The Drugging of American Seniors: Big Pharma Profits Depend on Sick Seniors

As the “baby-boomer” generations move into their senior years, they are seen as a “cash-cow” for pharmaceutical companies.

For example, it is estimated that about one out of every four Americans over the age of 55 are currently being prescribed cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, in spite of the evidence that these drugs do not prolong lifespans, and have very serious side effects.

Studies have confirmed that dementia, especially early onset dementia, is often caused by too many pharmaceutical drugs.

A Harvard Medical School publication, “Guide to Coping with Alzheimer’s Disease,” states:

“Medications are common culprits in mental decline. With aging, the liver becomes less efficient at metabolizing drugs, and the kidneys eliminate them from the body more slowly. As a result, drugs tend to accumulate in the body. Elderly people in poor health and those taking several different medications are especially vulnerable.”

As people age, they wind up taking, on average, more than four prescribed pharmaceutical drugs daily.

Many of these medications are for heart disease prevention by lowering cholesterol and also for lowering blood pressure. These drugs are intended to be taken till death.

The side effects from those drugs alone can create the need for more prescriptions.

The pharmaceutical business model depends on sick customers staying sick, not healing them.

Is Monsanto Influencing the EPA to Ignore Health Hazards of Herbicide Glyphosate?

The Environmental Protection Agency is seeking public input on the health impacts of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide. But despite mounting evidence, the EPA continues to ignore glyphosate’s hazards, and it looks like Monsanto’s under-the-table influence may be a reason why.

Monsanto has launched a campaign to pressure the EPA into declaring glyphosate safe. It is terrified of losing the profits from selling this ubiquitous herbicide.

The use of glyphosate on U.S. farmland has exploded in recent years. A recent study found that Americans’ exposure to the pesticide has increased fivefold since it was first introduced more than 20 years ago.

Merck Fighting Fraud Lawsuits in U.S. Courts on MMR and Gardasil Vaccines

Pharmaceutical giant, Merck, is facing charges of fraud in lawsuits filed in U.S. courts regarding their vaccine products.

This is important information for the public to know, given the fact that the ever-growing vaccine market is expected to exceed $70 billion within the next few years, and that many states are trying to pass legislation to mandate vaccines without informed consent, all in the name of “the greater good” for public health.

Federal government agencies tasked with protecting public health, along with the corporate “mainstream” media, which reportedly receives up to 70% of its advertising revenue from pharmaceutical companies, continue to censor any negative information regarding vaccines that could affect sales.

And since one cannot sue a pharmaceutical company for damages or deaths due to vaccines in the United States, where they enjoy legal immunity, it is rare that a pharmaceutical company faces a day in court related to corruption or fraud for bad vaccine products.

Therefore, one needs to turn to either the alternative media such as Health Impact News, or the foreign media outside the U.S., to learn about the dangers of vaccines, and the corruption behind many of them.

There are currently two major federal lawsuits against Merck that are being litigated in U.S. courts: a whistleblower lawsuit from former Merck scientists claiming fraud regarding the MMR vaccine, which has been in the courts for eight years now, and a lawsuit against the Gardasil vaccine claiming fraud from a 16-year-old girl who allegedly suffered Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) after receiving the Gardasil vaccine.

American Doctor Kicked out of Africa for Healing Ebola with Ozone Therapy Instrumental in Creating International "Ozone Without Borders"

In April 2018, a non-profit humanitarian international NGO (non-government organization) was formed called Ozone Without Borders (OWB).

This newly formed NGO has ozone and other oxygen therapies as its cornerstone for educating about and applying non-pharmaceutical treatments without discrimination from medical monopoly agents.

American Dr. Robert Rowen, an ozone therapy specialist, was instrumental in the organization’s formation.

In October of 2014, Dr. Rowen and his colleague, Dr. Howard Robins gathered up donated medical ozone producing equipment and headed into the internationally highly-publicized epicenter of an Ebola breakout, Sierra Leone, a small nation on the western coast of Africa, at their own risk and cost.

He immediately sought to train some of the local doctors treating Ebola victims. A few had already become infected themselves, and they were the first to be offered ozone therapies.

Immediate positive results were observed within 48 hours. Three victims with confirmed to have recovered completely and an infected fourth who was asymptomatic did not succumb to the disease.

Despite these early successes, the Sierra Leone Minister of Health decreed the Rowen/Robins project be halted, and condemned some of the doctors. Apparently, inexpensive and effective ozone therapy which cannot be patented was a threat to Big Pharma and their desire to develop Ebola drugs and vaccines. They were ordered not to treat patients anywhere in Africa.

As a result, in what Dr. Rowen claims was a “crime against humanity”, many people died.

Young Child Molested by Nurse in Foster Care Still not Returned to Mother More than a Year Later

After 3 years of fighting to get her daughter home from foster care, South Carolina mom, Kaya Thomas, has been given a new hoop to jump through. She was told in court on April 18, 2018, that she has to get a bigger vehicle by the beginning of June as a condition for Kaya to begin unsupervised visits with her daughter, Egypt.

Kaya Thomas did not abuse her daughter. This fact is not even in dispute. Egypt was the victim of a crime perpetrated by her biological father when her mother was not present. For that, he is behind bars.

Yet, three years later, an innocent mother is still fighting the system to get her daughter home.

She is not financially in the position to be able to go out and get a bigger vehicle. She only has a month to get it. Social workers have told her that if she sets up a GoFundMe type of account to ask for help, that will be used against her.

How do parents fight this kind of tyranny? All Kaya Thomas wants is for her little girl to be home where she can love her and take care of her.

Will the lack of a larger vehicle really keep the state from returning a child to her mother?

