LA Italian Restaurant Defies Newsom: No Masks, No Social Distancing, No Sanitizer, Still OPEN!

Italian Restaurant owner Tony Roman has defied Governor Newsom’s edicts for 7 months now. Not only does he NOT require his customers to wear masks to enter his restaurant, he forbids anyone wearing a mask from entering his restaurant!

Governor Newsom responded by sending his “Strike Force” team to the restaurant to try to intimidate their employees by threatening to arrest them, and by threatening to remove their business and liquor license.

There’s just one problem Governor Newsom encountered. Basilico’s will not be intimidated, because they are not breaking any laws that can be prosecuted in a court of law!

So they remain open for business, and the owner took out a huge billboard sign to let everyone in Los Angeles know!

His billboard slogan is: “Leave the Mask, Take the Cannoli!”

I’m sure Tony would like to tell Governor Newsom to shove the cannoli where the sun don’t shine! But then again, being Italian, probably not. He probably has far too much respect for authentic Italian food to waste a good cannoli like that….

Taking a stand for freedom comes at a cost, however, and Tony has received death threats and threats to burn down his restaurant.

But he’s not backing down. He writes:

“The restaurant continues to operate normally in defiance as it has since the lockdown began in March; with dine-in, no-limit seating, no social distancing and a ban on masks (all to provide the public with a sanctuary space that still feels like pre-shutdown and vintage-era America).

A place the world-that-we-know have seemingly lost.

On an important note, not one member of Basilico’s staff, and no customers who have dined at the restaurant, have ever come down with any virus related illness.

Basilico’s has remained fully operational, never making any changes according to mandates, in an open confrontation with the governor  and his orders, as a form of non-violent protest against what ownership perceives as tyranny imposed on American citizens in the name of a media and politically driven over blown health crisis.

Ownership believes the state’s shutdown measures are far out of line with the reality of actual epidemiological data, trampling on our constitutional rights, and the only concern among Americans should be the fast spreading virus of fear.

The result of Basilico’s actions include snitches and supporters of the governor calling in death threats to ownership, management and staff with promises to burn the restaurant down, a flood of hateful one star Google and Yelp reviews, and harassing phone calls, letters, and emails many boasting about how their mission is to help force the shutdown of the business.

However instead of retreating, Basilico’s has taken the fight head-on to mask shamers and lockdown lovers, by flaunting their patriotism and resistance to what they refer to as Anti-Liberty state guidelines.”

Doctors for Truth: Tens of Thousands Medical Professionals Suing and Calling for End to COVID Tyranny

Tens of thousands, and perhaps now even hundreds of thousands of doctors, nurses, and many other medical professionals worldwide are taking action to combat the misinformation being propagated by governments and government-controlled media that continue to publish false propaganda regarding COVID.

The vast majority of medical professionals worldwide now seem to agree that the COVID “pandemic” and the government actions still being implemented in response to COVID are causing much more harm than COVID itself.

What if it is profoundly unconstitutional for a state legislature to give its law-making powers to the state’s governor?

What if, when that happens, all the governors’ edicts based on that attempted passage of power are null and void? What if we simply behave in a manner that shows we understand that these edicts are unlawful?

What if we ignore the government at our peril? What if when government tramples our rights, we alter or abolish it? What if the time to do that is coming? What if that time is here? What if — as Jefferson wrote — when the people fear the government there is tyranny? What if when the government fears the people, there is liberty?

Today, October 15, 2020, Google wiped out thousands of YouTube channels in its on-going effort to stifle free speech and the truth, less than 3 weeks before national elections in the U.S.

Channels that had hundreds of videos and hundreds of thousands of subscribers were eliminated, instantaneously. 

Most of these popular YouTube channels have been expecting this, and have already moved to Bitchute.com, a platform that so far has stood firm against online censorship.

Vera Sharav was recently interviewed by Attorney Leah Wilson, the Executive Director of Stand for Health Freedom.

Vera Sharav is the Founder and President of Alliance for Human Research Protection, and is a frequent guest contributor on Health Impact News.

Vera was 3 years old when her family was taken out of their home in Romania and herded into a Nazi Concentration Camp. Her father died soon afterwards of typhus.

She lived in this camp for more than two years, when plans were put in place to close the camp and annihilate everyone.

She reports how a deal was made to allow the orphans to leave the camp if they had someone to sign for them. So her mother sent her out of the camp as an “orphan” to stay with other families. Vera claims this “saved her life.”

But it came at a cost:

“I can’t stress how awful it is for a child to be separated from their parents. It’s really, really devastating.”

As a wandering child, she learned how to select adults whom she could trust. She did not trust being with her peers (other orphan children).

She was supposed to board a boat with other orphan children, to be taken to Israel. 

But she refused. She did not want to be separated from the family she was with and became attached to.

She became a “problem” by crying and putting up a fight to not go on the orphan boat. So she ended up going on one of the other two boats with the family she was with.

Vera states that if it had been today, she would have been labeled as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, etc. She was six years old at the time.

But during the night, a submarine sunk the boat with the orphans, the boat she was supposed to be on.

“I knew that I saved my own life by being (labeled as) ‘Oppositional Defiant Disorder.’

That’s a lesson that right now is very needed. Adults now are not rebelling against things that are wrong.

People are being pushed around, being denied normal interaction, and they’re just following it like sheep.

There’s something very wrong. Part of what’s wrong is the idea of just following authority without considering, ‘What if they’re wrong? What if it’s not in my best interest? Why?’

This is very dangerous that we have so many people, good people, people who think that they are doing the right thing.”

WHO (Accidentally) Confirms Covid is No More Dangerous Than Flu

The World Health Organization has finally confirmed what we (and many experts and studies) have been saying for months – the coronavirus is no more deadly or dangerous than seasonal flu.

The WHO’s top brass made this announcement during a special session of the WHO’s 34-member executive board on Monday October 5th, it’s just nobody seemed to really understand it.

In fact, they didn’t seem to completely understand it themselves.

At the session, Dr Michael Ryan, the WHO’s Head of Emergencies revealed that they believe roughly 10% of the world has been infected with Sars-Cov-2. This is their “best estimate”, and a huge increase over the number of officially recognised cases (around 35 million).

Dr. Margaret Harris, a WHO spokeswoman, later confirmed the figure, stating it was based on the average results of all the broad seroprevalence studies done around the world.

As much as the WHO were attempting to spin this as a bad thing – Dr Ryan even said it means “the vast majority of the world remains at risk.” – it’s actually good news. And confirms, once more, that the virus is nothing like as deadly as everyone predicted.

The global population is roughly 7.8 billion people, if 10% have been infected that is 780 million cases. The global death toll currently attributed to Sars-Cov-2 infections is 1,061,539.

That’s an infection fatality rate of roughly or 0.14%. Right in line with seasonal flu and the predictions of many experts from all around the world.

0.14% is over 24 times LOWER than the WHO’s “provisional figure” of 3.4% back in March. This figure was used in the models which were used to justify lockdowns and other draconian policies.

In fact, given the over-reporting of alleged Covid deaths, the IFR is likely even lower than 0.14%, and could show Covid to be much less dangerous than flu.

Another "Conservative Judge" from the Swamp Nominated to the Supreme Court

Evangelicals, conservatives and pro-lifers are dancing with glee over Donald Trump’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ruth Bader Ginsberg on the U.S. Supreme Court. They shouldn’t be. Once again, conservatives are being conned.

I keep reminding people that SCOTUS has been dominated by Republican appointments since before the infamous Roe v Wade decision in 1973. We are talking a half-century.

How justices voted on Roe back in 1973? The vote was 7 in support and 2 opposed.

GOP appointments had a 6 – 3 majority when the Roe decision was decided.

Note that 5 of those 6 Republican-appointed justices voted in favor of Roe.

They didn’t even need a Democrat-appointed justice to vote for Roe (which 2 did) in order for it to pass.

Notice, too, that only one Republican-appointed justice voted against Roe. To put it another way: 66% of the Democrat-appointed justices voted for Roe, while 83% of the Republican-appointed justices voted for Roe.

And, again, remember that the Republican Party has held a majority of the Supreme Court for 50 years, and yet Roe has never been overturned.

And Trump’s appointments are going to prove to be no better.

Facebook Purge of Alternative Health Sites Coming - Censors Story on Doctor Curing 1700 Patients with HCQ: "Could Cause Physical Harm - Make Some People Feel Unsafe on Facebook"

As we get closer to the November elections, Big Tech social media companies appear to be getting ready to purge all accounts that dare to question Big Pharma and their COVID narrative.

While articles published by Health Impact News are regularly censored because their own biased “Fact-checkers” police Facebook ready to squash any dissenters who dare to publish the truth, in recent days we have been warned more sternly that our page will soon be “unpublished” if we continue to publish what they deem “fake news.”

