The family from Allen, who wants to remain anonymous, says the side effects were stunning: hallucinations, running away from school and an attempt, they believe, to hurt herself.

“The second story window was open, which is in her bedroom, and she used her desk to climb up onto it, and she was about to jump out the window when my wife came up and grabbed her,” her father said.

Tennessee Kidnaps 3 Boys from Mentally Disabled Mom - Refuses Grandmother Custody in Favor of Adoption to Strangers

A grandmother is fighting to save 2 generations of her family from abuse by the state of Tennessee. Through no fault of her own, her family is being ripped apart, in a terrifying sequence of events that could happen to anyone.

She is afraid for 3 of her grandsons who were seized by Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) from their mentally disabled mother. They have suffered horrific abuse in foster care. Now the state is attempting to sever all family ties so that they can adopt them out to strangers.

She is also fearful for the life of her 33 year old daughter Tara, the boys’ mother, whose mental illness became much worse after the boys were taken. When they learned of the abuse of the boys in foster care, the sense of utter helplessness to protect them pushed her daughter over the edge.

The law provides for families to do what families do – for those members who are capable to step in and help other family members who are incapacitated in some way.

However, in this family’s case, the state seems determined to keep that from happening.

The State of Tennessee has cut off all contact between the boys and their family, accusing the grandmother of not being “objective” because she believes that Tara would get better if she had a relationship with her children, and because she does not trust DCS and has repeatedly said that DCS “stole” her grandsons.

In addition, the State wants to remove her as her daughter’s conservator (guardian) and place her custody under the custody of a mental health doctor instead, thereby opening the door to remove all of her parental rights so they can adopt out her children.

Chairman of Israel Medical Association and World Medical Association Opposes Mandatory Flu Vaccines for Doctors

In order to get a perspective on sane and rational vaccine policy, we must again turn away from the U.S. corporate media and their primary advertising sponsors, the pharmaceutical industry.

The flu vaccine is, by far, the most prosperous vaccine produced and sold in the U.S., with over 300 million doses produced annually. It is also the leading vaccine, by far, injuring and killing people as evidenced by the quarterly Department of Justice (DOJ) reports of vaccine injury and death compensations by the Vaccine Court.

In the U.S., one cannot sue a pharmaceutical company for injuries or deaths related to vaccines.

By simply reading the U.S. corporate “mainstream” media one is led to believe that all doctors and medical personnel support mass flu vaccination, and believe all medical staff should be forced to receive the flu vaccine every year.

But such is not the case. As we have reported over the past several years, many doctors and nurses nationwide oppose mandatory flu vaccination for medical personnel. There are several lawsuits by individuals and unions nationwide fighting loss of employment due to refusing a flu vaccine.

The Jerusalem Post recently reported that Prof. Leonid Eidelman, chairman of the Israel Medical Association and the next president of the World Medical Association, opposes mandatory flu vaccinations for doctors, and he opposes identifying which doctors have been vaccinated for the flu, and which ones have not.

FDA Declares All Homeopathic Drugs Illegal Threatening Remedies for Millions of Americans

In one fell swoop, the FDA has declared that virtually every single homeopathic drug on the market is being sold illegally.

The FDA says that it does not intend to take action against such products at this time, but the writing is on the wall. If it wants to, the FDA could go after any homeopathic drug currently on the market.

FDA’s process started two years ago, when the agency held a public hearing to evaluate its enforcement policies for homeopathic products. We suspected the agency was planning to tighten its grip on homeopathy, which, after all, competes with the pharmaceutical drugs that fund the FDA.

The State with the Sickest Children has the Highest Vaccination Rates

According to the comprehensive state-by-state health rankings, Mississippi has remained squarely at the bottom of the nation’s overall health rankings for decades.

Mississippi’s vaccine “efficiency” is over 99.4% vaccine coverage in kindergartners, highest in the nation. This is because they do not allow parents to claim any exemptions for vaccines, one of three states that do not allow parental choice.

Despite juxtaposing two critical pieces of health information about Mississippi’s children—high vaccine coverage and poor health rankings—Dr. Paul Offit, one of the vaccine industry’s most strident ambassadors, does not ask the obvious elephant-in-the-room question: Could one have something to do with the other?

A new study published in the January, 2018 edition of the journal Health Affairs compared the mortality rate of children in 19 wealthy, Western countries.

