Free Speech and Shutting Down Vaccine Debate

The U.S. Constitution protects the civil liberties of all Americans, including freedom of thought, speech, conscience, religious belief and the right to dissent and petition the government. Yet, in recent years we’ve seen a frightening erosion of these civil liberties under the guise of “protecting public health.”

I’m talking about the ongoing effort to shut down all public discussion about vaccine safety, of course — an effort that is now reaching a fever-pitch as online communication platforms have started actively censoring information that questions the safety and effectiveness of vaccines.

The featured video, “Free Speech and Shutting Down the Vaccine Debate” by Truthstream Media, addresses this disturbing turn of events. As noted in the video, all vaccine-related videos on YouTube now carry a “Vaccine controversies” information panel, warning viewers that:

“Vaccine hesitancy is a reluctance or refusal to be vaccinated or have one’s children vaccinated. Identified by the World Health Organization as one of the top 10 global health threats of 2019, it contradicts overwhelming scientific consensus about the safety and efficacy of vaccines.”

I must be frank with you; you have to be brave because you might be strongly criticized for daring to talk about the “other side” of the vaccine story. Be prepared for it and have the courage to not back down. Only by sharing our perspective and what we know to be true about vaccination, will the public conversation about vaccination open up so people are not afraid to talk about it.

We cannot allow the drug companies and medical trade associations funded by drug companies or public health officials promoting forced use of a growing list of vaccines to dominate the conversation about vaccination.

The vaccine injured cannot be swept under the carpet and treated like nothing more than “statistically acceptable collateral damage” of national one-size-fits-all mandatory vaccination policies that put way too many people at risk for injury and death. We shouldn’t be treating people like guinea pigs instead of human beings.

NYC Sends "Disease Detectives" In Jewish Neighborhoods Looking for Unvaccinated - Attorneys Prepare Lawsuits

A day after New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio declared a state of emergency over measles outbreaks in Jewish communities of Brooklyn, and ordered forced vaccinations of everyone not yet vaccinated with the MMR vaccine, the Washington Post is reporting that the Health Department has sent “disease detectives” into the community to force compliance:

“On Wednesday, the city sent 15 to 20 disease detectives into the community, some with Yiddish interpreters, a day after Mayor Bill de Blasio’s vow to quash the outbreak with $1,000 fines and misdemeanor charges for anyone in certain areas who refuses to be immunized.

The workers, wearing blue Health Department jackets, conducted interviews in the homes of people who may have been exposed to the dangerous, highly contagious virus and checked the immunization records of all those they may have had contact with. Others pored over records for the same information at a federally funded health clinic in the heart of the community.”

John Marshall, chairman of emergency medicine at Maimonides Medical Center, is reportedly threatening to call the police on parents who refuse to vaccinate their children. The Washington Post reported:

“Marshall said he threatened to call police on parents who were refusing to send a feverish child to the hospital in an ambulance for fear the authorities would learn all their children were unvaccinated.

‘The ones who are so vehemently anti-vaccination, I don’t know how to convince them,’ said Edward Chapnick, director of Maimonides’s infectious disease division.”

The Mayor and the Health Department are assuming that by declaring a state of emergency over recent measles “outbreaks,” that they have the legal authority to suspend certain laws in place protecting the rights of residents of NYC to opt out of vaccines due to religious beliefs, and HIPAA privacy laws which would prevent them from pulling up medical records of children to see if they have been vaccinated or not.

In the meantime, attorneys are saying that they will file a lawsuit challenging the emergency order by Friday. Attorney Michael Sussman, who successfully represented parents in Rockland County, New York last week and convinced the state Supreme Court to overturn the County’s ban on unvaccinated children, is one of the attorneys planning to file a lawsuit in New York City.

New Bill Could Help Save Natural Medicines

Representative Morgan Griffith (R-VA) has reintroduced a bill to ensure continued consumer access to customized natural medicines made at specialized pharmacies (known as compounding pharmacies). While other challenges remain, the Preserving Patient Access to Compounded Medications Act is an important step toward curbing the attack on these important natural medicines.

The Act does several important things. It amends section 503A of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (which pertains to “traditional” pharmacies, as opposed to larger “outsourcing” facilities) to unequivocally permit “office use” of compounded drugs, which allows a doctor to keep a supply of certain medications in his or her office in order to provide immediate treatment to patients who need it. For example, without office use, a patient in extreme pain would have to wait for days, get his or her prescription filled, and then return to the doctor for an injection.

The bill also mandates the FDA to accept USP monographs for dietary supplements. This is a pivotal issue.

BREAKING: NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio Orders Forced Vaccinations in Brooklyn

Just days after the New York Supreme Court struck down a ban on unvaccinated children in Rockland County, New York, after declaring a state of emergency over a measles outbreak, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has taken even more drastic actions in certain Jewish populated neighborhoods in Brooklyn, ordering forced vaccinations for measles.

“There’s no question that vaccines are safe, effective and life-saving,” de Blasio said. “I urge everyone, especially those in affected areas, to get their MMR vaccines to protect their children, families and communities.”

There have been no reported deaths due to measles anywhere in the United States this year.

The Mayor’s order goes beyond what Rockland County Supervisor Ed Day ordered, and includes EVERYONE who is unvaccinated within zip codes 11205, 11206, 11221 and 11249 which are part of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, to be vaccinated within 48 hours.

New Bill Would Threaten ALL Vaccine Exemptions and Potentially Make Colorado a Vaccine Police State with Recommended Home Visits

Your immediate action is needed to help stop a bill that was just introduced on 4/4/2019 and is scheduled for a public hearing Wednesday, April 10th at 1:30 PM in the House Health and Insurance Committee.

HB 1312 is an all-out assault and attempt of government takeover of personal, religious and medical belief exemptions to vaccination.

The bill hijacks medical freedom and privacy and the doctor patient relationship.

The bill requires the health department to mandate all vaccines routinely recommended by the CDC and allows the health department to mandate any other FDA approved vaccines in Colorado.

The bill would add several new vaccines to what is already required for school in Colorado. This includes the Gardasil vaccine for HPV (Human papillomavirus) for children as young as 9 years old.