Our latest “crime” was the article we published yesterday with the interview of Dr. Brian Tyson, who claims he has cured over 1700 patients with hydroxychloroquine.

Our post about the article was removed, and comments from our readers stated that when they tried to share the article on Facebook via their own pages, they were banned for 30 days.

“I just got blocked from FB for 30 days for sharing this article.” – Walter.

The reason Facebook gave for censoring the article was:

“We have these standards because misinformation that could cause physical harm can make some people feel unsafe on Facebook.”

Yes, you read that correctly. A positive article about a medical doctor curing 1700 patients of COVID “could cause physical harm,” and “make people feel unsafe.”

Nobody should be relying on these largely Pharma-funded Social Media giants to get reliable information anymore. Very soon they will be completely removing any independent voice that dares to publish the truth.

Big Pharma wants you to only get the news they approve of, and to only get your news from their sources will lead to your DEATH.

This is the New America. Truth is condemned, and lies are promoted to literally kill people. And it happens in BOTH political parties.

Washington Mother Represents Herself in Court and Beats CPS - Judge Orders Baby Returned Home

A Washington couple, 22-year-old Sophia Rosas and her fiancé, 23-year-old Sean Kilkenny, of Bremerton, have been fighting tooth and nail for the last month to bring home their two young children. The month of September ended quite differently than it began for the young couple, with relief and tears of joy instead of grief and sorrow, as Sophia and Sean’s youngest son Riley was returned home for the second time, despite CPS objection.

On September 30th, 2020, Sophia and Sean attended a Status Hearing in Kitsap County, Washington, regarding the out-of-home placement of their son, Riley.

After hearing from all parties, and to the joy of the family and onlookers, Commissioner Clucas ordered that Riley be returned home immediately to his parents – that day! 

Sophia did an amazing job representing herself at the hearing, despite not being allowed to continue pro se. During the hearing, Commissioner Clucas mentioned seeing Sophia at the courthouse filing documents and commended Sophia for her efforts in her case, saying she had “done an excellent job so far.” 

He also said, “I wish that you could move on with your education, go to law school and sit here and represent parents” and then even told her “when this case is all over with, come talk to me about other ways you can work in this system.”

Riley returned home the night of September 30th to a very happy Sophia and Sean. The family documented the joyous reunion through her facebook account, with many additional photos and videos following over the next few days.

Sophia says “having Riley home is a huge relief and gives us all a lot of faith that Zurius will be returning home soon as well.”

California Medical Doctor Cures Over 1700 Patients with COVID Using Hydroxychloroquine

Doctors on the “front lines” treating COVID patients continue to try and speak out regarding the fact that there is a 100% cure rate for COVID by using hydroxychloroquine.

Dr. Brian Tyson from Southern California is one of the latest doctors to grant an interview talking about his experience in treating over 1700 COVID patients using hydroxychloroquine. None of his patients have died, and only one had to be admitted to the hospital.

This continues to be the biggest scandal of the COVID plandemic, and perhaps the largest scandal in medical history, where so many people are dying needlessly based on a positive COVID test and fear, as this information is censored in the corporate media as well as Big Tech social media platforms.

Even President Trump, who originally promoted hydroxychloroquine and allegedly was taking it himself, has now turned his back on the Front Line doctors who continue to successfully use hydroxychloroquine.

I Called Everyone in Jeffrey Epstein’s Little Black Book: What I Learned from 2000 Phone Calls

Leland Nally, writing for Mother Jones, has just published an article about his efforts in calling everyone in Jeffrey Epstein’s “Little Black Book” – an effort that ended with nearly 2000 phone calls.

Given what has happened to Jeffrey Epstein and the inability for all the alleged victims to face him in a court of law, we are reproducing Leland’s entire article here under the Fair Use doctrine. It is already being republished across the Internet, helping to ensure that this information does not disappear.

He writes:

Totaling 97 pages and containing the names, numbers, and addresses of a considerable cross section of the global elite, Epstein’s personal contact book first turned up in a courtroom in 2009 after his former butler, Alfredo Rodriguez, tried to sell it to lawyers representing Epstein’s victims for $50,000.

Rodriguez described the book, apparently assembled by Epstein’s employees, as the “Holy Grail.”

It is annotated with cryptic marginalia—stars next to certain entries, arrows pointing toward others–and the names of at least 38 people are circled for reasons that aren’t totally clear.

There are 1,571 names in all, with roughly 5,000 phone numbers and thousands of emails and home addresses.

There are celebrities, princes and princesses, high-profile scientists, artists from all over the world, all alongside some of the world’s most powerful oligarchs and political leaders—people like Prince Andrew (circled), Ehud Barak (circled), Donald Trump (circled).

In 2011, Rodriguez was sentenced to 18 months in prison for having tried to sell the book to an undercover agent after failing to notify investigators about its existence.

Rodriguez said in court that the book was “insurance” against Epstein, who wanted him to “disappear.”

Rodriguez died of mesothelioma shortly after serving his sentence.

The public first became aware of the book in 2015, when the now-defunct website Gawker published a version of Rodriguez’s copy, revealing for the first time just how ludicrously connected Epstein was to the people who run the world.

Gawker’s file showed only names; attached phone numbers and emails were blacked out.

Shortly before Epstein’s mysterious death in August 2019 in his cell at the Manhattan Correctional Facility, an unredacted version of the book popped up on some dark corners of the internet, with almost every phone number, email, and home address entirely visible, and I got my hands on a copy.

Epstein collected people, and if you ever had any interaction with him or Ghislaine Maxwell, his onetime girlfriend and alleged accomplice, you more than likely ended up in this book, and then several years later you received a call from me.

I made close to 2,000 phone calls total. I spoke to billionaires, CEOs, bankers, models, celebrities, scientists, a Kennedy, and some of Epstein’s closest friends and confidants.

I sat on my couch and phoned up royalty, spoke to ambassadors, irritated a senior adviser at Blackstone, and left squeaky voicemails for what must constitute a considerable percentage of the world oligarchy.

At times the book felt like a dark palantir, giving me glimpses of dreadful, haunted dimensions that my soft, gentle, animal being was never supposed to encounter.

I was interrupted [one day] by a call from a restricted number. The guy on the line said he was with the FBI.

He said there were “reports of fraudulent phone calls” being made on this line, which I immediately understood as bullshit—I wasn’t committing any phone crime or trying to trick someone into doing so.

“I don’t know about fraudulent, but I have a feeling I know what you’re talking about,” I said, undoubtedly sounding cool, relaxed, unbothered.

He hung up and never called again, as far as I know. Whether the guy was FBI or a private security goon posing as a fed, the call was an important development—it told me that the book I was dealing with and the numbers it contained were genuine.

Every cell phone, every yacht line, every private office number—they were all real, and every one of them was about to get a call from me.

Operation Warp Speed is Using a CIA-Linked Contractor to Keep Covid-19 Vaccine Contracts Secret

Last Tuesday, while most Americans were distracted by the first US presidential debate, NPR quietly reported that the US government’s Operation Warp Speed, a public-private partnership launched by the Trump administration to rapidly develop and distribute a Covid-19 vaccine, had taken the unusual step of awarding contracts to vaccine companies, not directly, but through a secretive defense contractor.

Though NPR named the defense contractor—South Carolina–based Advanced Technology International—they declined to explore the company’s deep ties to the CIA, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense and how ATI is helping to lead those agencies’ efforts to militarize health care and create a surveillance panopticon that not only monitors the world around us but our physiology as well.

The “secret” vaccine contracts awarded through ATI as part of Warp Speed total approximately $6 billion, accounting for the majority of Operation Warp Speed’s $10 billion budget. Both Paul Mango, Health and Human Services’ deputy chief of staff for policy, and Robert Kadlec, HHS assistant secretary for preparedness and response (ASPR), personally signed off on the contracts.

Operation Warp Speed, which officially involves the combined efforts of HHS and the military to deliver over 300 million Covid-19 vaccines to Americans by next January, is a highly secretive program dominated by military personnel, most of whom have no experience in health care or vaccine production.

The Trump administration has often compared Warp Speed to the Manhattan Project, which produced the atomic bomb.

NPR noted that the decision to use a nongovernment intermediary like ATI to issue the coronavirus vaccine contracts, as opposed to the government itself directly awarding those contracts, allows Operation Warp Speed to:

“bypass the regulatory oversight and transparency of traditional federal contracting mechanisms.”

This means that, among other things, the vaccine contracts awarded under Operation Warp Speed are unlikely to be publicly released in the near future, if ever.

Is Trump the Most Pro-Pharma President in History? QAnons Continue to Lose Credibility

It is important to remember that President Trump did not come through the political ranks like most presidents before him. He was chosen from the Wall Street Billionaires club.

