NY Bill to Require HPV Gardasil Vaccine for Children to Enter School, Daycare

A concerned mom is warning about a New York bill that would require children to get the HPV vaccine before they could attend school.

Under S298/A2912, a child would have to get the vaccine to be able to attend public school or daycare.

“There’s definitely a large concern among the moms I know about this.”

Laura Greenaway is a mom of two girls. She learned of the bill from posts on her Facebook feed, and now she wants to alert other moms.

“It created concern and anxiety for me that this is not a decision that I can make for my own child,” Greenaway said.

She doesn’t believe kids should be required to be vaccinated against human papillomavirus across New York State, and Greenaway is not anti-vaccine.

“My children are all up to date on other vaccines that are tried, tested and true. This is a newer vaccine with very alarming side effects,” she said.

Study: Children with Court-Appointed Special Advocates do WORSE Than Children Without Them

A new study has just been published in the journal Child Maltreatment: The Effect of CASA on Child Welfare Permanency Outcomes.

“The present study is the largest and most rigorous study to date on the effects of being appointed a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) on permanency outcomes of children in foster care.

Overall, children appointed a CASA have significantly lower odds than children without a CASA of achieving permanency. They have lower odds of being reunified, greater odds of being adopted (if not reunified), and lower odds of being placed in permanent kin guardianship (if not reunified or adopted) than children who are not appointed CASA.”

Richard Wexler of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform writes that this is the second large-scale study done on the effectiveness of CASAs, the first one being published back in 2004:

“Back in 2004, Youth Today revealed the results of the most comprehensive study done to that point concerning the most sacred cow in child welfare: Court-Appointed Special Advocates.

CASAs are overwhelmingly white overwhelmingly middle-class amateurs sent into the homes of people who are overwhelmingly poor and disproportionately of color.  The amateurs then tell judges what decisions to make and, to a frightening degree, the judges rubber-stamp the recommendations.  Though CASAs almost always mean well, their only real ‘qualification’ typically is their white, middle-class status.

What could possibly go wrong?

Plenty, according to that 2004 study.”

Wexler goes on to say that it is time to defund the CASA program.

RoundUp Herbicide Glyphosate Impairs Honeybee Sensory and Cognitive Abilities

A new review of the scientific literature has found that exposure to glyphosate, the active ingredient in glyphosate herbicides like Roundup, impairs the foraging behaviour of honeybee workers and has adverse effects at different levels within the colony.

Key points from the review include:
* In 2015, of the 179.9 million ha of global GMO crop area, about 84% contained crops that carried herbicide-resistant genes. Most GMO crops are engineered for tolerance to glyphosate herbicides.
* Glyphosate herbicides are also used on many non-GMO crops and in non-farm environments.
* Honeybees’ ingestion of food containing high concentrations of glyphosate resulted in a higher proportion of disoriented foragers. Despite this, honeybees continued foraging from resources that contain glyphosate traces. These sublethal effects on their learning abilities could impact not only the foraging efficiency, but also the coordination of collective activities within the colony.
* Honeybees’ ability to establish an association between an odour and a sucrose reward was impaired by an acute exposure to glyphosate.
* There is evidence that glyphosate diminishes short-term memory retention in honeybees.
* Honeybee colonies that are permanently exposed to glyphosate are likely to show a deficit in information propagation and nectar distribution.
* Glyphosate causes changes in gut microbiota and greater susceptibility to pathogens and malnutrition.

Scientists Find Chronic Brain Inflammation in Children With Autism

A recent study out of Tufts University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts has concluded that, “inflammation may be the main driver behind autism.”​

The areas of the brain most prominently affected were the amygdala, responsible for processing emotions such as fear, anger, and pleasure;​ and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, which is plays a role in a number of cognitive functions of the brain including memory maintenance, attention, behavior modification, and evaluation of rewards.

In another study published in Annals of Neurology on Oct. 8, 2019, researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center examining brains donated to Autism BrainNet, a non-profit tissue bank, reported finding evidence suggesting that an immune response targeting specialized cells in the brain resulted in chronic inflammation in two thirds of autistic brains analyzed postmortem.

The concept that chronic inflammation is one of the hallmarks of ASD is not new. In 2013, the Journal of Neuroinflammation published an article stated that, “Increasing evidence indicates that brain inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric diseases,” including ASD.​

Pointing out that many children with ASD “regress at about age 3 years, often after a specific event such as reaction to vaccination, infection, trauma, toxic exposures, or stress,” the authors of that article go on to discuss increasing evidence of immune dysfunction/inflammation in ASD and to detail multiple markers of inflammation in the brains and cerebral spinal fluid of children with ASD.