Study: Coconut Oil and Other Natural Products Kill Antibiotic Resistant Clostridium Difficile

With the rise of antibiotic resistant pathogens, researchers are turning their attention to natural products in hopes of finding cures outside of the patented pharmaceutical paradigm for fighting disease.

In a study just published in Journal of Applied Microbiology, Australian researchers studied 22 natural products and their ability to inhibit the spore cycle of Clostridium difficile.

Clostridium difficile (C. diff) is mostly incubated in hospital settings, is antibiotic resistant, and very contagious. It can create life-threatening inflammation of the colon.

The Australian researchers tested 22 natural products in vitro, and found that three of them “showed inhibitory effects on sporulation of C. difficile.

Effects on sporulation, determined using microscopy and a conventional spore recovery assay, showed that fresh onion bulb extract (6.3% v v-1 ) and coconut oil (8% v v-1 ) inhibited sporulation in all four isolates by 66-86% and 51-88%, respectively, compared to untreated controls.

Fresh ginger rhizome extract (25% v v-1 ) was also inhibitory, although to a lesser extent.”

British Cardiologist: Big Food and Big Pharma are Killing Millions of People

Dr. Aseem Malhotra spoke to the European Parliament, at the invitation of Nathan Gill MEP for Wales.

Federal Agencies and Public Health Experts Refuse to Declare Autism a National Health Crisis

It is both astonishing and insulting that, nearly three decades in, federal agencies and public health experts persist in denying and refusing to tackle our nation’s staggering autism epidemic.

With typical dismissiveness (and a straight face), one group of pediatric researchers recently had the temerity to put the word “epidemic” in quotes while endorsing the charade that the rising prevalence of autism is attributable to broader diagnostic criteria, increased awareness and “the inclusion of milder neurodevelopmental differences bordering on normality.”

The government’s own surveys—as well as parents, school systems and municipal budgets—tell an entirely different story, however.

Autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) began skyrocketing in the late 1980s, concurrent with a massive expansion of the childhood vaccine schedule and a corresponding increase in children’s exposure to neurotoxic vaccine ingredients such as mercury and aluminum.

Over the years, many of the CDC’s bulletins about ASD prevalence have placidly reported that “ASDs are more common than was believed previously.”

However, the continued dramatic rise in ASD prevalence and autism’s heavy burden on individuals, families, schools and wider society call for a far greater sense of urgency.

Autism must be recognized as a national crisis.

As of this writing (April 2018), the CDC is due to release its latest ADDM surveillance numbers.

Study: Shaken Baby Syndrome Diagnosis Lacks Scientific Evidence - Leads to False Accusations of Child Abuse

There has been an increase in recent years in the number of cases of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma. Is this due to an increase in the number of child abusers, better recognition of the symptoms which leads to more accurate diagnoses, or is something else happening? Could it be that increased awareness of Shaken Baby Syndrome in the medical profession has led to overdiagnosis of abuse when there could be other explanations for the symptoms?

If it is the latter, then there stands a good chance of innocent parents or caregivers being blamed, perhaps criminally, for something that they did not do.

Leaked Memo Reveals Military Anthrax Vaccine Responsible for Injuries - VA Claims "Fake News"

Benjamin Krause is a lawyer, investigative reporter, award-winning veterans advocate, and the founder and chief editor of DisabledVeterans.org.

Krause recently published a leaked memo from the Department of the Army admitting that during a 6-year period, from 2001 through 2007, many soldiers were vaccinated with a bad batch of the anthrax vaccine.

The purpose of the memo was to inform these veterans that they might be entitled to Veteran Affairs (VA) benefits due to the anthrax vaccine.

The memo “leaked onto social media” and allegedly prompted the Massachusetts Department of Veterans’ Services to address the memo, calling it a “fake memo” and a “SCAM.”

However, Krause reports that the memo was digitally signed and nearly impossible to fake:

“A PDF of the memorandum, drafted by a person named Patrick McGrath II was digitally signed using a DOD certificate authority, and that its contents are ‘not subject to repudiation because the certificate chain is intact,’ according to attorney Francis White, III, a former US Air Force compliance inspector for information technology.

I spoke with White, a colleague of mine in the same office, about his professional impression of the memo and his statement above.

White says faking the signature using a DOD CA certificate chain is nearly impossible in this context, “the digital signature on that memo is valid” and the related documentation shows it “was signed by an individual named Patrick Steven McGrath II, and is not subject to repudiation…”

White says that does not mean McGrath had the authority to circulate the memo to the public, but it does show the memo “cannot be summarily dismissed as fraudulent,” contrary to the suggestion of MDVS secretary Urena.

Basically, since the memo is valid, it likely originated from the 2ndBattalion located in South Korea implicating soldiers stationed at Ft. Campbell and Fort Drum from 2001-2007.

Study: Cholesterol-Lowering Statin Drugs Increase Risk of ALS Lou Gehrig’s Disease

A recent study connecting increased statin drug use with rising ALS was discussed by Dr. Malcom Kendrick. He had followed earlier similar studies with similar concerns, but this one confirmed Dr. Kendrick’s suspicions.

ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), is also known as motor neuron disease (MND), or Lou Gehrig’s disease.

The study of concern is Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Associated with Statin Use: A Disproportionality Analysis of the FDA’s Adverse Event Reporting System. It was published by the journal Drug Safety in April of 2018.

The researchers at the University of California (San Diego) and Advera Health Analytics, Inc., Santa Rosa, California teamed up to analyze data from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) to determine what is known as reporting odds ratios (RORs) involving statin drugs users who have reported ALS symptoms.