Since the COVID plandemic started earlier this year, over $7 TRILLION of federal funds has been allocated to fight “the virus.” Most of that is for the multiple vaccines being developed under Operation Warp Speed, which was basically given a blank check to spend as much money as needed to develop COVID vaccines.

It is safe to conclude that more funds have rolled into the bank accounts of Big Pharma this year, 2020, than probably the rest of the years of the history of the U.S. put together.

Not all of the COVID funding went to Big Pharma of course. The military has received its fair share for its role in distributing the new vaccines, and what exactly that role is going to be is yet to be seen.

Many other Wall Street corporations got richer over COVID as well, as businesses were chosen based arbitrarily on which ones were “essential” and which ones were not, and the entire business landscape in the U.S. changed almost literally overnight.

Last week it was announced that President Trump tested positive for COVID along with “mild symptoms.” He was admitted to Walter Reed hospital.

The same day his condition was announced to the public, it was also immediately announced that the President was being administered a new experimental COVID drug, Regeneron’s REGN-COV2.

Regeneron’s co-founders then made the media rounds after the “free” publicity they received from the President for using their product.

It was also announced that Trump was receiving the full doses of remdesivir, another experimental COVID drug, but one that has already received fast-track approval by the FDA. It has been widely distributed to hospitals, but sales had been slumping recently.

Whatever you want to believe about the President’s diagnosis with COVID, one thing is very clear: two pharmaceutical companies with experimental COVID drugs saw their sales and stock value soar.

While all of this was being reported in the corporate media, some in the alternative media, and those among the QAnon publishers, were pushing a completely different narrative.

In what was widely reported and accepted as “fact,” we were told that President Trump was not at Walter Reed hospital at all, but on an aircraft carrier safe and sound, as several “assassination teams” had allegedly been deployed to take him out before the elections.

So how did that turn out?

Trump walked out of Walter Reed Hospital on national TV, took off his mask, and announced that his recovery was as “miracles coming down from God.”

It kind of reminds me of a prophecy in the book of Revelations in the Bible:

“One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast.” (Revelation 13:3)

Nano Technology being used in Vaccines - The Transhuman Agenda is in High Gear with COVID

The nanotech agenda – involving the placement of tiny sensors, devices and machines measured in nanometers inside the human body – is receiving a boost from the current fake pandemic which I have labeled Operation Coronavirus.

My earlier article Hydrogel Biosensor: Implantable Nanotech to be Used in COVID Vaccines? discussed the possibility that the coming COVID vaccines may incorporate nanotechnology funded by DARPA called hydrogel, a biosensor which would monitor your body as well as send and receive information to the 5G Smart Grid.

The NWO conspirators have not only been planning this scamdemic for decades, but also have been planning the nanotech agenda for a long time too; now, with the advent of COVID, the two agendas are merging, with sinister implications for humanity.

The more metabolically active the organ is, the more oxygen it requires.  In children and adolescents every organ is metabolically active.

To deprive a child’s or an adolescent’s brain from oxygen, or to restrict it in any way, is not only dangerous to their health, it is absolutely criminal. Oxygen deficiency inhibits the development of the brain, and the damage that has taken place as a result CANNOT be reversed.”

John Lennon, born 80 years ago on October 9, 1940, was a musical genius and pop cultural icon.

Years after Lennon’s assassination it would be revealed that the FBI had collected 281 pages of files on him, including song lyrics. J. Edgar Hoover, head of the FBI at the time, directed the agency to spy on the musician.

Michigan Governor Stripped of Power to Enforce Mandates - Why are the People of Michigan Still Obeying Her?

Last week the Michigan Supreme Court struck down Governor Whitmer’s “legal” basis for practicing tyranny on the citizens of Michigan in the name of a “pandemic.”

Justice Stephen J. Markman, on behalf of the majority in a 4-3 majority that fell along party lines, wrote:

“We conclude that the Governor lacked the authority to declare a ‘state of emergency’ or a ‘state of disaster’ under the EMA after April 30, 2020, on the basis of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Furthermore, we conclude that the EPGA is in violation of the Constitution of our state because it purports to delegate to the executive branch the legislative powers of state government– including its plenary police powers– and to allow the exercise of such powers indefinitely.

As a consequence, the EPGA cannot continue to provide a basis for the Governor to exercise emergency powers.”

Whitmer had extended the “emergency orders” which had been in place since April, until near the end of October, and probably had every intention of extending them indefinitely.

A few days later, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that she would no longer enforce the Governor’s edicts.

And while Nessel stated that her decision, as the highest law enforcement official in the State of Michigan, was not binding on other law enforcement agencies, several sheriffs throughout Michigan had already stated they would not enforce her edicts before the Supreme Court even ruled on them.

And The Detroit News reported that the Michigan Chiefs of Police Association was going to follow the Attorney General’s lead.

“If the attorney general says it’s over, then it’s over,” said Bob Stevenson, executive director of the association.

But Governor Whitmer has decided she is still in charge and apparently above the law, as yesterday she issued new mask mandates and other mandates on public gatherings in a desperate attempt to remain in control of the public as their Tyrant in Chief.

So the only thing now forcing people to obey the edicts of Whitmer, is the will of the people themselves.

To you U.S. Citizens living in Michigan, what are you going to do now? You now have the law on your side, and your Governor does not.

Will you continue to obey her as slaves, or stand up and exercise your freedoms?

Grocery Stores Are Preparing for a Second Wave and Holiday Food Shortages

Just a few days ago, I wrote an article (The Supply Chain Is Broken and Food Shortages Are HERE) detailing the disruptions to the US supply chain and explained how food shortages are coming to the United States. In fact, I pointed out how they are already here, but many Americans simply don’t know it yet.

After all, mainstream media hasn’t been telling them about the disruptions to the supply chain as a result of COVID lockdowns and questionable strikes nor is it telling them about how many crops have been destroyed as a result of wildfires in the West of the country, straight-line winds in the middle, or flooding and hurricanes in the south.

As I wrote in my last article, the food supply chain is broken. I asked the readers if they have experienced shortages in their areas. Take a look at the comments. People are seeing shortages all over. And they are seeing those shortages now, not three months from now.

If you’re concerned about the broken supply chain, now is the time to start stocking up on food.

You do not have much time left before the items you can grab now are gone and gone for good.

World's Top Epidemiologists Oppose Madman Fauci and Call for End to Lockdowns

Three of the world’s top epidemiologists are going public to contradict Dr. Fauci and other doctor politicians who are calling for renewed lock-downs over the Coronavirus.

They are:

Dr. Martin Kulldorff – Harvard Medical School Professor, 
Dr. Sunetra Gupta – Oxford University Epidemiology Professor, 
and Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya – Stanford Epidemiology Professor.

They were interviewed Monday night by Laura Ingraham on Fox News. They claim that the consensus in the scientific community is NOT in favor of locking down entire populations, but only those at most risk, and they are calling for the end of lock-downs for the vast majority of the population who are not at risk for COVID. 

And they are not alone. They published the “Great Barrington” declaration this week which has already been signed by over 1000 medical and public health scientists within the first few hours of being published.

2020: The Year The System Showed Its Real Face

As we grew up, nearly all of us were inundated with stories of our glorious national fathers, our beautiful democracies, and so on. And being young, we for the most part believed them. The system gave us our prosperity, our comfort, our medicine, our sense of importance.

Soon enough we learned that the system was also stupid and perverse, but we found a way around that contradiction by blaming one segment of the system or another: The Blues or the Greens or the Red are the problem; it could not, must not, be that the system itself is the problem.

Then came 2020, and the system revealed its true face.

By referring to “the system” and “us,” I’m dividing the world into two parts, and so I should be clear on what those parts are:

Us refers to producers: the people who grow food, transport it, process it, build machines, provide medical care, and so on. Everyone from the construction worker to the small business owner to the cleaning lady is a producer, and deserve great respect for what they do. We owe all the comforts of our lives, and frequently our lives altogether, to these people.

The system refers to the entire governmental complex that takes our money and couldn’t survive without it. It also includes everything that couldn’t be what they are without them: Central banks, government school systems, businesses that live on government connections, television networks, social media behemoths, and more or less everything high and mighty.

What I’d like is for the producers of the world to become clear on the fact that we don’t need them. Everything they “do for us” is done with our money, which they take from us by force and fraud.

And let’s be honest about this: The system is a violent, corrupt and control-obsessed entity. Millions of us would choose other arrangements if we could, but the system forbids them. Forcibly.

We should also understand that this has happened before.

The system is not worthy of our labor and treasure. Whether or not it once was (and if so, when) no longer matters.

2020 has made this much clear. It’s time to drop our child-training and look at the world like the adults we’ve become.

Resistance Grows Across the U.S. as Constitutional Sheriffs Meet in Virginia

County sheriffs, police officers, pastors and attorneys fighting Covid19 lockdowns, business closings, mask mandates and unconstitutional gun laws met in Lynchburg, Virginia on September 30 to share their strategies.