Other evidence of the link between chronic inflammation and ASD is presented in a collaborative study between Johns Hopkins and the University of Alabama that was published in 2014.

Facebook Owner Admits to Congress that They are Censoring Vaccine Safety Information

Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg testified before the House Financial Services Committee in the U.S. Congress on October 23, 2019.

One of the Representatives who questioned Mr. Zuckerberg was Florida Congressman Bill Posey.

Congressman Posey asked Mr. Zuckerberg: “Mr. Zuckerberg, is Facebook able to assure us that it will support users fair and open discussions and communications related to the risk as well as the benefits of vaccinations?”

Mr. Zuckerberg replied:

“What we do, is we try to focus on misinformation that has the potential to lead to physical harm, or imminent harm.

And that can include especially misleading health advice.

If someone wants to post anti-vaccination content, or if they want to join a group where people are discussing that content, we don’t prevent them from doing that.

But what we do, is we don’t go out of our way to make sure that our group recommendation systems try to show people or encourage people to join those groups.

We discourage that.”

Is the Medical System the #1 Cause of Death in the U.S.?

A new analysis from the British Medical Journal found that one in twenty patients experience preventable harm in medical care settings. The authors point out that patient harm in healthcare is a “leading cause of morbidity and mortality internationally.”

We’ve been saying this for quite some time, and even these troubling numbers might be understating the problem. Gary Null has estimated that conventional medicine is the number one cause of death in America, killing almost 800,000 a year. Others have said that prescribed medication is the third most common cause of death globally after heart disease and cancer.

Skeptics often deride natural medicine as unscientific and ineffective. These claims are of course untrue, but if the same critical eye was applied to conventional medicine, perhaps much suffering and death could be avoided.

Unnecessary Removals: The Most Unjust Adverse Childhood Experience

Removal is child welfare’s most drastic and most protective safety intervention. It should be a last resort for state agencies charged with protecting children from harm.

While there is a strong legal basis underpinning removal’s limited use, there are also clinical reasons to invoke it sparingly.

Dr. Monique Mitchell’s research, as discussed in Does Anyone Know What is Going On? Examining Children’s Lived Experience of the Transition into Foster Care, documents the ambiguity and loss that children suffer the moment they are separated from their parents and how this threatens child well-being.

At removal, children can experience structural ambiguity (e.g., What is foster care?), placement reason ambiguity (e.g., Why am I in foster care?), relationship ambiguity (e.g., Who is this case manager? Who are these foster parents?), temporal ambiguity (How long will this last?), and ambiguous loss (e.g., Why can’t I see my parents?).

These are questions that haunt children moment by moment as they are physically separated from their parents.

The research on the harm inflicted by separating children from their parents is so unambiguous that Harvard Professor of Pediatrics, Dr. Charles Nelson, told the Washington Post,

“If people paid attention at all to the science, they would never do this.”

But we do this as a matter of routine in the name of child protection—more than 250,000 times per year.

Sen. Grassley Slams NIH-Director For Silencing Whistleblower Scientists Sounding the Alarm on Experimental Drug Trials

Silencing honest doctors and scientists who identify harm-producing medical interventions that had been adopted on the basis of flawed research methods, has become a pervasive pattern in medicine; especially in public health where the government has an interest in promoting a treatment, an intervention, or practice guidelines.

A recent example of high level public health officials abusing their administrative authority is the attempt by the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dr. Francis Collins and his Principal Deputy Director, Lawrence Tabak, DDS, PhD, who is also the NIH Deputy Ethics Counselor.

They sought to prevent two senior NIH scientists in the Critical Care division of the NIH from providing information to the federal oversight agency, the Office of Human Research Protection (OHRP), about a current unethical NIH-sponsored experimental trial that increased the risk of death for critically ill patients enrolled in the trial.

The Director of NIH and his Deputy violated the First Amendment which protects Academic freedom for employees of public academic institutions. Indeed, the Council of the Assembly of 24 senior NIH scientists objected to the agency’s muzzling effort and declared its support of the scientists’ right to speak.

This aroused the ire of Senator Chuck Grassley.

Mandatory Vaccination Laws Without Exemptions Violate Human and Civil Rights

Right now, there are only two laws that require American citizens to risk their lives. The first is a federal law, the military draft, which requires all healthy male adults to risk their lives in a war declared by the government to protect national security.

The federal government allows adults conscripted for military service, who object to killing other people for reasons of conscience or religious beliefs, to obtain a conscientious objection exemption and perform alternative civil service.

The second law is a state law requiring all healthy children to risk their lives in a war on microbes that doctors declared two centuries ago.

