Tennessee CPS Attorney Connie Reguli Arrested for Defending A Mother's Constitutional Rights to Due Process

Attorney Connie Reguli turned herself into authorities in Brentwood, Tennessee today (July 17, 2019) after learning that there was a warrant out for her arrest. She was released the same day without bail, on her own recognizance.

Attorney Connie Reguli is well-known to the readers of Health Impact News and our MedicalKidnap.com website. She is the head of the LawCare Family Law Center in Tennessee, and also the founder of the Family Forward Project, which advocates for the rights of parents and children nationwide on matters related to abuses in Child Protective Services and Foster Care.

She is a frequent speaker nationally, and educates legislators on matters related to family law and child welfare. She has been practicing law defending the Constitutional rights of parents for over 25 years.

Yesterday she received a phone call informing her that there was a warrant out for her arrest, encouraging her to turn herself in rather than having police come in to storm her office or home to arrest her.

Attorney Reguli states that she has:

“never broken the law and never been arrested for nothing. I am 67 years old, I’ve never had a DUI… never had a single criminal charge.

And here we are because I tried to get a parent due process, which means notice and opportunity to be heard.

I am now going to be criminally charged for that.”

At a recent legislative session in Tennessee before a committee that provides oversight for Tennessee’s Department of Children Services (DCS) Attorney Reguli says:

“I told them that this system is so broken, and that parents’ rights are being violated, that nobody will stand up for them. There’s no oversight, there’s nobody looking over their shoulder.

I’ve been an attorney for 25 years. I know the law. I know what Constitutional rights are for parents, and I have been a thorn in their side.”

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and World Health Organization Work Together to Conceal Vaccine Death Statistics in Poor Countries

The promotion for the utilization of vaccines and the inadequate surveillance systems in poor, Third World countries is largely controlled by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through the mantle of the World Health Organization (WHO) which administers public health programs in poor and middle income countries. Vaccine safety is the domain of the WHO Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS), established in 1999.

The WHO-GACVS developed a two-tiered classification system for assessing and reporting adverse events following immunization (AEFI). The AEFI classification system used in Third World countries disqualifies Deaths following vaccination, as having any causal association with vaccines. The dubious rationale given by the WHO: if there was no statistically significant increase in deaths recorded during Phase 3 vaccine trials, death is not associated with vaccination. Those phase 3 trials are too small and too short to detect rare lethal adverse effects.

After a vaccine is licensed, all deaths and serious adverse reactions that had not been detected in Phase 3 trials are labelled as ‘coincidental deaths /events’ or ‘unclassifiable’. The association of death with vaccination is discounted.

An Exploratory Analysis (2018) by Dr. Jacob Puliyel, head of pediatrics at St. Stephens Hospital Delhi, India, and member of the National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI) of the Government of India, documented that following the shift from the DPT – diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus – vaccine in 2011, to the pentavalent vaccine, the number of deaths rose precipitously.

Dr. Puliyel calculated that data from states with good reporting of adverse events, suggest that there are likely to be 7,020–8,190 additional deaths each year in India, because of the shift from DPT to Pentavalent vaccine.

The shocking conclusion one cannot help but draw is that the WHO classification system for adverse events following vaccination was crafted for use in devalued populations in the Third Word, where its use is imposed. This harks back to the days of institutionalized Apartheid.

Understandably, Dr. Puliyel concluded that: “deaths and other serious adverse events following vaccination in the third world, that use WHO-AEFI classification are not recorded in any database for pharmacovigilance. It is as if the deaths of children in low (and middle) income countries are of no consequence.”

Cancer Victims Suing Monsanto Over Glyphosate in Roundup Now Include Children

A 12-year-old boy suffering from cancer is among the newest plaintiffs taking on Monsanto and its German owner Bayer AG in growing litigation over the safety of Roundup herbicides and Monsanto’s handling of scientific concerns about the products.

Lawyers for Jake Bellah were in court Monday in Lake County Superior Court in Lakeport, California arguing that Bellah’s young age and diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) qualified him for “trial preference,” or a speedy trial.

Lawyers representing Bellah said the child was exposed to Monsanto’s glyphosate-based herbicide products repeatedly over many years as he played in his family’s yard and around their garden area where his father frequently sprayed the chemicals.

Bellah developed B-cell lymphoma and has been hospitalized and treated with chemotherapy and is currently in remission, according to Pedram Esfandiary, one of the family’s attorneys.

Child Abuse Pediatricians Destroying Families by Diagnosing "Abuse" When Medical Condition is Rickets

The method of diagnosing rickets in infants has been proven to be incorrect, yet it is still considered the standard practice used by child abuse pediatricians to diagnose abuse in infants and children with blatant disregard for laboratory testing showing a vitamin D deficiency or other metabolic bone disease.

The diagnosis of rickets in infants is left solely on a radiologist, despite blood tests showing deficiency, insufficiency, and efficient vitamin D levels.

The American Academy of Pediatrics: Committee on Child Abuse and Neglect (AAPCCAN) has issued guidelines for the evaluation of children with multiple unexplained fractures, concluding they are almost always due to abuse.

However, common sense questions still need answering:

Why would abusive parents repeatedly seek medical care for the infant they abused?
Why would chest trauma severe enough to fracture ribs not also results in lung damage?
Why wouldn’t blunt chest trauma cause some inwardly angulated rib fractures instead of all perfectly aligned fracture ends?
Wouldn’t parents who beat their infant severely enough to cause multiple fractures show evidence of psychopathology?
Do infants who are beaten severely enough to cause multiple fractures show fear in the presence of the abuser?
How often do the eyewitnesses to parental/infant interactions report the parents were concerned and loving parents?

Fighting Academic Censorship on Gardasil Vaccine Research, Dr. Sin Hang Lee Challenges Medical and Scientific Community to Debate in Open Forum

In an unprecedented move, pathologist/clinical microbiologist, Dr. Sin Hang Lee has decided to invite the international community of scientists and medical professionals to peer-review and/or discuss his latest research “Toll-like receptor 9 agonist in HPV vaccine Gardasil 9” in an open public forum.

According to Dr. Lee, during 2011/12, when he tried to publish papers describing HPV DNA fragments he had discovered in Gardasil 4, his first paper was rejected by three medical journal editors despite the fact that the manufacturer had assured health authorities worldwide no such fragments were in the final product.

