April and Joshua Whinery report that they won’t ever give up fighting for their children whom they say were medically kidnapped by DHS in Oklahoma. According to Joshua, it started “all because I took my child to the hospital.”

“You’re never going to get your kids back, so it is best to cut it off now and get the kids in counseling.”

For almost 5 years, the FDA has been attacking Daniel Smith of Spokane Washington for selling a mineral supplement that purifies water and has been used in places like Africa by the Red Cross to prevent Malaria. The product is called MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution), and the active ingredient is sodium chlorite, a common mineral that is even used in some municipalities in the U.S. to purify water instead of chlorine.
Daniel Smith will face a trial in less than 30 days, the culmination of close to 5 years of legal battles, that could result in him spending 37 years in prison if convicted. In addition, a homeschool family recently had their 7 children seized and taken away simply because the father was using this same supplement.

Another flu death of an otherwise healthy person after receiving the flu vaccine has been reported in Wisconsin. WISN in Wisconsin is reporting that 26-year-old Katherine McQuestion has died from flu complications, after she received the flu shot. Katherine was reportedly a newlywed, and was required to receive the flu shot as part of her employment. She was a radiology technician and worked at St. Catherine’s Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin according to WISN.
McQuestion’s mother said her daughter was healthy, beautiful and smart. She married in September, and her funeral was held on Tuesday.

ABC 7 News in Los Angeles is reporting that federal health officials want to force a 26-year-old grad student, whose younger sister was one of the confirmed cases of measles caught recently at Disneyland, into a quarantine. Ylsa Tellez does not have the measles, and is not sick.
So why do health officials want to force her into quarantine? Because she is not vaccinated against the measles. She could reportedly avoid the quarantine if she gets the vaccine.
Lost in all the discussions you will read or listen to in the mainstream media regarding measles outbreaks is that there is no clear science proving that the vaccine actually prevents these outbreaks, or that the measles vaccine “wiped out” the disease.
We applaud Ylsa Tellez and her refusal to give in to “Health Authorities” who have tremendous conflicts of interest in their incestuous relationships with drug manufacturers who distribute vaccines. U.S. law today protects vaccine manufacturers from being sued in civil court, and the U.S. government is the largest purchaser of vaccines, as they could never survive in a free market economy. These same drug companies were being sued so often for vaccine damages that they blackmailed Congress in 1986 and threatened to stop manufacturing vaccines completely if they were not given legal immunity. Congress willingly obliged, and the Supreme Court has upheld that law.
The only recourse left to the public is to resist the removal of our Constitutional and civil rights.
This is the third in a four part series of articles about the career and research of Dr. Andrew Moulden who died in 2013. The results of government testing of our foods for pesticide residues may not be quite what we expected. Isaiah Rider is a 17-year old Missouri resident who was taken away from his mother at the age of 16 by Illinois child protective services – DCFS – while in Lurie Children’s Hospital for medical treatment. Recently, he has come forward publicly with devastating information about the trauma that he experienced as a ward of the state of Illinois. While he was in a Chicago foster home, he was raped and sodomized. Though this has been reported to his social worker, his guardian ad litem and the authorities, nothing is being done about it according to the family.

Both these Italian court decisions break new ground in the roiling debate over vaccines and autism. These courts, like all courts, are intended to function as impartial, unbiased decision makers.
The courts’ decisions are striking because they not only find a vaccine-autism causal link, but they also overrule the decisions of Italy’s Ministry of Health. And taken together, the court decisions found that both the MMR and a hexavalent thimerosal- and aluminum-containing vaccine can trigger autism.

A Windsor Locks teen faced a judge in Connecticut State Supreme court Thursday after she’s been forced to undergo chemotherapy against her will. She is identified as Cassandra C. in court papers, and she believes she should be allowed to make her own health care decisions even though she’s a minor.
After roughly one hour of arguments, the court sided with Department of Children and Families and determined she must remain in state custody to continue forced chemotherapy.
In the first ever testing of glyphosate herbicides in feeding tube liquid which is given to babies and children with cancer in hospitals, Moms Across America has detected high levels in 30% of Pediasure Enteral Nutritional Drink samples tested. Genetically engineered mosquitoes may be released in the Florida Keys in the next month or two. Oxitec, a British biotech company, plans to release an experimental mosquito population genetically engineered to combat dengue fever.
This is especially unnecessary since there have been no cases of dengue fever reported in the Florida Keys since 2010. The company has been preparing for FDA approval to use Key West as a test population, which is expected to happen within the first two months of 2015.

Several local news media in Connecticut are reporting that a 17 year old girl who is refusing chemo therapy and seeking a second opinion has been taken into custody by the Connecticut Department of Children and Families and been physically forced to have chemo therapy against her desire. Cassandra’s mother, Jackie Forton, supported her daughter’s decision, and as a result of disagreeing with the doctors, lost custody of her daughter.