This study, which allegedly had no outside funding, concluded:

“These findings extend previous evidence showing that significantly elevated ALS reporting extends to individual statin agents, and add to concerns about potential elevated occurrence of ALS-like conditions in association with statin usage.”

"Mental Illness" Label Used to Medically Kidnap Mother and Try to Adopt Out Her Children

Tara Chapman, a 33 year old disabled mother, was handcuffed, drugged, and carted away to a facility that is 8 hours from her family. She is being held prisoner in Tennessee under the guise of mental illness, even though a mental hospital in Virginia recently said that she did not meet the criteria to commit her.

The state of Tennessee wants Tara’s three boys to stay in foster care, away from family. The family wants to know how far the state is willing to go to ensure that neither Tara nor her family gets her 3 children back? A fourth child, Tara’s daughter, is being cared for by her mother Whitney, the children’s grandmother, but the state refuses to allow the grandmother to care for the 3 boys.

There was supposed to be a court hearing on Friday, April 13, 2018, but the juvenile court cancelled it without warning less than 24 hours before.

Tara has suffered from mild mental illness for many years, but it was only after her children were seized by Child Protective Services and abused in foster care that her mental health deteriorated to the point where she qualified for disability.

It would appear that the state of Tennessee is using her disability as an excuse to adopt out her children, even though her family is willing and able to care for the children.

Illinois Wants to Use Taxpayer Funds to Advertise Dangerous Flu Shot to School Children

Illinois legislators will take up a bill this week (April 17, 2018 at 3:00 PM) that uses taxpayer funds to advertise the dangerous flu shot to school children.

Given the fact that Illinois laws already require school children to visit their doctors before attending school where their family physician can educate them on matters like vaccination, and that the CDC does NOT include the flu shot in their schedule of required vaccines, this proposed bill in Illinois can only be explained as an attempt to expand the market for the seasonal flu shot at the expense of Illinois school children, but to the benefit of Big Pharma.

The annual flu shot is, by far, the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, accounting for more than 80% of all injuries and deaths compensated by the federal Vaccine Court.

Investment Report Reveals Medical Cures not Profitable for Big Pharma - Sick People Needed to Sustain Drug Sales

A report that made its way through the corporate sponsored “mainstream” media last week demonstrated what those of us in the alternative health media have been publishing for years: Pharmaceutical products which actually cure people are not invested in, simply because it is not a sustainable market when people are cured and no longer need Big Pharma’s drugs. Investors cannot afford to invest in such products.

Carrageenan Approved by USDA for use in Organics in Spite of Links to Intestinal Inflammation, Cancer and Diabetes

A highly controversial natural food substance, carrageenan, a seaweed derivative used in conventional, “natural,” and some organic foods, was just reapproved by USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue.

This move overrides the recommendation of the National Organic Standards Board, an expert industry panel set up by Congress.

After hearing from medical and scientific experts describing carrageenan’s link to intestinal inflammation, cancer, and other human health risks, the NOSB voted to remove carrageenan from the list of approved synthetic and non-organic substances for use in organic food production.

In a move unprecedented during the last quarter century of organic industry rulemaking, the USDA ignored the NOSB vote in the Federal Register without an opportunity for the public to comment on their decision before it goes into effect.

“This is the latest instance of the Trump/Purdue administration siding with powerful agribusiness interests. They are running roughshod over the will of Congress that established the NOSB as a buffer to insulate organic regulations from corrupt corporate lobbyists,” said Mark A. Kastel, Senior Farm Policy Analyst at The Cornucopia Institute, a Wisconsin-based nonprofit that acts as an organic industry watchdog.

Adults Medically Kidnapped: 3X More than Children in Foster Care - $50 BILLION in Assets Seized

Most of the stories that we cover at Medical Kidnap involve children who were taken from their families by Child Protective Services. However, medical kidnapping can happen to adults too.

We have covered a number of stories of adults being taken by Adult Protective Services and being placed under the legal guardianship of strangers.

Philly.com now reports that a woman who has been court-appointed as a guardian in at least 93 cases from 2015 to 2017 has a considerably criminal history of fraud, bad check writing, and forgery.

Yet, Gloria Byars was the guardian recommended by the non-profit Philadelphia Corporation for Aging to oversee the lives and estates of many senior citizens in the Philadelphia area.

Guardians in many states are not required to undergo background checks, and it is stunningly easy in some places for anyone to become a guardian. It is also stunningly easy for an unscrupulous person to allege that a person is “incapacitated” and in need of a guardian, even if it is not true.

As reported by Philly.com:

“Nationwide, guardians oversee an estimated 1.3 million adults and $50 billion of their assets, said Brenda Uekert, principal court research consultant at the National Center for State Courts.”

That means that [the] number of adults under guardianship care is roughly 3 times the number of children in foster care across the United States. According to the AFCARS report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, there were 437,465 children in foster care in 2016.

Sexual Crimes by Psychiatrists 37 Times Greater than Rapes in General Community

With studies showing an average of 6 to 10 percent of psychiatrists and psychologists sexually abusing their patients, including children as young as three, Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is encouraging victims of such abuse to contact it and speak out.

Coinciding with April being Sexual Assault Awareness Month, CCHR also launched a petition calling for uniform laws to prosecute sexual harassment and assault of mental health patients, calling the problem catastrophic.

The sexual crimes committed by psychiatrists are estimated at 37 times greater than rapes occurring in the general community, one U.S. law firm stated, estimating that about 150,000 female patients have been assaulted.

CCHR, a mental health watchdog, points to studies showing that mental health practitioners abusing their patients are often repeat offenders.