The constitutional training conference was sponsored by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) founded by former sheriff Richard Mack.

US citizens were also invited to attend to learn more about how their elected sheriff is the first line of defense in their county who fight for the constitutional rights of their constituents and what they can do to preserve liberty.

Many remember Mack successfully sued, along with six other sheriffs, the federal government on the grounds that the Brady bill violated the US Constitution and destroyed state sovereignty. As he puts it:

“I sued the Clintons and lived to tell about it.”

“I feel this is the most important meeting in America since the constitutional convention,” he said of the conference.

“The people are the rightful masters of Congress, legislators and courts. It is our duty to fight those who would pervert it. There are so many traitors in our midst (for instance, the ‘covid dictator governors’) and we must make them irrelevant.”

What can concerned citizens do? Take action in the countryside of America, county by county, one sheriff at a time. Work with chiefs of police, talk to health departments, and activate the churches.

Trump to do Full 5-Day Course of Remdesivir - Betrayal of Hydroxychloroquine Doctors?

Yesterday I speculated as to why President Trump may be receiving treatment for COVID as it was announced immediately after his alleged positive COVID test that he was going to be given a new experimental COVID drug that has not even been fast-tracked for approval yet.

The stock of the company producing the drug rose on Friday as a result of the announcement.

Today (October 4, 2020) it was announced that Trump had received his second dose of remdesivir, another experimental COVID drug, but one that has already received fast-track approval by the FDA, and has been widely distributed to hospitals.

His doctors reported that President Trump would receive the full 5 doses.

Interestingly, FiercePharma, the main pharmaceutical marketing trade publication, announced on Friday, October 2nd, the same day Trump was admitted to Walter Reed, that sales of Gilead’s remdesivir were beginning to slump, and that the company was taking over distribution of the drug now as a result of the slow-down in sales.

The cost for the 5-dose treatment of remdesivir is $3,120.00, and sales are expected to exceed $3.5 billion in revenue.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a drug with no patents due to being in the marketplace with a perfect safety record for over 35 years and with a cost of about $20 per dose, was condemned by U.S. public health officials like Dr. Fauci as supposedly being ineffective in treating COVID.

Gilead’s remdesivir was given fast-track approval instead, and demand initially sky rocketed.

But now, apparently the supply of remdesivir exceeds demand.

That should change now that President Trump is using it, after initially taking HCQ as a preventive measure.

As we have previously reported numerous times here at Health Impact News, Frontline Doctors and thousands of doctors around the world have successfully treated COVID patients with HCQ and many report a 100% success rate.

I wonder how all of these doctors feel now, since most of them felt like President Trump was on their side since he had previously recommended HCQ?

The demonization of HCQ in favor of Gilead’s remdesivir has led to tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths, according to many doctors, making Dr. Fauci, FDA Commissioner Dr. Hahn, and others, complicit in mass murder.

Are these Big Pharma mass murderers now forcing President Trump to promote their drugs to ensure his success in the elections?

Is President Trump's "Illness" Really a Commercial for Regeneron's New COVID Drug?

The same day it was announced that President Trump was tested positive for COVID, it was immediately announced that the President was being administered a new experimental COVID drug, Regeneron’s REGN-COV2.

Business journals apparently already had press releases ready about the drug, and the company’s stock immediately went up on Friday.

FiercePharma, one the Pharmaceutical companies’ main marketing trade publications, was one of the first to publish the story:

“In a bombshell development Thursday, President Donald J. Trump tested positive for COVID-19, sending shockwaves through the country with just weeks until Election Day. One unanswered question was how the president’s physicians would navigate an uncertain treatment course—and an unproven antibody cocktail from Regeneron is now in the spotlight.

Trump’s personal doctor confirmed Friday that the president was treated with an 8-gram dose of Regeneron’s investigational antibody cocktail for COVID-19, dubbed REGN-COV2, along with aspirin and famotidine, better known as branded Pepcid. He’s also taking zinc and vitamin D, two typical immune-boosting supplements.

Trump’s early treatment with Regeneron’s cocktail was an immediate boon for investors with the drugmaker’s stock trading up around $20—or 3%—in after-market hours Friday.

An eventual clean bill of health for Trump could go a long way to boosting confidence in Regeneron’s therapy, which is already raising hopes of $6 billion in sales per year—assuming it can secure the FDA’s approval.”

Regeneron does not even have emergency use approval yet. FiercePharma also reports that Regeneron’s CEO Len Schleifer has been a guest at the White House during the pandemic.

Walter Reed Doctors Are Endangering Trump’s Life

If media reports are correct, the president is receiving 2 experimental drugs: the antibody cocktail, Regeneron, and the antiviral, Remdesivir.

Aside from their individual adverse effects…

THESE DRUGS HAVE NEVER BEEN STUDIED FOR THEIR COMBINED EFFECTS ON A PATIENT. AND NOW THAT PATIENT…THE FIRST PATIENT RECEIVING THEM…IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

The adverse effects of Remdesivir are more than worrisome. Acute kidney injury, for example. And this drug has only emergency authorization, and it’s explicitly for patients who are SEVERE COVID cases. Trump is not a severe case. What’s going on? Why are the Walter Reed doctors piling on?

The other drug, Regeneron, the antibody cocktail, synthesized versions of mouse and human antibodies, is still in clinical trials. There is NO authorization for its use.

In past trials of antibody drugs, highly increased infection has occurred. Very dangerous.

And pray these doctors don’t suddenly opt for a ventilator. They could do that, if Trump’s condition worsens, because of the effects of the DRUGS. They will call those effects “serious COVID decline.”

In a large New York study of COVID patients in Trump’s age group, 97 percent of the patients receiving ventilator treatment died.

‘Michigan Is Now Unlocked’: State Supreme Court Strikes Down Emergency Powers Law

The Michigan Supreme Court on Friday struck down a 1945 law that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) has been using to keep the state locked down since April.

Whitmer has repeatedly extended a “state of emergency” for the past several months and pointed to a World War II-era law to do so, most recently lengthening it until October 27.

But today, the basis for the ongoing lockdown was ruled unconstitutional.

The Court concluded the Emergency Powers of Governor Act:

…is in violation of the Constitution of our state because it purports to delegate to the executive branch the legislative powers of state government–including its plenary police powers–and to allow the exercise of such powers indefinitely. As a consequence, the EPGA cannot continue to provide a basis for the Governor to exercise emergency powers.

“Michigan is now unlocked,” Fred Wszolek, spokesman for Unlock Michigan told Breitbart News.

Coronavirus: Crushing and Silencing Doctors of Conscience

With the weather getting colder, people in Canada and all around the globe are witnessing a rising incidence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Prime Minister Trudeau was quoted as saying during a speech to the people of Canada the following:

“The second wave isn’t just starting, it’s already underway.”

Children are going to school in masks, just as everyone is forced to wear masks anywhere that’s indoors in some places. As the struggle worsens, people fear the return of spring-time lock downs and all the hardship springing from it.

Provoked by daily reports by politicians, chief public health officers, and the mainstream media, people might be understandably terrified. On the other hand, there are rational voices singing from the hymn book of sober second thoughts.

These voices belong to people called doctors.

As we reported in our last show, Doctor Sucharit Bhakdi in his book, Corona, False Alarm, laid out how the evidence of the panic was unreliable, how the COVID 19 was in fact no worse than a typical flu virus, and how the lockdowns cause more difficulties than the disease itself.

There are many, many more doctors also raising their voices calling for their nations and the world to rethink their COVID strategy. They are particularly effective in Europe. These include a petition signed by 2662 doctors and medical practitioners in the Netherlands, a public conference made up of 400 doctors in Spain, a Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee  made up of about 500 Doctors and scientists in Germany, and a public letter from Belgium signed by over 1500 people in the medical and scientific community.

Sadly, these people cannot get their voices in regular media.

Study: Woman Suffers Brain Injury from COVID Cotton Swab Test

Back in August this year we published an article written by Makia Freeman of The Freedom Articles titled: 

“Are the COVID Tests a Way to Surreptitiously Infect or Implant People?”

The very long cotton swab used for some of these COVID tests is very unusual, prompting speculation as to why such a long cotton swab is necessary. 

I asked a retired medical doctor at that time who is known to Health Impact News about what Makia was saying in the article regarding the need for long cotton swabs penetrating so far into the body, and this doctor replied:

“There is no valid reason for swabbing the naso-pharynx so deeply that it causes pain and injury to the extreme back and roof of the nose. Whatever microorganisms are there are distributed throughout the entire nose and throat.

They are supposedly easily communicated by a sneeze, hence the ‘need’ for masks.. You don’t have to go digging for them. You could even blow your nose into a tissue and that would be a sufficient sample to culture.”