Being taken from your own home and placed in another home with strangers while often not having any clue why, is extremely traumatizing. The impact is just like an illegal kidnapping; but in these cases the kidnapping is totally legal.

In November 2014 the Government Accounting Office (GAO) issued the first report on America’s “Vaccine Court,” known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), in almost 15 years.
As we have previously reported here at Health Impact News, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Trust Fund, which is funded by taxes paid on vaccines, has now grown to about $3.5 BILLION. Previous GAO reports on the NVICP have criticized the rate at which this fund was growing and being kept by the federal government, instead of being paid out to victims who have been injured or killed by vaccines.
The November 2014 GAO report on Vaccine Injury Compensations revealed some problems with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that the mainstream media reported. These problems include the fact that most people are still unaware that this program even exists, that it can take many years to settle a claim for a vaccine injury or death, and that while this program was originally designed for injuries and deaths due to childhood vaccines, that most claims now are made by adults injured or killed by the annual flu shot.
But there are many more problems associated with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that the mainstream media is not covering, so I have invited Wayne Rohde, author of a recently published book on this topic, The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America’s Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, to give a more in depth report that you are unlikely to read in the mainstream media.

So who are these parents who want to refuse vaccines for their children? The mainstream media generally portrays these parents as “anti-science, ignorant, foolish, etc.”
It was refreshing, therefore, to read an honest journalistic piece on this topic on the “Michigan Live” website which actually interviewed some parents who exercise their lawful rights to refuse some vaccines.
In contrast to the predominantly one-sided media reports labeling all parents who refuse vaccines as “uneducated,” here is a description of the parents refusing vaccines based on demographic data in Michigan:
Statewide, about 6 percent of Michigan schoolchildren have vaccination waivers, which equates to about 150,000 children who are unvaccinated or undervaccinated. Many are clustered in affluent communities such as Rochester, and have well-educated, health-conscious parents who buy organic food and eschew antibiotics in favor of a homeopathic approach to illnesses. They fear injecting so many viruses into their children could do more harm than good, and see widespread immunizations as being driven by “Big Pharma,” which they see as more concerned about profits than public health.
Cassaundra Brown is heartbroken because she is missing her twins’ first Christmas. Instead of watching 9 month old Arianna and Dominick delight in the Christmas lights and new toys and pretty bows, she and Warnell Ludington are caught in desperate fight for their babies with DCFS, the child protective services department in Illinois, over what they believe in their hearts is a misdiagnosis.
Cassaundra says, “I can’t even believe this is happening.”
The crux of the twins’ removal from their parents allegedly lies in an accusation of Shaken Baby Syndrome, a diagnosis which is surrounded by growing skepticism by medical experts, and which does not take into account Arianna’s history of medical complications since her birth. Though the parents have reportedly not been charged with any crime, their children have been seized by the state; and they are only permitted to see them for two hours per week.
Their visit this week was cancelled because the foster parents are out of town for the Christmas holidays.
This foster home is the twins’ fourth foster home in five months.
Their parents are grieving because they are “missing out on every first,” and just want their babies back.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a new influenza drug called Rapivab (peramivir). Rapivab is given intravenously as a single dose in adults who have been symptomatic with the flu for no more than two days. This drug is in the neuraminidase family of drugs which includes Tamiflu and Relenza, which are oral medications.
Folks, the U.S. Government gave almost $235 million dollars in grant money to study Rapivab. I think that money could be better spent studying the effects of vitamin C on the flu. At least vitamin C is not associated with serious side effects.
I would avoid taking all neuraminidase inhibitors. They have little effectiveness. They are too expensive. And, they are associated with severe side effects. We don’t need another ineffective, expensive, and toxic flu drug on the market. I think we would be better off removing all of the neuraminidase inhibitors from the market.