However, unlike adults who are not segregated and denied a school education or medical care for following their conscience and religious beliefs, parents can be punished for following their conscience and refusing to risk their children’s lives in a perpetual war on microbes that, today, the federal government has expanded from the concept of protecting the public health to a more military concept of protecting national “security.”

The military draft in times of war and vaccine mandates are two different laws that legally require healthy Americans to risk injury or death: one law temporarily conscripts healthy adults in what the government clearly defines as an emergency military action; and the other law perpetually conscripts healthy children in a mandatory vaccination program that the government does not define as an emergency military action, but is certainly operated like one.

In the 21st century, the biggest threat to individual and public health is not measles or pertussis or influenza. The biggest threat to our health is the increasingly unlimited authority that doctors exercise over the human right to autonomy and protection of bodily integrity.

New Legislation will Help Communities Control how 5G Gets Implemented

New bills in the House and Senate will roll back FCC regulations that prevent local communities from having input over how 5G networks get installed in their towns. We must encourage our elected officials to support this legislation, and more importantly, urge them to halt the expansion of 5G networks until more safety studies are done.

The federal bills roll back FCC rules that put a strict time limit (90 days) on cities to review small-cell site applications and limit the amount of money cities can charge cable companies for using public infrastructure.

As you’ll recall, 5G networks require installing “small cells” all over neighborhoods and cities. These small cells include antennas, power supplies, electric meters, switches, bundles of cables, and boxes—all strapped to streetlights and utility poles. Some have refrigerator-sized containers on the ground. These cells are supposed to be placed every 500 feet along residential streets and through commercial districts.

The major problem with 5G networks is the radiation emitted by all these small cells. There are already concerns about ubiquitous cell phone usage with current 4G networks; 5G networks exponentially compound these problems.

Christian Churches Redefine the Meaning of "Orphan" to Justify Participating in Child Trafficking

The recent arrest of Mormon Paul Petersen in Arizona, a politician and adoption attorney, has shown the public that religious institutions and churches are a big reason why child trafficking exists today.

Paul Petersen allegedly used his position in the Mormon Church to move to the Marshall Islands as a missionary, learn the local language and culture, and set up a very lucrative adoption business trafficking pregnant women and their babies to the U.S.

The child trafficking business today, which includes trafficking children from outside the U.S. into the U.S. through adoption agencies, as well as trafficking children within the U.S. through the government-funded foster care system, is quite possibly the most lucrative  businesses in the U.S. today, if one includes “legal” ways of trafficking children, as well as illegal ways.

In the Petersen case, for example, his organization was illegally selling babies through adoption for $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 per child.

This is not a problem strictly confined to the Mormon Church, nor to the Catholic Church which has been rocked with scandals regarding pedophile priests.

The biggest religious player in trafficking children today, is probably the Evangelical Church. If the Evangelical Church immediately stopped participating in overseas adoptions, and stopped participating in the government-funded foster care system, it would have a serious impact in stopping the flow of child trafficking today.

When one looks at the rationale used today by the Evangelical Church to participate in government-funded programs that are documented to be involved in child trafficking, we learn that the church is using the term “orphan” incorrectly, and instead of obeying scriptural principles to care for “orphans and widows,” they are actually doing the opposite, by completely denying parental rights and participating in the lucrative child trafficking business.

Dr. Brownstein: The Flu Vaccine is Terribly Ineffective - Causes More Problems than it Helps

Just as you can be sure that the sun rises in the East and sets in the West, you can count on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to encourage everybody to receive the flu vaccine.

However, before you rush off to receive the flu vaccine, let me share some information with you. Last year, while the CDC was heavily promoting the flu vaccine for everybody, the flu vaccine was found to be ineffective for the vast majority who received it.

But, that is not all.

One study found children who receive the flu vaccine are at a 4.4x higher risk of virologically-confirmed non-influenza infections—in other words, they are more susceptible to other common flu-like viral infections.

And, to make matters worse, asthmatic children who receive the flu vaccine have been found to have a 3x significantly increased risk for hospitalization for the flu and flu-like illnesses.

And, just a comment about pregnant women being recommended to get the flu vaccine.

This is ridiculous!

Philadelphia to Investigate CPS Medical Kidnappings and Possible Child Sex Trafficking

Earlier this year we covered the story out of Philadelphia regarding City Councilman David Oh, who presented testimony before the Philadelphia City Council regarding abuses in the state-run child protection services (DHS – Department of Human Services), and how they were continually breaking state law, while not admitting to any wrong-doing.