The first of his papers regarding this subject was favorably peer-reviewed by three scientists who recommended publication. However, upon subsequent review by a journal editor publication was inexplicably denied.

Both papers were subsequently published in non-medical journals which deal with ‘pure science’ thereby limiting access to most medical professionals.

Dr. Lee also states that after submission of his latest research to “Vaccines” the editor-in-chief sent his paper out requesting a peer review. However, the editor’s subordinates refused to process the manuscript even though the journal claims to be “an international, peer-reviewed open access journal focused on laboratory and clinical vaccine research, utilization and immunization.”

Dr. Lee believes this unusual response illustrates a top-level concerted effort by vaccine stakeholders to suppress any information which could potentially impact the published safety profile of HPV vaccines.

Idaho Residents Show Support for Homeschooled Teen Medically Kidnapped - Mom Continues Fight in Court

For the last 7 months, 16-year-old Brandon McCreery has been separated from the only family he has ever known. After being medically kidnapped by St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital in Boise, over false allegations of medical abuse by his mother, Kristine, supposedly refusing to feed him, Brandon has spent the majority of 2019 in foster care.

Desperate to be reunited with her son, and prove the allegations false, Kristine McCreery has sought answers and help from anyone she could find. After the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare and the 3rd District Guardian Ad Litem program refused to listen, and several different attorneys failed to speak for her, Kristine became frustrated and angry with the system.

Unable to get anywhere with anyone associated with her son’s case, she has turned her anger into a relentless passion and renewed her fight for her son. Since the State wouldn’t actually help her, Kristine decided to help herself and turned to her new neighbors in Idaho for their help too.

Their story went public on Wednesday, July 10th, 2019.

To Kristine and her family’s surprise, this young mother’s cry for help was met with a monumental outpouring of support from Idaho residents.

Kristine appears in court again Tuesday, July 16th for a review hearing on the CPS case. The court is set to decide the permanency plan for Brandon, which appears to be leaning towards not returning him to his mother.

But Kristine isn’t giving up. She plans to represent herself in court and demand her evidence be heard by the judge.

She says,

“I am hopeful that I will at least have a chance to be heard. I pray that Judge Tucker will see the truth in my words and Brandon’s medical records, and finally send my son home to us.”

Court support and another rally have been planned for Tuesday to show community outrage over this situation.

Former FDA Commissioner Gottlieb Joins Pfizer: World’s Largest Pharmaceutical Company and Second Largest Manufacturer of Vaccines

Former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, MD has joined the board of directors of Pfizer, Inc.—the world’s largest pharmaceutical company and second largest manufacturer of vaccines. Pfizer, which posted total revenues of $53.7 billion in 2018, announced Dr. Gottlieb’s election to the board on June 27, 2019.

Dr. Gottlieb, who led the FDA from May 11, 2017 to Apr. 5, 2019, has also been appointed to the Regulatory and Compliance Committee and the Science and Technology Committee of Pfizer’s board.

As FDA Commissioner, Dr. Gottlieb often expressed strong opinions about the safety and mandatory use of vaccines. He has said he does not believe there is a need for further scientific research into reported vaccine side effects, such as the development of regressive autism in previously healthy children after vaccination.

He was also outspoken this year about his belief that children attending school with vaccine exemptions are to blame for measles outbreaks and the federal government should intervene if states do not restrict or eliminate vaccine exemptions.

California Mom Wins Second Big Settlement Against CPS for Seizing, Vaccinating Son Without Warrant

Rachel Bruno, the mother at the center of a civil rights battle in Orange County, California, has been awarded another big settlement against social services and Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) after they took her 20-month-old son and ran unauthorized medical tests on him and injected him with a dozen vaccinations at the same time.

Bruno was just given a half-million-dollar settlement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for their role in violating her Fourth Amendment rights of due process by carrying out an unwarranted seizure of her 20-month-old son, David.

David had been vaccinated according to his pediatrician’s recommendations at a slower pace because of a troubling reaction to Prevnar. At the physician’s direction, his vaccination schedule had been altered to slow it down to avoid more reactions. Orange County Social Services vaccinated him with seven shots containing twelve viruses at once, disregarding his medical history and without parental consent.

“By the grace of God, David is okay,” Bruno told PJ Media. But the psychological damage he suffered from the unlawful separation and time in a foster group home lingered. “It took a while for him to stop rejecting me,” said Bruno. “He believed I had left him.” Bruno is now reunited with her family.

Florida Governor Signs Bill to Legalize Growing Food on Your Own Property

Gov. Ron DeSantis signed SB 82, legislation protecting the right of all Floridians to grow vegetables and fruit on their own property.

For one Miami-area couple, this represents the end of a years-long struggle that started when their town ordered them to dig up the garden they had been growing for 17 years.

Starting July 1, any local ordinance that expressly limits or prohibits growing vegetables on one’s own property will be “void and unenforceable.”

In 2013, the Institute for Justice (IJ) filed a lawsuit on behalf of Hermine Ricketts and Tom Carroll seeking to strike down the Village of Miami Shores’ prohibition on front yard gardens as an unconstitutional violation of property rights.

Families Sue New York State to Stop the Repeal of the Religious Exemption to Vaccines

Attorneys Sussman and Kennedy filed a lawsuit in New York State (NYS) Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the NYS legislature’s June 13, 2019 repeal of the religious exemption to vaccination, Public Health Law Section 2164(9). The plaintiffs, 55 NYS families who held lawful religious exemptions, request that the court enjoin the enactment of the repeal temporarily, preliminarily and permanently.

The plaintiffs are of diverse religious faiths, including Christianity, Judaism and Islam. As a result of the repeal, these families can no longer educate their children in any schools or camps in New York without violating their religious faith. The parents who bring the suit seek to represent thousands of other families likewise affected by the repeal.

Kennedy, Chief Legal Counsel for Children’s Health Defense, stated,

“Religious rights are fundamental. It is unconstitutional for the state to deprive people of such important rights when religious animus has played a key role. To enact such harsh legislation without any legislative fact-finding, and with the legislators’ open display of prejudice towards religious beliefs different than their own, is simply un-American; it is essential that we fight this.”

Mother, Therapist, Educator, Paralegal, Advocate and Vaccine Court Victim Speaks Out on How Vaccine-Autism Denial Destroys Families

California Bill to Remove Medical Doctor Exemptions Halted in Assembly Committee - For Now

SB 276 was heard in the Assembly Appropriations Committee today, July 10, 2019.