Guess who finished last? If you guessed the country that spends the most money on health care then you guessed correctly.

The United States spends more money on health care than any other country on the face of the earth. In fact, we spend nearly 20% of our gross national product on health care—far greater when compared to any other Western country.

The authors of the article comment,

“The United States has poorer child health outcomes than other wealthy nations despite greater per capita spending on health care for children. While child mortality progressively declined across all countries, mortality in the US has been higher than in peer nations since the 1980s. From 2001 to 2010 the risk of death in the US {when compared to other Western countries} was 76 percent greater for infants and 57 percent greater for children ages 1–19.”

Folks, if you want to measure the health of a country, one of the best indicators is the childhood mortality rate. Generally, the healthier the population is, the lower the childhood mortality rate. When you compare the U.S. childhood mortality rate to other Western countries, it is plain to see that our children are not doing well.

After Public Outcry Oregon Judge Orders Children Returned to Parents with "IQ Too Low to Parent"

In a dramatic turn of events, an Oregon judge has ruled that the children of Amy Fabbrini and Eric Zeigler must be returned home. They were taken by Child Protective Services on the grounds that their parents’ IQ was too low to parent.

There was no abuse. No neglect. There were only allegations by social workers that they were not clever enough to be parents of their own children.

The boys, ages 4 and 10 months, were each seized within days of their births. The state had every intention of terminating their parents’ parental rights and adopting them out.

Safe and Effective Natural Remedy for the Flu: Over the Counter Hydrogen Peroxide

Thimerosal Mercury in Vaccines Associated with Tics According to CDC Research

Between November 2013 and September 2014, I was in direct contact with the CDC Whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson. I recently wrote about my interactions with Dr. Thompson in an editorial piece that appeared in the winter 2017 edition of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons (22:119).

Arizona Court Refuses to Return Children Kidnapped from Nevada by Arizona Social Workers Back to Their Parents

Parents living in Nevada want their children back home. The children who were taken out of Nevada by Arizona social workers claim they have been abused in Arizona foster care, and want to go back to their parents. They even filed their own lawsuit, the first ever in Arizona, but an Arizona court has ruled against them.
An Arizona appeals court has denied the parental rights of Nevada residents Jeff and Tabitha Shoars. Almost 17 months ago, Child Protective Services from Arizona crossed state lines and seized 6 of their children from Las Vegas, Nevada.

All along, they have hoped and prayed for the justice which they felt would surely occur if only judges looked at the actual evidence instead of the hearsay and lies from social workers from Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS).

Instead, like so many other parents who have fought Arizona DCS, they were devastated to hear yet another court deny them their parental rights to the children they brought into the world.

US Senator Grassley Investigates Vaccine Corruption in Unsanctioned Experimental Herpes Vaccine Human Research

Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote to Acting Secretary Eric Hargan of the Department of the Health and Human Services (HHS), Commissioner Scott Gottlieb of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Director Jerry Menikoff of the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) concerning news reports of apparently unsanctioned human research testing conducted by Southern Illinois University (SIU) professor William Halford which put individuals at extreme health risk.

Testing involving the use of human subjects in the U.S. is regulated by what is known as the “Common Rule.” Among other regulations, these include minimizing risk to the subject, selecting subjects equitably, receiving informed consent, continual monitoring and respecting privacy.

News reports indicate that Halford may have violated nearly every requirement of the Common Rule. Emails from the professor reportedly stated that it would be “suicide” if the manner in which he conducted the research were to be made public.

Grassley wrote, “Halford reportedly administered an experimental vaccine to patients who were not enrolled in an approved study and therefore did not have the proper human subjects protections required by U.S. law…He also reportedly did not acquire written consent from the test subjects.”

The court-appointed attorney chosen to represent little Devani and allowed her to remain in foster homes where she was allegedly raped, sexually trafficked, and burned, is the same attorney still representing her today.

Dental Mercury: Dangerous to Pregnant Women and Children in Europe but Safe in the US?

Dorice Madronero offered a grave warning to a 2010 Dental Products Panel of United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA): “As a young expectant mother I know that twice following dental work I miscarried. I know that at the time the dentist gave no warning about a mercury exposure. I know that at no point in my visits to the obstetrician was I warned about a mercury exposure, in the dental fillings or asked about my medical and dental history.”