Councilman Oh states, on the record, that he was threatened when he began looking into cases of CPS abuse:

“There have been threats made, threats intimated, that there will be retaliation, that there will be political consequences – all types of threats.

And I wonder why? Why is that, when all we are doing is our duty to provide an oversight to an administrative agency that is responsible for protecting children.

Why the threat, why the problems?”

According to Megan Fox of PJ Media, the Philadelphia City Council has now passed a resolution to look into the matter.

People’s Veto of Government-Mandated Vaccine Law Officially Qualifies for March Ballot in Maine

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially made the ballot! The people of Maine will be voting yes in March to reject this overreaching and punitive law pushed through our legislature by Big Pharma!

The Maine Secretary of State’s Office notified Mainers for Health and Parental Rights (MHPR) on Thursday that it has certified the petition to repeal the government-mandated vaccine law that was passed by the Maine legislature and will be placing it on the March ballot. According to the Secretary of State, the vote to repeal the law will be Question 1.

LD798 was a hotly contested bill in the Maine legislature that ultimately passed by one vote. 85% of the testimony provided at the public hearing were Mainers who opposed the bill. The bill would eliminate the religious and philosophical exemptions for vaccines and would apply to preschool, K-12 students in public, private, parochial and online schools, higher education as well as daycare and healthcare employees.

New Vaccine Trials in India Deliberately Infect Humans with Deadly Diseases to Develop New Vaccines

It appears that vaccine manufacturers are ever more impatient to reap high profits from new vaccines — especially since they have entered into “public-private” partnerships with governments. Increasingly, government officials oblige this greed-infected industry with laws mandating new vaccines. And public health authorities around the globe have become marketing auxiliaries for vaccine manufacturers.

A report in the Economic Times of India, confirms that the Indian health ministry is working with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the Department of Biotechnology, and the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) as they embark on a medical atrocity – that is, to conduct clinical trials in which human beings are deliberately infected with deadly diseases in order to test the efficacy of experimental vaccines. The India Infection Research Consortium has named these experiments: “controlled human infection model (CHIM)”

This “controlled human infection model” is no different than the medical atrocities committed by the medical establishment under the Nazi regime.

India’s public health officials declare that the CHIM atrocity will abide by “high standards of medical ethics.”

Is Paul Petersen the Only Arizona Politician Trafficking Children? The Marshall Islands Scandal

The residents of Arizona have been in shock for the past week, and the rest of the nation has looked on in horror as local mainstream news in Arizona has reported about a federal investigation that led to the arrest of Paul Petersen, the Maricopa County Assessor and a Mormon adoption attorney, who is being detained by federal officials for trafficking children from the Marshall Islands.

The Honolulu Civil Beat was probably the first media source to expose the black market illegal adoption practices of Paul Petersen before his arrest last week, reporting on it last year.

The Civil Beat has reported on how the women from the Marshall Islands were recruited to give up their babies for adoption in America based on false promises.

Civil Beat’s investigation showed how, despite reforms two decades ago to give the Marshall Islands control over all international adoptions, U.S. attorneys such as Petersen were ignoring a treaty between the two nations to fly pregnant women to the U.S. to hand over their newborns to American couples.

Many Marshallese birth mothers said they did not know they’d be severing all connections to their children, a form of adoption largely unknown in their culture.

U.S. Attorney Dak Kees said Petersen told Marshallese women to lie to U.S. Customs officials about their reason for traveling to the U.S. Once here, the pregnant women lived in overcrowded conditions, sometimes four to a room or on the floor without a bed.

“Make no mistake, this is the purest form of human trafficking,” he said.

Petersen charged adoptive couples $35,000 to $40,000, authorities said. But the Marshallese birth mothers only got about $10,000 — sometimes less, after the costs of travel, health care and housing were siphoned off.

Arizona Senator Threatened by Fellow Lawmaker for Stating That Foster Kids are Being Sold into Sexual Slavery

Local media sources in Arizona have reported that State Senator David Farnsworth was threatened by a fellow lawmaker for stating his concern that the Arizona Department of Child Safety is facilitating the global sex trafficking of children from Arizona foster care.

Concerned for his safety, Senator Farnsworth reported her to the Department of Public Safety.

Study: In 96% of Shaken Baby Syndrome Cases Analyzed Infants Had Metabolic Bone Disorders

A new study just published in the Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism reveals that over 96% of the cases analyzed where child abuse was claimed to be the cause of “multiple unexplained fractures” in young children, the children had an underlying metabolic bone disease that would explain the multiple fractures.

The study was conducted by three medical doctors: Marvin Miller, MD, Dayton Children’s Hospital, Department of Medical Genetics; Adrienne Stolfi, Department of Pediatrics, Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine; and David Ayoub, Clinical Radiologists, SC.

