New “21st Century Cures” Bill Gives More Power to Pharmaceutical Industry

It’s called a 21st century bill, but this extraordinarily dense legislative proposal follows an old, 20th century paradigm: if there’s an illness, create some new government-subsidized drugs to throw at it.

The “21st Century Cures Act” is close to 400 pages long. If enacted, it would dramatically alter the ways pharmaceutical and medical device products are regulated in the US.

For example, there is an expedited review and approval process for “breakthrough vaccines,” especially in the face of public health crises, but it doesn’t put important safeguards in place to protect the public, such as informed consent or post-market studies.

Filmmaker Was Documenting Abuses in CPS and Children Murdered under State Custody Before He Died

In 2009, Bill Bowen released a trailer for a documentary film he was producing exposing the corruption within Child Protection Services across the United States. The film is called Innocence Destroyed.

On why he undertook the project to produce this film, Mr. Bowen said:

“I decided to dedicate my life to the exposing of one of the worst criminal activities in the history of this country, in my opinion. This criminal organization specialized in destroying families and children and over a thousand children died due to neglect or are outright murdered every year in this country alone, while in the ‘protection and control’ of CPS. But Bill Bowen died unexpectedly the next year, in 2010, reportedly from a heart attack, before he was able to finish the film. The segments that were completed are now on YouTube, in three different videos.

Lawsuit in San Antonio Claims CPS is Kidnapping Latin American Babies

The League of United Latin American Citizens filed a federal lawsuit on Feb. 6 against Child Protective Services, alleging the department abused its power.

LULAC said that CPS took a 10-day-old baby away from its mother because of alleged drug use. The woman and baby did not test positive for drugs, but CPS still took the baby away.

Julie Marquez, with the LULAC Council in Seguin, said the case is nothing out of the ordinary for CPS.

“We have several cases … We have more than 10 cases. It’s the same M.O. over and over and over again. They withhold evidence and they abuse their discretion and they abuse their power,” Marquez said.

Federal Lawsuit: Massachusetts Wrongly Took Child 2 Days After Birth Because Mother was Disabled

Two days after giving birth to her daughter, the state took away 19 year old Sara Gordon’s baby because Sara has a developmental disability, and placed her baby in foster care. The federal government says the state violated her civil rights by discriminating against her because of her disability.

The National Council on Disability, an independent federal agency advising the White House and Congress, says the case points up a growing problem: states needlessly taking custody of the children of disabled parents.

“Parents with disabilities are suffering significant discrimination,” said Robyn Powell, an attorney for the council. “What happened to this mother is very common … States are removing these children for the sole reason of their parents having a disability.”

Parents Get $800K Over Warrantless Search and Removal of Homeschool Kids Who Were Not Vaccinated

KPCC reported this week that the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will pay $800,000 to the parents of two children taken from their home by a Sheriff’s deputy and social workers with the Department of Children and Family Services, who did not obtain a warrant first.

According to KPCC, the lawsuit states that the complaint used by DCFS centered around what the homeschooled family chose to feed their children, and for failing to vaccinate them: Social workers with the Department of Children and Family Services claimed the parents “created a detrimental and endangering home environment” for the children by failing to provide nourishing food and immunizations.

The lawsuit describes the deputy mocking the parents for not immunizing their children based on religious beliefs and homeschooling them. It accuses him of coercing the parents into a search of their hotel room.

“You could lose your kids forever,” he allegedly threatened.

Rengo Family Children Taken Back into State Custody in Washington, As Family Tries to Flee CPS

The Rengos reportedly left their home in Washington to avoid having CPS take their children away again, but on February 5, 2015, they were picked up in California, and the children were taken away from them by force.

According to ksbw.com:

“Cleve Goheen-Rengo, 23, and Erica Carey, 29, fled from their Washington home with the three children. A warrant was not issued for their arrest, but a Be On The Lookout was issued by Bellingham police to West Coast law enforcement. Bellingham police officers said it was not a criminal kidnapping or Amber Alert investigation, but rather a civil violation by defying CPS court orders.”

So while no criminal charges were made against the parents, nevertheless, the children will be returned to State custody in Washington.

The children seemed OK, according to California authorities.

“They didn’t appear to have any obvious injuries or ailments,” (California Highway Patrol officer) Sadek said.