Interventions recommended by the Community Preventive Services Task Force include home visits.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Doctor Experimenting on Children as Young as 8 for Transgender Therapy with Government Funding

Dr. Michael Laidlaw, an endocrinologist from Rocklin, California, recently discovered via a Freedom of Information Act that a government-supported research program at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles was experimenting on children as young as 8 years old with cross-sex hormones.

Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, who runs the Los Angeles study, received a $5.7 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH.)

There are currently more than 30 clinics for transgender children in the U.S.

Olson-Kennedy’s clinic, the Center for Transyouth Health and Development at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, is the country’s largest, treating 725 children.

Her youngest patient is 3 years old.

Dr. Laidlaw said the minimum age for giving cross-sex hormones had been lowered from 13 to 8 in the NIH funded five-year study. He stated that there is an absence of clinical data on “transgender-affirming therapy” indicating it is a good idea or is at all healthy for the children.

Walt Heyer refers to himself as a “former transgender.” He refers to such treatment as is funded by the NIH “child abuse,” and said he claims to have spoken to many transgender individuals who called transitioning “the biggest mistake” of their lives.

Dr. Marian Rutigliano stated:

“For parents who believe they are placing their trust in doctors knowing what’s best for their child, the AAP’s 2016 guidelines on caring for trans-identifying children were written by a 12-person panel on which less than half the members were even physicians, led by a 25-year-old trans-identified female – and one of those physicians worked at a clinic in which every single child who came in for a consultation was considered appropriate for transition.

Doctors who do attempt to stand up to the current vogue in transitioning kids are bullied or harassed into silence, often losing their positions.”

Pharmacist Mom and Medical Doctor Father Watched Their 3 Children's Lives Destroyed After MMR Vaccine

In this video interview by the VAXXED II film crew and originally published on Peeps TV, a tearful mother who is a pharmacist and married to a medical doctor discusses the difficulties in their family with their three vaccine-injured children.

When asked if either her or her husband received any training on the dangers of vaccines, she replied, “No. None. Not even as a pharmacist.”

They first noticed problems with their oldest child, a girl, at 15 months. She went from being very communicative where they could understand most of what she said, to being not as communicative and not being able to understand any longer what she was trying to speak.

They did not connect this to any vaccines at this point, and started her on speech therapy and had many tests done.

When the twin boys were born, they again followed the recommended CDC vaccine schedule.

But this time, they noticed an immediate reaction after the MMR vaccine.

“I noticed that they were crying and had a high fever.”

However, after taking them into urgent care, they were told it was probably just the flu, and they were sent home.

Unfortunately, their conditions did not improve, and the mom noticed that they became unresponsive to normal noise stimulation. Testing revealed that one of the twins lost his hearing completely, while the other one had lost partial hearing.

While the twin who completely lost his hearing eventually did get his hearing back, the other twin did not.

The damage by the MMR vaccine was already done, and their lives were changed forever as they began a long journey of trying to heal and care for their vaccine-injured children.

Now adults, their children still need 24-hour care.

The Reason Big Pharma and Big Food Want You to Think Eggs are Bad - And Why They Are Not

Ever since the cholesterol theory of heart disease was created during the 1970s and 1980s, eggs have been vilified as a potential threat for not only heart disease, but more recently even diabetes.

Official institutional warnings of egg consumption continue, even as the cholesterol theory of heart disease is crumbling with the emerging unbiased science proving otherwise.

The mounting evidence that cholesterol is vital for health and that people with low cholesterol have more health issues and shorter lives than those with high cholesterol is largely ignored when it comes to corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media coverage.

Diabetes type 2 has become epidemic in cultures that have embraced western processed food diets. There have been some epidemiological surveys that have managed to associate egg consumption with an increased risk of diabetes.

Those seem to be publicized more than studies that have the different conclusions. Finland has recently shown other conclusions with both a large, unbiased epidemiological study and a follow-up study that analyzed metabolic features among egg eaters.

Both concluded that those who enjoy eggs in their diet have less risk of diabetes.

Parents of Unvaccinated Children Sue Rockland County - Judge Rules in Their Favor and Ends the Ban

Two lawsuits were filed this week by parents of unvaccinated children in Rockland County, where unvaccinated children had been banned from public places, including schools and daycare centers.

Earlier today (Friday, April 5th), Supreme Court Judge Rolf Thorsen sided with the parents and issued a temporary injunction against County Supervisor Ed Day’s emergency order, effectively ending the ban.

Robert Brum of the Rockland/Westchester Journal News reported:

“A judge today halted Rockland County Executive Ed Day’s emergency declaration barring children who are unvaccinated against measles from schools, places of worship and other public areas.

Acting state Supreme Court Judge Rolf Thorsen’s injunction stated that the 166 cases cited by the county since the measles outbreak began last October did not rise to the level of an epidemic or constitute a disaster. Day’s reliance on executive law in issuing the emergency declaration “may have been misplaced,” the decision stated.

Thorsen agreed with the families who sued the county when they said their children would continue to miss school, and the parents would continue to incur monetary expenses as a result of the order. The families asserted that the children posed no threat to other children at a school where there had been no reported cases of the measles.”

Was Arizona Family that had Police Break Down Their Door at 1 A.M. Targeted by Medical Community Because They Don't Vaccinate Their Children?

A story out of Arizona that we first reported at the beginning of March has received national attention, due to video footage of police breaking down the family’s door in the middle of the night because the parents did not take one of their children who had a fever to the local hospital at the request of a doctor.

The police and social workers removed all 3 children from the home.

In our original coverage of this story, we mentioned a quote from the parents that they did not vaccinate their children, but the parents did not, at the time, think this was a factor in their removal.

In a follow up report published in the Arizona Republic by Dianna M. Náñez after the parents’ first court hearing, Arizona Representative Kelly Townsend, who attended the court hearing, stated:

“It was brought to my attention that these parents may have been targeted by the medical community because they hadn’t vaccinated their children.”

Arizona law allows for parents to opt out of vaccines for their children for religious or medical reasons.