The study is significant because it suggests that many parents and caregivers have been wrongly accused of child abuse based only on x-rays of broken bones interpreted by Child Abuse Pediatricians as being caused by child abuse. The false accusations frequently result in the parents being tried as criminals, and losing their children.

Radiologist Dr. David Ayoub, one of the authors of the study, has previously stated that he believes there are “tens of thousands” of innocent parents incarcerated today due to false child abuse charges.

And given the fact that Child Protective Service agencies all across the U.S. frequently remove children from their homes with no formal charges ever filed against the parents, the number of children medically kidnapped from their parents, usually by the testimony of a Child Abuse pediatrician, could easily be in the hundreds of thousands.

This is a national crisis.

There are over 400,000 children in the formal U.S. foster care system, and according to law professor Josh Gupta-Kagan, at least that many in the “hidden foster care” system.

The evidence today is overwhelming that the vast majority of these children, close to one million children, never should have been removed from their families in the first place.

Not All Stands in Farmer's Markets Sell Healthy Food - How to Shop at Farmer's Markets

With the fall season in full swing and harvest season upon us, most states feature farmer’s markets where it is possible to purchase fresh food directly from the farm, while cutting out the middlemen that are typically involved in getting food to the consumer.

However, just being in a farmer’s market does not guarantee that the vendor is selling healthy food. Large farms that supply the same commodity-based food that you find in grocery stores will often have stands in farmer’s markets as well.

Fraud and deception can be just as common in farmer’s markets as it is in chain grocery stores, but often consumers let their guard down simply because the illusion is that food at farmer’s markets is healthier.

And with the erosion of national standards to obtain USDA organic certification, simply being certified organic is not enough to ensure you are buying clean food.

In fact, the costs of maintaining USDA organic certification may be prohibitive for the smaller-scale farmers, where today the healthiest food might be from these smaller-scale farmers who do not have organic certification.

Asking the right questions, and if possible visiting the actual farm, is the best way to find the healthiest foods at farmer’s markets.

Disabled Child with Doctor's Medical Exemption to Vaccines Denied an Education in New York Under New Law

New York and California are two states that revised their laws this year regarding mandatory vaccines as a requirement for school admissions.

A medical doctor’s exemption for vaccines for medical reasons is no longer accepted in these states. Instead, public health officials, politicians, basically now make those decisions.

Predictably, many medically fragile children who cannot receive vaccines for medical reasons are now being denied an education, which appears to be a clear violation of the American Disabilities Act.

The Vaccine Reaction reports on one case out of Buffalo, New York, where a 9-year-old boy with cerebral palsy and with a medical exemption for vaccines from his neurologist has been kicked out of school because he is not fully vaccinated.

Pittsburgh Wants to "Predict" If You Deserve to be a Parent at the Birth of Every Child

Imagine a day where every child born in a hospital gets ranked on whether or not their parents will be good enough parents to take care of them, and a risk score is attached to that child based on how the government views the child’s parents.

If the risk score is too low, the parents do not get to take their child home. The child is seized by the government and assigned new parents through the multi-billion dollar foster care system.

Does this sound like something terrible from a science fiction movie? Or something that might happen in other tyrannical countries where parents have little or no choice over how their children are raised?

This system is actually already in place and is already being used in many states all across the U.S.

Richard Wexler from the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform published an excellent piece last week on the topic of “Predictive Analysis” in child welfare, and how Allegheny County, which includes Pittsburgh and surrounding suburbs, is now using a system like this to label every child born in the county with a “risk score” which supposedly tells Child Protective Services how likely parents are to abuse their newborn children.

HPV Vaccine Being Tested on 4-6 Year-Old Girls in Latin America

I have often feared that in the end babies and young children would be given the dangerous and increasingly unpopular HPV vaccines.

I suspect that time is fast approaching.

GlaxoSmithLine (GSK) the manufacturer of Cervarix has recently conducted a trial of its two valent HPV vaccine on healthy 4-6 year old female children in Latin America.

The study involving girls from Colombia, Panama and Mexico was published in the current edition of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal. 

These are little children and even if there was a valid reason to give this vaccine, the effect of the vaccine would have worn off well before they were sexually active.

Gardasil was fast-tracked through the FDA, a process usually reserved for life threatening diseases to fill an unmet and urgent medical need. Improved living conditions had already reduced the incidence of cervical cancer significantly in Western countries.

To think they could give it to small children and even babies is abhorrent.

Moral and Health Implications of Aborted Fetuses in Vaccine Production

One commonly cited reason for claiming a religious vaccine exemption has to do with the fact that some vaccines are made using aborted fetal cell lines.