A U.S. national survey of therapist-client sex involving minors also revealed one out of 20 clients who had been sexually abused by their therapist was a minor, with girls as young as three and boys as young as seven.

Clinicians have compared psychotherapist-patient sexual involvement to rape, child molestation, and incest, putting victims at increased risk of suicide, according to the study, “Psychotherapists’ Sexual Relationships with Their Patients” in Annals of Health Law.

The findings of a national study of 958 patients sexually abused by their therapist suggested that 90% were harmed and of those, only 17% recovered. About 14% of those who had been sexually involved with a therapist attempted suicide.

FDA Has Acknowledged That Vaccine Technology is Outpacing Ability to Predict Adverse Events

Recently, top-tier autoimmunity researchers described vaccine safety science as a “hazardous occupation.”

In their view, this is because uncompromising vaccine proponents are instantly ready to mount vociferous personal attacks on anyone who raises questions about any aspect of vaccine safety, even if the questions are buttressed by impeccable, high-quality science.

Vaccine safety was not always such a taboo topic. In 1961, a leading polio researcher put forth the view in Science that “even after licensing, a new vaccine product must be considered to be on trial” because of the many “new variables” that accompany large-scale vaccine production and rollout.

A leading Food and Drug Administration (FDA) official contended in 1999 that modern advances in vaccine technology were rapidly “outpacing researchers” ability to predict potential vaccine-related adverse events” and argued for closer attention to safety issues from the earliest stages of vaccine development.

“One of the important things is that the technology used to make these vaccines actually exceeds the science and technology to understand how these vaccines work and to predict how they will work,” stated Dr. Peter Patriarca, MD, Director of the Viral Products Division of the FDA Center for Biological Evaluation and Research (CBER).

“So this has the potential for ending up in a situation which I call a ‘black box’ vaccine referring to a situation of unforeseen and unpredictable vaccine outcomes.”

Dr. Patriarca also voiced concerns that with live attenuated vaccines

“there is the potential for these vaccines, many of which have been poorly characterized, to recombine with viruses that may be present in the vaccine.

Some of these viruses are latent and persist for a while, so it is very important to assure that these things are safe before they are given to people.”

In the two decades since the FDA official’s prescient words of warning, numerous published studies have highlighted vaccine safety concerns that were either unexplored or neglected prior to the introduction of the vaccines in question.

World Health Organization Moving Towards Recommending Cannabis for Medical Purposes

In late December 2017, the WHO (World Health Organization) issued a statement from its Expert Committee on Drug Dependence (ECDD):

“Recent evidence from animal and human studies shows that its use could have some therapeutic benefit for seizures due to epilepsy and related conditions. Current evidence also shows that cannabidiol is not likely to be abused or create dependence, such as for other cannabinoids (such as Tetra Hydro Cannabinol (THC), for instance).”

Florida Mom Seeks 2nd Opinion on Dying Newborn After Car Accident - Loses Custody of All Three Children and Baby Dies in State Care

When an 8 month pregnant mother arrived at the hospital after a car accident, her baby was clearly in trouble. Doctors allegedly seemed to be more concerned about Johnna Furman’s broken wrist than the emergency facing her unborn baby. Her baby needed to be born quickly, but the delay of a necessary c-section resulted in life threatening lack of oxygen to the baby in the womb.

Baby Gabriel was born with brain damage and other serious medical conditions allegedly arising from this lack of oxygen.

Throughout his first week and a half of life, doctors at the University of Florida Shands Hospital told Johnna that her baby would not survive.

She refused to accept that answer.

When she tried to transfer care of her baby to a local children’s hospital for a second opinion, doctors from Shands Hospital reported her to Child Protective Services.

While doctors blamed the mother, Johnna says that it was their medical malpractice that resulted in brain damage to her baby, ultimately leading to his death, and that the hospital is covering up what they did by blaming her.

Child Protective Services seized her baby and her other 2 children 11 days after the car accident.

Evidence that would have proven her innocence was not heard by the Florida judge, who is known for approving over 30,000 adoptions, and her parental rights were terminated less than a year later. She had another baby the following year, but Florida seized custody of that baby, too.

In a video that Johnna recorded to talk about her case, she said:

“My family’s gone. I can never have another child.

I don’t understand how this is supposed to be the American dream, that justice doesn’t matter. The truth doesn’t matter.”

Will Driverless Cars Cause DNA Damage and Cancer?

Driverless cars are seen as the next big market potential for the automotive industry.

But before we get too excited about these driverless cars, we need to carefully consider the many levels of health risks involved with this technology, as well as the loss of privacy. Vehicle crashes and fatalities are minor concerns compared to potential human DNA damage and increased risks of cancer.

The microwave radar systems used in driverless cars can project microwave radiation for more than 750 feet in front of the vehicle and a similar distance behind the vehicle. They use a combination of short-range, medium-range, and long-range microwave radar systems at very high frequencies.

These frequencies have not been tested to prove they are safe for humans. No safety studies have been done to determine the dangers of constant exposure to multiple microwave frequencies.

Driverless cars will require on-board computers and multiple on-board microwave radar systems. They will be tied into the 4G and 5G cell tower system through hotspot technology built into the car.

Eventually, this technology will even permit a central traffic control computer to manage traffic flow. These central computers could even be used to slow or speed up vehicles and even stop them if needed. This system will track the activity of every car on the road and even record information about who is driving the vehicles, eliminating any resemblance of privacy about your driving habits and location.

Research Shows Gene Drift from GMO Crops to Wild Plants Endangering the Environment

Research from China has revealed a new dimension in environmental risk posed by GM plants: additionally inserted genes can enhance the potential for uncontrolled spread into the environment.