Carey (the mother) was arrested for refusing to cooperate with Santa Cruz County law enforcement. She reportedly shouted out:

“Send a message to America for me. Children don’t belong to the government. The government belongs to the people.”

Obama Grants Immunity to CDC Whistleblower on Measles Vaccine Link to Autism

After six months and nearly one billion tweets on Twitter, it took a media frenzy over a small measles outbreak in California at the beginning of 2015 to draw the attention of some in the national media to finally start reporting on the significance of the CDC Whistleblower story from the summer of 2014.

Patrick Howley of The Daily Caller has reported that the Obama administration has granted whistleblower immunity to Dr. William Thompson, a senior epidemiologist at the CDC who co-authored and published research on the MMR vaccine for the CDC back in 2004. His decision to become a whistleblower and reveal data that was concealed by the CDC linking the MMR vaccine to autism among African American boys was revealed during the summer of 2014.

In his report, Howley links to a letter published on the Natural News website from the summer of 2014 sent by Dr. Thompson to then-CDC director Dr. Julie Gerberding in February 2004, where he expressed his concerns to Dr. Gerberding about how the CDC was concealing data linking the measles MMR vaccine to autism.

Howley points out that Gerberding is now an executive vice president at Merck, the pharmaceutical giant that is currently the sole manufacturer of the measles vaccine. Gerberding originally left the CDC to take the position of president of Merck’s vaccine division.

BREAKING: ARIZONA SUED BY ABUSED FOSTER CHILDREN!

The Associated Press and many other media outlets today (February 3, 2015) have announced that a federal class-action lawsuit was filed against the directors of the Arizona Department of Children’s Services and the Department of Health Services by ten foster children in Arizona.

The children in the lawsuit are represented by the groups Children’s Rights, the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, and Phoenix law firm Coppersmith Brockelman PLC.

Arizona’s treatment of foster children is so bad it actually puts kids at risk of greater harm, says the federal class-action lawsuit. The lawsuit, which names as plaintiffs 10 foster children ages 3 to 14, said the agencies failed to address ongoing failures. The suit also accuses the state of a “widespread failure to engage in basic child welfare practices aimed at maintaining family relationships.” That includes placing siblings together, trial reunifications with parents, adequate visitation between children and biological families, and having caseworkers visit parents to work toward reunification.

Study: Probiotics Can Cure Peanut Allergy

Australian researchers have found a possible key to a cure for people with potentially fatal peanut allergies. A Melbourne-based study has already transformed the lives of many of the children who took part in the clinical trial.

Researchers from the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute gave about 30 allergic children a daily dose of peanut protein together with a probiotic in an increasing amount over an 18-month period. The probiotic used in the study was Lactobacillus rhamnosus and the dose was equivalent to eating about 20kg of yoghurt each day. At the end of the trial 80% of the children could eat peanuts without any reaction.

Was Teenager Marc Herrmann Medically Kidnapped As Part of a Cover-Up for Malpractice in Canada?

Instead, he will become a ward of the Office of Public Guardians, an organization that was designed to care for Canada’s neediest citizens. His family wants to know why he will be taking up valuable resources that others truly need, when he obviously does not need them.

Arizona Cardiologist Responds to Critics Regarding Measles and Vaccines

Oh boy. Where do I start? Influenza does NOT kill 25,000-30,000 people each year. The truth is, in 2010, the CDC reported that the flu killed 500 people.

Small Raisin Farmers Stand Up to the USDA: Case to be Heard by U.S. Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has decided to hear an important property rights case involving raisin farmers who aren’t allowed to keep and sell their own crop. Every year, their raisins are seized by a Depression-era bureaucratic organization called the Raisin Administrative Committee.

Does the State Ever Have a "Right" to Remove Children from a Home?

When does the State have the right to remove children from a home where they are living with their parents?

We have been covering medical kidnapping stories now on MedicalKidnap.com for about 3 months. This website was started to document the many stories that were coming to our attention where families were losing their children to the State, and the foster care system, over medical disagreements. In many of these cases, their children were taken away simply because they disagreed with a doctor, or wanted to take their children to a different doctor to get a second opinion.

Does the State have a right to take children away from parents for what is now being called “medical abuse,” a term used by medical authorities when parents disagree with doctors, or want to seek a second opinion? Most of the people who follow MedicalKidnap would state “no.” And we have published many stories now showing that this is indeed happening all across the country, in every state, every single day.