Yesterday, October 1, 2020, a new study was published in JAMA Otolaryngology, documenting one case where a woman suffered a brain fluid leak after doctors punctured the lining during a coronavirus test.

Surgery was required to repair the leak.

The title of the study is “Cerebrospinal Fluid Leak After Nasal Swab Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019.”

University of California Retreats on Mandatory Flu Vaccine After Lawsuit Filed

As you may know, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and I (with the able assistance of Children’s Health Defense chief legal guru Mary Holland, Physicians for Informed Consent’s human vaccine encyclopedia aka Greg Glaser and San Diego ace litigator Ray Flores) filed an injunction lawsuit to stop the University of California’s (UC) executive order requiring all students, faculty and other employees to get the flu shot by Nov. 1 or face not being able to work or register for class.

The most outrageous part of the executive order, and the part that befits the constitutional phrase of something which “shocks the conscience,” was the fact that students were treated differently from faculty and staff in two important respects.

First, unlike staff and faculty, students did not have a “religious accommodation” (more about that later).

Second, while faculty could remote teach and staff could remote work and not have to take the shot, remote learning students still had to get the stick.

That seemed to me to be a textbook equal protection and First Amendment violation. Whatever idiot UC lawyer came up with that should have to take some con law CLE (continuing legal education).

Well, it seems like the UC has finally opened its con law books (and with all its law school libraries, it’s about time).

The UC filed its response to our motion (and there are a lot of papers, but more about that later) AND GUESS WHAT? TWO DAYS AGO, THE UC (apparently secretly so far) ISSUED A NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER REVISING THE MANDATE!

And, guess what it doesn’t have in it? Correct, students are now treated the same as faculty and staff, well sort of.

“The COVID Vaccine Should be Tested on Politicians First. If They Survive, the Vaccine Is Safe. If They Don’t, Then the Country Is Safe.”

Polish Author, Monika Wisniewska, suggests that:

“The vaccine should be tested on politicians first. If they survive, the vaccine is safe. If they don’t, then the country is safe.”

Sounds like a joke, but it isn’t. It is dead-serious.

One may want to add to this very sensible proposal that the very first to be vaccinated with his own Moderna human genome-altering vaccine, should imperatively be the czar of vaccines, Bill Gates.

But no special fabrication for Mr. Gates. The real thing. Controlled by independent honorable virologists, immunologists and DNA-specialized biologists. 

Gates Foundation Seeks to Dominate Africa's Food Systems

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation awarded another $10 million last week to the controversial Cornell Alliance for Science, a communications campaign housed at Cornell that trains fellows in Africa and elsewhere to promote and defend genetically engineered foods, crops and agrichemicals. The new grant brings BMGF grants to the group to $22 million.

The PR investment comes at a time when the Gates Foundation is under fire for spending billions of dollars on agricultural development schemes in Africa that critics say are entrenching farming methods that benefit corporations over people.

On September 10, faith leaders in Africa posted an open letter to the Gates Foundation asking it to reassess its grant-making strategies for Africa.

The letter cites the Gates-led Alliance for a Green Revolution (AGRA) for its “highly problematic” support of commercial seed systems controlled by large companies, its support of restructuring seed laws to protect certified seeds and criminalize non-certified seed, and its support of seed dealers who offer narrow advice about corporate products over much-needed public sector extension services.

“We appeal to the Gates Foundation and AGRA to stop promoting failed technologies and outdated extension methods and start listening to the farmers who are developing appropriate solutions for their contexts,” the faith leaders said.

Despite billions of dollars spent and 14 years of promises, AGRA has failed to achieve its goals of reducing poverty and raising incomes for small farmers, according to a July report False Promises. The research was conducted by a coalition of African and German groups and includes data from a recent white paper published by Tufts Global Development and Environment Institute.

Australian Politician Calls for Criminal Trials of Health Bureaucrats who Banned Hydroxychloroquine as COVID Cure

Craig Kelly MP, a member of the Australian House of Representatives, has claimed that Health Bureaucrats have “engaged in crimes against humanity and they should be taken to the criminal court in the Hague,” for their ban on hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), which has been shown to cure COVID patients by thousands of doctors in the U.S. and around the world.

Sky News Australia has published an interview with the MP:

“Liberal MP Craig Kelly says the ban placed on COVID-19 treatment hydroxychloroquine by Australian bureaucrats violates the Hippocratic Oath taken by doctors and is based on a study since proven false.

Mr Kelly said health bureaucrats interfered in the doctor-patient relationship by prohibiting the use of hydroxychloroquine even if the doctor thought the treatment would save the patient’s life.

Health bureaucrats have ‘violated the very first principle of the hypocritic oath’ which is to ‘do no harm’, he said.

Mr Kelly told Sky News technically bureaucrats should only ban the use of hydroxychloroquine if the evidence shows beyond all reasonable doubt that firstly, hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work and secondly, that it is dangerous.

‘Recent studies show that proposition is no longer sustainable … and they must lift their bans otherwise they are engaged in crimes against humanity and they should be taken to the criminal court in the Hague,’ he said.

‘They are withholding medical treatment from Australians that the evidence shows can save their lives.'”

Washington Mom Fights to Get Son Back Who Was Wrongfully Taken Away Due to Her Medical Cannabis Treatment

A Washington couple, Sophia Rosas and Sean Kilkenny, of Bremerton, have been fighting for their two boys for the last 2 years. Not knowing how to speak for herself in court, Sophia was allegedly manipulated and coerced by her public defender to do what the CPS social workers at the Washington Department of Children, Family and Youth (DCYF) told her to do.

But now Sophia has found her voice, learned how to file her own court documents, and she says since she began representing herself, “Everything is changing so fast!”

Prior to firing her attorney, Sophia says that she felt coerced and intimidated anytime she disagreed and wanted to challenge what the Department was saying in court.

She says she was not ever truly informed of her rights under The United States Constitution or even the Washington State Constitution, both of which require due process, including a hearing with witnesses and evidence, in order to restrict parental rights.

Sophia says she doesn’t know what is going to happen in court on Wednesday, September 30th, but that things are definitely different. She feels that she is being treated with much more respect since she fired her inadequate attorney and took over her own cases.

Sophia is obviously nervous, but says she believes that “justice will be done, either now – or later if I am forced to appeal to the higher courts.” She says she will never quit fighting to bring BOTH of her boys home, no matter how far she must go.

“They should be home with me, where they belong… I will never give up my babies.”

Mandatory Mask Wearing Is Silent Terrorism Meant for Psychological Submission

Since when is depriving the body and mind of oxygen, and breathing in expelled carbon dioxide (CO2) good for the health of humans?

Heiko Schöning, MD a prominent German medical doctor who heads Doctors For Truth, an organization of more than a thousand doctors who oppose government fearmongering, was arrested in Trafalgar Square, London for speaking against draconian government measures. He noted that the people in Germany know, from their Nazi history where government restrictions on personal freedom and medical dictates lead.

In June, Facebook censored a video presentation by Dr. Schöning in which he stated that:

“the corona is just a type of flu that occurs at a certain time each year, and the strict measures that have been introduced, allegedly have nothing to do with the virus but only caused panic. The corona panic is a simple deception, mafia trick and crime.”

The American Dream was Always a Lie - The Path of Christ is a Lonely, Difficult One

“We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God.” (Acts 14:22)

When the apostle Paul wrote the above statement, he had been stoned to death. Or least, that is what his enemies thought.

“Then some Jews came from Antioch and Iconium and won the crowd over. They stoned Paul and dragged him outside the city, thinking he was dead.

But after the disciples had gathered around him, he got up and went back into the city.

The next day he and Barnabas left for Derbe. They preached the good news in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch, strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith.

‘We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,’ they said.” (Acts 14:19-22)

Like Jesus before him, Paul was upsetting the ruling class that controlled the local politics and the economy, by preaching that one could have direct faith in God through his Son, Jesus Christ, apart from religion and the religious rulers.

It was a message that empowered the common person. It was the message of the Kingdom of God that Jesus preached.

The way to God, the way to the truth, and to the life, is a path of suffering, humiliation and shame. It is the same path Jesus walked when he took on human form and came to live a human life within the flow of human history.

It is a way that led to Jesus’ own death, a necessary, sacrificial death to save the world.

We are now called to follow the same path, the narrow path that may also lead to our physical death, as we look to the better life that is yet to come.

Quite a different picture than the picture of the “American dream,” isn’t it?

Since the end of WWII and the beginning of the “Industrial age” and now the “technological age,” the myth that has been perpetrated through the invention of television and their programming and American propaganda education is that the American dream is real, and obtainable by anyone. And that the enemies of this American way of life are other nations who are jealous of our “freedom” and therefore hate us.

Bull crap! This is, and always has been, a lie straight from the pits of hell, and the father of lies, Satan.

America is not the promised land. America is dead.

Who Will Stand Up for Women’s Health?