At the same meeting Madronero presented her experiences with dental mercury, one of the Dental Products Panel members supported her concerns about children. Dr. Suresh Kotagal a pediatric neurologist at the Mayo Clinic, concluded: “…I think that there is really no place for mercury in children.”

While health agencies inform the public about the possible presence of mercury in certain types of fish and shellfish and recommend that pregnant women and children restrict these food products in their diet, the use of mercury in dentistry continues in the United States without any warnings.

Medical Murder? Massachusetts Woman Medically Kidnapped from Her Home Dies After Being Denied Medical Intervention

The fight to get court-appointed guardians and attorneys to allow 69 year old Beverley Finnegan to receive life-saving medical treatment has ended with her death just before noon on Friday, January 5, 2018.

Her tragic death follows the one day that her sister and advocate Janet Pidge were not able to be by her side at Framington Union Hospital due to a brutal snowstorm.

Beverley’s condition was largely unchanged during the last several weeks, so the Friday morning phone call came as a shock.

Family attorney Lisa Belanger calls it “euthanasia” – the hastening of Beverley Finnegan’s death. Belanger attempted to file a criminal complaint on Saturday, since euthanasia is illegal in Massachusetts. However, the police denied her request, telling her to file medical malpractice instead.

This woman who was functional, in full control of her mind, and able to walk and care for herself on her own just a few months ago is gone – another victim of guardianship, which allowed police to physically break down the door to her condo and admit her to a psych ward against her wishes and the wishes of her family.

What really happened to Beverley Finnegan – both in the nursing home before her hospitalization and in the hospital during the snowstorm, during the time that her sister could not watch over her and try to protect her?

Is there a cover-up happening of medical malpractice?

What kind of benefit is there to those parties networked together? Why are there so many entities and individuals working to take away the basic human rights of senior citizens?

Holding the American Psychiatric Association Accountable for Minimizing Pedophilia to a “Disorder” Rather than Criminal Child Abuse

Can someone fire the American Psychiatric Association? Or, better still, can it step down as the self-acclaimed expert on the subject of human behavior? With mounting sexual assault scandals now being reported, has anyone thought to bring to account the APA for excusing pedophilia as a “mental disorder,” an act that not only attempts to excuse criminal behavior as a mental disorder, but also categorizes some instances of pedophilia as a “sexual orientation?”

The fact is that pedophilia must never be considered anything but a crime. Yet according to the APA’s Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), should a person not feel guilt or shame about their pedophilic impulses, then this ceases to be a “disorder” and becomes a pedophilic “sexual orientation.” After public outcry about pedophilia being designated as a sexual orientation, the APA released a statement that the phrase “sexual orientation” was used in error and that the correct terminology was “sexual interest,” a term which still seeks to normalize a criminal offense.

Child Seized for Medical Marijuana in Oregon Returned Home After Public Outcry

Last weekend, the New Year rang in with smiles and tears of joy for an Oregon couple accused of child neglect over a legal medical marijuana harvest and a mother’s mental health. Kitrina’s daughter, Kaylynn, was returned home by Oregon Child Protective Services, the day before the Holiday weekend.

The only reason Kaylynn was returned home was because Kitrina Nelson fired her court appointed public defender, Cole Sahleen.

Like hundreds of other families who have told their stories to Health Impact News, Kitrina found that the court appointed attorney wanted her to play along while he made a pretense of advocating for her.

Regardless of her limited knowledge of the law and court proceedings, and with a little guidance from the judge, who expressed surprise at the crowd of people that showed up to view the court proceedings, Kitrina successfully represented herself and cross examined her own case. After more than 3 hours of testimony and evidence, Judge Hung ruled that the state had no case against her, and that Kaylynn was to be returned home.

Russ Belville documented the exuberance of emotion from the family upon hearing the ruling:

“The sight of an average American family collapsing in each other’s arms weeping tears of joy for the return of their one-year-old daughter/cousin/granddaughter after 10 weeks of state captivity was the greatest holiday miracle I’ve ever experienced.”

Bill Gates Global Funding of Vaccines: "Miracle" to Mankind or Big Profits to Big Pharma?

Bill Gates is fond of using his bully pulpit to talk about “miracles” and “magic.” Gates has featured one or both words in nearly all of his annual wrap-up letters for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, most often in reference to the Gates Foundation’s outsized financial and ideological support for global vaccine programs.