There is now evidence to show that this is the case for glyphosate-tolerant plants. Where there is gene flow from the plants into the natural populations, the offspring will have increased fitness and can spread their transgenic DNA more effectively than assumed.

Glyphosate-tolerant GM plants have been grown commercially for more than 20 years and are the most commonly grown GM plants worldwide. Nevertheless, their high potential for uncontrolled spread has so far not been investigated in detail in any official risk assessment.

There are some previous findings showing enhanced fitness of transgenic plants. Especially GM oilseed rape and rice have several times succeeded in introgressing natural populations. Contrary to expectations, the resulting transgenic offspring very often persisted in the environment and continued to propagate.

Chinese researchers have clearly shown that even in a glyphosate-free environment higher fitness does occur. They are demanding that further studies should be conducted, including the hybrid descendants of transgenic crops, to thoroughly assess the ecological impact.

New Jersey Vaccine Extremists Seek to Restrict Religious Exemptions to Vaccines

Currently, 47 out of 50 states in the U.S. allow parents to make decisions regarding administering vaccines to their children, by providing religious and philosophical exemptions.

California joined West Virginia and Mississippi in 2015 by removing these exemptions, despite widespread opposition by the public, doctors, and scientists who are not among the vaccine extremists.

While it is too early to tell how increased childhood vaccination rates in California will affect childhood health outcomes, West Virginia and Mississippi have some of the worst childhood health outcomes along with high vaccination rates.

Now, vaccine extremists in New Jersey want to follow these states and restrict parental choice by passing legislation that restricts conscientious objections to vaccines.

The Corrupt Foster Care and Adoption System: Why Aren't More Foster and Adoptive Parents Speaking Out?

For years now, Health Impact News, via their MedicalKidnap.com website, has exposed the child welfare system in the United States, which encompasses foster care and adoption services, as a child trafficking system.

The data is very clear. A very small minority of children removed from their homes by child protective services (CPS) are removed because they live in “abusive” homes.

The vast majority, anywhere from 75% to 85% or more, are removed for other reasons, usually under the umbrella term of “neglect.” This would include “medical neglect” where one can lose custody of their children simply for disagreeing with a doctor, or seeking a second medical opinion.

Based on large scale research studies conducted at MIT by Joseph Doyle in 2007 and 2008, the data also clearly shows that children in foster care fare far worse than even children left in “troubled homes,” which begs the question as to why we even have a child welfare system that takes children out of families and makes them wards of the State.

Since the evidence clearly shows that the child welfare system is thoroughly corrupt, causing far more harm to children than good, we pose the question:

Why aren’t more foster and adoptive parents speaking out against this corruption?

If “good” foster and adoptive parents took a stand against corruption in Child Welfare, it could put a big dent in the system, if not take it down altogether.

If you are a foster parent or adoptive parent that participates in this tyrannical, evil system that trafficks and murders children, you are part of the problem, not part of the solution, no matter what your motives or intentions are.

Expecting a bloated government system funded by BILLIONS of dollars to change itself is unrealistic, and not much will happen to change the system until foster and adoptive parents, many of them being recruited by Christian churches, develop a conscience and a soul, and decide to take a stand against real child abuse which is happening every day here in the United States, through child welfare services.

FDA Wants to be Your Doctor and Restrict Access to Customized Medications

With its new guidance, the FDA is further tightening the screws on pharmacies that produce customized medications for individual patients. The agency is inserting itself into the role of “doctor” by deciding for patients whether there is a “clinical need” for certain medicines to be made at pharmacies.

The reason?

We believe they want to protect the monopoly of FDA-approved drugs.

In its latest guidance, the FDA is signaling that it will further restrict the medicines that can be made at outsourcing pharmacies by adopting a stringent definition of “clinical need” if there is already an FDA-approved drug for a given condition.

Vaccines-Autism Denial Continues with Fraudulent Research in Effort to Expand Vaccine Market

A particularly large amount of ink has been spilled to discredit—nay, stomp out—the inconvenient notion that vaccines might have something to do with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), which now affects 1 in 36 children in the U.S.

Despite extensive high-level scientific fraud at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to suppress evidence of a vaccine-autism link, the CDC has not been able to hide over 80 independent studies that connect the dots between the vaccine preservative thimerosal and autism.

Other studies have pointed to additional vaccine-related culprits that may be contributing to ASD, including aluminum—used in a very high proportion of infant vaccines and recently reported in pathologically significant levels in the brains of individuals diagnosed with autism.

The latest example is on display in a 2018 study published in JAMA Pediatrics titled “Vaccination patterns in children after autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and in their younger siblings.”

The nine studies that the JAMA Pediatrics authors cite to “show” that autism is unrelated to vaccines are wholly inadequate to make any such assertion.

Two of the studies are merely review articles published in 2001 and 2002, both written by the same corrupt CDC author who provides no original data on the subject.

An additional paper headed up by the same author in 2004 has been shown to be fraudulent, as the five authors purportedly conspired to withhold measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) and autism data that implicated the MMR vaccine for specific subpopulations of children with ASD.

Yet another of the papers cited by the JAMA Pediatrics authors, a 2003 paper involving thimerosal-containing vaccines in Denmark, was thoroughly debunked by a later CDC study that showed a reduction in ASD prevalence in Denmark after the removal of thimerosal from vaccines in 1992.

The nine flimsy, flawed and out-and-out fraudulent studies that the JAMA Pediatrics authors cite as a basis for their contention that vaccines don’t cause autism focus only on thimerosal in vaccines and the MMR vaccine.

Setting aside the issue of these studies’ poor quality, one has to ask, “What about the rest of the vaccine schedule?”