Townsend said parents who don’t vaccinate their children because of medical concerns aren’t criminals and shouldn’t be treated as such. She worried physicians were using it as a reason to refer parents to DCS.

“I think if DCS decides to use this as a factor they would be violating a parent’s right to have a personal exemption, a religious exemption and perhaps a medical exemption,” she said.

The FDA's Attempt to Monopolize and Regulate Dietary Supplements Like Drugs

Just as we suspected, the FDA is coming after supplements once again.

Recently we told you about a statement made by Commissioner Scott Gottlieb (who has since resigned his post) concerning the FDA’s regulatory approach to dietary supplements.

The statement was short on details but gave us cause for concern.

Now it appears as if those fears were warranted: the FDA is attempting to create a mandatory list of all supplement products in the US. Such a list could be used to target certain supplements and remove them from store shelves, and we must oppose it.

MMR Vaccine Fraud: Why Aren't Government Health Officials Talking About Mumps Outbreaks which Far Exceed Measles Outbreaks?

Across the country, frenzied legislators are responding to the pharmaceutical industry’s orchestrated fear campaign around measles by seeking to impose further mandating of Merck’s measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine.

Although ongoing mumps outbreaks involving thousands of at-risk adolescents and young adults completely dwarf the number of measles cases, no one is covering the mumps story—because it will expose the fact that Merck has been in court for over eight years due to scientists blowing the whistle on Merck’s fabrication and falsification of the effectiveness of the mumps component of its MMR vaccine.

Instead of punishing Merck for its chicanery, legislatures are rewarding the company by making it impossible to refuse Merck’s profitable vaccine, subjecting a generation of American children to the risk of serious complications from mumps infection at an age that nature never intended.

Devolution Is Natural, Evolution Is Not

It is really not necessary to be a biochemist or a paleontologist to understand the main issue in the debate between Darwinism and intelligent design. That is because it is a very simple principle, as I keep emphasizing: natural (unintelligent) causes do not create order (or information). They destroy it.

So I feel vindicated by Michael Behe’s new book, Darwin Devolves, which disputes this belief, and argues that despite all the claims about the creative powers of natural selection, it has never actually been observed to produce anything new and complex, only “devolution.”

Are Corrupt Police Assisting CPS in Trafficking Children?

Over the past several years Health Impact News has documented the abuse and over-reach of child “protection” social services (CPS) all across the U.S. who have participated in removing children from families where they are loved, and placed them into dangerous situations in the Foster Care system where they are routinely abused, and often sexually trafficked.

Side Effects of the Measles Vaccine Include Brain Damage and Death

As of November 30, 2018, there have been more than 93,179 reports of measles vaccine reactions, hospitalizations, injuries and deaths following measles vaccinations made to the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), including 459 related deaths, 6,936 hospitalizations, and 1,748 related disabilities.

Over 50% of those adverse events occurred in children three years old and under.

As of January 2, 2019, there have been 1,258 claims filed so far in the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) for 82 deaths and 1,176 injuries that occurred after measles vaccination.

In 1998, public health officials and attorneys associated with the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program published a review in Pediatrics in regards to the medical records of 48 children ages 10 to 49 months, who received a measles vaccine or combination MMR vaccine between 1970 and 1993 and developed encephalopathy after vaccination.

The children either died or were left with permanent brain dysfunction, including mental regression and retardation, chronic seizures, motor and sensory deficits and movement disorders.

I was eating a totally organic diet or better. I had very limited exposure to EMF and microwave radiation. I avoided chemical toxins. I took dozens of supplements. Research in 2019 Continues to Show Healing Benefits of Coconut Oil

Research outside of the United States continues to show what the world is investigating and learning about coconut oil, while such information is censored in the U.S. corporate “mainstream” media since coconut oil presents a threat to Big Food and Big Pharma’s financial interests.

Recent studies confirm that coconut oil protects the heart, and also potentially protects other vital organs including the liver and kidneys of those suffering from diabetes.

This research contradicts the propaganda against coconut oil by American organizations such as the American Heart Association which still promote the now failed theory of heart disease that blames saturated fats and cholesterol as causative factors in heart disease.

No, You Don't Have a "Right" to Demand that Others are Vaccinated

It’s hard to think of a more fundamental right than the right to determine what happens to one’s own body. Forcing someone to undergo medical treatment against their will violates this most basic of rights—the right to be free from physical assault.

To begin with, nobody has a “right” to a germ-free environment outside of their own property (and good luck establishing one there).

Proponents of vaccine mandates assert this “right” as if it is a long-standing social or legal norm, but it is not. Human beings have been living among each other for millennia, and there has never been a widely asserted right to freedom from any and all pathogens at others’ expense.

There has, historically, been a widely held and asserted expectation of quarantine in the case of exceptionally dangerous illnesses.

However, this is not at all what the proponents of mandated vaccines are calling for. Quarantine is simply the demand that those who are already infected with a disease remain isolated in their homes or elsewhere until they are no longer able to infect others.

This is profoundly different from what the pro-mandate crowd demands: that those who are not infected undergo a medical procedure to minimize their chances of becoming infected. This is a much more intrusive demand and a potentially dangerous one.

Furthermore, measles—the scariest thing the mandate pushers can come up with—is not even on the list of federally quarantinable diseases.

As Vaccinated Adults Continue to Spread Measles Many Question Real Reasons Behind N.Y. Ban on Unvaccinated Children in Jewish Communities

As Rockland County, New York, became the first community in the United States last week to issue a state of emergency and ban all unvaccinated children from public places, including schools, many questions about the rationale behind the ban have gone unanswered, leaving many to speculate about what the real reason was to invoke such an intrusive government order that many feel violates constitutional civil rights.

First, if the goal of the emergency order and ban was to stop the spread of measles, why were only unvaccinated children banned? Not only can unvaccinated adults also be carriers of the measles virus, it is well-documented that adults who received the MMR vaccine as children may no longer have immunity against measles, and allegedly need booster shots as adults.

Also, health officials in Rockland County have stated that during this 6-month period, over 17,000 MMR vaccines have been administered in their county.