Vaccine manufacturing is not dependent on the ongoing procurement of aborted fetal tissue, and the Catholic Church issued a statement in 2005 assuring Catholics that by getting vaccinated they are not “cooperating in evil.”

Yet the idea of injecting themselves or their children with a substance manufactured using aborted fetal cells still makes some Christians, Jews, Muslims and those of other faiths or personal beliefs feel morally uneasy.

Regardless of whether you believe the use of fetal cells from abortions in vaccine production is morally reprehensible or completely justified, there may be other reasons to object to being coerced or compelled to use vaccines — or give your children vaccines — that were made using human fetal tissue cells.

According to a study published in the September 2014 issue of the Journal of Public Health and Epidemiology, rates of autism strongly correlate with the introduction of vaccines using human fetal cell lines.

Three vaccines in particular were found to be significantly correlated with autism: MMR, varicella (chickenpox) and hepatitis A vaccines. According to the study authors, autism rates rose sharply each time one of these vaccines was released.

Now, he is suing his former Mormon in-laws in Arizona with a $200 million defamation lawsuit, for what he claims has led to his two sons being medically kidnapped in Switzerland and held as political prisoners, as he attempted to become a whistleblower in Arizona to reveal child sex trafficking among the Mormon leadership there.

His former in-laws have responded to his pro-se lawsuit by hiring the former Solicitor General of Arizona, Dominic Draye, who is now practicing law at the Greenberg Traurig law firm, to defend them.

4-Month-Old Arizona Baby Dies After Being Taken from Mother and Put into Home with Two Foster Dads Who Adopted 15 Kids

Reporter Dianna M. Náñez brings us the tragic story of a 4-month-old baby girl who was loved by her parents, but taken away by Arizona CPS and given to a foster home where two gay men lived, and who have adopted 15 kids.

The little baby girl died last week when one of the foster dads left baby Samora in a hot car for hours, allegedly forgetting that she was still in the car.

According to the report in the Arizona Republic, the foster dad has not been arrested. In fact, the Arizona Republic has written very positive articles about the gay couple describing how they are wonderful parents.

In all the years I have been covering medical kidnapping stories out of Arizona, I don’t recall another case where a child died in foster care and the local media decided to write positive articles about the foster parents who had custody of the child and neglected to keep the child safe.

The mother claims the baby was taken away because the baby allegedly tested positive for drugs, even though she herself tested negative for any drugs.

And like many other medical kidnapping stories we have covered, this mother had other children in the foster care system that had also been removed from her home, and she was allegedly told that because of this fact, this little baby would be taken away from her also.

Why Are UK Experts Recommending the HPV Vaccine for Seniors Over 60 Years Old?

On September 28, 2019, The Daily Mail published an article titled “Now give every ADULT the cancer-fighting HPV vaccination and save ‘thousands of lives’, experts demand as evidence shows the jab can slash the cancer risk for grown-ups too.”

The article states that leading HPV expert and president of the International Papillomavirus Society, Professor Margaret Stanley, OBE, told reporters that there was a spike in the incidence of HPV cancers when people entered their 60s because their immune systems became weaker over time. 

She stated:

“HPV breaks the usual rules of vaccination. Vaccinating older, infected people will make it less likely that cancers will develop.”

However, Health Impact News found no evidence to support her claim.

In fact, according to our information, if a person is already infected with the HPV virus, getting vaccinated could, in fact, increase, not decrease their chances of getting cancer.

In 2018, we reported that according to the research of French oncologist Dr. Gérard Delépine, the HPV vaccine Gardasil was actually associated with an increased rate of cervical cancer among patients.

If Dr. Delépine’s research is correct, then if everyone in Britain were to be vaccinated with the HPV vaccine, there is an extremely high possibility that the rates for cervical cancer in Britain could increase.

San Diego Toddler Taken from Mother Dies in Foster Care 4 Months Later - Mom Sues County

The tragic death of 22-month-old Tyler Walter who was taken away from his mother and placed into foster care with a 19-year-old foster mother has been reported by ABC News 10 in San Diego.

“Adults were put in charge of Tyler Walter’s life to give him a chance to flourish. Instead, Tyler died before he could reach two.

The biological mother of the 22-month-old boy believes the system failed in its duty. Tyler Walter died two months after being placed with a foster parent.

In a claim filed against the County of San Diego, Lisa Walter stated that her son Tyler, ‘was healthy when he was in my care he was thriving, he needed his mother and placing him with my 19-year-old niece was negligent.’

Tyler Walter died Sept. 22, 2018. The cause of death listed on his autopsy is blunt head trauma.”