It is essentially unstudied! In fact, in 2011, the Institute of Medicine stated that there were insufficient data to judge whether the diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (DTaP) vaccine—one of those included in the 2018 JAMA Pediatrics study—caused autism.

The Institute acknowledged that there simply hadn’t been proper studies done by the CDC or other entities charged with vaccine safety in the U.S.

Refusing to Vaccinate Your Kids is Not Abuse

Last fall, when an exhausted new mom wanted time to consider vaccinations for her newborn, the infant was taken from her by the on-call pediatrician at a Portland hospital, who claimed “medical negligence.”

A caseworker from the state Department of Human Services, without a judicial review, had the child removed and allowed the attending nurse to vaccinate the child “with whatever they wanted to give” against the parents’ permission.

This happened even though Oregon allows parents to opt out of vaccinations. The mother was allowed to see her baby only for the purpose of nursing her and then escorted out of the hospital by police.

Throughout this illegal nightmare, a DHS caseworker falsified reports and placed numerous roadblocks in the way of this family wanting to parent their newborn.

Despite this, many Oregon families came forward to help them. With the aid of attorneys who offered to represent the family pro bono, the case was dismissed, with DHS conceding the woman was an excellent mother.

Families Protest at Kansas State Capitol: "Our Children are not for Sale!"

The crowd of parents, advocates, and recently freed children say they have had enough.

About 150 people braved freezing temperatures to march on the Kansas state capitol for the 3rd annual Fools No More rally on April 2, 2018. Event organizer Jennifer Winn, family advocate and former gubernatorial candidate, said:

“This is about our children. All the aspects of this event are about issues that impact our children from DCF, parental rights, juvenile justice, medical cannabis; all these issues impact the lives of our children…. We are fighting for their future.”

Some of the most fervent marchers were children who were recently held captive in the Child Protective System, known as DCF in Kansas, and who are now reunited with their families.

One such child, the 14 year old son of “Hunger Strike Dad” Raymond Schwab, was asked what he thought of what DCF did to him.

There was no hint of hesitation on his part. He replied passionately:

“Shut the system down!”

Rhode Island Legislators Propose Bill to Remove Mandated Gardasil Vaccine as Rhode Island Leads Nation in Gardasil Vaccine Rates

The Gardasil HPV vaccine is currently not one of the vaccines on the CDC schedule for vaccines required for school-aged children.

However, in the state of Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Department of Public Health has mandated that the Gardasil HPV vaccine must be given to 7th graders in both public and private schools.

Lawmakers such as Sherry Roberts believe that the Department of Public Health has overstepped their bounds by mandating a vaccine that is designed to fight a virus not transmitted by air, but only by sexual contact, and that the decision on whether or not to receive the vaccine should be with parents.

Roberts and others have introduced a bill to allow informed consent for the Gardasil HPV vaccine, rather than mandate it for everyone.

One pediatrician from Rhode Island, who claims to represent all pediatricians in Rhode Island and opposes Roberts’ bill to allow parental consent to the vaccine rather than mandating it by force, stated that he was “too busy” to allow “informed consent” to vaccines.

He also lamented how he would be unable to vaccinate children if their parents did not approve, and clearly stated that his goal is to vaccinate as many children as possible.

He states that among states nationwide, Rhode Island is the envy of the pro-vaccine pediatricians because they have the highest rates of Gardasil vaccination of any other state, due to the fact that the Rhode Island Department of Public Health mandates the vaccine for 7th graders.

Government Vaccine Court Concedes Death by Gardasil Vaccine Case After 8 Years

After a long 8-year legal battle with the government-run vaccine court, the U.S. Government has just conceded that the Gardasil vaccine killed 21 year old Christina Richelle Tarsell.

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a special “Vaccine Court” set up in 1988 as part of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, will compensate the family of Christina from funds collected from taxes on vaccines sold, and the company who produces Gardasil, Merck, will suffer no consequences as a result.

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is largely unknown to the public according to a 2014 report published by the Government Accountability Office, so there is no way to know how many other young women have been killed by the Gardasil vaccine.

Christina Tarsell is believed to be the first victim of the Gardasil vaccine that the U.S. Government has conceded was a death resulting from the HPV vaccine.

Studies Link Canine Cancers to Lawn Chemicals

Lawn chemicals, particularly, ones containing 2,4-D, have been linked to at least two types of canine cancers. Studies found that lawn chemicals travel to neighboring yards and inside homes, and chemicals have been found in the urine of dogs whose owners did not spray their lawns.

A six-year study from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine linked lawn pesticides to canine malignant lymphoma (CML). Based on questionnaire results from dog owners, the study found “specifically, the use of professionally applied pesticides was associated with a significant 70% higher risk of CML. Risk was also higher in those reporting use of self-applied insect growth regulators.”

Childhood Allergy Epidemic: Are the Increasing Number of Vaccines Injected into Children to Blame?

The global prevalence of allergic diseases is skyrocketing, affecting 30% to 40% of the world’s population.

Allergic conditions include food allergies, anaphylaxis, asthma, eczema, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis and reactions to drugs and insects.

In the U.S., food allergies are widespread and are the most common cause of anaphylaxis in children.

One in 13 American children—about two per classroom—has at least one food allergy, and food allergies increased by 50% from 1997 to 2011.

Given that the hallmark of allergic disease is an altered immune response, it stands to reason that vaccines— which purposefully set out to “reprogram immunity”—are major contenders as allergy triggers.

To grasp how the chain of vaccine-related events initiated roughly 30 years ago has bred today’s worldwide allergy epidemics, one has to understand that vaccines, by their very nature, induce an unnatural immune response. This property of vaccines is called “immunogenicity.”

