What do parents do if their child has an adverse reaction to a vaccine?
See their doctor of course.
But does the doctor offer help and support, just dismiss the parents, or worse, give totally useless and harmful advice?
Here are a few stories from my practice that will make you shake your head in disbelief.
Increasing numbers of Americans are seeking out unpasteurized, or raw, dairy products — both for the health benefits and the flavor. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), meanwhile, has released a report that’s clearly an attempt to squelch the growing enthusiasm for obtaining farm-fresh foods like raw milk and cheese.
The war against raw milk has been one of the most successful, fear-based campaigns ever created to monopolize an industry. As long as farmers are prevented from selling to consumers directly, processors can and do price fix the market, ultimately leading to the intentional destruction of small, family dairy farms and consolidation of CAFO dairy farms using taxpayer-funded subsidies.
It’s never been done before. The first-of-its-kind study of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated American homeschooled children shows who is really ailing…and parents should be worried.
Something is wrong with America’s children. They are sick – allergic, asthmatic, anxious, autoimmune, autistic, hyperactive, distracted and learning disabled. Thirty-two million American children – a full 43% of them – suffer from at least one of 20 chronic illnesses not including obesity.
Fast food, bad genes, too much TV, video games, pesticides, plastics – name the environmental factor and it has been implicated in the surge of sickness, although none adequately explains the scale or scope of the epidemic.
There is one exposure, however, that has evaded the search, despite that children have received it by direct injection in steadily accumulating doses far beyond anything past generations ever saw: 50 doses of 14 vaccines by age six, 69 doses of 16 pharmaceutical vaccines containing powerfully immune-altering ingredients by age 18.
We’re assured vaccines are “safe and effective” even though public health officials acknowledge they sometimes have serious side-effects including death and despite the troubling fact that no long-term study of their effects on overall health has ever been conducted. Remarkably, not a single published study has ever compared vaccinated kids to unvaccinated kids to see who is healthier years after the shots. Until now.
A wave of glyphosate bans are being introduced by member states in Europe while the issue of the chemical’s reauthorization at EU level drags on. Among the most dramatic developments has been the announcement by Belgium’s federal minister of agriculture, Willy Borsus, that he wants to ban the sale and use of herbicides by non-professionals. He voiced particular concern over glyphosate.
“Considering the risk-benefit balance, there is no justification for the use of herbicides for individuals,” Borsus said.
He said there were safer alternatives, such as heat treatment, mechanical weeding, or bio-pesticides.
Borsus also called for a new investigation into alleged “Monsanto manoeuvres and attempts to influence experts” with the aim of keeping glyphosate on the market.
A bill introduced into the Oregon legislature would allow non-GMO farmers to sue biotech patent holders over trespass by their GMO crops if their crops were to spread on to their farms.
HB 2739 survived a legal hurdle in April, when the bill was referred to the House Rules Committee, which isn’t subject to an April 18 legislative deadline that recently killed other proposals.
The move could effectively allow HB 2739 to stay alive through the end of the 2017 legislative session, scheduled to end in late June.

The Budwig Diet for cancer has been around since the 1950s. But it is suppressed and inaccurately marginalized, sometimes even among alternative health writers and practitioners.
Many have been skeptical of the Budwig Diet. Dr. Andrew Weil considered it “fanciful” and without sufficient recorded scientific evidence. Though not the complete diet, the daily medicinal staple of the Budwig Diet does involve cold pressed organic flaxseed oil mixed with low-fat cottage cheese, originally quark, a type of cheese more common in Central and Eastern Europe than North America.
This is not merely a fashionable South Beach type of diet for weight loss. It has cured thousands of not only cancer but other chronic and life threatening maladies as well over the past 50 plus years. The original flaxseed oil mixed into quark was not a culinary quirk presented by a “happy homemaker.”
The Budwig Diet is the result of years of study by an esteemed German biochemist, Johanna Budwig, who was nominated several times for the European version of the Nobel Prize.
Once again, we must turn to sources outside the U.S. to get an honest perspective on the Gardasil HPV vaccine controversy. One doctor who formerly worked for the vaccine manufacturer Merck predicted that Gardasil would become “the greatest medical scandal of all time.”
You won’t read any of this in the U.S. corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media, however. The only view allowed is that there is no controversy regarding the HPV vaccine, and any journalist that dares to question this view will be viciously attacked and probably lose their career.
A recently published article in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics highlights the medical ethics that were violated in bringing this vaccine to market. As a result, many young people today are being permanently disabled or even dying from the adverse reactions to this vaccine.
Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS), under fire for its skyrocketing rate of child removals in recent years, was just exposed for a new policy which allowed social workers to secretly record interviews with parents or caregivers suspected of crimes using a controversial and questionable technology meant to detect lying.
The Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA), which a DCS spokesperson labeled a “new tool,” isn’t really new at all, and appears to have almost zero validity. One independent study found the lie detector was “no better than flipping a coin.”
The CVSA policy had only been recently implemented late last December. Gregg Woodnick, a Phoenix family law attorney whose practice defends families against DCS charges, unearthed the new policy and after confronting DCS legal counsel, notified local TV station 12 News.
Woodnick said DCS was effectively performing polygraphs on people without their consent.
After 12 News notified Arizona’s DCS they were doing a story on the secret recordings, an agency spokeswoman, Cynthia Weiss, said the policy was being “rescinded.”

