Merck, announced earlier this month (June, 2018) that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted them a “Priority Review” to approve the dangerous and controversial Gardasil 9 vaccine to women and men, ages 27 to 45.

The Gardasil vaccine is currently approved for girls and boys, ages 9 through 26.

The request by Merck to expand its market to women and men, ages 27 to 45, and the FDA’s approval to grant it a Priority Review by October 6, 2018, follows 10 years after the FDA struck down a similar request to expand the older version of Gardasil to the same age group.

Besides the hundreds of stories of young women being injured or even killed by the Gardasil vaccine, as well as the lawsuits mounting in countries outside the U.S., the published data regarding Gardasil just keeps getting worse.

Will the FDA consider these studies in determining if Gardasil should be expanded to a larger population? Shouldn’t the FDA instead be determining if Gardasil should even stay in the market, as other countries are beginning to ask?

Antibiotic Catastrophe Being Hid from the Public

Antibiotic-resistant disease is a major health threat around the globe, such that illnesses once easily treatable with the drugs are now becoming deadly.

The cause of the antibiotic-resistance epidemic is quite straightforward: overuse of antibiotics.

“Resistant bacteria are more common in settings where antibiotics are frequently used: health care settings, the community and food animal production,” the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states — and the latter category is of utmost importance.

The majority of antibiotics in the U.S. aren’t used in health care settings for humans; they’re used in industrial agriculture, primarily in low, steady doses for purposes of “disease prevention” (which also has the “side effect” of growth promotion, making the animals get bigger, faster).

Despite this, exactly how and in what numbers antibiotics are used on U.S farms is a mystery, in large part because, as Wired put it, the data “isn’t considered an obligation owed to public health … it’s a political football.”

Texas Mom Blamed for 4-Month-Old Daughter's Accidental Gardasil Vaccine Injury - Loses Parental Rights

A Texas jury decided Thursday afternoon, June 21, to terminate the parental rights of a mother whose 4-month-old baby was injected with the Gardasil-9 vaccine in error.

Anita Vasquez is devastated. She and her friends and supporters are shocked that this could happen.

Instead of doctors and social workers considering the possibility that the symptoms her daughter, Aniya Blu Vasquez, experienced could be related to the vaccine that is not approved for children under 9-years-of-age, Anita was blamed, and her daughter was taken from her by Child Protective Services (CPS).

Anita tells us that there was important information that the jury did not hear before making their decision. There were things that she believes her attorney should have presented but did not.

For example, only doctors who believed that there were no side effects from the Gardasil vaccine were allowed to testify.