Due to the exorbitant costs, it was sent to the Suspense File. Typically this is where a bill goes to die.

However, SB 276 could be removed from the Suspense File on August 31st and continue to move during this session.

It would have to pass the Assembly Floor before going back to the Senate for a Concurrence vote on the Assembly amendments and pass the Senate once more before hitting Newsom’s desk for his signature or veto.

Idaho Homeschooled Teenager with History of Medical Issues Removed from Mother Against His Will Due to Child Abuse Doctor Testimony

Brandon McCreery was always a small child, and had always been in the care of his mother, who diligently worked with doctors to find solutions to his medical needs.

They moved to Idaho in 2017 in search of better health care. After being diagnosed with influenza, lab tests revealed Brandon had Celiac Disease, which was probably a contributing factor to his constant battle to put on weight.

However, a psychological evaluation was ordered and his case was referred to a Child Abuse Specialist at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital in Boise.

A short time later, Brandon’s mother was being charged with child abuse, and Brandon became a victim of Medical Kidnapping, where his own voice in the matter was suppressed.

His mother was further charged with educational neglect for homeschooling Brandon, and he was forced to attend high school even though he had already fulfilled all high school requirements and graduated at age 16.

Study Finds Psychiatric Diagnosis to be ‘Scientifically Meaningless’

A new study, published in Psychiatry Research, has concluded that psychiatric diagnoses are scientifically worthless as tools to identify discrete mental health disorders.

The study, led by researchers from the University of Liverpool, involved a detailed analysis of five key chapters of the latest edition of the widely used Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM), on ‘schizophrenia’, ‘bipolar disorder’, ‘depressive disorders’, ‘anxiety disorders’ and ‘trauma-related disorders’.

The authors conclude that diagnostic labelling represents ‘a disingenuous categorical system’.

"Fear-Based Medical Misinformation" Causes Vaccine and Statin "Hesitancy" or is Public Waking Up to the Truth? Dr. Brownstein Reponds to AMA

An article in the June, 2019 edition of JAMA Cardiology was titled, “Fear-Based Medical Misinformation and Disease Prevention: From Vaccines to Statins.” In this article, the author states “fake medical news” as the reason that patients are exhibiting hesitancy about utilizing statins and vaccines.

The author blames vaccine refusers for fueling outbreaks of measles. However, mandating that every child receive the MMR does not guarantee a measles-free population.

China continues to have measles outbreaks even though Chinese children are the most vaccinated in the world—over 99% of Chinese children are fully vaccinated for measles.

Furthermore, there has been a rash of mumps outbreaks across the US since 2006–all in fully vaccinated populations. In fact, from 2016-2017, there have been over 9,200 cases of mumps in the US, mostly from fully vaccinated people.

The author blames fake news because patients are concerned about statin safety. A large percentage of patients stop statin drugs due to side effects.

I find it doubtful that fake news is responsible for a large percentage of patients to suffer adverse effects from statin therapy. I have been a clinician for over 25 years and regularly heard patients complaining about statin adverse effects.

CDC: Flu Shot Less than 10% Effective at End of Flu Season

Last week, officials at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that the new estimate for the effectiveness of the influenza vaccine during the second half of the 2018-2019 “flu season” was only nine percent. That’s pretty bad even by influenza vaccine standards, which are notoriously poor.

Since the 2004-2005 season, the CDC has judged the influenza vaccine to be more than 50 percent effective only four times—52 percent in 2006-2007, 56 percent in 2009-2010, 60 percent in 2010-2011 and 52 percent in 2013-2014.

In other words, the vaccine has been more than 50 percent ineffective nearly three out of every four years.

American Dad Escapes Arizona with Two Sons Only to Have them Medically Kidnapped in Switzerland

An American father, Neal Sutz, with dual citizenship in the United States and in Switzerland, fled Arizona in 2017 with his wife and two sons to start a new life in Switzerland, after he claims his life was ruined and his two children were in danger in Arizona, due to his wife’s family.

His wife is allegedly part of an influential family in the Mormon Church in Arizona. She claims, and has testified in court, that she and other members of her family were sexually abused as children, and she feared her own children were in danger.

Both boys are special needs children needing medical care, and shortly after arriving in Switzerland, they were allegedly medically kidnapped under the authority of Swiss child protective services (SPMi) after their mother experienced a psychotic breakdown in Geneva.

SPMi brought in an American psychiatrist living in Geneva, Dr. Daniel Schechter, to handle the Sutz case.

One of Dr. Schechter’s special interests is the effect of mothers with post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) on their children. He was the winner of an award for this work shortly after taking on the Sutz boys’ case, and continues to win awards for his work on studying the effects of mothers with PTSD on their children.

Neal has been fighting the system for over 2 years to try and get his children back, and even took out a full page advertisement in the Washington Times to publish a letter written to President Donald Trump asking him to intervene in Switzerland. He does not believe President Trump or anyone in his administration ever saw it.

Parents Routinely Denied Legal Representation in Child Abuse Cases: More Likely to Have Children Medically Kidnapped by the State

When a medical doctor bridges the line of physician and law enforcement, which many, if not all, child abuse physicians do, the rights of families are not only often violated, but they are blatantly disregarded.

The first violation after the accusation is made is the disregard of the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Do you want to be forced to use every new vaccine Big Pharma produces and public health officials mandate without your voluntary informed consent? And what will be done to you if you refuse to comply?

Will you be able to get a driver’s license or passport, shop in a store, go to a football game, enter a hospital emergency room, get on a bus or plane, or simply leave your home if you cannot show proof that you have complied with government vaccine policies?

Will your unvaccinated children be taken from you? Will you be criminally prosecuted and imprisoned?

Judge Issues Gag Order Against Texas Family as CPS Refuses to Return Child Even After Hospital Admits There is No Emergency

Earlier this week, the parents appeared in court in the hopes of being able to finally bring their son home. But as The Texas Home School Coalition Association (THSC) reports, that did not happen, and the judge issued a gag order in an attempt to force them to stop talking to the media.

Just a few days earlier, the parents had attended a meeting with Children’s Medical Center Dallas and Texas CPS, where it became evident that there was no medical emergency that warranted CPS taking the child out of his home.

CDC officials hired a Scandanavian, Poul Thorsen, giving him $10 million to create a series of fraudulent reports from Denmark.