One of the absolute worst things conventional medicine does is treat type 2 diabetics with insulin. This only exacerbates the problem. The key to treating and reversing type 2 diabetes is to cut down on net carbs, replacing them with high amounts of healthy fats and moderate amounts of protein.
Dr. Tim Noakes has researched reversal of type 2 diabetes in South Africans, coming to the same conclusion.
LCHF stands for a low carbohydrate and high fat diet. Not only does this diet protocol threaten the official nutritional dietary dogma of high carbohydrates and low fats (including NO saturated fats, as per USDA nutritional guidelines), promoting LCHF also threatens the sugar and processed food industries where it hurts, financially.
So as with all things proven unscientific that support current industrial endeavors, promoting accurate current science to upset all endeavors associated with misinformation warrants attacks on the messengers while suppressing their scientific evidence.
The science behind LCHF has been known at least since the 1920’s when the ketogenic diet was developed at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a cure for childhood epilepsy, being used when drugs failed.
Dr. Tim Noakes, MD, a South African scientist and emeritus professor at University of Cape Town’s Division of Exercise Science and Sports Medicine was attacked by nutrition officials almost three years ago in 2014. After three years of public court room hearings, with all its legal expenses and stressful distractions, he was recently acquitted.
High school senior Madeline Scott was so excited when she received the acceptance text from UC Berkeley that she called her mother immediately.
“I got into UC Berkeley,” she gushed.
The euphoria didn’t last.
When her mother, Tammy Rae Scott, signed onto the Berkeley admissions website, she learned about an apparent University of California policy requiring that incoming students be vaccinated for measles, mumps, rubella, chicken pox, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis and meningitis. They also must undergo screening for tuberculosis.
Madeline hasn’t had an immunization since age 3 when she had an adverse reaction to the MMR shot for measles, mumps and rubella, her mother said.
“If I chose to attend Berkeley, I would have to catch up on 17 years worth of vaccinations,” said Madeline Scott, who lives in Arcata. “I feel that Berkeley is infringing on my right to refuse medical procedures.”
This spring will mark the 27th anniversary of one of the cruelest and most deceptive acts the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has ever conducted. In partnership with Kaiser Permanente Health System and Los Angeles County Public Health Service, an experimental measles vaccine was given to approximately 1,500 inner city minority children in Los Angeles County. Most of these children were six months of age. The planning for this inoculation program started in 1989 with the vaccination campaign commencing in June 1990. This program came to a halt in October 1991.
The measles vaccine was administered mainly to African-American children in an attempt to curb the measles outbreak in LA County at that time.
The parents were not told that the measles vaccine was experimental, and it was not approved for use in the US.
These children from LA County were the guinea pigs, the living test tubes of the research world. Yet the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) were telling the parents the vaccine was being used in other countries. What was not explained was the fact that the vaccine used in Los Angeles was not the lower titers used in other countries but rather a super charged high-titers E-Z vaccine.
And it was experimental.
A new ruling is expected to pave the way for genetically modified citrus to enter your local stores—but a loophole allows the food industry to keep you in the dark about the nature of the fruit you’re purchasing.
The trees are treated with a genetically modified virus that makes them resistant to citrus greening disease, which has caused major problems for citrus growers in Florida. But according to the government’s definition, neither the trees nor the fruit will be considered genetically modified (an assertion that is patently absurd), so once again consumers will be in the dark about what kind of food they’ll be eating.
Retired lawyer Marvin Siegel of Boxford, Massachusetts, has lived an isolated and heavily-medicated existence, against his will and wishes, after court proceedings in August in 2011 resulted in his being placed under a court-appointed guardianship and conservatorship that his family considers to be unlawful. His meticulous estate planning has been eviscerated, and millions of dollars continue to be plundered from the 88-year-old’s estate.
He is being held prisoner in his own home, under medical providers that his daughter has termed “24/7 guards.” Meanwhile, his daughters Attorney Lisa Siegel Belanger and Devora Kaiser tirelessly advocate for him in the court system, despite those who are working vigorously to shut them out of their father’s life.
At this point, those in charge of Mr. Siegel’s estate have drained half of the retired attorney’s approximate nine-million-dollar estate deceptively and fraudulently, according to Lisa. Further, as Lisa began to research her father’s case, she uncovered a network of corruption within the family and probate court system of Essex County, where the case is, as well as in other Massachusetts counties. The daughters’ court documents allege fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering, involving 40 litigants in the Siegel case alone.
Lisa states that the medical kidnapping and plundering of senior citizens’ estates is common, as they target poor and rich alike: “The scary part of it is that this is not an isolated incident. This is business as usual. It is a pattern of isolate. Medicate. Liquidate. It doesn’t matter the amount of a person’s estate, even if a person has virtually nothing to their name. The fact that an elder is receiving some sort of government benefit that automatically brings you into their clutches. People don’t realize that it affects basically everyone.”
There are a lot of weird vaccines being developed and we’ve mentioned a few of them. But the vaccine most deserving of our first TVR Golden Fleece award is the one for obesity—the so-called “Flab Jab.”
So exactly what is the leading experimental obesity vaccine candidate designed to do?
It injects a modified form of the peptide protein molecule somatostatin that “suppresses growth hormones that boost metabolism and cause weight loss.”
An obesity vaccine is the perfect example of the absurd direction in which the vaccine industry is going because there is no oversight on or breaks applied to scientists and public health officials driving the runaway vaccine train. With nearly one billion dollars appropriated by Congress to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HSS) in charge of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), just how much of that money is going to fund research and development of ill conceived vaccines that are not really vaccines at all?