Given the fact that the MMR vaccine is a “live” virus vaccine where the vaccinated individual can be contagious for up to 30 days, could the mass vaccination campaign be a contributing factor in the measles outbreaks?

Since the measles cases in Rockland County have mostly occurred in Jewish communities, there have been claims that Orthodox Jews are primarily “AntiVaxxers.”

Lev Facher, writing for STAT News, reveals that rates of vaccination among Jewish populations is about the same as non-Jewish populations, and that the real reason many are opposing mandatory vaccinations is a distrust in local government.

Both pro-vaccine and anti-vaccine sentiments are represented in those who oppose government intrusion into private lives, and the denial of civil rights in trying to force medical procedures upon individuals who do not want them.

Statistics clearly show that the vast majority of the American public vaccinates their children. And yet, efforts to force vaccinations on those who don’t want them seem to be opposed by a majority of those on both sides of the vaccine issue.

So who benefits from policies like this? Back in 2015 when the corporate pharma-funded media broadcast the Disneyland Measles “crisis” as something akin to the apocalypse, sales of Merck’s measles vaccines, along with their other vaccines, soared.

Is Oregon Trafficking Children out of State via Their Foster Care System?

Oregon has a foster care problem. Too many foster children, and not enough foster homes to put them into.

A 2016 lawsuit was filed against the state for housing foster children in hotels and offices.

Richard Wexler, director of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform (NCCPR), states:

“Oregon tears children needlessly from their parents at a rate far above the national average.”

Since 2017, the rate of foster children being shipped out of Oregon to facilities in other states has more than doubled. Most of these are troubled youth being sent to psychiatric wards.

Earlier this year (2019), Oregon Public Broadcasting reported that Oregon was shipping some foster children to facilities known for abuse.

In an investigative report by Troy Brynelson of the Salem Reporter this week, it was revealed that two state Department of Human Services workers in Polk County, a supervisor and a paralegal, “remain on paid leave and stationed at home after the state investigated them for child abuse that involved indecency.”

The incident allegedly happened in Dallas, Texas.

Survey: Many Canadians Choosing Medical Cannabis to Replace Dangerous Prescription Drugs

Canada became one of the world’s first complete nations to legalize medical marijuana in 2001. This occurred after Terrance Parker went all the way to Ontario’s Court of Appeals in 2000 to declare the right to treat his epilepsy with the only thing that worked for him – cannabis.

This court declared arresting Parker for using the only compound that worked for him was unconstitutional.

Thus the Marijuana Medical Access Regulations (MMAR) created a national legal medical marijuana program allowing its use for chronic pain and diseases mainstream medicine fails at helping, such as cancer and AIDS.

Since then, modifications and updates have created more liberal access to medical cannabis nationally throughout Canada more than any state in the United States. Recreational non-medical access to cannabis was approved in 2018.

A recent University of Victoria survey was conducted among current legal medical marijuana users to determine the reasons and outcomes of using cannabis to replace prescribed pharmaceuticals or alcohol or other dangerous drugs.

The researchers concluded:

“The findings provide a granular view of patient patterns of medical cannabis use …adding to a growing body of academic research suggesting that increased regulated access to medical and recreational cannabis can result in a reduction in the use of and subsequent harms associated with opioids, alcohol, tobacco, and other substances.”

Genetically Engineered Salmon Coming to a Store Near You

The FDA has removed the last roadblock to genetically engineered (GE) salmon hitting supermarket shelves.

The GE salmon will have to follow the labeling guidelines spelled out in the GMO labeling law passed by Congress in 2016—meaning that the only indication consumers will have that the salmon is genetically engineered may be a scannable QR code.

As most consumers don’t use these codes, many may have no clue that they’re buying GE salmon.

We must support legislation that calls for stronger labeling requirements for GE salmon.

Senator-Doctor Richard Pan Wants California to be First State to Refuse Medical Exemptions by Doctors for Vaccines

In 2015, despite widespread opposition from the public which included testimonies from doctors and attorneys opposing SB 277 to remove the religious exemptions to vaccines, California became the first State in the U.S. to remove religious and philosophical exemptions by parents to childhood vaccines.

Every other state legislature that tried to do the same, both then and through the present time, failed.

The majority of the American public is clearly OPPOSED to mandatory vaccinations, even among those who choose vaccines for their own children.

Since the passage of SB 277 in California in 2015, the only way to opt out of childhood vaccines is to get a medical exemption from a licensed doctor.

California started going after doctors who write medical exemptions trying to restrict their freedom to practice medicine in a matter best suited for the individual needs of their patients.

The Internationally well-known pediatrician Bob Sears, who himself is NOT anti-vaccine but does delay or forgo some vaccines dependent upon the medical needs of his patients, was the first doctor they attacked, threatening to revoke his medical license.

California medical doctor Ron Kennedy, who has been in medicine for almost 50 years, observed how many California medical doctors feared the loss of their medical license for writing vaccine medical exemptions, and filed a lawsuit against the California State Medical Board.

Dr. Kennedy allegedly states in his lawsuit that the California Medical Board goes from school to school demanding medical records of children, without any permission from the parents, in an effort to find medical doctors writing medical exemptions for vaccines.

Now, Dr. Richard Pan, who is a State Senator in California and authored SB 277 to remove the religious exemptions for childhood vaccines in California in 2015, has introduced Bill SB 276, which would take away the right of California medical doctors to write medical exemptions for vaccines, unless they get government permission.

Jury Slams Monsanto for Corporate Malfeasance in Roundup Cancer Trial, Awards $80 Million in Damages

Today, a second jury in less that 8 months found Bayer-Monsanto’s signature weedkiller Roundup responsible for causing cancer.

The verdict in the case Hardeman v. Monsanto before a federal district court in San Francisco found exposure to glyphosate, the signature ingredient in Roundup, caused plaintiff Edward Hardeman’s non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Jurors awarded $80 million in damages to Hardeman.

“Clearly, the testimony that informed the jury’s decision was Bayer-Monsanto hiding Roundup’s carcinogenic properties, manipulating the science and cozying-up with EPA so it would not have to warn consumers of its dangerous product,” said EWG President Ken Cook.