Thorsen dutifully produced the predetermined results but allegedly stole at least $1 million of the grant from CDC. He is now an international fugitive under Federal indictment and on HHS’s “Most Wanted” list.

CDC continues to cite Thorsen’s studies as the bedrock for its claim that vaccines don’t cause autism.

Government’s Own Pro-vaccine Medical Expert Admits There is a Vaccine-Autism Link That is Being Covered Up

Earlier this year (2019) investigative independent journalist Sharyl Attkisson ran a report on Dr. Andrew Zimmerman, a world-renowned pediatric neurologist whom the U.S. Government used in 2007 to testify in the U.S. Vaccine Court that vaccines did not cause autism.

However, Dr. Zimmerman also stated in an affidavit that vaccines can cause autism in a certain subset of children, but that testimony was suppressed. He goes on to say that the government went on to misrepresent his opinion in vaccine court and cover up what he had told them.

Italian police in the city of Bibbiano, near Reggio Emilia, have arrested over a dozen people including the town mayor, Andrea Carletti, for what is being reported as an elaborate child sex trafficking ring where “MK-Ultra” types of brainwashing tactics were used to brainwash children in foster care into believing that their parents had sexually abused them, when in reality they had not.

Others arrested reportedly as part of the alleged pedophile ring included politicians, doctors, social workers and psychologists.

It is being reported that the children were sexually abused and sold for very large sums of money. The children were reportedly from poor families.

The parents and families of these children are reportedly devastated, as a warehouse was uncovered by police showing toys, gifts, and letters sent by the parents to the children which were never delivered.

Doctor Under Investigation Could Lose License to Practice Medicine for Praying with Some Patients

A doctor in the UK is being investigated by the General Medical Council (GMC) because a complaint was made against him for praying with his patients.

Dr. Richard Scott is a General Practitioner at Bethesda Medical Centre in Margate, Kent.

Dr. Scott states that he only prays with about one out of every 40 patients, and that he always asks for their permission first. Of those he asks, about 90% accept, and the ones who do not, he respects their right to refuse.

The complaint to the General Medical Council was allegedly not made by any of his patients, but by an “acquaintance” of one of his patients, who then worked with The National Secular Society (NSS) to lodge the complaint.

The NSS allegedly wrote that a “highly vulnerable patient” was uneasy with the use of prayer during a consultation. NSS chief executive Stephen Evans reportedly confirmed that the complaint came from someone known to the patient rather than the patient themselves.

FBI Called Upon to Investigate NY Corruption in Removing Vaccine Religious Exemptions

Kevin Barry of First Freedoms is calling upon the FBI to investigate potential fraud committed in the New York Assembly Committee on Health meeting that considered whether or not to bring a bill to the full Assembly Floor that would remove religious exemptions for childhood vaccines.

He has published a video filmed during the meeting that shows the committee did not have enough votes to bring the bill to the full Assembly Floor, and that Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie, who is not part of the Committee on Health, called over one Assemblyman who voted “no,” Nader Sayegh, and convinced him to change his vote.

Without this change of vote, the bill would have died and never come to the full Assembly Floor for a vote.

As a result, the bill did make it to the floor, and 20 million New Yorkers who had a religious exemption to vaccines lost that exemption.

Texas CPS Medically Kidnaps 4 Year Old Homeschooled Boy After Parents Complain About Poor Doctor Care

Drake Pardo (age four) was illegally taken from his family by Child Protective Services (CPS) on June 20.

The Pardos are a Texas Home School Coalition (THSC) member family.

THSC attorneys Chris Branson and Julie Jacobson are now representing the Pardos and are attempting to return Drake, a medically fragile child, back to his family.

CPS first made contact with the family on June 7, leaving a business card on the family’s door.

Two weeks later, after repeated attempts by the family and their attorney Chris Branson to obtain any information about the case, CPS suddenly declared an “emergency.”

Two CPS caseworkers and four armed police officers arrived unannounced at the Pardo family’s home and took Drake, still refusing to give the family any information about the accusations against them.

At the time of the removal, advocates from Family Rights Advocacy and the Parent Guidance Center were live on the phone, attempting to de-escalate the situation.

In a rough cell phone video captured by the family, the Pardos remained calm but can be seen challenging the caseworker’s claim to a two-week delayed “emergency” and the decision to suddenly remove Drake.

Drake’s father, Daniel, can be heard for several minutes attempting to keep Drake calm as he is placed into the police car and as he asks repeatedly why his father is not coming with him.

On April 22, nearly two months prior to this horrific incident, the Pardos had filed an official complaint against the Children’s Hospital for the poor treatment of Drake by several of the hospital’s doctors.

They informed the family that they would review the matter and resolve it within 45 days. On day 46, with the family still having heard nothing from the Children’s Hospital, CPS showed up at the family’s door with an affidavit signed by one of the hospital’s doctors.

FDA Allows Cancer-causing Chemical in Popular Blood-pressure Drugs

More evidence that the drug approval process is completely broken.

A pharmacy recently alerted the FDA to the presence of a cancer-causing chemical in the popular blood-pressure drug valsartan, putting millions of patients at risk.

Incredibly, this isn’t even the first time dangerous chemicals have been found in this class of drugs. Generic forms of Valsartan have been recalled since 2018 when three other carcinogenic compounds were found in various versions of the drug.

In this current episode, a solvent called dimethylformamide (DMF) was discovered in valsartan pills still on the market in the US, which the FDA was recommending as an alternative to recalled versions. The World Health Organization classifies DMF as a “probable carcinogen.”

Note that the FDA allows drugs to contain small amounts of DMF. That’s right—the agency charged with protecting public health allows drug manufacturers to put a cancer-causing solvent in their pills.

The contamination of this heart drug highlights, among other things, the pitfalls of the drug manufacturing process. According to one expert, “Medicines are kind of like used cars: By the time you get it it’s already five or six years old, it’s touched hundreds of hands and it’s got 100,000 miles on it.” This puts the supposed safety of the medications that millions of Americans take—often more than one—in serious question.

California Dr. Bob Sears Exposes How Good Doctors Fear State Medical Board and SB 276 Regarding Vaccine Medical Exemptions

California pediatrician Dr. Bob Sears recently testified at the California State Assembly hearing considering SB 276, which would prevent doctors from writing medical exemptions to childhood vaccines without the approval of California State health officials, appointed by politicians.