Registered dietician Cynthia Sass, with master’s degrees in both nutrition science and public health, calls avocados worthy of superfood status: They can effectively combat nearly every aspect of metabolic syndrome.
The high-fat content in avocados is a good thing — it’s not “bad” fat. In fact, it’s good, necessary fat from oleic acid, which is the same monosaturated fatty acid contained in olive oil.
Oleic acid is associated with decreased inflammation, which helps stave off such diseases as cancer.
The saturated fat lie is officially exposed now that the British Journal of Sports Medicine, a division of the BMJ (British Medical Journal) emphatically declared: “Saturated fat does not clog the arteries: coronary heart disease is a chronic inflammatory condition, the risk of which can be effectively reduced from healthy lifestyle interventions.”
The beginning of this very recent BMJ letter, 31 March 2017, reviewing several mega-studies, states early in their editorial: “Despite popular belief among doctors and the public, the conceptual model of dietary saturated fat clogging a pipe is just plain wrong.”
Wrong, unequivocally and indisputably, not maybe or could be or further studies needed, but completely wrong. It’s over. And the root cause of arterial inflammation is cited with dietary recommendations that lean toward the Mediterranean Diet.
A 2017 study in Africa compared a DTP/OPV (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, oral polio) vaccinated group of children to an unvaccinated group. The authors found there was a 10-fold increase risk in death in the vaccinated group that received only the DPT shot, as compared to the unvaccinated group. If the children also received the OPV vaccine, there was a 5-fold higher death rate. All-cause infant mortality after 3 months of age increased by 112% after the introduction of these vaccines.
Folks, I have been asking the Centers for Disease Control to do a vaccinated versus unvaccinated study in the U.S. for many years. That study would answer the question whether vaccines are safe or not. If unvaccinated children are as sick as vaccinated children it would rule out vaccines as causing the epidemic of illnesses our children are suffering including asthma, cancer, autoimmune diseases and autism. But, the CDC refuses to do a study like this.
Why would the CDC refuse to do a vaccinated versus unvaccinated study? After seeing what happened to the poor children in Africa, the CDC, which owns vaccine patents and receives hundreds of millions of dollars in vaccine sales, can’t risk a negative outcome study.
Tucker Carlson of Fox News recently interviewed Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to discuss vaccine safety.
Carlson says to Kennedy: “I don’t think you’re crazy. You’re not anti-vaccine. You vaccinate your own children. I think you ought to be allowed to ask legitimate questions without being attacked.”
Can you imagine a healing methodology that uses a lamp with a 60 or so watt bulb and several different color gels that are effective and can be applied by anyone, and was used for two decades by American MDs?

At the same time that Arizona lawmakers have rejected common sense bills to protect families from abuse of power by dishonest social workers, an Arizona mother is battling the Arizona Department of Children and Families (DCF) to get her children back.
Aprilli Coumpy has completed everything asked of her, but her children are still not back home.
It has been more than 2 years since her children were seized after what both Aprilli and her pediatrician termed an accidental incident, in which her toddler was burned when his 6 and 7 year old siblings accidentally spilled hot noodles on him when they decided to surprise their mommy with breakfast.
Never in a million years did the single mom of 5 dream that the state could have so much power as to take all of her children away for something that could happen in any home in the world. Others connected with her case believe that the DCF case manager, Lisa Millett, simply does not like Aprilli Coumpy, thus nothing that the mother does appears to be good enough.
Recently, Arizona DCF case manager Lisa Millett has demanded that Aprilli take down the Medical Kidnap articles from the internet.
Apparently Ms. Millett does not understand that Freedom of the Press doesn’t work like that. Such strong arm tactics by government employees may have been used in Nazi Germany or in Communist countries that desire to hide their actions from the public, but the U.S. still has something called The Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

Internal FDA documents confirm that genetic engineered/modified food products (widely known as GMOs), entered the U.S. food supply without having been subjected to scientifically rigorous safety tests as is mandated by law.