Report: America's "Hidden" Foster Care System has as many Children as the "Formal" Foster Care System

Josh Gupta-Kagan, a professor of law at the University of South Carolina School of Law, has just published a new report on “America’s Hidden Foster Care System.”

Professor Gupta-Kagan states that there are about as many children in this “hidden” foster care system as there are in the “formal” foster care system.

The “formal” U.S. foster care system currently has over 400,000 children in foster care, which means that in total there are potentially well over 800,000 children in the U.S. who have been removed from their parents.

How Media Watchdogs Became Industry Lapdogs

The press plays an enormously important role in our society. It informs us about important events and reveals problems we might not have been aware of before.

At least that’s the theory.

Sadly, while the free press of the past indeed served the role of watchdog and independent informer, the press we have today is far from free and unbiased.

In fact, it’s hard to look at today’s press corps as champions for the free-flow of information. Most reporters simply aren’t, anymore. Complete Human Genome DNA Found in Contaminated MMR Vaccine by Italian Researchers

Italian scientists from an organization called Corvelva have published results from their testing of the Priorix Tetra vaccine (Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella – MMRV) produced by GlaxoSmithKline.

Their report claims that DNA re-sequencing testing shows that the MMRV vaccine produced from cell line MRC-5 (of fetal origin) had an entire human genome with all the chromosomes of a male individual.

“The human reference genome was found to be matched by 99.76% reads from vaccine DNA, that means nearly in all its entirety. The human fetal DNA presented in this vaccine is a single entire genome, that means the vaccine contains genomic DNA with all the chromosomes of a male individual (in fact MRC-5 originates from a male fetus).”

The researchers claim that variants of this human genomic DNA that were found in the Priorix lot for the MMRV vaccine have been found in “genes involved in cancer.”

GMO Mosquito Trials Scheduled for Florida and Texas

Oxitec is proposing to release its genetically modified (GM) OX5034 Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in the US states of Florida and Texas.

The EPA has opened a public comment period. Oxitec’s application says, “Female offspring of the OX5034 mosquitoes in the environment are expected to die before they mature into adults and therefore exposure to biting female mosquitoes is not anticipated.”

However, experience with another strain of Oxitec mosquito, OX513A, shows that Oxitec’s claims that its GM mosquitoes are self-limiting are unreliable. The GM mosquitoes ended up breeding with native mosquitoes, transferring their genes into the natural population and forming hybrid mosquitoes that may be more vigorous and have a different disease-carrying potential.

Please write to the EPA objecting to the release.

Polio Making a Comeback Due to Oral Polio Vaccine

Recent news reports confirm the worst fears: the oral polio vaccine has caused crippling paralysis because live strains of the oral polio virus in the vaccine have mutated and have become virulent.

The vaccine-derived type 2 poliovirus is spreading throughout Africa: Ghana, Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, and Somalia. Type 1 vaccine-derived poliovirus cases have been reported in the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, New Guinea.

In January 2019, the WHO did not call the world’s attention to the critical threat of polio paralysis for children in countries that had followed the vaccination recommendation of the WHO. Instead, officials of the WHO declared “vaccine hesitancy” as posing one of the 10 most serious threats to public health in 2019 — on par with Ebola.

That “fake public health threat” announced by the WHO was widely disseminated by the media, and used as ammunition by the vaccine lobby which is using its enormous financial clout to exert pressure on government officials around the globe to enact mandatory childhood vaccination laws – thereby stripping parents of their parental authority to protect their child from medical interventions that they have reason to believe, will put their child in harm’s way. Protecting one’s child is not only a human right, it is a parental mammalian instinct.

Why Judges Should NOT be Determining "What is Best for the Child"

Our headline, Why Judges Should NOT be Determining “What is Best for the Child”, may sound like a statement that disregards child safety. It may lead one to believe that children are doomed to become victims in many cases if a judge does not step in and rule on what is “best for the child.”

However, Law Professor Vivek Sankaran has made the case that this is NOT the primary role of judges, and that instead judges should be interpreting the law and applying it by objective standards.

The decisions about what are “best for the child” are really parental decisions, and the primary function of a court of law in determining child safety is whether or not the parents are fit to be parents.

I myself would take that one step further, and state that parents should be judged like any other alleged criminal, in criminal courts, with the full due process of law that is part of our constitutional rights, just as these rights are applied to other alleged criminals, such as murderers, terrorists, etc.

If a criminal court cannot convict a parent of criminal conduct, such as abusing their own children, then family or juvenile court judges have no right replacing the parents’ responsibilities to raise their own children with their own opinions about how that child should be raised.