Dr. Sears pointed out that the passage of this bill would cause many doctors to stop writing medical exemptions for vaccines out of fear of what the California State Medical board may do to them, such as take away their license to practice medicine, or come under disciplinary action.

Dr. Sears should know, because that is exactly what happened to him. A disgruntled spouse in a custody case who wanted to administer several vaccines over the objection the other parent reported Dr. Sears to the California State Medical Board, which proceeded to put Dr. Sears on probation. This was in spite of the fact that the judge over the custody case agreed with Dr. Sears that there were valid medical reasons to not fully vaccinate the infant in question, who was suffering neurological disorders.

This action resulted in Dr. Sears having to pay over $20,000 a year in probation fees, and even though he has never had a single malpractice case, his malpractice insurance doubled, and he lost insurance contracts that allowed him to serve 500 military families, and now he can no longer provide service to these families.

Toxic Polysorbate 80 Found in Most Vaccines

Unbelievably, Polysorbate 80 is found in many vaccines that are mandated not only for our children but for adults as well. Perhaps we are seeing an epidemic of childhood illnesses because of the overload of toxic products found in vaccines.

Section 11 of the Material Safety Data Sheet for polysorbate 80 states, “May cause reproductive effects based on animal test data. No human data found. May cause cancer based on animal test data. No human data found. May affect genetic material (mutagenic).”

Once injected, polysorbate 80 can break down into sorbitol and ethylene oxide. Sorbitol, according to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is not to be injected (under drug warnings).

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have found evidence of carcinogenicity (promoting cancer) with ethylene oxide exposure. Ethylene oxide is associated with reproductive effects in mammals as well as leukemia in female rats and malignant tumors in male rats.

Is it safe to inject any human, much less a baby, with either polysorbate 20 or 80?

No!

Google and Wikipedia Team Together To Suppress Alternative Health Information

Ask anyone on the street prior to 1990 what the term “search engine” meant, and you would probably get a shrug of the shoulders and a guess, like searching for an automobile replacement engine or something.

Today, people use the Internet to search for information about 6 billion times a day, easily accessing far more data than all of today’s mainstream news outlets put together.

And while in the early days of the Internet one had many choices of tools to use to search for data, today the name “Google” is synonymous with “search engine”, and is even used as a verb: “Go Google it.”

Over 90% of all Internet searches are controlled by Google today.

If Google was simply a software program that searched through all the massive amounts of data in blazing fast speed to produce the results that YOU wanted, this would not be such a big issue. It would just mean they are able to deliver results faster and more comprehensively than other search engines, leading more people to prefer using them over other search engines.

And that’s probably the way it was in the beginning.

But today, Google has decided to be the Police of the Internet, and they have decided that they know better what data you should be viewing than you do.

And they have apparently teamed together with another source of online data, Wikipedia, which poses as a neutral source for information, but is anything but “neutral.”

Together, these two Internet giants are doing everything they can to serve big corporate interests, particularly when it comes to alternative health.

Dr. Joseph Mercola, founder of Mercola.com, one of the longest running websites on the Internet publishing life-saving information on natural treatments, and exposing corruption in the medical industry, just recently lost 99% of his search engine traffic because Google and Wikipedia apparently do not believe the public has a right to use their search tools to find the kind of information he publishes.

State Department Report: U.S. #1 in Sex Trafficking - 60% American Child Sex Slaves Come Out of Foster Care

According to a recently released report by the State Department, the top three nations of origin for victims of human trafficking in 2018 were the United States, Mexico and the Philippines.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo delivered the Trafficking in Persons report, which is created annually by the State Department to document human trafficking in the year prior, and highlighted the growing focus that government agencies and nonprofit organizations have dedicated to stopping human trafficking.

If there’s one takeaway from our reporting, it’s that the industry is fueled by an unceasing demand.

Repatha is a new cholesterol-lowering medication that works differently from statins. It is part of an expensive class of medications that currently costs about $14,000 per year.

When Repatha first came out I predicted that this class of drugs would (similarly to statins) fail and, furthermore, cause too many adverse effects.

When we reviewed the article, we concluded Repatha was not very effective as it failed to help nearly 98% who took it. As we were about to finish our discussion, I said let’s look at the adverse effects from this drug.

Adverse side effects were encountered by 77.4% of those treated with both Repatha and the placebo.

As for serious side effects, 24.8% of the Repatha group and 24.7% of the placebo group suffered a serious adverse effect.

How could a therapy have such a high rate of adverse effects, especially serious adverse effects? And, how could a placebo have such a high rate of adverse and serious adverse events?

Parents Risk Losing Children to CPS in NY if They Fail to Comply with Mandatory Vaccines

As we reported last week, on June 13, 2019, the New York legislature quickly pushed a bill (A2371) to repeal the religious exemption to vaccination through both the Assembly and Senate in one day with no public hearings.

The unprecedented legislative coup, which cut the citizens of New York out of participating in the law making process, culminated in the Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo immediately signing the bill into law.

Soon after this bill passed in New York, some parents apparently received letters from their children’s school districts informing them of the new law, and that any child who previously had a religious exemption to vaccines now needed to comply and get caught up on their vaccinations.

One of these letters, from Deer Park, New York, was posted on Facebook and quickly circulated, where James Cummings, the Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel Services, let parents know that failure to comply and vaccinate their children would result in being reported to Child Protective Services (CPS).

CPS workers routinely seize children from parents who do not comply with medical directives. Today, you can lose your children to CPS for simply wanting to obtain a second opinion from a different doctor for medical treatments for your children.

These children are very often taken out of their homes and put into foster care, where the vast majority of them are abused.

Foster care is a billion dollar industry, and it is the main source of the United States’ very large, and very real, problem of child sex trafficking.

It would appear that State Legislators and governors imposing strict mandatory vaccination laws have now found another pipeline of putting children into this very lucrative foster care system to access federal funds, where corruption is the norm.

American Bar Association Training for Attorneys: Trauma Caused by Separation of Children from Parents Worse than Staying in Troubled Homes

We have reported for years now that the Child “Protective” Services of state governments are corrupt, and part of a national “child trafficking” system that is a multi-billion dollar industry funded by American taxpayers and employing hundreds of thousands of people to support this industry.