When I was a child, nearly everybody became ill with chickenpox. Like nearly all kids, when I became ill with it, I stayed home from school about a week and fully recovered.
All that changed in 1995, when the FDA licensed and approved the live attenuated chickenpox (varicella) vaccine in persons aged >12 months. After the vaccine began to be used by most children, the incidence of chickenpox rapidly declined. However, due to continual outbreaks of chickenpox, a second dose of the chickenpox vaccine was added to the childhood immunization schedule in 2006.
Is the chickenpox vaccine effective at significantly lowering the incidence of chickenpox? Yes. Due to the vaccine, there is a significantly lowered incidence of chickenpox.
However, the most important question to ask is, “Has the chickenpox vaccine (along with the other 70 doses of vaccines given) improved the lives of our children and the rest of the population? The answer to that question is easy: No.

Boulder County, Colorado will completely phase out genetically modified (GMO) corn and sugar beets, and neonicotinoid insecticides on county-owned land.
According to the Daily Camera, commissioners voted 2-1 last week to approve the latest version of a transition plan that bans the cultivation of GMO corn by the end of 2019 and GMO sugar beets by the end of 2021. Neonicotinoids, which have been widely blamed for the declines of bees and other pollinators, will also be phased out within five years on county properties.
House Republicans beat back an effort by Rep. Kelly Townsend to protect Arizona’s parents’ constitutional rights by amending SB1003. Townsend’s amendments would have prohibited Department of Child Safety caseworkers from lying to the court or withholding exculpatory evidence.
Townsend asked her fellow lawmakers how they could oppose the amendments as they appeared to be preoccupied with their laptops and cellphones.
The principles behind Townsend’s amendments were clear; parents have a right to due process and social workers cannot lie to parents.
We are gathered in our nation’s Capitol representing many thousands of Americans and their families, who cannot be here today because they are sick or caring for someone who is sick. We are here for families and physicians living in fear they will be discriminated against and punished if they speak honestly in their communities about what they know to be true.
We have come to defend freedom of thought, speech, and conscience, the inalienable natural rights that unite us, regardless of where we live, the color of our skin, the faith that sustains us, or the philosophies that define us.
We are calling on the government to do its job and protect the people’s health – instead of protecting profit-making industries doing business with government and manipulating information released by the mainstream media.
We are advocating for the right to know the truth about the safety of the food we eat, the water we drink, the drugs doctors prescribe and the vaccines Americans are forced to get to attend school, and receive medical care, and hold a job.