As Gates says, “In the same way that during my Microsoft career I talked about the magic of software, I now spend my time talking about the magic of vaccines.”

Is the European Medical Agency Experimenting on Babies with the Meningitis Vaccine Only Approved for Age 10 and Above?

In 2016, we published an article on the dangers of the meningitis B vaccination, Bexsero, titled, Are Ineffective New Meningitis B Vaccines Causing Harm to Children? At the time of publication, according to the FDA product information leaflet, the vaccine had in fact only been approved for children over the age of ten.

Despite this fact however, in the UK, the meningitis B vaccine Bexsero is being administered to infants as young as 2 months, despite the fact that we could find no evidence to support that this vaccine was safe to be administered to babies.

It has been brought to our attention that there are in fact two product information leaflets on the same vaccination.

However, what is different about the second product information leaflet, published on January 14, 2015, by the European Medical Agency (EMA) is that the information that it provides, is the polar opposite, of the information provided by the FDA.

Is the UK government conducting clinical trials on infants, and if they are, then are parents aware of this fact?

UPDATE: Family Fights for the Life of Senior Medically Kidnapped from her Home and Forced onto Drugs

The fate of 69 year old Beverley Finnegan of Massachusetts remains up in the air for now. Attorneys met on the Friday before Christmas to argue for and against pulling the plug on the medically kidnapped senior citizen.

After several hours in court, attorney Lisa Belanger told Health Impact News that they had expected Judge Mareen Monks to rule by the end of the day on Friday, December 23, 2017.

That didn’t happen. The verdict was not handed down until after Monday’s Christmas holiday.

The ruling is a temporary victory for Beverley’s life. The court requires additional information and will appoint a Guardian ad litem to gather information on the motions submitted by both sides. The next court hearing will be on January 29, 2018.

While attorneys and guardians argued in court Friday that Beverley Finnegan should be put to death by “pulling the plug,” attorney Lisa Belanger fought valiantly to save the life of a woman that Dr. Paul Byrne, a medical expert on brain death, says is reasonably likely to improve if she were to have proper treatment:

Beverly has a functioning brain. Beverly Finnegan does not fulfill any set of “brain death” criteria.

In Dr. Byrne’s medical affidavit, he states that proper medical treatment of her condition did not occur and still has not occurred. He asserts that if she were to receive the proper treatment, there is a “reasonable likelihood of improvement” of her condition.

Sanofi Dengue Vaccine Scandal an Example of Government and Big Pharma Corruption

Navy Veteran Makes Christmas Eve Plea for His Children

It is Christmas Eve, and the Schwab children were supposed to be home for Christmas. They are not.

Earlier this month, a judge assured Navy Veteran Raymond Schwab and his wife Amelia that their children would be coming home in time for the holidays, but in a heart-wrenching turn of events, efforts to get them home have been thwarted by the children’s attorney ad litem.

The role of the ad litem is to advocate for “the best interest of the children,” but the children have called their mother in tears because their foster parents told them that they aren’t going home. They obviously don’t agree with their court-appointed representative about what constitutes their best interest.

They were never abused or neglected at home, but there is a great deal of evidence that they have suffered abuse in foster care.

Now their Christmas hopes of being home and together again have been cruelly dashed. This is their 3rd Christmas apart, and Christmas day is young Asher’s birthday. Child Protective Services has, once again, stolen the Christmas wishes from the children.

What This Homeless Woman Taught Me About Life Today

It was the day before Christmas Eve, and as I drove to a city where I was to meet my sons for lunch, it was hard to find a parking spot, as so many people were out and about on the last shopping day before Christmas.

Everyone seemed to be in a good mood in this upscale downtown area where I was meeting my sons for lunch. Many were dressed in their holiday best, and there were families everyone; children giddy with glee as they undoubtedly were looking forward to opening presents soon.

Since I had to park quite far away from the restaurant where I was to meet my sons, I had a few blocks to walk.

At one corner, a woman who was sitting down by herself and talking caught my eye for just a moment. She was on the other side of the street, so I did not get a close look at her.

“Why is she talking when she is all alone?,” I quickly thought, but I was late for lunch and I pushed the thought to the back of my mind thinking “she probably has an earbud on and is talking on the phone to someone.”