While it varies from state to state, statistics bear out that very few children are actually removed from their homes due to abuse. True abuse, a legally defined term, happens in only 10-15% of the cases. And even in those few cases, seldom is abuse determined by law enforcement trained in forensic evidence to determine abuse, as is evidenced by the fact that social workers and judges in family courts rule on cases of abuse while no formal charges are made against the parents.

The vast majority of children are removed from their homes for “neglect,” a much broader term which has no standard legal definition.

It basically means that the government decides who is a good parent and who is not based on their own subjective standards. The most common area we report on is “medical neglect,” which means a doctor decides what is appropriate treatment for your child, and if you disagree or want to seek a second opinion, you risk losing your children.

The trauma to children from being removed from their homes is both documented by large-scale studies, and proven by the results of what happens to these children as they grow up outside of their homes and become adults.

The hall was packed with several thousand clinicians, physicians, medical professors, scientific researchers and doctors of non-conventional medical disciplines who were interested in the latest anti-aging research. Following the presentation, a professor at a California medical school asked me to meet privately with some physicians in a separate conference room.

I was only anticipating a handful of doctors; therefore I was taken aback to see several hundred MDs and PhDs crammed into the space. The physicians and professors were likely board certified; what they held in common was their inclusion of non-toxic, non-drug therapies in their protocols to treat patients.

The professor who invited me had published dozens of papers in peer-reviewed journals, but she was unable to get her own clinical research using alternative medical therapies published. This was despite the fact that there are already tens of thousands of studies in print supporting the scientific basis for what she and thousands of other physicians are doing.

What I learned from listening to these doctors’ complaints is that they feared speaking out publicly about their personal successes. They worried that they would be attacked and could face interrogation from state medical boards for breaking rank with the status quo.

One professor from the University of Chicago’s medical school stated that he and his colleagues felt as if they were in held silent in the closet.

However, what surprised me was their knowledge about the causes of disease and non-toxic therapies that could reverse them.

For the following hours Marty and I listened to in depth conversations for preventing, treating and reversing diseases their colleagues using orthodox protocols were unable to achieve.

A California professor made a remark I would never forget. He stated it was almost Orwellian that those of us who are able to use alternative medicine must apologize for the success of our treatments. We are attacked and punished for succeeding while they are rewarded for failing.

Arizona DCS Arrests Melissa Diegel as "Fugitive from Justice" While Living in Florida

Melissa Diegel is an Arizona mother who had her two daughters medically kidnapped back in 2014 for disagreeing with their doctors.

The Daily Caller is reporting that Diegel is being charged in an eight count indictment, and has been extradited from Florida, where she has lived since 2017, and is now incarcerated in an Arizona jail.

Diegel lost her long battle with the State of Arizona and never had her two daughters returned. But apparently Arizona was not content to let Diegel move on with her life, and is now charging her with “child abuse” for seeking medical treatment for her daughters from 2011 through 2014, and prosecuting her as a “fugitive from justice.”

Diegel stated that she suspects Arizona may be worried about a lawsuit, since her oldest daughter is about to turn 18.

American Medical Association Advice: Mature 12-Year-Olds Can Consent to Vaccination Without Parents

At the recently concluded annual meeting of the American Medical Association (AMA) in Chicago, AMA delegates adopted a doozy of a new policy. The powerful trade group agreed to develop model legislation that pressures state legislatures into allowing minors to “override refusenik parents on vaccination.”

In 2000, the Supreme Court reasserted the fundamental right of parents to oversee the care, custody and control of their children, a right recognized by states until children reach age 18.

Where vaccines are concerned, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act—passed in 1986—legally requires health care providers to distribute vaccine information materials to the parent or legal guardian of any child to whom the provider intends to administer a vaccine “prior to the administration of such vaccine” [emphasis added].

Does it trouble the AMA that its pronouncement goes against legal precedent as well as social custom?

Apparently unconcerned about “chipping away at parental rights,” AMA representatives are gung-ho about the organization’s new policy position.

Not only do they want minors as young as 12 to be able to consent to vaccination regardless of their parents’ “flawed beliefs”—while still expecting parents to pay for the vaccines—they also believe that doctors should be the ones declaring a child “mature enough” to consent to vaccination.

A question that anyone familiar with the AMA’s history should be asking is, why would we trust the AMA to make such vital decisions in parents’ stead?

Study: United States Uses 100 Pesticides and Herbicides Banned in Other Countries

Legal Experts: Shaken Baby Diagnosis Leads to "Destruction of Families Beyond Anything Comparable in the Modern History of the American Justice System"

Attorneys Randy Papetti, Paige Kaneb and Lindsay Herf have just published an article in Santa Clara Law Review exposing how the medical community representing Child Abuse Specialists are trying to convince the courts that Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) still has a “consensus” of support in the medical community.

In the medical field of pediatrics, Child Abuse Specialists have increasingly been used by Child Protective Social Services (CPS) across the country to take children away from their parents based primarily on the examination of x-rays.

The entire field of pediatric child abuse diagnoses has become very controversial, and all across the country parents and caregivers wrongly accused of child abuse by these pediatric Child Abuse Specialists are having their cases overturned, as the courts are recognizing the flaws in diagnosing SBS.

The attorneys writing for the Santa Clara Law Review state:

“Several serious and growing controversies surround a field of medicine known as child abuse pediatrics. One such controversy involves a diagnosis known as Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) or Abusive Head Trauma (AHT).

The diagnosis is based on specific internal findings in a baby or young child’s head and eyes, which, when present, supposedly indicate that the child was violently shaken or otherwise subjected to inflicted head trauma.

Within child abuse pediatrics, the diagnosis is endowed with a nearly iconic status and hailed as a critical discovery in our ability to identify abuse in very young children.

But outside of child abuse pediatrics, the SBS/AHT diagnosis is very controversial. In fact, the scientific, medical, and legal literature overflow with challenges to the diagnosis’ reliability. And these challenges are not at the margins.

Rather, the problems with the diagnosis may be so fundamental as to raise the specter of wrongful convictions and unfair destruction of families beyond anything comparable in the modern history of the American justice system.”

Government Report: $160 Million Paid So Far in 2019 for Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

The federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services just concluded their second meeting of 2019 on June 6th.

These quarterly meetings include a report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) on cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).

The NVICP was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.

Drug manufacturers in the vaccine market can now create as many new vaccines as they desire, with no risk of being sued if their product causes injury or death.