“Bayer-Monsanto has known for decades the cancer-causing properties of Roundup and I applaud the jury for holding the company accountable for failing to warn consumers of the known danger.

This verdict puts Bayer’s back firmly up against the wall as the cost of litigation mounts and its stock price gets pummeled once again,” said Cook.

More Evidence of MMR Vaccine Failure: University Mumps Outbreak Among Vaccinated Students

In the wake of yesterday’s measles “emergency” declaration in Rockland County, New York that prompted the county to implement the nation’s first ban on unvaccinated children from appearing in public places, news reports out of Philadelphia today reveal that over 100 students have been infected with mumps, in spite of the fact that almost all of the students have been vaccinated against it.

Ironically, it is the same vaccine, the MMR (mumps, measles, rubella) vaccine that is being mandated in Rockland County to fight measles.

ABC6 in Philadelphia reports:

“Temple University will hold the first of two scheduled vaccination clinics Wednesday, as the number of mumps cases affecting the campus community continues to rise.

There are now 105 cases, 18 confirmed, and the rest are probable.

It’s also important to note, most of those who got the mumps were vaccinated.

Doctors say MMR vaccine often weakens as people hit their teens or early 20s, but the best defense against the spread is the vaccine.”

The fact that doctors are admitting that the MMR vaccine “weakens” as children become teens and adults in their early 20s, calls into question the rationale being used in Rockland County, New York to only require children under the age of 18 to receive the MMR vaccine and banning them from public places, but not adults.

Perhaps an even bigger concern about these mass MMR vaccination efforts is whether or not those just vaccinated are themselves spreading the diseases of mumps and measles, since it is a “live” vaccine?

Do people receiving the MMR vaccine know that brain injuries and death are known side effects?

Report: Diapers and Menstrual Pads Laced with Toxic Chemicals

A new report highlighted by Environmental Health News demonstrates that most diapers and menstrual pads contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and phthalates, endangering millions of babies and seniors who may be absorbing these chemicals through the genitalia. Congress and the FDA must take action to protect these populations.

The study came about as a result of an investigation and class action lawsuit in South Korea after thousands of women claimed that new sanitary pads were causing menstrual problems and irregularities. The scientists tested a handful of diaper and menstrual pad brands for the presence of VOCs and phthalates, though they don’t name the brands.

The study’s authors concluded, “The physical location of the exposure site, the high absorption rate of the genitalia for chemicals, and the long-term exposure period demand a thorough investigation on the potential impact of the exposure to VOCs and phthalates.”

All four brands of diapers and all eleven brands of menstrual pads tested positive for at least two phthalates. Two brands of menstrual pads contained VOCs, along with all four diaper brands.

BREAKING: Rockland County NY Becomes America's First Vaccine Police State - Bans Unvaccinated Children from Public Places - Health Dept. Goes Door to Door

Rockland County Executive Ed Day held a press conference earlier today to announce that he had declared a “state of emergency” regarding the New York state county’s 153 cases of measles over a 6-month period, and placed a ban on all children under the age of 18 from appearing in any public area, which includes schools, malls and places of worship.

Mr. Day said that this was the “first such effort of this kind nationally.”

The emergency ban is clearly targeted towards parents of unvaccinated children, as Mr. Day stated:

“Parents will be held accountable if they are found to be in violation of this state of emergency act. And the focus of this effort is on the parents of these children. We are urging them once again, now with the authority of law, to get your children vaccinated.”

Mr. Day tried to downplay fears of police checkpoints and random checks for vaccination status, but he also stated that any parent found to be not in compliance with the emergency order would be referred to the district attorney’s office for possible prosecution.

“If we have a situation where it comes to our attention that a parent is willingly, knowingly, not allowing a child to be vaccinated, under the emergency order, it will be referred into the district attorney.”

The Rockland County Health Department, who recommended the emergency ban, has reportedly been going door to door and calling homes within the community in an effort to deal with the measles “epidemic.”

Disease Outbreaks Among Fully Vaccinated Students Show Insanity Behind Mandatory Vaccination Laws

A federal judge in New York earlier this month (March, 2019) denied the parents of 42 healthy, non-vaccinated students, the right to attend the Green Meadow Waldorf School simply because they were not vaccinated for measles, even though no cases of measles had been reported at the school.

During the same time period school officials across the country in Los Angeles sent home 50 fully vaccinated sick students at Harvard-Westlake School with the contagious whooping cough.

These two schools on opposite sides of the country clearly illustrate the absurdity of vaccination policy currently being espoused in the United Sates: fully healthy non-vaccinated students are denied an education, while sick, fully vaccinated students are allowed an education but then sent home because they are too sick to stay in school.

As state legislators across the U.S. are considering new laws to take away parental exemptions to childhood vaccines, the very premise being put forth to deny children a right to education is the “greater good” of public health, with the assumption that unvaccinated students present a public health crisis because of the belief that vaccines prevent diseases.

However, the facts and science behind vaccines clearly show that this belief is not valid.

FDA Committee Chair: "Congress is Owned by Pharma"

Dr. Brown has been openly critical of the FDA and their lack of oversight on the pharmaceutical industry, claiming “Congress is owned by pharma.”

His comments were recently reported by Adriana Belmonte at Yahoo Finance.

“Pharmaceutical companies are under the spotlight with congressional hearings on the cost of drug prices and allegations of the industry’s role in the opioid crisis.

“The pharmaceutical industry pours millions of dollars into the legislative branch every single year,” he told Yahoo Finance. “In 2016, they put $100 million into the elections. That’s a ton of money.”

“I’m really much more concerned because Congress is supposed to have oversight for the FDA. If the FDA isn’t going to hold pharma accountable, and Congress is getting paid to not hold pharma accountable, then it really doesn’t matter who the president is because it’s really about Congress.”

Bayer Loses Billions as 2nd Jury Determines RoundUp Weed Killer Causes Cancer

Bayer AG has suffered its second major legal defeat after purchasing Monsanto Co. and inheriting its controversial herbicide, RoundUp, the world’s most popular weedkiller.