Later, as we were finishing up our lunch on a table that was outside in front of the restaurant (the restaurant was very busy, and the only table available was outdoors as it was quite cold out), a woman walked by that caught my eye.

She was not neat – she was dirty, carrying a backpack, smoking a small stub of a cigarette that I guessed someone had discarded, and had multiple layers of clothing and jackets on, well worn and dirty. I later learned she was in her mid 40s, but she looked older than that.

She noticed me looking at her, and said to me: “God bless you! Jesus has redeemed me, and God is the God of second chances.”

I replied: “Amen! He certainly is the God of second chances. God bless you too.”

We began a short conversation, and I was waiting for and expecting the imminent request for money – but it never came.

Study: MMR Vaccine Causes Seizures in 5,700 U.S. Children Annually

The California-based nonprofit organization, Physicians for Informed Consent (PIC), recently reported in The BMJ that every year about 5,700 U.S. children suffer seizures from the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine.

This finding is derived from results of the most statistically powered safety study ever to measure the association between MMR vaccination and febrile seizures. More than half a million children were evaluated, both vaccinated and unvaccinated, from a Danish population that is relied upon globally to examine vaccine safety. The results showed that seizures from the MMR vaccine occur in about 1 in 640 children up to two weeks following MMR vaccination. Applying this risk of seizures to the 3.64 million U.S. children vaccinated with a first dose of MMR every year results in about 5,700 annual MMR-vaccine seizures.

Oklahoma Mom Gives Legal Cannabis Oil to Epileptic Daughter to Stop Seizures - Now all 5 Children Medically Kidnapped

Advocacy for effective medical treatment of her epileptic daughter has led to the medical kidnapping of an Oklahoma homeschool mom’s 5 children.

When ordinary medical treatments failed to help her child, Tammy Searcy learned that cannabis oil might be able to help her daughter’s life-threatening seizures.

She was not willing to break any laws, so she worked to change laws in her state. Only after medical cannabis use became legal did she begin treatment for 14 year old Brianna, and the results were almost miraculous.

Now, all 5 of Tammy’s children have been seized by Child Protective Services, and many believe that this was retaliation for her activism. Her children have been separated and Tammy fears for their safety.

Brianna’s health has declined sharply, and social workers want to force-vaccinate her children.

FDA Looks to Ban Bioidentical Hormones Like Estriol

Many millions of women depend on estriol.

In 2008, the FDA – likely acting upon a petition it received from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of Premarin (an estrogen drug made from pregnant horse mares’ urine) – went after bioidentical hormones, particularly estriol. Thanks to ANH members and the wider natural health community, the FDA backed off.

Now, they see an opportunity to remove estriol and other hormones by other means and we must once again mobilize to stop them.

Merck Funded Study Reports Gardasil Vaccine 100% "Safe and Effective?"

It is a documented fact that since the introduction of the human papillomavirus vaccination (HPV) in 2006, there have been more reports of adverse reactions than with any other vaccine.

According to the WHO VigiAccess database, as of December 11, 2017, 81,340 reports of adverse reactions have been filed. These include 36,062 reports of nervous system disorders; 2,241 cardiac disorders (including 35 cardiac arrests); 460 POTS; over 3,000 seizures or epilepsy; 8,124 syncope; and 342 deaths.

Despite this evidence being recorded on the World Health Organization’s own database, according to a press release, published by EurekAlert – The Global Source for Science News, the HPV vaccine is virtually 100% safe and effective. The study and accompanying research were funded by Merck, the manufacturer of the vaccine.

American Academy of Pediatrics Attacks Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Vaccine Safety

American consumers, particularly parents, should be asking some hard questions about why the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) apparently have no interest in improving vaccine safety.

In the face of snowballing vaccine scandals—from fudged safety trials that use other vaccines as placebos, to persistent use of neurotoxic aluminum adjuvants, to the accelerated rollout of unproven vaccines that may be causing more problems than they solve—these and other vaccine advocacy organizations are not only turning a blind eye but are actively circling the wagons while beefing up public relations (PR) intended to stifle discussion.

These PR efforts are on revealing display in an April 2017 IAC webinar on “Vaccines and the New Administration” that unsurprisingly singles out the activities of the World Mercury Project and its Chairman, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Due to the well-funded medical-pharmaceutical-media apparatus that endlessly repeats the mantra that all vaccines are safe for all people all the time, it is nearly impossible to get a fair hearing for common-sense questions about vaccine safety, no matter how urgent such questions may be.