But what about in other situations? Are there any situations where authorities should step in and remove children from their homes, taking them away from their parents?

Judging from comments made in social media from many commenting on some of our articles, I think it is safe to assume that the majority of people in the United States today feel that in certain situations, the State has a legitimate right to step in and take children away from their families, removing them from their homes.

However, I would like to suggest that the Constitution of the United States of America protects the rights of individuals and families, and that it is never lawful for social services to remove a child from their biological parents, taking them out of their home and making them a ward of the State, removing legal custody from their parents. This phenomena is a recent development in the history of our country, and if it is not lawful to take such actions, we are correct in calling such actions “state-funded kidnappings.”

Forced Quarantines have Started: Pasadena Woman Resists Forced Vaccination

ABC 7 News in Los Angeles is reporting that federal health officials want to force a 26-year-old grad student, whose younger sister was one of the confirmed cases of measles caught recently at Disneyland, into a quarantine. Ylsa Tellez does not have the measles, and is not sick.

So why do health officials want to force her into quarantine? Because she is not vaccinated against the measles. She could reportedly avoid the quarantine if she gets the vaccine.

Lost in all the discussions you will read or listen to in the mainstream media regarding measles outbreaks is that there is no clear science proving that the vaccine actually prevents these outbreaks, or that the measles vaccine “wiped out” the disease.

We applaud Ylsa Tellez and her refusal to give in to “Health Authorities” who have tremendous conflicts of interest in their incestuous relationships with drug manufacturers who distribute vaccines. U.S. law today protects vaccine manufacturers from being sued in civil court, and the U.S. government is the largest purchaser of vaccines, as they could never survive in a free market economy. These same drug companies were being sued so often for vaccine damages that they blackmailed Congress in 1986 and threatened to stop manufacturing vaccines completely if they were not given legal immunity. Congress willingly obliged, and the Supreme Court has upheld that law.

The only recourse left to the public is to resist the removal of our Constitutional and civil rights.

Arizona CPS Takes 7 Children Away from Parents after Accident

The unthinkable happened to a family in Arizona. Their three-year-old daughter mysteriously collapsed while her parents were away from home, and she died shortly after. As horrible as that tragedy was, Khloe’s death was only the beginning of the devastation to the Shoars family. Child Protective Services immediately came in and took away all seven of their other children, placing them in various foster home settings around the area.

The children now don’t have their parents, or even each other, as they try to grasp what has happened to their sister. Federal Government Annual Report on Pesticide Residues Excludes Glyphosate

The results of government testing of our foods for pesticide residues may not be quite what we expected. Every year the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) targets certain food materials which they consider high risks, collects samples from warehouses and storage facilities, and tests them for a wide array of pesticides they deem likely to be present. These Pesticide Data Program (PDP) reports are one of many taxpayer funded activities designed to fulfill the agency’s congressional goals and mandates.

The latest published report from December 2014 reveals that the world’s most widely-used herbicide, glyphosate, was not even tested. Neither were wheat products grown in the U.S.

With all the glyphosate studies showing microbiome impacts and chelation of toxic minerals (aluminum), why no sampling of glyphosate? Is cost really so prohibitive with our federal budget, while we see escalating chronic health problems?

Isaiah Rider is a 17-year old Missouri resident who was taken away from his mother at the age of 16 by Illinois child protective services – DCFS – while in Lurie Children’s Hospital for medical treatment. Recently, he has come forward publicly with devastating information about the trauma that he experienced as a ward of the state of Illinois. While he was in a Chicago foster home, he was raped and sodomized. Though this has been reported to his social worker, his guardian ad litem and the authorities, nothing is being done about it according to the family.

Coconut palm trees are native to the coastal areas of Liberia, so Mission Bethel Ministries was able to visit coconut producing areas in Liberia in 2014 and make contact with small-scale coconut oil producers to supply traditional coconut oil.

Research has shown that the medium chain fatty acids in coconut oil are powerful germ fighters, particularly against viruses where pharmaceutical products typically fail. While there is no research yet showing that coconut oil is effective against the Ebola virus, coconut oil is a powerful immune builder with no side effects. U.S. Media Blackout: Italian Courts Rule Vaccines Cause Autism

Both these Italian court decisions break new ground in the roiling debate over vaccines and autism. These courts, like all courts, are intended to function as impartial, unbiased decision makers.