The active ingredient in RoundUp, glyphosate, has been linked to cancer and other health problems, while Bayer and Monsanto, along with the U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) have denied any links.

Earlier this week, a second jury in California has determined that a man who sprayed RoundUp on his property for decades is responsible for his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

This recent defeat in court now opens up the door to another 11,200 cases pending against Bayer for harm allegedly caused by glyphosate. Settling these cases could cost Bayer billions more.

Meanwhile, the evidence for harm caused by glyphosate continues to pile up.

A study just published in The BMJ links pesticides and herbicides, including the widely used glyphosate, during prenatal and infant exposure to an increased rate of autism. The study was conducted in the Central Valley of California, home to the world’s largest agricultural area.

Dispelling the Myth that LDL Cholesterol is "Bad"

Investigation Finds Kentucky CPS Illegally Taking Children from Homes with Pre-signed Judge's Orders

Kentucky social workers are failing to have courts properly scrutinize and approve the drastic step of taking some children from their homes, relying instead on blank removal orders with pre-signed judges’ signatures, which is illegal according to several attorneys and judges.

The allegations, which involve cases of purported parental abuse or neglect, have prompted numerous complaints to judges and state officials.

They revolve specifically around the state Cabinet for Health and Family Services workers using pre-signed emergency custody court orders to remove children on weekends and after the courthouse has closed for the day.

“The system that is currently set up allows for the social workers to call an on-call judge on the phone and then fill out the order themselves, a blank order with a judge’s signature on it,” attorney Karen Faulkner said in an interview.

“Children are being illegally taken from their home without judges’ proper authority.”

Will the Government Start Using Force against the American Public Resisting Mandatory Vaccines?

On a cold winter morning in November 2007, I watched hundreds of parents line up with their children in front of a Maryland county courthouse.

FDA Wants to Regulate Human Poop and Let Only Big Pharma Sell it as a Super Probiotic Drug for Profit

4th Child Develops Cancer after California Elementary School Cell Tower Installed

Four students and three teachers have reportedly been diagnosed with cancer at an elementary school in Ripon, California, after a cell tower was installed directly on the school grounds about 3 years ago.

After the 4th child was diagnosed with cancer earlier this month (March, 2019), some parents reportedly pulled their students from school, and about 200 parents of the school’s 400 students gathered at a City Council meeting last week.

They want the cell tower removed from the school.

The school district reportedly has a 25-year lease contract with Sprint, and receives $2000.00 a month to have the cell tower located on school property.

School board president Kit Oase has said that tests done on the tower found it was operating normally within safety standards.

Many parents disagree.

Monica Ferrulli is one of those parents who has done her own research.

Her son Mason was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 10. She says a doctor has confirmed that the cause of his cancer is “environmental.”

Parents are claiming that the testing done by the school utilized a company (Hammett) hired by Sprint, the owner of the cell tower.

So the parents reportedly hired their own independent company, Windheim, to conduct testing, and they provided handouts at the City Council meeting that is reportedly the result of the testing. They also claim that the school website did not allow them to publish their findings

Florida Wants to Track Vaccination Status of All its Citizens with Proposed New Law

HELP STOP EXPANSION OF REQUIRED INTRUSIVE GOVERNMENT VACCINE TRACKING AND ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM!

We need your help to defeat a terrible bill, HB 213 sponsored by Representative Ralph Massullo, M.D, which expands the intrusive Florida SHOTS vaccine tracking system.

HB 213 needs to be opposed because:

1) HB 213 requires reporting by all vaccine administrators including tracking in the registry of refusal to participate rather than leaving reporting optional as in current statute.

2) HB 213 expands the registry from a childhood registry into an adult vaccine tracking registry by requiring the reporting of adult college and university students aged 19-23 or requiring tracking refusal to participate in the registry.

3) HB 213 exposes private vaccination and personal identifying records to collection and abuse by allowing automated data to be uploaded from “existing automated systems,” and making all the records in the registry “available” to permitted users and deleting current statute which requires the direct transfer from the registry to a user as needed.

4) HB 213 requires tracking of everyone from birth to 23 years old!

Do not be fooled by anyone claiming children or college students can opt-out of being tracked under this bill.

This is simply not true.

If HB 213 passes, every single person from birth to 23 will be tracked in this intrusive Florida vaccine enforcement and surveillance system either with their vaccination records or marked as a vaccine tracking refuser! There is no opting out of some kind of tracking in this system.

New Studies Provide Hope for Using Cannabis to Treat Brain Injuries and Diseases

In 1974, the Ford administration began bogus testing on monkeys as the science “proving” marijuana destroys brain cells. This helped support the “Reefer Madness” mania originated by the 1938 movie of the same name. It was great for the “Drug War” and “just say no” campaign.

Montana Legislator Calls for $1K a Day Fines and Jail for CPS Workers who Kidnap Children

James White of Northwest Liberty News out of Montana recently interviewed Representative Rodney Garcia, who has proposed legislation to punish CPS workers who break the law and remove children from their homes needlessly.

Representative Garcia states:

“Child Protective Services do not protect the kids, they kidnap them.”

He goes on to explain that CPS workers need a court order to remove children from their home, but routinely do not have court orders, and he wants to start fining them and putting them in jail when they take children out of homes without court orders.

Prior to interviewing Representative Garcia, James White interviewed Debbie Westlake from Butte, Montana, as an example of the kind of corruption in child welfare services in Montana.

He writes:

“In summary, Debbie had some medical issues and needed to be hospitalized for a couple weeks.

CPS took over and protected her son during her hospital stay. The visitation specialist who returned Debbie’s son, Robert, made advances on Debbie of a sexual nature, which she rebuked and then reported.

The worker was subsequently arrested for 4 counts of incest and was sentenced to 80 years in prison.

After another 5 hour hospital stay, CPS took Robert and he has not been home since.”

Kaiser Health Blows the Whistle on FDA and Medical Device Fraud

Last year (2018) Netflix produced a documentary about corruption in the medical device industry, which is a 300 BILLION dollar a year industry worldwide.