As regular readers will be aware, the FDA is poised to eliminate consumer access to compounded bioidentical hormones like estriol, progesterone, testosterone, and others. We’re working with our allies to mobilize members of Congress to take action on this critical women’s health issue. We need your help to get as many members to support our cause as we possibly can.

Representatives Mark Pocan (D-WI) and Phil Roe (R-TN) are leading a Congressional letter asking the FDA to “consider the severely negative impact some of [the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s] recommendations would have on patients,” and requesting that consumer access to compounded bioidentical hormones be maintained.

This is a critical issue, particularly for women. Many studies have shown that estriol offers many potential health benefits—for urinary tract and bone health, for example—without some of the dangers that accompany higher-potency estrogens, such as cancer. A ban would cause suffering for many, many women. But as we’ve written before, this is one among many attacks that, in our opinion, is meant to make it impossible for traditional compounding pharmacies to stay in business.

The FDA still needs to go through the normal rulemaking process before estriol or other hormones are banned from compounding, but the time to act is now. We must get Congress on our side to try to reign in this agency.

Placer County California Reopens Businesses, Schools, Churches in Defiance of Gov. Newsom, and COVID Incidents Decrease - Model for Rest of California?

Kirk Uhler is the elected County Supervisor for the 4th District in Placer County, California.

Placer County made news earlier this month (September, 2020) when the Board of Supervisors voted to remove all the COVID pandemic measures, allowing businesses, schools, and churches to re-open, risking losing state funding for defying Governor Newsom.

As can be expected, Big Pharma interests kicked into high gear to protest the County’s actions. Placer County Health Officer and Public Health Director, Dr. Aimee Sisson, for example, resigned from her position.

Kirk Uhler streamed a Facebook video this week exposing the lies in a Sacramento Bee’s article that blamed the unanimous Board resolution on “anti-vaxxers.”

In Uhler’s video, he shows how New COVID cases, county residents hospitalized, positive test results, and cases per 100,000 have all dramatically DECREASED since the Board passed their resolution, which of course should silence all of their critics, except that those who want to continue “emergency” dictates indefinitely really do not care about statistics, or the truth.

Other counties throughout California should now follow suit, and put the health and lives of their constituents as first priority over the tyrannical State Government’s desire to continue destroying the economy of California, and any potential loss of COVID funding (which can be challenged in court as well). 

Texas GOP to Governor Abbott: Open Texas Now!

“No Exceptions, No Delays…. Open Texas NOW.”

That’s the call to action of a resolution passed nearly unanimously by the Republican Party of Texas executive committee, urging Gov. Greg Abbott to “immediately rescind all COVID-related mandates, closures, and restrictions” and reopen the state.

Consisting of one man and one woman from each of the state’s 31 senate districts, the SREC is, essentially, the governing body of the Republican Party of Texas, meeting several times a year to do the party’s business, such as organizing convention and passing resolutions.

Rolando Garcia, the newly elected committeeman for Senate District 15 in Houston who authored the “Open Texas Now” resolution, says he was motivated by Abbott’s announcement last week, which allowed some businesses to open at 75 percent capacity while others were forced to remain closed.

“[Abbott’s] announcement last week about another incremental increase in capacity was the last straw. It is so blindingly obvious to everyone that the lockdowns and restrictions were a mistake and devastated the lives of so many people,” Garcia told Texas Scorecard. 

“I really hoped that last week’s announcement would finally put an end to this madness. Instead, we just got more games about 50 or 75 percent capacity … for some businesses … in some regions.

It’s such a farce at this point and totally disconnected from scientific or public health considerations. It was clear that the state party had to take a stand, so I authored and submitted that resolution.”

The resolution passed overwhelmingly during the committee’s meeting in Houston this past weekend, with 54 members in favor and just four voting against.

“If we were voting based on what we hear from the grassroots, it would’ve passed with every single vote,” Garcia added.

Garcia also stressed that the goal of the resolution was not to “punish” Abbott, but rather to urge a swift course correction.

“For a state party to publicly disagree with a sitting governor of the same party is not something any of us take lightly, and the instinct of loyalty to leadership is usually pretty strong among party activists.

So for this to happen underscores the depth of the anger and frustration out there,” said Garcia.

Cashless Society Coming Soon? The Fed Is Preparing To Deposit "Digital Dollars" Directly To "Each American"

The Globalists want a cashless society so that they can remove any shred of privacy people still have, and have complete control over the monetary system. COVID is being used to rush these plans into place.

This week, Tyler Durden, writing for ZeroHedge, reported that there is proposed legislation now for “Central Bank Digital Currencies” where every person in America would have a digital account where these digital currencies would be deposited during pandemics.

Cleveland Fed president Loretta Mester delivered a speech to the Chicago Payment Symposium titled “Payments and the Pandemic”, in which after going through the big picture boilerplate, Mester goes straight to the matter at hand.

In the section titled “Central Bank Digital Currencies”, the Cleveland Fed president writes that “the experience with pandemic emergency payments has brought forward an idea that was already gaining increased attention at central banks around the world, that is, central bank digital currency (CBDC).”

And in the shocking punchline, then goes on to reveal that “legislation has proposed that each American have an account at the Fed in which digital dollars could be deposited, as liabilities of the Federal Reserve Banks, which could be used for emergency payments.”

But wait it gets better, because in launching digital cash, the Fed would then be able to scrap “anonymous” physical currency entirely, and track every single banknote from its “creation” all though the various transactions that take place during its lifetime.

And, eventually, the Fed could remotely “destroy” said digital currency when it so decides.

Oh, and in the process the Fed would effectively disintermediate commercial banks, as it would both provide loans to US consumers and directly deposit funds into their accounts, effectively making the entire traditional banking system obsolete.

How CDC/WHO will Fake the Effects of the COVID Vaccine to Make it Look Like a Success

Making a vaccine look like it’s a champion isn’t difficult for public health agencies. There are a number of strategies.

Of course, these fraudulent strategies would be serious crimes. But when has that stopped the CDC or the World Health Organization?

In no particular order—-

ONE: Rework the definition of a “COVID case.” Presently, the CDC absurdly allows doctors to diagnose a person with COVID who has a cough, or chills and fever, and lives in an area where cases are being claimed. No test necessary.

So change this practice, once the vaccine is approved. Demand testing for a diagnosis. State that cough alone is not enough. Chills and fever must also be present. Require fever to be above 100.

These and other changes would automatically shrink the number of cases. The drop in numbers would be attributed to the vaccine.

This “definitional shrinking” was, in fact, deployed in the 1950s, after the introduction of the polio vaccine.

TWO: Order a change in the way the PCR diagnostic test is done. The practice of amplifying the original test sample from the patient occurs in cycles, or jumps. The greater the number of cycles, the more likely the test will result in a COVID diagnosis. Therefore, order a reduced number of cycles for all testing labs.

Outcome? Fewer COVID diagnoses. Fewer case numbers. “The vaccine is working.”

Committing these crimes are a walk in the park for public health agencies.

And appointing official mouthpieces to carry lies to the public is as easy as training little Faucis to sit up and bark.

Four Decades of Deceit and Covering Up Vaccine Injuries and Deaths Leads to Mistrust of American Public Regarding Experimental COVID Vaccine

This year, the orchestrated actions by governments around the world to restrict or eliminate civil liberties in response to the emergence of a new coronavirus has been unprecedented, and it has had profound effects on the global economy and on the physical, mental and emotional health of billions of people.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the overall mortality rate for the new SARS coronavirus causing COVID-19 is about 0.6 percent, although some scientists say it is lower, 6 while others estimate it can be as high as one to two percent in some parts of the world.

Compared to Ebola with a 50 percent mortality rate 8or smallpox, at 30 percent; 9 tuberculosis at 20 to 70 percent; 10 diphtheria at 5 to 10 percent; 11 or the 1918 influenza pandemic with a 2.5 percent mortality rate, 12 COVID-19 is near the bottom of the infectious diseases mortality scale with a less one percent mortality rate in most countries.

Those at highest risk for complications and death include the elderly and those with one or more poor health conditions.

The CDC recently reported that only six percent of COVID-19-related deaths were solely due to coronavirus infection and 94 percent of the people who died also had influenza or pneumonia; heart, lung or kidney disease; high blood pressure; diabetes, or another underlying poor health condition.

Most studies suggest it is rare for children to suffer complications and die from COVID-19.

But seven months after the World Health Organization 16 declared a coronavirus pandemic, and public health officials persuaded lawmakers to turn the world upside down, a lot of people are asking questions and so are doctors who disagree with each other about the facts.

Doctors and public health officials wondering why people don’t trust what they say about infectious diseases and vaccination, including coronavirus and COVID-19 vaccines, only have to look in the mirror to answer the question.