According to the latest report on pesticide residues in food by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), a mere 15 percent of all the food samples tested in 2015 were free from pesticide residues. In 2014, over 41 percent of samples had no detectable pesticide residues on them.
That just goes to show how quickly our food is being poisoned. At that trajectory, we may eventually find out none of the non-organic food sold in 2016 or 2017 was pesticide-free.
Recent news has highlighted a number of problems associated with this out-of-control use of agricultural chemicals, starting with atrazine.
On May 17, 1993, Mr. and Mrs. Marchant took their daughter, Jodie, to the doctor for her 14-month checkup. Jodie was fit and healthy and meeting all her milestones, so her parents agreed for her to be vaccinated with the MMR vaccination, a decision that will haunt them forever. Mr. Marchant explained to us what happened the moment that Jodie received her vaccination:
“Jodie let out a high-pitched scream and appeared to be in a state of shock. Her eyes became vacant as if in a trance and she appeared to lose interest in eating and refused all food and we had to resort to giving her milkshakes. Jodie did not recognize anyone for a long time. Note, in 1997, her then-GP was able to confirm that Jodie was okay prior to vaccination and this confirms the records were available when the GP INSPECTED THEM. Jodie stopped movement and would sit on the sofa rocking with eyes rolling and stopped talking.”
It appears that instead of receiving the MMR vaccine, as agreed, Jodie received a mystery vaccination.
If what her parents are saying is true and Jodie did only receive one shot on the day she was vaccinated, then we need to consider whether or not Jodie’s doctor decided to mix several vaccinations into one syringe without her parents’ knowledge or consent.
Whilst the majority of us would consider this to be not only unethical but also highly unlikely, remarkably, it is a possibility because, in 2013, the Globe and Mail reported that a pediatrician from Halifax was found guilty of doing the unthinkable.
The High Court of Justice of Asturias- Spain (TSJA) has condemned the Asturian Health System for the death of Andrea, a young Spanish girl who died in September 2012 after getting the second shot of the HPV vaccine. The Court recognizes the bad practice of the hospitals of Jove and Cabueñes since they did not diagnose the pathology before the second shot of the vaccine was supplied which caused the death of the young woman.
Andrea was a young woman with a medical history of mild episodes of bronchial asthma. When she got the first shot of the HPV vaccine on July 23, 2012, she became sick with a headache and breathing difficulty. Although she suffered from a severe asthmatic exacerbation, she got the second shot on August 23, 2012, with a sudden worsening. As a result of this, she suffered severe dyspnea and seizures only 12 hours after receiving the vaccine. She was moved to the Maternal and Child Hospital of the HUCA where she remained in the Pediatric Intensity Care Unit until she died on 8 September.
A young Georgia mother had no idea that a routine trip to the pediatrician’s office for her son’s 1 year check-up would change her son’s life forever, and leave her fighting the state for custody of her own son. When the nurse-practitioner told her that her son was a little behind on his shots and they would need to catch up, Durenda Whitehead didn’t question the need for the vaccines. She did, however, question the safety of giving 13 vaccines at once.
Durenda’s pediatrician assured her that it was fine: “I can give up to 20 at one time.” She said that they told her at the pediatrician’s office to give him some Tylenol, and to “play extra hard with him when he gets home.”
Over the next few days, Durenda reports that KJ was sleeping much more than usual, only waking to eat. She describes his rapid decline:
“I noticed my son didn’t attempt to follow me as usual and he started to cry. I called his name so he would come to me, but his cry only got louder. When I came back in the room to see why he wasn’t coming, he leaned his body forward and reached for me… He had this ‘help me’ look in his eyes while he continued to cry.”
However, Durenda soon learned that doctors are reluctant to look at vaccines as a cause of harm, and she soon found herself in the hospital being confronted with law enforcement taking away her son because she dared to disagree with a doctor.
Did you know there is a fugitive from the U.S. Justice Department thriving openly in Denmark who created a fraudulent study used to eliminate autism claims from vaccines? His name is Poul Thorsen, and he is a psychiatrist who was contracted by the CDC to perform the notorious “Danish Study.”
The Danish Study, published in 2003 by the journal Pediatrics asserted that autism rates in Denmark rose dramatically after mercury was no longer used in vaccines for children in the Netherlands, thus “proving” that there is no association with thimerosal (mercury) in vaccines to autism.
The Danish Study became a major study quoted by the FDA, the IOM (The National Institute of Medicine) now renamed the National Academy of Medicine, and the CDC to “disprove” the dangers of thimerosal in vaccines and the MMR even without thimerosal. It became the cornerstone of all media and public denial of autism from vaccines.
Even worse, it served as the legal basis for dismissing over 5,000 autism claims in The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program or “Vaccine Court” in 2010, and totally removing autism claims from vaccine injuries completely.
Even before Obamacare was brought to the table — which made medical coverage more complicated for most consumers and medical providers — an attempt was made to take back real doctoring by eliminating complicated billing and insurance code allowances and replacing them with cash only payments for various treatments.
Starting in 1995, a few Seattle, Washington M.D.s established a practice of concierge medicine where clients would pay a monthly, quarterly, or annual out-of-pocket cash fee, similar to attorney retainers, for almost unlimited service attention and service.
Now there are several types of primary care options among the cash only medical providers that exist in the minority, scattered throughout the nation. They have to restrict their patient lists to somewhere in the mid-hundreds to provide the personal care desired. Insurance based plans may have well over a thousand patients to one doctor.
A beloved California schoolteacher is still fighting to get her children back 9 months after they were ripped away from her by Child Protective Services. Lori Ibrahim’s two-day old breastfeeding baby was seized by Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) after Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center accused her of drug abuse. The only drugs in her system were properly prescribed medications, but social workers used the positive drug screen as grounds to seize baby Youssef and his 5-year old brother Kian.
Since that time, Lori has allegedly cooperated with every demand that DCFS has placed on her, including submission to a gag order to be silent and take down her Facebook page.
Social workers have created an image of the mother to present to the court which seems to serve their apparent agenda of keeping the family apart.
The reports, however, from the psychologist and other therapists that Lori has been compelled to see paint a vastly different picture. That picture is consistent with the reports from those who have worked with Lori and the parents whose young children Lori has taught in school during her 15 year career, a career that is now closed to her because of the DCFS allegations.
Lori Ibrahim presented evidence to Health Impact News and to the court that she was innocent of the charges that were used to seize her children. The court has reportedly dismissed the substance abuse allegations, finding that, as she said from the very beginning, she was only taking properly prescribed medications.
Yet, it hasn’t made a difference – her boys are still not home.
Regulators in Wisconsin have reportedly lifted the “cease and desist” order from a warning sent to Amish Wisconsin egg farmers in March. The 7-year operation where farmers shipped their eggs directly to consumers from their farm was temporarily shut down by an order from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture from a complaint that allegedly originated from regulators in California.
After an outcry from customers and supporters who contacted the governor of Wisconsin and other officials, regulators reportedly told the farmers that they could continue shipping their eggs while they worked with them to bring them into compliance with the alleged violations.
The farmers are happy to be able to sell their inventory of eggs again because they would have had to shut down their operation at the end of this week due to the cost of feeding and maintaining their flocks while not being able to sell their eggs.
They are not sure yet if any new regulations or requirements placed on them will become a burden too costly to allow their operation to continue, so it is uncertain at this time if their 7-year direct-to-consumer egg operation will continue to operate into the foreseeable future. For now, customers can order the eggs from the Healthy Traditions’ website.
Meanwhile, there is more evidence that the State of California was behind this action, as they recently sent a “cease and desist” order to Tropical Traditions regarding the sale and shipping of eggs.