Industry insiders boast that the medical device industry has more power than Big Pharma, and is more powerful than most governments around the world.

Earlier this month (March, 2019), Kaiser Health News published an investigation into the FDA and their public database that tracks medical device failures.

Their investigation found that the FDA maintains a hidden database that records malfunctions of medical devices that is not available to the public.

Dr. Douglas Kwazneski was helping a Pittsburgh surgeon remove an appendix when something jarring happened. The surgical stapler meant to cut and seal the tissue around the appendix locked up.

Kwazneski later turned to the Food and Drug Administration’s public database that tracks medical device failures and “there was nothing,” he said. Yet when he surveyed leading surgeons on the matter, he discovered that more than two-thirds had experienced a stapler malfunction, or knew a peer who did. Such failures can have deadly consequences.

Kwazneski had no idea the FDA had quietly granted the makers of surgical staplers a special “exemption” allowing them to file reports of malfunctions in a database hidden from doctors and from public view.

“I don’t want to sound overdramatic here, but it seemed like a cover-up,” said Kwazneski.

Is Justice Finally being Served in Arkansas 4 Years After Stanley Homeschool Children Kidnapped?

In 2015, we covered the story of the Stanley family in Arkansas, reporting how the local sheriff department arrived at the home one night with local social workers and issued a warrant to search their property for a “dangerous” mineral supplement that was supposedly being forced upon the children and endangering their health.

The Stanley family homeschool their children, and that night, despite the fact that no dangerous materials were found in the house, and that a local doctor who came in an ambulance and examined each of the 7 children cleared them as being healthy, the local sheriff deputy ordered all 7 children to be forcibly removed from their home. Prior to this time, they had never spent a night away from their parents.

DHS workers reportedly remarked that there was no reason to take the children out of the home. When Mr. Stanley asked who actually made the decision to take their kids, Garland County Deputy Mike Wright allegedly replied, “I did, and I am proud of it.”

It turned out that the mineral supplement was perfectly legal, and posed no health threat to the children. So in order to justify the removal of the children, the charges were changed to something that was not on the original warrant, including “educational neglect” due to the family’s homeschooling practice.

The children were forced to live with foster parents and start attending public school.

None of the charges were ever substantiated, and it was determined later that one the older teenage children made up all the accusations because he did not like being homeschooled and the family’s strict Christian values.

5 months later, all the children were returned home, but not before suffering tremendous emotional trauma from being separated from their parents.

After 21 months, all charges were dropped against the Stanleys.

But this was not the end of their ordeal, only the beginning. Working with local attorney Joe Churchwell, the Stanleys sued the Garland County Sheriff’s Department for a violation of their civil rights – a case that has reached all the way up to the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which last year upheld a U.S. District Court ruling depriving the lead investigator from “qualified immunity.”

So the civil rights case continues.

The investigator, Kathy Finnegan, was recently deposed by Attorney Joe Churchwell, and the Sentinel-Record has published an account of the deposition.

Finnegan allegedly revealed that there was no evidence for the Garland County Sheriff to take the children in the first place.

Fully Vaccinated Children Actually Spreading Measles - And the Government Knows It

We are witness to an orchestrated frenzy that has been revved-up by vaccine stakeholders – i.e., those who have a direct or indirect financial stake in vaccines– through the corporate / academic institutions that employ them.

Their unified objective is to achieve maximum utilization of vaccines, and total compliance with vaccination schedules set by the government in collaboration with vaccine manufacturers.

Contrary to the barrage of “fake news” promulgated by government public health officials and the media to influence public opinion, the fact is, most childhood infectious disease “outbreaks” include both vaccinated and unvaccinated children.

What’s more, when the infection has been tested, vaccine strain has often been identified as the cause of infection.

In 2015, a “measles outbreak” in California’s Disney Land garnered nationwide front page publicity and dire warnings by public health officials and vaccine “authorities”.

They generated high public anxiety. This fearmongering led to the demonization of unvaccinated children, who were perceived as the spreaders of disease.

Never disclosed to the public, but known to CDC officials is the following evidence that has finally been published in the Journal of Clinical Microbiology (2017):

“During the measles outbreak in California in 2015, a large number of suspected cases occurred in recent vaccinees. Of the 194 measles virus sequences obtained in the United States in 2015, 73 were identified as vaccine sequences (R. J. McNall, unpublished data).”

Rebecca J. McNall, a co-author of the published report, is a CDC official in the Division of Viral Diseases, who had the data proving that the measles outbreak was in part caused by the vaccine. It is evidence of the vaccine’s failure to provide immunity.

But this crucial information has been concealed, and continues to be withheld from the public.

We Can No Longer Rely on USDA Organic Standards

The USDA’s organics program has been taken over by corporate interests; it’s time to fight back.

Consumers looking for clean, healthy food have for years turned to foods with the USDA’s organic seal. This seal is understood to mean that the food has been grown in accordance with organic principles—most importantly, that the farming practices promote healthy soil, which in turn produces healthy food.

Unfortunately, corporate influence has infected the USDA’s organic program to such an extent that it can be difficult to trust the organic seal.

Concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) have taken over organic eggs and dairy.

According to organic standards, livestock are supposed to have access to the outdoors, fresh air, and sunlight.

But these provisions have been interpreted in such a way as to allow CAFOs to confine animals to barns but add “porches”—a roof built over a concrete floor with screens as walls—and still label their livestock as “organic.”

This allows CAFOs to continue to raise millions of chickens or livestock on the cheap in cramped, squalid conditions but charge the organic premium.

The USDA estimates that half of all organic eggs come from CAFOs.

FDA Wants to Shut Down Adult Stem Cell Therapy as its Healing Successes are Experienced Around the World

Adult stem cell therapy is enjoying widespread success around the world, but if the FDA gets its way, it may soon be banned here in the U.S.

There have been nearly 12,000 adult stem cell therapies performed in the United States with an over 90 percent success healing rate for mostly joint and spinal conditions. It involves using the patient’s own stem cells, so no patent-able drugs are involved.

They are targeting the most influential stem cell clinician in the U.S., Dr. Kristin Comella in Florida.