Since 1982, parents of vaccine injured children have been begging doctors to do the kind of science that will explain why so many highly vaccinated children, who don’t get measles or chicken pox anymore, are stuck on sick and suffering with brain and autoimmune disorders that never go away.

For four decades we have been asking doctors and government health officials to stop sweeping casualties of inhumane one-size-fits all vaccine policies under the rug.

What we get from medical professors in universities receiving lots of money from the government and pharmaceutical companies, and from doctors developing vaccines, and from public health officials pushing “no exceptions” vaccination policies is threats, name-calling, bullying and punishment if we try to exercise informed consent to vaccination.

There is no other word for it but abuse.

Study: COVID-19 Fatality Fate “Worst Miscalculation in the History of Humanity”

This month, Dr. Ronald B. Brown had a daring paper published in Disaster Medicine and Public Health Preparedness, conservatively entitled “Public health lessons learned from biases in coronavirus mortality overestimation.”

“The subject of this article is disruptive, to say the least, although it is not as obvious from the title,” Dr. Brown told me in an email. “The manuscript cites the smoking-gun, documented evidence showing that the public’s overreaction to the coronavirus pandemic was based on the worst miscalculation in the history of humanity, in my opinion. My manuscript underwent an intensive peer-review process. You are the first media guy who has responded to my invitation.”

It’s sadly no surprise the media has not kept Dr. Brown’s phone ringing with interview requests. The abstract, in itself, contains a firecracker where he says:

“Results of this critical appraisal reveal information bias and selection bias in coronavirus mortality overestimation, most likely caused by misclassifying an influenza infection fatality rate (IFR) as a case fatality rate (CFR).”

Is that not what we’ve seen? The number of people they said would be buried in mass COVID-19 graves better reflects how many people simply ended up with a cough and fever.

Dr. Brown added that CDC and WHO documents show that the case fatality rate for influenza was similar to the coronavirus, implying that the lockdowns were pointless. His paper questions why the 2017-2018 influenza season in the United States did not “receive the same intensive media coverage as COVID-19.”

He points out that “the accuracy of coronavirus tests rushed into production during the pandemic were unknown.” And he explores how the media began focusing on an increase in coronavirus cases while ignoring the decrease in death rates.

No, The U.S. Supreme Court Will Not Save Us

The U.S. Supreme Court will not save us.

It doesn’t matter which party gets to pick the replacement to fill Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.

The battle that is gearing up right now is yet more distraction and spin to keep us oblivious to the steady encroachment on our rights by the architects of the American Police State.  

Americans can no longer rely on the courts to mete out justice.

Although the courts were established to serve as Courts of Justice, what we have been saddled with, instead, are Courts of Order. This is true at all levels of the judiciary, but especially so in the highest court of the land, the U.S. Supreme Court, which is seemingly more concerned with establishing order and protecting government interests than with upholding the rights of the people enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

As a result, the police and other government agents have been generally empowered to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance, all with the general blessing of the courts.

The system is rigged.

Because the system is rigged and the U.S. Supreme Court—the so-called “people’s court”—has exchanged its appointed role as a gatekeeper of justice for its new role as maintainer of the status quo, the police state will keep winning and “we the people” will keep losing.

For those deluded enough to believe that they’re living the American dream—where the government represents the people, where the people are equal in the eyes of the law, where the courts are arbiters of justice, where the police are keepers of the peace, and where the law is applied equally as a means of protecting the rights of the people—it’s time to wake up.

We no longer have a representative government, a rule of law, or justice.

Liberty has fallen to legalism. Freedom has fallen to fascism.

Justice has become jaded, jaundiced and just plain unjust.

And for too many, the American dream of freedom and opportunity has turned into a living nightmare.

Study: Proper Levels of Vitamin D will Prevent COVID - Vaccine not Needed

Dr. Michael Holick, professor of medicine, physiology and biophysics at Boston University School of Medicine, is an expert on Vitamin D, and we have featured his work on Health Impact News in the past.

Much of Dr. Holick’s previous work on Vitamin D has been in the area of “brittle bone” diseases, which often lead to false charges of Shaken Baby Syndrome and wrongly accusing parents of committing child abuse based on radiology reports showing bone fractures that have healed in young children, who are basically Vitamin D deficient.

A recent study conducted by Dr. Holick and his associates looked at samples from Quest Diagnostics of more than 190,000 Americans from all 50 states and found that those who had deficient levels of vitamin D had 54% higher COVID positivity compared to those with adequate levels of vitamin D in the blood.

“The higher your vitamin D status, lower was your risk,” Holick said.

So now we can add Vitamin D to the list of simple, effective cures for SARS-CoV-2, joining hydroxychloroquine, Vitamin C, ozone treatment, among others.

Of course Big Pharma and the government health dictators will continue to deny these treatments, because the ramifications for their effectiveness would prove they are criminals and mass murderers, and that a COVID vaccine and new COVID drugs are just simply not needed.

Then they would have to give the government back their $1 TRILLION + in funding to develop these drugs and treatments, and face charges in a court of law for mass murder by preventing these treatments, and attacking doctors who use them to save patients’ lives.

Real cures are just simply not profitable for Big Pharma and their Wall Street bankers who control the government, and they cannot be allowed.

Current censorship has reached levels not seen in the past, and with all the advanced technology available, this nefarious plot to silence the thinkers and hide the truth could affect all forms of speech.

In this world we have good news, and we have bad news.

The bad news far outweighs the good news, at least by volume.

But in terms of quality, the best news is what is described by the apostle Paul in the verses just quoted above in his letter to the believers in Colosse during the First Century.

In short: Jesus created EVERYTHING, and Jesus OWNS everything.

And yes, EVERYTHING is literal and means EVERYTHING.

Put in negative terms: Satan owns NOTHING. Satan owns NOBODY. In fact, Christ OWNS SATAN, because he created him, he who was formerly an Angel of Light, but is now the Prince of Darkness.

Satan, the Devil, once had a claim on others, on those who rebelled against God, as he did.

But not anymore. After Jesus came to earth in human form, taking on the form of a helpless baby that Satan tried hard to destroy, and then grew up into a man and freely gave up his own earthly life as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world, he paid a costly price to purchase back everyone who was previously lost.

One of the biggest lies that Satan, the father of lies, wants you to believe, is that you cannot be saved. That you are beyond hope, that because of your past, or your family, or some terrible things you have done in your life, that you are beyond hope and doomed to whatever the future has in store for you.

This is a lie! You were created in the image of God. And even if you have been traveling down the wrong road in life, as long as you have breath and a heart beat, you can claim the redemption that Christ paid for by his own blood, which satisfied God’s anger and judgement against your sins: past, present, and future. The redemption that Christ purchased is rightfully yours.

Not because you deserve it. Not because you earned it. But because God loves you, and he wants you to come home.

CDC Director Redfield Lies to Congress About Masks - Loses All Credibility

CDC director Robert Redfield appeared before Congress this week, and quite frankly, he made a fool out of himself.

Not only did he reverse his previous recommendations on face masks when he previously stated healthy people should not wear them, he is now saying that the “science” behind wearing face masks to reduce exposure to the COVID virus makes them more effective than a COVID vaccine.

Most Organizations formed to Combat Child Sex Trafficking are Actually Facilitating and Funding It

One of the tragic realities of child sex trafficking is the fact that groups who allegedly advocate for the end of child sex trafficking and the “protection” of children, are actually the very groups behind trafficking children.

The most obvious example is the one we have been reporting on for years now here at Health Impact News, which is the government-funded child welfare system commonly referred to as “Child Protective Services,” or CPS, which is the main vehicle by which children are kidnapped from their families and trafficked.

Child sex trafficking has been a hot topic in the corporate media recently, and every time I am alerted to some of these news stories, especially where rallies or demonstrations are taking place, I always look at the group behind these public demonstrations, and who the leaders are within these groups.

Very often Child Abuse Pediatricians and hospital child abuse clinics are involved, and as we have documented over the years, these doctors make their living solely by finding “medical abuse” so they can take custody away from the family and put them into the lucrative multi-billion dollar a year foster care and adoption system.

We need to call this what it really is: Child Trafficking.

These government-funded and privately run groups do not care about the welfare of children at all. If they did, they would do everything possible to keep children at home with their families, by supporting those families, which in many cases are poor, minority families.

The Christian Church is one of the largest entities guilty of child trafficking, calling it “Orphan Care.”

The QAnon movement has also been in the media frequently in recent days, and a big part of this movement has been exposing child sex trafficking. Some of the Q followers, and some of the Q “droppings” themselves seem to have revealed true intelligence on the problem of child sex trafficking.

But Satan is the “father of lies,” and his most deceptive way of fooling the masses is promoting something that might be 90% or even 99% true, but 1% or 10% false, and this is the most dangerous deception of all.