The biases apparent in mainstream discussions about vaccine safety have come into even sharper focus since the changeover from one political administration to the next. In February 2017, shortly after the inauguration, several hundred national and state-based organizations rushed to sign a letter lobbying President Trump to “redouble” efforts to drive up the vaccination rate. The IAC and the AAP were two signatories of that letter, which summarily dismissed concerns about vaccine risks as “disproven.”

Active Senior Medically Kidnapped from her Home and Forced onto Drugs in Nursing Home Now Near Death

Raw milk is illegal in New Jersey, so many people who wish to drink pure, unadulterated raw milk direct from the farm, need to cross state lines into neighboring states in order to obtain it.

Not satisfied apparently with restricting the production, sale, and distribution of raw milk in New Jersey, state regulators, allegedly backed by the powerful FDA, is going after citizens in New Jersey for mere possession of the banned substance. Furthermore, they are apparently targeting immigrants in the state, mainly from India, where raw milk is a big part of their culture and cuisine.

Terrified citizens of New Jersey today fear fines and possible civil action simply for possessing raw milk.

Government Vaccine Injury Report Continues to Prove Flu Vaccines are Destroying Lives

The federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services just concluded their second meeting of 2017 on December 8th.

These quarterly meetings include a report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) on cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).

The NVICP was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.

Drug manufacturers in the vaccine market can now create as many new vaccines as they desire, with no risk of being sued if their product causes injury or death.

This has resulted in a huge increase of vaccines entering the market, and the U.S. government, through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), is the largest purchaser of these vaccines, spending in excess of $4 billion taxpayer dollars each year to purchase these vaccines.

If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must sue the federal government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

As far as we know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.

56 Year Old Man Enters Hospital with Shoulder Pain - Dies 6 Weeks Later After Developing Infection in Hospital

The following is a true story that is, unfortunately, typical of the dangers in being admitted into hospitals today in the U.S.

Carl was a fighter, a survivor. Nothing was handed to him in life.

When he was 15, both his father and mother walked out on him and his younger brother, leaving Carl alone to raise his sibling. Somehow, the two of them managed to earn enough money to keep paying the mortgage and save the family home.

Carl was a handyman, seemingly able to fix anything. He went on to become a master plumber. He was a tall man (over 6 feet tall), and always seemed to turn up anytime someone was in need and could benefit from his services.

When Carl started experiencing shoulder pain in his rotator cuff, one of his friends eventually convinced him to go have it checked out. Carl was not one to visit doctors or seek medical care, and he would have rather endured the shoulder pain than ask for pain medication.

But his friend was insistent, so for her sake he begrudgingly agreed to be taken to the hospital, as he had been lying in bed with pain for so many days, that now his hip was starting to bother him also.

Tragically, after the hospital admitted him, he soon developed pneumonia, and a Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection.

6 weeks later he was dead. Carl’s friends watched their friend who entered the hospital system due to chronic shoulder pain be tortured and killed by the hospital, and they were powerless to do anything about it.

New Coconut Oil Studies: Antioxidant Effects Protect Liver and Kidneys - Reverses Effects of Chemotherapy

New research from Nigeria shows how virgin coconut oil can have protective health benefits due to its high amounts of antioxidants. One study looked at the effect of virgin coconut oil when supplemented in a diet high in consumption of heated vegetable oils, and how virgin coconut oil protected the liver and kidneys, and the other study looked at how virgin coconut oil can reverse the free radical damage done by cancer chemotherapy drugs.

Virgin coconut oil, depending on how it is processed, is much higher in antioxidants than refined mass-produced coconut oils.

It is not surprising that scientists and researchers in Africa are exploring the benefits of coconut oil, which is native to many tropical African countries, after being deceived for many years by western thinking that coconut oil is harmful due to it being a highly saturated fat.

Time to Repeal the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act Because it Only Protects Pharmaceutical Companies

Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) in 1986, and President Ronald Reagan signed it into law soon after. This law was supposed to protect children.

However, and the NCVIA does less to protect patients than it does drug companies making vaccines. When Reagan signed the NCVIA, he also created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which allows anyone—children and adults—who have suffered an injury (or worse) following a vaccination to file a claim. To date, it has paid out nearly $4 billion in compensation since 1988, including the 2008 case of Hannah Poling, whose family received more than $1.5 million in the first-ever court award for a vaccine-autism claim.