According to WebMD, nearly five million American children have been labeled with some type of serious mental disorder. In any given year, 20 percent of children will be diagnosed with a mental illness.
The most common diagnosis for kids age 3 to 17 is ADHD, followed by behavioral problems, anxiety and depression, and many of these children are being prescribed powerful and potentially dangerous psychiatric drugs.
The BBC documentary “America’s Medicated Kids” takes a look at several families with children on psychiatric medications. Journalist Louis Theroux gets a close look at some of these kids and their families by actually living with them for a time, hoping to understand what drives parents to put their kids on drugs.
Theroux identifies a fine line between ordinary bad behavior and pathology and poses the question of whether the latest drugs are taking the place of “good old-fashioned parenting.”
2014 will undoubtedly be remembered as the year the dietary belief that saturated fats are bad and lead to heart disease began to crumble in the mainstream media.
This “news” of course is not “news” at all for those of us in the alternative media, as we have been saying this for well over a decade now. The research in the scientific literature showing the health benefits of saturated fats in the diet has been around for even longer.
What should be carefully noted in the mainstream media’s reporting on saturated fats, however, is that it is almost exclusively related to dietary advice, and the sale of certain groups of food high in saturated fats, such as butter. The reason for restricting the change in the saturated fat myths of the past 50 years or so to only dietary advice is most likely due to the fact that processed food companies (such as Big Dairy) can still produce products that take advantage of this shift in consumer trends, as consumers wise up to the fact that when you restrict saturated fats in the diet, you tend to replace them with refined carbohydrates, which are linked to many health problems that are historically blamed on saturated fats. Undoubtedly, the processed food industry’s answer will be more highly processed saturated fatty foods now.
Where the change in the saturated fat myth is still not applied in the mainstream media is in the lipid theory of heart disease related to cholesterol. This is a holy grail in the pharmaceutical industry that supports a hundred BILLION dollar drug industry to lower people’s cholesterol levels. So the cholesterol myth will die a hard death. Sadly, it will live on to bring in billions of dollars in pharmaceutical profits for the foreseeable future.
The latest study showing the fallacies of the saturated-fats-are-bad belief system comes from Ohio State University.
There is nothing natural about this milk. They’ve managed to increase its protein and calcium content by separating the milk into its five components (water, butterfat, protein, lactose, and vitamins and minerals), then removing the lactose altogether and recombining the rest in different proportions. More information about their process is unavailable since it falls under “proprietary” secrets. We wonder if sacrificing good fats, vitamins, and minerals are an appropriate price for increased protein and calcium content. Note that the calcium has been added without including important co-factors like vitamin K that move calcium into the bones and keep it from damaging the heart.
Past generations of professional hockey players were never at risk of mumps outbreaks. Today’s players are, and tomorrow’s will be, along with adults generally. These outbreaks — which the media portray as coming out of the blue — don’t surprise anyone in medical circles who has been paying attention. Mumps outbreaks among adults have long been predicted by public health experts.
Ironically, the mumps vaccine itself makes these outbreaks inevitable.
As we reported in November, Maui residents successfully passed a ballot initiative banning new GMO crops in Maui County. The resolution passed by a slim margin, but Biotech giants Monsanto and Dow AgroSciences spent $8 million in a campaign to prevent the measure from passing. So while the margin of victory was small, the victory was HUGE!
As soon it was obvious that the measure had been passed, Monsanto Hawaii filed a lawsuit in federal court to block the ban; and a preliminary injunction was granted by the court.
Here in the second week of December, the grassroots organization in Hawaii called “SHAKA” has successfully filed a motion to become a party to the lawsuit Monsanto filed, and successfully moved the case to a different judge. The memorandum filed with the federal court appears to have been so compelling, that the existing judge, Judge Barry Kurren, really had no choice but to allow SHAKA to become a party to the lawsuit. Then they promptly booted Judge Kurren off the case. Kurren ruled earlier this year that county ordinances regulating GMO and pesticides on Kauai and the Big Island improperly preempted state law, which is probably why Monsanto and Biotech wanted him on this case as well.

Earlier in 2014 we reported how China had rejected over 1.45 million tons of U.S. corn because it was found to contain a variety of genetically modified corn that is not approved in China. Much of that corn export product went to Brazil instead, as the U.S. continues to lose exports abroad due to its biotech policies of not labeling GMOs.
Now, the U.S. is losing another huge export crop from America: hay. China is taking a tough stance on GMO alfalfa, which means the United States loses yet another major export agricultural product to China in hay, a livestock feed.

The FDA has just approved the use of a reportedly “new and improved” version of Gardasil, which will be marketed as Gardasil 9. According to the FDA approval letter, this action was taken without consultation with VRBPAC (the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee) which is responsible for reviewing and evaluating data concerning the safety, effectiveness, and appropriate use of vaccines and related biological products.
A reading of the package insert for the new Gardasil vaccine reveals that Gardasil 9 has more than DOUBLE the amount of toxic aluminum, increased auto immune disorders and fetal deaths among pregnant women during drug trials, and recorded a rate of 2,300 serious adverse events to try and prevent 7.9 cases of cervical cancer.

Attorney Shawn McMillan of California specializes in civil rights cases against child protection agencies. He has been awarded the “Street Fighter of the Year” award for defending family rights and taking on the abuses of social service agencies in California.
Courthouse News Service is reporting that Attorney McMillan is representing a federal class action lawsuit against “Riverside County, Juvenile Dependency Investigator Karla Torres, Torres’s supervisor Felicia M. Butler, and all similarly situated county social workers and investigators” for taking “a newborn baby from her mother without a reason or a warrant,” and for making “a habit of it.” The suit claims that the Southern California County takes “thousands of babies” without cause.

Researchers have now discovered that certain bacteria in your gut actually break down and ferment the components in dark chocolate, turning them into absorbable anti-inflammatory compounds that benefit your health.

In what has been called one of the largest fraud investigations in the history of the organic industry, The Cornucopia Institute, a Wisconsin-based farm policy research group, announced filing formal legal complaints against 14 industrial livestock operations producing milk, meat and eggs being marketed, allegedly illegally, as organic.