So while the QAnon phenomenon has exposed real intel on child sex trafficking, the belief that one person, a billionaire Wall Street insider turned politician and currently serving as the President of the United States, is going to clean up this entire mess of child sex trafficking and put everyone behind it in prison, might be one of the greatest deceptions of all time.

Of course this religious-like belief is based on another deception, namely that the President of the United States runs the country.

This is a false belief. The country is run by the Wall Street gang of billionaires and Central Bankers, which now includes the Silicon Valley moguls, along with the secretive intelligence agencies like the CIA who control the corporate propaganda media, and at the top of their leadership they are all pedophile Satanists, and most of them are probably addicted to Adrenochrome, which requires a fresh supply of blood from young children.

The "Canary in the Coal Mine" Just Died, Are we Next? Dane Wigington Continues to Expose the False Climate Change Narrative with Facts

Dane Wigington of Geoengineeringwatch.org has just published the second installment of short videos titled: Into The Wild, With Dane Wigington.

In his first video last week, Wigington explained how neither the Right nor Left versions of the cause of fires currently burning were entirely correct. The Political Left wants us to believe this is the cause of Climate Change which needs further government intervention, while the Political Right is claiming that we have not been cutting down enough trees, and that this is all due to arsonists.

Each side has an element of truth, but the underlying cause is Geoengineering, by creating artificial clouds (chemtrails) to try and engineer climate change.

In his second video just published this week, Wigington deals with the massive amounts of frogs dying in northern California, just a few feet away from bodies of water, water that would probably have saved them if they had just been able to cover those few feet to reach the water. He states:

Virtual School Dangers: Police State Education Comes into Your Home Violating the 4th Amendment

The COVID-19 pandemic has added yet another troubling layer to the ways in which students (and their families) can run afoul of a police state education now that school (virtual or in-person) is back in session.

Significant numbers of schools within the nation’s 13,000 school districts have opted to hold their classes online, in-person or a hybrid of the two, fearing further outbreaks of the virus. Yet this unprecedented foray into the virtual world carries its own unique risks.

Apart from the technological logistics of ensuring that millions of students across the country have adequate computer and internet access, consider the Fourth Amendment ramifications of having students attend school online via video classes from the privacy of their homes.

Suddenly, you’ve got government officials (in this case, teachers or anyone at the school on the other end of that virtual connection) being allowed carte blanche visual access to the inside of one’s private home without a warrant.

Anything those school officials see—anything they hear—anything they photograph or record—during that virtual visit becomes fair game for scrutiny and investigation not just by school officials but by every interconnected government agency to which that information can be relayed: the police, social services, animal control, the Department of Homeland Security, you name it.

After all, this is the age of overcriminalization, when the federal criminal code is so vast that the average American unknowingly commits about three federal felonies per day, a U.S. Attorney can find a way to charge just about anyone with violating federal law.

Polio Vaccine Causing Polio Outbreaks in Africa, WHO Admits

A year ago, news outlets briefly shone a light on the fact (a fact that makes public health officials squirm) that oral polio vaccines are causing polio outbreaks. With reports streaming in throughout 2019 regarding the circulation of vaccine-derived polioviruses in numerous African and Asian countries, a CDC virologist confessed,

“We have now created more new emergences of the virus than we have stopped.”

This month, the same story is making the same headlines, with the WHO’s shamefaced announcement that the oral polio vaccine is responsible for an alarming polio outbreak in Sudan—“linked to an ongoing vaccine-sparked epidemic in Chad”—with parallel outbreaks in a dozen other African countries.

In fact, between August 2019 and August 2020, there were 400 recorded cases of vaccine-derived polio in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Ironically, WHO disclosed this “setback” barely a week after it declared the African continent to be free of wild poliovirus—which has not been seen in Africa since 2016.

U.S. Federal Judge Strikes Down Pennsylvania's COVID Mandates as Unconstitutional

A federal judge ruled on Monday that Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s and Secretary of Health Rachel Levine’s coronavirus orders, which shut down the state, closed businesses and limited gatherings, were unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV agreed with the plaintiffs claim that Wolf’s business shutdown and stay-at-home orders violated certain constitutional rights.

Stickman said in his opinion that COVID-19 orders from Wolf and Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Rachel Levine violated and continue to violate the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly and the due process and equal protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.

Stickman wrote that he believes Wolf and state Secretary of Health Rachel Levine:

“undertook their actions in a well-intentioned effort to protect Pennsylvania from the virus. However, good intentions toward a laudable end are not alone enough to uphold governmental action against a constitutional challenge.”

Stickman also wrote that the government engaged in a dangerous strategy where rights were taken away.

“In an emergency, even a vigilant public may let down its guard over its constitutional liberties only to find that liberties, once relinquished, are hard to recoup and the restrictions … may persist long after immediate danger has passed.”

Did the Federal Government Just Secretly Take Over Vaccine Policy Usurping the Authority of the States?

Over the course of the last several months there have been a few developments, when looked at individually, that do not create much of a response or concern to the masses. Yet when you zoom out a bit, these events, scattered about and seemingly not connected, start to fit together into a pattern.

The events I refer to are:

1) The enactment of The PREP Act by the Secretary of HHS.

2) The Secretary of HHS actions to remove shoulder injury and syncope from the NVICP.

3) The Secretary of HHS amending the PREP Act to allow pharmacists to administer childhood vaccines to our kids ages 3-18.

4) The Secretary of HHS issuing guidance allowing pharmacists to administer an approved COVID vaccine to kids ages 3-18.

By connecting the actions of the Secretary of HHS and those dots (actions), it does give the appearance of:

A complete federalization of our nation’s vaccine policy traditionally conducted and carried out by the states. 

Using the PREP Act, without consultation by Congress, circumventing state legislatures, our federal government is now creating vaccine standards and policy.

Judge Orders Terrorized Toddler Medically Kidnapped from Parents over Medical Marijuana Use Returned to Family's Custody

On September 4th, 2020, Sophia Rosas from the state of Washington, had one of her babies ripped from her arms for the third time in 2 years. First, her oldest Zurius, in November 2018, after an accident resulted in a broken arm and CPS involvement without a trial. Her second son, Riley, was removed at birth in November 2019 – for the mere reason that there was an open case with Zurius. 

Then, less than two months after Riley had been returned home in July of this year, he was ripped from her arms once again. 

This time over his parent’s medical marijuana use in legal Washington State.

September 9th, 2020, there was a Shelter Care Hearing for Riley in front of Commissioner Matthew Cluclas, was also Live Streamed on the support page.

Joni McDairmant, and the Assistant Attorney General on the case, Bret Smith, continued with the argument that the parents were not fit to have Riley returned because they both tested positive for Marijuana in a recent UA, and Sean had tested positive for alcohol. 

But the judge condemned the actions of CPS and Riley’s removal, although he didn’t send him home to his family like many feel he should.

Instead, Commissioner Clucas ordered that Riley be placed back in the care of Monica, his previous caretaker, or his paternal grandmother, by 1 p.m. that day.

Although it isn’t exactly what Sean and Sophia wanted, which is the immediate return of their baby, essentially it was still a big win.

But it was obvious that the toddler was terrorized by the experience of being separated from his family.

Once he was home with her, Monica stated:

“Riley does not want to be put down and left by himself, which is not like him at all.

Now he screams, like terror screams. So I’ve just been rocking him to sleep. He won’t even stay in his bed. He wakes up several times, and every time I lay him down after he falls asleep, he wakes up and cries hard. So I just hold him in the recliner all night so he can sleep.”

West Coast Fires: The Forests Are Dying Due to Geoengineering - If the Forests Die, We Will Die

We are currently seeing unprecedented numbers of forest fires along the West Coast of the United States. The sheer volume of fires and acreage involved is something that has never been seen before.

And while some are starting to report that arsonists have been arrested in some locations which may point to a planned operation to start these forest fires, the real underlying cause for these fires is largely NOT being reported by the media.

The official government position is that we just have not been cutting down enough trees, and that most of these fires are “natural,” being ignited by lightning or other natural causes.

Others point to climate change, which fits into the UN New World Order sustainable goals.

And while both of these may be contributing factors, others, like Dane Wigington of Geoengineeringwatch.org in Shasta County, California, are claiming that these fires are the result of Geoengineering, the Globalists’ plan to modify weather patterns by creating artificial clouds, commonly known as “chemtrails.” He states:

“The decay of the forest, the demise of the forest, is not being acknowledged by the agencies, the agency officials, and the administration itself that have tried to falsely claim that the reason California’s fires are burning is because we just aren’t cutting down enough trees.

That’s a blatant glaring criminal lie.

The forests are burning because they are dead and dying….

Toxic soils, extremely extended periods without precipitation because of the climate engineering operations.

Cutting off precipitation before it can enter the U.S. West Coast – we see this on satellite imagery. It’s not speculation or theory. And so the forest is completely imploding around us.

And if the forests die, we will die.”