The NCVIA also sets limits on the liability of vaccine manufacturers.

They don’t have to pay a dime, in most cases, if someone is injured as a result of a product they make.

The audit, which covered 2014 and 2015, found that there were many instances where children in state care, whether in foster homes or group homes or other facilities under DCF care, were abused physically or sexually, but DCF failed to report the incidents to the proper authorities.

DCF officials told Auditor Suzanne Bump that they don’t see sexual abuse as a serious enough problem that they need to report it.

18 Year Old Wrongly Convicted of Shaken Baby Syndrome Set Free After Serving 17 Years in Prison

Thanks to new scientific knowledge about Shaken Baby Syndrome, a man wrongfully convicted in 2002 of killing his 4-month-old daughter has had his conviction reversed after spending nearly 17 years in prison.

The San Francisco law firm Keker, Van Nest & Peters and the Northern California Innocence Project (NCIP) at Santa Clara University School of Law brought forth the new evidence, which reflects updated knowledge about the causes of Shaken Baby Syndrome and the risk of parents improperly being charged with murder in cases of household accidents.

The California Superior Court of Sacramento reversed Zavion Johnson’s murder conviction, which occurred when he was 18 years old. In what he has always claimed was a tragic accident, Johnson’s daughter, Nadia, slipped from his arms and fell in the bathtub while Johnson was bathing her. She later died from internal injuries.

Despite 15 witnesses including Nadia’s mother, testifying that Johnson was a loving, caring father, medical experts at the time cited the then-medical consensus that the only possible explanation for Nadia’s injuries and death involved Shaken Baby Syndrome.

Jurors called the medical evidence “overwhelming,” and sentenced him to life in prison, even though, as one juror recollected, they “felt that Zavion Johnson was a good young man, very loving to his girlfriend and their baby girl, and that it would seem horribly out of character for him to murder his baby.” The juror went on the say, “without that evidence, we certainly would not have convicted Zavion Johnson.”

Using modern science, medical experts, including the original pathologist that testified at Johnson’s trial, have since reviewed the case. The experts agree that Nadia’s injuries are consistent with the fall originally described by Johnson 17 years ago and they can no longer say it was abuse.

Study: Is Canola Oil Consumption Linked to Alzheimer's Disease?

Because of its lower cost, canola oil is ubiquitous in processed foods intended for the growing “health conscious” market. Now a recently published study is confirming the suspicions of those of us who refuse to use canola oil.

Philadelphia Pennsylvania’s Temple University conducted an animal study to determine the validity of canola oil’s health claims. Their results were published in December 2017 in the journal Scientific Reports.

The study was titled “Effect of canola oil consumption on memory, synapse and neuropathology in the triple transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.”

Scientists Prove Those Vaccinated for Shingles Can Infect Others with Chicken Pox

For many years, the US government and mainstream media have continued to blame the unvaccinated community for the spread of infectious disease.

In 2011, a team of scientists headed by Duane L. Pierson published the paper Varicella Zoster Virus DNA at Inoculation Sites and in Saliva After Zostavax Immunization.

Their paper discusses whether or not individuals vaccinated with the shingles vaccine can remain infectious with the chicken pox virus after they had been vaccinated. To investigate this concern in more detail, the team studied 36 individuals over the age of 60 who had recently been vaccinated with the shingles vaccine, Zostavax. The scientists discovered that although the vaccine was efficient in reducing the incidence of shingles in the elderly, many of the skin and saliva samples tested positive for the varicella zoster virus (VZV) DNA for up to 28 days after vaccination.

This paper is just one of many proving that it is the vaccinated who put others at risk, not the other way around.

GMO Dicamba Herbicide Spreading to Non-GMO Crops

A dicamba/glyphosate herbicide mix is being sprayed on Monsanto’s GM soybeans that are tolerant to both herbicides. The herbicide is drifting and volatilizing onto neighbouring non-target plants, including non-GM soybeans and a wide variety of food crops, garden plants and wild plants, resulting in massive damage to those crops and plants and even a decline in honey production.

In an attempt to reduce off-target spray damage next year, the US EPA has issued new tighter use restrictions that are displayed on the herbicide product labels.