A mother who is fighting the Child Protective Service system to get her children back was threatened during a mediation hearing last week. Elizabeth Byler of Pennsylvania, who grew up in an Amish community, appeared at the hearing without her lawyer present, due to her attorney’s scheduling conflict.
Byler was allegedly given an ultimatum by court officials—to take down the Justice4theBylers Facebook page “or else,” they would “come after” her. Elizabeth told them that she did not start the page and does not have administrator access to the page. However, she was reportedly called a liar, and they demanded that she delete the account right there. As she pulled up Facebook on her phone to try to access the page settings, she told the officials: “I can’t access it. I’m not an administrator.”
Later, the administration of the page posted:
“We have the utmost respect for Elizabeth Byler, but understand that, though you may be able to control her with threats, you cannot control us. She is powerless to compel us in any way to take down this page. And we are watching. We just want you to do the right thing.

Just as the incidence of Autism-Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) has risen alarmingly in children over the last half century, there is evidence that similar behavioral disorders have been observed in pets, most widely reported among pet dogs.
From paralysis to seizures, and from immune-mediated hemolytic anemia to injection-site fibrosarcomas, adverse reactions to vaccination are not uncommon in pets. Often attributable to annual vaccinations that some veterinarians consider totally unnecessary, vaccine reactions also may lead to allergies, skin problems, behavioral changes, and autoimmune diseases.
Some of the most common behavioral changes are associated with the rabies vaccine, which is the only vaccine federally mandated for pets and must be re-administered at least every three years if not annually, depending on how the vaccine is labeled.
Last year’s November elections included several state ballots to either introduce medical marijuana or expand beyond permissible medical applications and allow “recreational” use for adults. Former marijuana resistant states Florida, North Dakota, Arkansas, and Montana passed medical cannabis measures by popular vote.
States that had medical marijuana allowances already in place, California, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Maine approved adult recreational marijuana. But the biggest surprise for many was Arizona voters’ rejection of an adult recreational use measure, Proposition 205. Arizona was the only state that refused to advance from its current cannabis status at the polls.
Arizonians for Responsible Drug Policy (ARDP) was the major front group for hire that publicly opposed Arizona’s Proposition 205. And its main donor of a half million dollars was a pharmaceutical company based out of Arizona known as Insys Therapeutics.
Was Insys Therapeutics’ motivation to oppose legal marijuana its lucrative opioid painkiller market, or its recent approval for a patent to make a synthetic form of marijuana?

In this preview, Ty Bollinger interviews Dr. Paul Thomas and Jennifer Margulis, PhD. to discuss the CDC vaccine schedule. They are two of the speakers that will make presentations in The Truth About Vaccines.
Dr. Paul Thomas, M.D. was born in Portland Oregon, and grew up in Southern Africa. He has a masters degree in biology, an M.D. from Dartmouth Medical School, and completed his pediatric residency at the University of California, San Diego. He is a board-certified fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and also carries board certifications in Addiction Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. He started the Pediatric After-hours Clinic (now Pediatric ER) at Emanuel Children’s Hospital, where he also taught medical students and residents from 1988-1993.
Dr. Thomas is obviously knowledgeable in the area of immunization, as a practicing pediatrician and currently one of the few actual board-certified fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics residing in the State of Oregon.
Ty Bollinger, the producer of the Docu-series The Truth About Vaccines, shows us that he is willing to present all sides of the current vaccine debate. Most doctors today are neither 100% anti-vaccine nor 100% pro-vaccine, but somewhere in between.
Dr. Thomas is not anti-vaccine. He states in this interview that about 95% of his patients are vaccinated.
However, Dr. Thomas does not follow the CDC vaccine schedule. He states that he does not want to follow the entire CDC schedule for all of his patients.
Dr. Paul has stated publicly in the past that out of his 1000 child patients, he has seen no new cases of autism by following a customized vaccination schedule, while his pediatrician peers nationally who follow the CDC vaccine schedule are seeing about 1 out of 50 children diagnosed with autism.