SC Family Reunited at Easter Almost 3 Years After Child Abuse Doctor Falsely Accused Mother

The Headleys were reunited this week, but it was a day they had begun to doubt would ever arrive.

In July of 2015, Dr. Nancy Henderson-Hines of Greenville Memorial Hospital reportedly accused Danielle Headley of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy.

Based on her accusation, a family was kept apart for 2 years and 9 months. Children were placed into foster care where they suffered abuse, trauma, and even sodomy.

A marriage was almost ripped apart. Reputations were destroyed. An innocent woman faced the possibility of spending 30 years in prison for a crime that didn’t occur.

It’s over now. None of the doctors from Greenville Memorial Hospital, including Danielle’s accuser Dr. Nancy Henderson-Hines, showed up at court on Monday, March 26, 2018. They were reportedly no longer willing to testify in Danielle Headley’s criminal court case.

Danielle told Health Impact News that her lawyer told her Monday that the prosecutor, known as a solicitor in South Carolina, said:

“We are dropping everything. We don’t have any evidence.”

Two years and nine months of trauma for Danielle, William, and their 4 sons, as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, is over.

There was no evidence that she hurt her son.

There never was.

Are Dentists Dying From Mercury Poisoning?

In June 2017, the CDC reviewed medical records from 894 patients diagnosed with IPF and treated at one clinic from September 1996 to June 2017, looking for those with an occupation of dentist, dental hygienist or dental technician.

Nine of the patients, or 1 percent, were dental personnel. Considering the small number of dentists in the U.S. relative to the overall population (0.038 percent in 2016), the fact that they represented nearly 1 percent of patients being treated for IPF at one clinic was noteworthy.

In fact, the CDC analysis revealed that the dental workers were 23 times more likely to develop IPF compared to the general population.

New Documentary Reveals Gardasil HPV Vaccine Fraud

The Alliance for Natural Health, USA division, has just published a new documentary film on the HPV vaccine titled: Manufactured Crisis: HPV, Hype & Horror.

The synopsis of the film states:

“The pharmaceutical industry used faulty research, paid doctors and manipulated the media to push an unsafe vaccine onto the market.

They used political pressure to force this vaccine onto the public, despite any demonstrable public threat.

Amazon.com Sells GMO Apples Unlabeled

GM Arctic apples are being sold on Amazon without disclosing that they are GM. They are engineered not to brown when cut and thus are advertised as “preservative free”.

GM Arctic apples are engineered using a gene-silencing technique called RNAi or RNA interference. Independent scientists warn that products engineered using RNAi might silence the genes or otherwise affect the gene expression of non-target organisms. In this case, non-target organisms include humans who eat the apples.

The Arctic apple was developed by Okanagan Specialty Fruits, which was acquired in 2015 by biotech company Intrexon. Intrexon also owns the GM salmon firm AquaBounty.

The CDC's History of Research Fraud Regarding Vaccines and Autism

Documents obtained by the Freedom of Information Act indicate that Centers for Disease Control (CDC) officials gave preferential treatment to the Danish grantees (including Dr. Poul Thorsen), and took no apparent action to evaluate the veracity of any of the study data when theft of over $1 million of grant money by Thorsen was made known.

In 2009, when CDC officials became aware that Thorsen failed to obtain legally required ethics permissions for the autism bio and genetic data projects, these CDC employees worked with the Danish grantees to hide this fact.

Dr. Coleen Boyle, current Director of NCBDDD at CDC, should have shut this grant down immediately upon being informed that ethical clearances were not in place.

She should have immediately contacted the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Research Integrity as well as the Office of Inspector General.

Funding should have been discontinued.

She should have led the charge to have these papers retracted. There should have been, at a minimum, a press release from the CDC to inform the public.

Instead, Dr. Boyle along with Dr. Marshalyn Yeargin-Allsopp, Joanne Wojcik and Dr. Diana Schendel worked with their Danish Grantees to ‘fix it’ and retrospectively apply ethics approvals.

How can the CDC be trusted with stewarding vaccine safety for the U.S. if this is an example of how ethics are regarded within their ranks?

Unfortunately, this is just one of many instances of research fraud and malfeasance within the CDC.

CDC officials in the Immunization Safety Office and the Developmental Disabilities Branch have repeatedly omitted data and manipulated statistical results to deny any relationship between vaccines and neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism.

Since publishing our original report, Health Impact News has done some more investigating into the practices of this particular Pennsylvania pediatric dental clinic, and its director Dr. Ross Wezmar, as well as pediatric dental practices nationwide.

We have found that Department of Justice settlements for pediatric dental fraud cases are some of the largest fraud settlements in healthcare, especially in relation to billing medicaid for unnecessary child dental services.

Dr. Wezmar seems to be a national leader in the Pediatric Dental field, and is actually listed as the “Dental consultant to Head Start, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare,” and “Chairperson AAPD Medicaid Committee,” among other accolades tied into billions of dollars of federal funding. The bio on his Smiles 4 Keeps website also boasts that he is the:

“Only east coast private practice chosen to participate in Harvard University Children’s Hospital Early Childhood Caries Program aimed at reducing early childhood decay.”

Harvard University Children’s Hospital is better known as Boston Children’s Hospital, infamous for its reputation for medically kidnapping children for medical research, as was exposed nationally with the Justina Pelletier medical kidnap case that gained national exposure.

New Studies Show Coconut Oil Helps Combat Stress and Anxiety and is Heart Healthy

Two peer-reviewed studies published recently (March of 2018) continue the trend of showing coconut oil’s health benefits and debunking the official USDA government nutrition dogma that saturated fats are bad for one’s health.