This has resulted in a huge increase of vaccines entering the market, and the U.S. government, through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), is the largest purchaser of these vaccines, spending in excess of $5 billion taxpayer dollars each year to purchase these vaccines.

The CDC’s annual budget of $5 BILLION to purchase vaccines from pharmaceutical companies with American taxpayer funds, and the NVICP law which gives legal immunity to the pharmaceutical industry for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, are facts that are routinely censored and withheld from the public in the corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media, as well as in government legislative hearings that seek to mandate vaccines by force.

The June 6, 2019 report states that 287 petitions were filed during the 3-month time period between 2/16/19 – 5/15/19, with 191 cases being adjudicated and 144 cases compensated.

The June, 2019 DOJ report only lists 78 of these settlements for vaccine injuries and deaths, and 57 of those were for damages caused by the flu vaccine.

The total amount of damages paid out by the U.S. Government so far in 2019 for vaccine injuries and deaths is over $160 MILLION.

New York Quickly Removes Religious Vaccine Exemptions with No Public Hearings

On June 13, 2019, the New York legislature quickly pushed a bill (A2371) to repeal the religious exemption to vaccination through both the Assembly and Senate in one day with no public hearings. The unprecedented legislative coup, which cut the citizens of New York out of participating in the law making process, culminated in the Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo immediately signing the bill into law.

“This new law, which was rammed through the New York legislature in one day without public participation in the democratic process violates the human right to hold religious and spiritual beliefs that honor and protect bodily integrity,” said Barbara Loe Fisher, Co-founder and President of the National Vaccine Information Center.

“When a government has to resort to forcing parents to choose between violating their religious beliefs and conscience or giving their children a school education, that government has chosen to rule by fear and coercion and will lose the respect and trust of the people.”

About 24,000 children in New York currently attend school with a religious exemption to vaccination (0.8 percent of all students). Those children now will have to immediately get all state mandate vaccines according to the schedule published by the federal Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices or be home schooled next school year.

Some families have said they will have to move out of the state because their children are already vaccine injured or have brain and immune system disorders that do not qualify for medical exemptions under narrow federal vaccine use guidelines.

Parents of Baby Kidnapped after Forced Cesarean in Connecticut Hospital Call on Public to Attend Hearing to Remove Parental Rights

Suzy and her husband Peter Saad will face a judge next week who will reportedly terminate their parental rights to their newborn baby, Sofia.

The parents reportedly have no criminal record, and have not been charged with child abuse or neglect. They stopped in a hospital in Connecticut while on a trip to Maine because Suzy was experiencing back pain, and the staff there allegedly accused her husband of being a “Muslim terrorist,” even though he is a U.S. citizen of Egyptian heritage, and a Coptic Christian.

Suzy reports that they drugged her against her will and performed a cesarean birth to remove her baby, and then seized custody of the child.

The basis the Judge is allegedly going to use to justify removing their parental rights is something called “predictive analysis” which supposed to predict who will become a good parent and who will not. This tool has received much criticism for being inaccurate, and nothing more than a form of racial profiling.

The parents are calling on the public to rally at the courthouse before their trial:

“In protest of the very obvious violation of our human and civil rights, we would like to announce that we will be holding a rally on the day of our trial coming up on June 18, 2019 in front of the superior court in Middletown, CT (from 8 am-5 pm.)

We are asking that any and everyone who is willing and able, please come out and support us in our cause to save our daughter Sofia and please invite the press!!!”

New Tests Confirm Children's Foods Made from Oats are ALL Contaminated with Cancer-Causing Glyphosate

A new report released this week (June, 2019) by The Environmental Working Group (EWG) confirms previous reports that America’s breakfast cereals, consumed primarily by children, are contaminated with the toxic herbicide, glyphosate.

Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Monsanto’s RoundUp, and has been linked to cancer. Juries in recent court cases have awarded billions of dollars in damages to cancer victims who were exposed to glyphosate.

This most recent report published by Olga Naidenko, Ph.D., senior science advisor, and Alexis Temkin, Ph.D., Toxicologist, at EWG, tested 21 oat-based cereal and snack products, and found all of them had high levels of the toxic glyphosate.

EWG is asking the public to sign a petition to have the major food companies remove glyphosate from their products.

While this is a noble venture, it is impossible for any company producing products from American grains to remove glyphosate from their products.

Companies producing these products do not have a choice to remove glyphosate from their products. It is impossible. Petitioning them to do so will not accomplish anything, because they are powerless to change this.

Most of us are familiar with the sensations of fear; the heart racing, mouth drying, stomach churning, dizzying reaction, that occurs when we encounter the unexpected. Fear, in and of itself, is a natural physiological response to real or perceived danger and one that has contributed heavily to the continuation of humanity. Knowing when to run from a physical threat and when to fight, allowed our ancestors to survive immediate dangers in their daily lives and continue to perpetuate the species.

The modern landscape we face daily has changed considerably into what we might consider a more civilized, less threatening environment. So why, despite all this advancement, do more than 40 million of us between the ages of 18 and 51 in this country suffer from an anxiety disorder?

It can all be so emotionally and physically exhausting.

So how many of us have taken up running and resistance training to quell our anxiety?

A study done across 8 weeks and involving 42 participants contrasted state anxiety responses, with the results showing a reduction in anxiety symptoms after 50 minutes of either aerobic or resistance training.

An added benefit to all this running and lifting comes in the form of exercise-induced endorphins, the body’s natural opioids, which have, until recently, been given all the credit for the infamous “runner’s high,” but an emerging field of research is centering on the endocannabinoid system.

Government Health Agencies Take Huge Profits from Vaccine Royalties - Gardasil the Top One

The CDC is a major player in the vaccine marketplace, buying half of all childhood vaccines in the U.S. and then selling them to contracted public health agencies through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, which pushes free and low-cost vaccines on indigent children.

Over the past three decades, the CDC’s vaccine purchases have increased 15-fold as the average cost of fully vaccinating a child to age 18 rose from $100 to $2192—while vaccine companies have raked in the profits.

The agency’s involvement with vaccine manufacturers also extends to patents, licensing agreements and collaboration on projects to develop new vaccines.

In fact, the CDC and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) profit handsomely from their ownership or co-ownership with private sector partners of vaccine-related patents.

Some of the key technologies underlying the development of the HPV vaccines Gardasil and Cervarix emerged from research patented by the NIH’s National Cancer Institute (NCI), which then licensed the technology to Merck, MedImmune and GlaxoSmithKline.