In a Facebook Live video, Michael Brooks gave an update on his case in Tennessee. He and Jamie had been in court that morning and were expecting Judge Clayburn Peeples to terminate their parental rights to their two sons.
But, in an interesting turn of events, the couple left court that day with their parental rights still in place. Also, due to not having a lawyer present, Michael was given a 60-day window to prepare to present his case to the court again.
Michael Brooks is dying from Hepatitis C. His disease was under control while using medical cannabis, but he was forced to give up his medication due to Tennessee laws as he tried to meet requirements to get his children back from the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS).
Dr. Mackenzie is now a plastic surgeon, but he formerly worked in the immunology division of the military overseeing vaccines. He was originally pro-vaccine because he had no idea that there were any physicians who questioned vaccines, not because he actually researched the matter.
As he began to prepare to become a father, he decided to research vaccines further. He states in the interview that he had “no ax to grind” and “no skin in the game,” and was therefore just looking for the truth.
He read books by Dr. Andrew Wakefield and Dr. Suzanne Humphries that questioned vaccines, as well as books that promoted vaccines, particularly by Dr. Paul Offit.
Dr. Mackenzie states:
“Any physician who will do their own research, and look at the science, both sides of this, and look where the biases are, and look at the bad epidemiology that is out there, will have a change of heart. That’s assuming they don’t have a lot at stake.”
Sherrie Saunders is a former military medic who has gone public as a whistleblower on the dangers of the anthrax vaccine given to U.S. military personnel. Last year the VAXXED film crew interviewed her and talked about how the military tried to keep her quiet.
Sherrie was in Washington D.C. recently and spoke at the Revolution for Truth rally. She addressed the growing problem of vaccine-injured children and how the most severely injured are becoming a growing problem with families and siblings that struggle to care for them.
Living in Alabama, Sherrie also addressed how DHR (Department of Human Resources, or “Child Protective Services”) was taking children away from good parents and putting them into the foster care system where the children are forced to be vaccinated against their will, or the will of their parents. Sometimes children are taken away from parents simply because they disagree with doctors regarding vaccination schedules.
Matthew Marble was not even in the state when his 10-month-olddaughter was hospitalized for abuse. Little Hailey was in the care of her mother and her mother’s boyfriend when someone smashed her head into a table.
The head injury left her with cerebral palsy, and, due to the alleged actions of Tennessee social workers, the incident left her without her father.
Matthew, who is disabled himself, has been fighting to get his daughter ever since that fateful day in June 2013. His parental rights have been severed by the state of Tennessee, primarily due to his disabilities, but he and his attorney Connie Reguli hope to reverse that decision and have filed a lawsuit against the state for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Matthew is not alone in his fight. His family has been by his side throughout the whole ordeal. His aunt Bobbi Dubois contacted Health Impact News to ask for help in telling their story. Bobbi and her husband Will, Jr., have been willing to take care of Hailey and facilitate the relationship between father and daughter, but they have allegedly been blocked by Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) at every turn. The Dubois are certainly well qualified – they have long been advocates for others, and have even been asked by their own state to take in disabled children.
Because of his disabilities, Matthew has never claimed that he could parent alone, but he just wants the opportunity to be a part of his little girl’s life. However, DCS set up a permanency plan for him which, according to Reguli, was “discriminatory and failed to accommodate his limitations.”
This story is about a father’s right to parent his child. He loves his daughter, and he did nothing wrong. He was not involved in the abuse that happened when she was in her mother’s care. DCS knows that, but still they have kept him from his daughter and have demonstrated that they prefer that she live with strangers rather than her own family.
Both the USDA and FDA seem to focus on protecting factory farming and all the industries that contribute to BigAg and Big Dairy from competition by smaller healthier operations. They do this by enforcing regulations meant for factory farms and CAFOs (Confined Animal Feeding Operations), which by their very vastness and economics need to be regulated since they are breeding grounds for disease.
This holds true for foods that most urban shoppers take for granted, eggs and milk. Using the cover of “protecting human health,” these agencies force operations to protect against foodborne pathogens that often don’t work or are not necessary with good farming practices. We, consumers, get less nutrition from those milk and egg products but Big Ag thrives.
One way to continue “business as usual” is to prevent the rising demand for healthier milk and eggs that encourage small dairies and egg producers to have any market presence.
We should have the right to choose and support better farming.
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act was passed in 1986, under the shadow of multi-million dollar jury verdicts against the makers of the Diphtheria Pertussis and Tetanus (DPT) vaccine. Congress announced that vaccine injuries and deaths are real and provided that vaccine-injured children and their families would be financially compensated. Part of the larger Vaccine Act, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) was modeled after workers’ compensation programs. It was to be a “no-fault” program.
Very well. As one of the earliest “vaccine attorneys”—a very limited practice niche—I know first-hand it didn’t work that way.