The FDA has allegedly offered to drop their lawsuit if Dr. Comella signs an agreement to stop doing adult stem cell therapy and no longer promote it.

She refused. She said she has witnessed people leave their wheelchairs for good from this therapy. The trial is set for a Federal Court hearing beginning June 2019, in Miami, Florida.

If Dr. Comella loses this court case, adult stem cell therapy in the USA may be forced out of the country and only be available to those who can afford medical tourism.

2019 DOJ Report on Vaccine Court Reveals Vaccines Continue to Injure and Kill People: $110 MILLION in Damages Paid Out First Quarter

The federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services just concluded their first meeting of 2019 on March 8th.

These quarterly meetings include a report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) on cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).

The NVICP was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.

Drug manufacturers in the vaccine market can now create as many new vaccines as they desire, with no risk of being sued if their product causes injury or death.

This has resulted in a huge increase of vaccines entering the market, and the U.S. government, through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), is the largest purchaser of these vaccines, spending in excess of $5 billion taxpayer dollars each year to purchase these vaccines.

The CDC’s annual budget of $5 BILLION to purchase vaccines from pharmaceutical companies with American taxpayer funds, and the NVICP law which gives legal immunity to the pharmaceutical industry for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, are facts that are routinely censored and withheld from the public in the corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media, as well as in government legislative hearings that seek to mandate vaccines by force.

If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must sue the federal government and go up against their attorneys in this special vaccine court.

Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached, as can be seen from the most current report. One flu shot victim litigated for 7 years before reaching a settlement, and one Gardasil HPV vaccine victim litigated for over 5 years before reaching a settlement, for example.

Another Gardasil HPV vaccine victim who suffered cardiac arrest and death, took over 3 years to settle.

Study: Dietary Coconut Oil Leads to Healthy Skin - Reduces Skin Infection and Inflammation

A new study out of Japan and published in the European Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology shows how switching the dietary oil of chow fed to mice from soybean oil to coconut oil reduced skin inflammation.

The skin healing properties of coconut oil, especially virgin coconut oil, applied topically to the skin have been known for a long time.

Even though coconut oil is sold as a dietary oil, people applying it topically are seeing tremendous results for their skin conditions such as acne, eczema, keratosis polaris, psoriasis, rosacea, and fungal infections.

We have suspected for years that the reason people in tropical climates who eat their traditional diets which are high in the saturated fats of coconut oil had such beautiful skin, even though they are exposed to the sun to a greater degree than westerners, is because of the high amounts of coconut oil in their diet, which does not oxidize and cause free radical damage as polyunsaturated fats do.

Skin cancer, for example, is almost unheard of in tropical climates like the Philippines, but common in western nations, even in colder climates with far less exposure to the sun.

Researchers in Japan apparently wanted to test this theory of dietary coconut oil reducing allergic skin inflammation in the laboratory:

“Coconut oil is used as a dietary oil worldwide, and its healthy effects are recognized by the fact that coconut oil is easy to digest, helps in weight management, increases healthy cholesterol and provides instant energy.

Although topical application of coconut oil is known to reduce skin infection and inflammation, whether dietary coconut oil has any role in decreasing skin inflammation is unknown.

In this study, we showed the impact of dietary coconut oil in allergic skin inflammation by using a mouse model of contact hypersensitivity (CHS).”

Doctors Exposing Cholesterol Myth Accused of Murder in British Press for Questioning Statin Drugs

There’s a media war going on in the UK involving the issue of cholesterol-lowering statin drugs.

The British Daily Mail’s health editor, Barney Calman, labeled two medical doctors and a PhD nutritionist as “statin deniers” for their efforts in educating the public and debunking the cholesterol-heart disease causation dogma while exposing statin drug dangers.

The two doctors are Dr. Malcolm Kendrick and Dr. Aseem Malhotra. The nutritionist is Zoe Harcombe, PhD.

The Daily Mail article is blaming their “propaganda” as convincing people to stop taking cholesterol-lowering drugs which they claim are leading more people to suffer heart attacks as a result.

Since this is another example of corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media presenting only the pharmaceutical position on their own products and seeking to censor anyone who opposes them, we are publishing the responses from those accused of murder for exposing the dangers of statin drugs, as well as questioning the “science” used for the most widely prescribed class of drugs in the world.

Over the past week, we have been inundated with mainstream media stories about the measles ‘epidemic’ in Washington state where 68 have been infected. Nationwide, there have been 159 cases identified through February 21, 2019.

The headlines today might make you think that measles is as deadly as Ebola.

That is absurd.

But, just look at what is happening around our country after a small and predictable measles outbreak. There was a US Congressional hearing last week about the measles ‘epidemic’ and another one is scheduled in the US Senate next week. At these hearings, the Powers-That-Be are calling for mandatory vaccinations and eliminating parental choice when it comes to vaccines.

As I previously stated, with the amount of media coverage this measles epidemic is receiving, I would not fault you for guessing that many must be dying from measles.

In fact, no one has died.

Folks, we don’t live in Nazi Germany where medical procedures were done without consent. We don’t live in Communist countries where there is no choice. At least, I don’t think we do.

Study: U.S. Women of Reproductive Age Iodine Deficient

Researchers from Texas Women’s University just released a 2019 article titled, “A Review of Iodine Status of Women of Reproductive Age in the USA.”

The authors summarized the studies that assessed iodine status of women of reproductive age in the USA.

The authors state:

“Despite the USA being considered iodine sufficient for the general population, the US dietary iodine intakes have decreased drastically since the 1970s, with iodine deficiency reemerging in vulnerable groups such as women of reproductive age. …a majority of the articles reviewed demonstrate emergent iodine deficiency in this population of women of reproductive age, indicating alarm for a public health concern needing immediate attention.”

Iodine is an essential element that we cannot live without. Every cell in the body needs and requires iodine to function optimally.

The most vulnerable population for iodine deficiency are women of child-bearing age. Iodine deficiency during pregnancy can cause permanently lowered IQ in children along with a host of neurologic and endocrine problems including mental retardation, autism, ADHD and thyroid problems.