By 2009, HPV licensing had become NIH’s top generator of royalty revenues.

Gardasil is “perhaps the leading example of a new form of unconstrained government self-dealing, in arrangements whereby [HHS] can transfer technology to pharmaceutical partners, [and] simultaneously both approve and protect their partners’ technology licenses while also taking a cut of the profits.”

It seems doubtful that agencies can remain impartial in the face of these profits.

Scientific Evidence Confirms Music Helps Preterm Infants Brains

SWI, the Swiss Information channel, reported that there is scientific evidence that music helps nurture brain development in premature infants.

Swiss neuroscientists reported documenting positive effects of specially composed and performed music on developing neural networks of premature babies. The musical selection provided a soothing background of bells, harp, and Indian punji (charming snake flute). Infants in the music exposure group listened to music five times per week.

Medical imaging reveals that the neural network of premature babies who have listened to specially composed music strengthens the development of their brain.

Police Investigate Murder of Former Arkansas Senator Linda Collins-Smith - Frequent Critic of CPS Corruption

Former Arkansas Senator Linda Collins-Smith was found dead in her home last week, and local media sources are reporting that her death is being investigated as a homicide.

Collins-Smith was a frequent critic of government corruption and child protective services, but who the attacker was and what the possible motive might have been are not being reported, and the public may never know, as Third Judicial District Judge Harold Erwin has ordered that documents and evidence obtained by the police during this investigation are to be sealed.

Former County Administrator, CPS Board Member, and Pastor's Wife Sentenced to Prison for Child Sex Trafficking Involvement

Laura Lloyd-Jenkins, the former Toledo, Ohio County Administrator and board member of Lucas County Children Services, has been sentenced to a prison sentence for her involvement in a child sex trafficking scandal involving three Ohio pastors, one of which was her ex-husband.

Lloyd-Jenkins pleaded guilty to charges of lying to federal investigators regarding what she knew about her ex-husband and two other pastors in a child sex-trafficking case involving a teenage girl associated with their churches.

Medical Doctor: CA Mandatory Vaccination Bill Would Actually Harm Public Health

As a medical doctor, I am steadfastly against Senate Bill 276 because it is trying to fix a problem that does not exist.

Vaccination rates for children in California are above levels for ”community immunity.” According to California Department of Public Health, 99.3 percent do not even have medical exemptions. Further, over 97 percent have received the MMR. The majority of measles outbreaks are from unvaccinated foreign travelers, and spread mostly by vaccinated adults.

Not only is there no reason for this bill from a science or math perspective – which will cost taxpayers nearly $400 million as estimated by a PhD colleague who worked for Cal Department of Health’s Immunization Branch – this bill is catastrophic from a medical-legal perspective.

SB276 states that a “state or local health clerk” or “designee” can “revoke” a medical exemption I’ve authored. Even worse than that, under SB276, the CDC guidelines are so narrow that reactions like paralysis, cardiac arrest, blindness, and seizures will no longer be considered as grounds for granting a medical exemption.

In this new SB276 world, when a child dies from a medical decision forced upon them by government bureaucrats – a decision that went against the advice of the child’s actual MD – who is held accountable? SB276 is a liability nightmare in the making.

“Local health clerks” and their state “designees” cannot and should not practice medicine and be authorized to contradict a trusted doctor’s medical judgments. SB276 hijacks the practice of medicine and gives it to the State, when there is no proof of fraudulent exemptions in the first place, resulting in a lack of trust in the entire medical profession.

Bottom line: If the State doesn’t trust a doctor, who will?

Judge Orders British Man Opposing 5G Released from Jail - Attempts to Silence Him Failed

Mark Steele, from England, has been making headlines for telling the truth about the dangers of 5-G. He has been trying to educate the Gateshead community and its Council about the serious risks of 5-G technology.

The Gateshead Council approved the installation of new LED street lights, which contain 5-G equipment. This allows 5-G equipment to be hidden in what people would assume to be harmless city lighting – but these new lights are anything but harmless.

Mark Steele began to speak out about the risks of this 5-G equipment in the Gateshead community where he lives. The Council objected to his vocal presence and sought to silence him by bringing charges against him and having him arrested.

Mark Steele told me what happened:

“They sought a full gagging order in the Civil Courts to stop any output about 5G from me. Their claim was I was frightening vulnerable people in the area. This was the civil case, which failed.

The Judge demanded that the 5G risk be debated.

The Council is still trying to silence me about 5G. However, the problem they have is the Court has sanctioned me to carry on the campaign. The recorder Nolan stated the ‘public have a right to know’ ‘this is democracy in action.’”

The 5G system will be a total surveillance system, which will watch everything we do on the streets and in our homes. Nothing will be private – someone will always be watching.

And for people who don’t want to become living components of the 5-G network, that same system can potentially be used to punish objectors and resisters by inflicting pain and illness, and if necessary, by terminating their lives.

Alabama Lawmakers Send Governor Bill to Castrate Convicted Pedophiles

Alabama lawmakers recently passed House Bill 379, Crimes and offenses, sex offenses, mandatory condition of parole, chemical castration treatment authorized as mandatory condition of parole for certain sex offenders.

The bill was authored by State Representative Steve Hurst. He was recently interviewed by local CBS42, and he states that the bill will be for sex offenders over the age of 21 that committed sex offenses against children.

“They have marked this child for life and the punishment should fit the crime,” said Hurst.

“I had people call me in the past when I introduced it and said don’t you think this is inhumane? I asked them what’s more inhumane than when you take a little infant child, and you sexually molest that infant child when the child cannot defend themselves or get away, and they have to go through all the things they have to go through. If you want to talk about inhumane–that’s inhumane,” said Hurst.

Governor Kay Ivey now must decide whether or not to sign the bill into law.

Ohio Doctor Charged with 25 Counts of Murder: Families Devastated to Learn Doctor Made End of Life Decisions without Consent

In a story that has garnered headlines in the mainstream news, Ohio doctor William Husel has been indicted by a grand jury on 25 counts of murder for injecting his patients with lethal doses of the pain medication fentanyl.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said:

“I’ve been a prosecutor for 22 years and have not seen a 25-count indictment during those years.”

Husel was fired back in January from the hospital where he worked, Mt. Carmel West in Columbus, Ohio.