From the passing of the legislation in 1986, the process has been rigged, one major step at a time, in favor of the vaccine-industrial complex.
It has been nearly three years that Ally Allen and John Kremitzki from Terre Haute, Indiana have been waiting for their two boys to come home after a trip to the emergency room (ER) turned into a parent’s worst nightmare, resulting in the medical kidnapping of their children. Despite having a medical explanation from medical experts for the injuries, the couple is being accused of child abuse based on the testimony of one Child Abuse Specialist.
June 28, 2014, is a day that John and Ally will never forget. It set off a series of events that caused not only their baby son Jaxon to be medically kidnapped, but their second child was also seized at birth, simply because the case regarding Jaxon was still ongoing. Their second son, Jameson, exhibited many of the medical problems that their first son did, but they had no say in his medical care, and he has suffered in foster care.
Ally, a heart-broken mother laments:
“CPS has stolen what can never be returned and that’s time—two and a half years of milestones and life. And, Jameson’s entire life has been stolen. His entire infancy has been spent apart from his parents.”
Ally and John feel that this medical kidnapping of their children has gone on way too long. They are ready for their boys to come home, where they belong.

The VAXXED film crew recently interviewed Dr. Franz from Orlando.
Dr. Franz starts out the interview by stating that her story was very similar to everyone else the VAXXED film crew was interviewing, which is that in the beginning she was a “hard-core” believer in vaccines. However, when she first started her practice, the most vaccines anyone ever received in one visit was “two at a time.”
Even back then when the vaccine schedule had far fewer vaccines, Dr. Franz testifies that she saw “problems” early on. Kids on monitors, for example, had “increased alarms” causing her to deal with fever control and other symptoms.
In the late 1980s when the vaccines increased, they wanted her to give more vaccines at one visit, like four or five, and she stated that she “had a problem with that.” She decided that in her practice, they would continue to only give two at a time.
But even at this reduced schedule, Dr. Franz stated that she began to see “truly vaccine-injured kids.”
“I can tell you today, having been in clinical practice for over 30 years, that the children I see today are sicker than they were when I was a resident.”
Caseworkers often claim they are “damned if we do and we’re damned if we don’t.” But when it comes to taking away children, caseworkers are only damned if they don’t. It’s one of the reasons so many children are needlessly consigned to the chaos of foster care.
Now, a leader of a union representing caseworkers has admitted as much.
It happened last June when a committee of the Philadelphia City Council examined problems at the Department of Human Services, the agency that runs child welfare in the city. Among the issues: the fact that Philadelphia takes away children at one of the highest rates of any big city.
Vanessa Fields, vice president of District Council 47 of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees, cut right through all that b.s. With commendable candor, she declared:
“Workers are afraid that they’re going to be disciplined if anything goes wrong on a case. So their thing is, Well, I’m just going to take the kid out of the home and put them in care. That way, I don’t have to worry about being written up or disciplined because I left the children in the home and something happened to them. … You place that kid outside of that home, because you do not want to be in a situation where you left a child in a home and something happened to them.”
As interesting as what Fields said is what she did not say. She expressed no fear of discipline for taking away too many children. Nor should she. In 40 years of following child welfare I have never seen a caseworker fired, demoted, suspended or even slapped on the wrist for that.
On the rare occasion when a family harmed this way brings a civil suit, caseworkers have “qualified immunity.” In layman’s terms that means they’re immune from damages unless they do something incredibly malicious or incredibly stupid. In one case, a worker actually claimed what amounted to a constitutional right to lie. Fortunately, that claim failed, but the worker in question wasn’t fired. She was promoted.
The opioid overdose epidemic in the U.S. killed more than 33,000 people in 2015, which is more than any other year on record, according to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
While the opioids referenced include both heroin and prescription opioids, nearly half of overdose deaths involve the prescription drugs.
Prescription opioids such as oxycodone (OxyContin), hydrocodone (Vicodin), morphine and methadone are widely prescribed for pain relief. Initially, they were intended to treat severe pain following surgery or injury or due to illnesses such as cancer.
However, they’re now increasingly prescribed for many types of pain, including chronic back pain or pain from osteoarthritis. Opioid prescriptions nearly quadrupled in the U.S. between 1999 and 2013, despite reported pain levels remaining stagnant.
By 2014 nearly 2 million Americans were dependent on or had abused the drugs, and the situation is only getting worse. There are even reports that one opioid maker — Purdue Pharma — knowingly allowed its drugs to be funneled into the black market. Purdue Pharma is being sued by the city of Everett, Washington, which has been hard-hit by deaths from opioid painkiller and heroin abuse.

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) can include what are commonly defined as impeded social interactive developments and learning disorders. ASD could be as mild as hyperactivity and attention deficit or as extreme as total developmental shutdowns at early ages, little to no language abilities, and possibly chronic epileptic seizures.
The ketogenic diet is simply one that restricts carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates, allows moderate or adequate protein intake, and enhances healthy organic dietary fat consumption. Categorizing the different factions of ASD psychologically unrealistically ignores the physiological aspects of ASD disorders.
Instead, intense bowel and intestinal tract inflammations are listed as “co-morbid symptoms” and unrelated to ASD diagnostics. Not enough attention is placed on finding the underlying metabolic disorders involved in most cases of autism, which also produce the “co-morbid” symptoms.