The first study, published in the journal Food & Function, shows evidence that coconut oil helps combat stress and anxiety.

The second study, published in the British Medical Journal, compared diets consuming mainly coconut oil, olive oil, or butter, and concluded that coconut oil significantly lowered C reactive protein, a marker of inflammation, and had positive blood lipid profiles in those consuming coconut oil as their main dietary oil.

Protection of Medical Cannabis in Legal States Has Bipartisan Support in Congress

An agreement among representatives on both sides of the aisle in the United States House of Representatives has retained the bill that prohibits the Department of Justice (DOJ) from using its allocated funds for DEA interventions in states that allow cannabis for medical purposes.

It was included as part of the House final appropriations budget for the fiscal year 2018, which ends September 30, 2018.

62 Congress members from both sides of the aisle have decided to start pushing now for the 2019 inclusion of this protective provision with a letter which included the following:

“We believe that the consistent, bipartisan support for such protections against federal enforcement, combined with the fact that similar language has been in place since December 2014, makes a strong case for including similar language in your base FY 2019 appropriations bill.”

It was introduced as Senate bill number S. 1689, but thus far is without co-sponsors. Earlier, Senator Bernie Sanders had attempted to introduce a similar bill with similar results. However, a similar version of S. 1689, H.R. 1227 – Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2017, was introduced into the House of Representatives by Thomas Garrett (R-Vir) and has 15 House co-sponsors.

Recently, 14 members of Congress have asked to cut funding for the Drug Enforcement Administration’s cannabis eradication program, writing:

“Throughout the country, states are increasingly turning away from marijuana prohibition and enacting alternative policies to lower crime rates, free up limited law enforcement resources, and keep drugs out of the hands of children.

Despite both the Cannabis Eradication Program’s proven ineffectiveness and the seismic shift in attitudes on marijuana policy within Congress and across our nation, the DEA continues to spend millions of taxpayer dollars on this program, spending $22 million in 2015 alone.

There is no justification for spending this kind of money on an antiquated program never shown to be effective.

Of course, there is some justification. It puts more non-violent marijuana users into private prisons, which were beginning to be phased out prior to this new administration with stock values plummeting.

After all, the Federal Government spent 639 million dollars on ‘private prisons.'”

Rhode Island Urges Congress to Repeal Law Protecting Big Pharma from Vaccine Injuries and Deaths: Subpoena CDC Whistleblower

While many state governments across the U.S. are trying to pass legislation to increase vaccination rates and make vaccines mandatory, one state is seemingly going in the exact opposite direction.

The Rhode Island General Assembly has just introduced a Senate resolution calling on the U.S. Congress to repeal The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986.

The NCVIA gives legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines, so that any injuries or deaths caused by vaccines have to be litigated in a special government vaccine court funded by taxpayers. Pharmaceutical companies bear no responsibilities for producing faulty or dangerous vaccines in the United States thanks to the 1986 law.

However, there is one result of vaccine injuries that is not allowed to be litigated even in the vaccine court: autism. The government position is that the “science is settled” regarding any link between vaccines and autism, and therefore, if your child develops autism after being injected with vaccines, you currently have no legal recourse.

It has been well documented that since 1986, the rates of autism have skyrocketed.

The ability for parents and families to defend themselves against injuries due to vaccines seems to be the motivation for the Rhode Island Senate Resolution.

Child Protective Services in North Carolina using Blackmail to Illegally Seize Children from Families

Associated Press reporters recently exposed a story of illegal practices by Child Protective Services social workers in one North Carolina county.

Social workers in Cherokee County have been reportedly coercing parents and taking their children illegally, bypassing the court system by threatening to adopt out their children or throw the parents in jail if they refused to sign paperwork known in NC as a CVA – Custody and Visitation Agreement.

The same paperwork is known in other states as a “safety plan” or other such name.

Richard Wexler of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform (NCCPR) has another name for it – blackmail.

Wexler authored an article in response to the AP expose’ entitled, “Child welfare, foster care and civil liberties: When CPS resorts to blackmail.”

Where the AP article leaves room to believe that the actions in Cherokee County are a problem of corruption unique to one area, Wexler’s opening salvo leaves no room for that impression:

“Reporters in North Carolina exposed the practice of child welfare agencies blackmailing families into giving up all their rights and letting them take away children with no court review at all.

The only thing unusual about this is that, in North Carolina, it’s illegal. Elsewhere it’s standard operating procedure.”

New Report Links Psychotropic Drugs and School/Mass Shootings

The mental health watchdog group, Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) International, is offering Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) and school officials a free copy of its compelling new report about a common denominator found in many mass shootings: psychotropic drugs.

The report, called Psychiatric Drugs Create Violence & Suicide: School Shootings & Other Acts of Senseless Violence, provides information on more than 30 studies that link antidepressants, antipsychotics, psychostimulants, mood stabilizers and sedative hypnotics to adverse effects that include hostility, mania, aggression, self-harm, suicide and homicidal thoughts.

Steemit Group Raising Funds for "Family Protection" - Who Are They?

The “Fake News” wars are raging in full force these days, as the corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media fights to hang on to its influence in American culture, using the term “Fake News” to refer to anyone outside of their influence who publishes material contrary to their own agendas.

Tennessee Family Seeks Lawsuit for Malpractice, Negligence, and Wrongful Death Over Down Syndrome Baby Taken Off of Life Support

A Tennessee family is crying out for justice. When doctors, social workers, and lawyers pushed last spring to have Baby Steffen taken off of life support, his family and their supporters pleaded for him to be given a chance to live.