Statistics clearly show that the State makes a poor substitute for parents, and even when it is done in the “best interest of the child,” the child is almost always the one who suffers the most from the trauma of being separated from their families.

Facebook Censors Trending Vitamin D Story to Protect Flu Vaccines Using Former CNN Reporter

The flu season is upon us, and Facebook is working hard to keep information from being shared on their platform educating people how to fight the flu using anything other than flu vaccines.

A 2017 article written by Dr. Joseph Mercola that was republished on Health Impact News started going viral earlier this week:

When it had been shared on Facebook by about half a million people, it apparently kicked off a censorship alarm as being too popular to be allowed to have that many views.

By mid-afternoon Friday we were alerted by some of our readers that they were being threatened by Facebook for “posting false claims” when they tried to share the story.

Soon thereafter, traffic from Facebook leading to the story plummeted.

By the CDC’s own admission, the annual flu shot is seldom effective for the majority of the population, as they have to guess the correct flu strains each year.

Also, as we report every three months when the DOJ issues their quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements in the Vaccine Court, the flu shot is the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., accounting for the majority of vaccine death and injury settlements.

Through August of 2019, the Government Vaccine Court has paid out over $206 million so far this year, and most of that is for the flu shot.

I am not aware of even one single death due to overdosing on Vitamin D.

New Law Allows Sexually Abused Foster Girl to Sue Westchester County and New York CPS - Thousands More to Follow

Health Impact News has been reporting for the past few years that Child Protection Services and the U.S. Foster Care system is the main pipeline for sexually trafficking children.

This child sex trafficking problem within the child welfare system is still not widely known in the U.S., but it is well documented as fact.

Now, a new law passed in the State of New York may reveal just how prevalent this problem is within New York state.

The Child Victims Act is a new law passed earlier this year that allows survivors of sexual abuse to file civil suits regardless of the statute of limitations.

New York attorney Samantha Breakstone says she is representing “thousands” of victims under the new law, and she filed the first one in Westchester County on September 19th.

According to Rockland/Westchester Journal News:

“The lawsuit accuses the Westchester County Department of Social Services and the New York State Office of Children & Family Services of covering up or allowing the sexual abuse of a young girl in foster care during the late 1990s.”

Babies Born in U.S. 76% More Likely to Die Before 1st Birthday Than Infants in Other Wealthy Nations

The United States spends over $230 billion annually on children’s personal health care, representing about 8.4% of total U.S. health care spending. Spending jumped by 56% between 1996 and 2013—with some of the increase likely covering vaccine program costs that began “dramatically” escalating in the 1990s—but these substantial outlays are not translating into a rosy health picture for American children.

Instead, leading child health indicators seem to be giving new meaning to the phrase “geography is destiny.” International comparisons show that the U.S. has ranked lowest among twenty developed nations for child mortality since the 1990s and currently ranks behind 55 other countries worldwide for infant mortality.

The U.S. also lags behind other developed countries in terms of the rate at which infant mortality is declining—in fact, infant mortality due to prematurity or low birthweight began trending upward in the late 1980s.

At present, U.S.-born children are 76% more likely to die before their first birthday than infants in other wealthy nations—with 1 out of every 270 American babies dying in their first year of life as of 2015.

Thus, from infancy on, young Americans are confronted with the challenge of beating terrible odds.

Lowe's and Walmart Sued for Selling RoundUp Weed Killer Linked to Cancer

A lawsuit filed earlier this month in a Texarkana federal court seeks damages on behalf of Arkansas and California consumers who bought Roundup weed killer products from Lowe’s stores in those states.

The suit, filed Sept. 13 by Texarkana lawyer Steve Harrelson in the Texarkana Division of the Western District of Arkansas, seeks to represent anyone who bought a Roundup product from a Lowe’s store in Arkansas in the five years preceding the filing of the suit and anyone who bought a Roundup product from a Lowe’s store in California in the four years preceding the filing.

The suit against Lowe’s is similar to one Harrelson filed in August against Walmart. That suit seeks damages on behalf of Arkansas residents who purchased a Roundup product from an Arkansas Walmart.

Illinois Parents Sue Doctors, Hospitals, and DCFS for Medical Kidnapping After Refusing Vitamin K Shot at Birth

In the moments after Angela Bougher gave birth last winter, she and her husband, a suburban Chicago pastor, were eager to hold their new baby girl.

But as Bougher was being treated in the delivery room, the couple contends, a nurse picked up the infant to administer a vitamin K shot, a common practice in maternity wards across the country to help a baby’s blood-clotting ability in case of emergency.

The Boughers said they are not “anti-vaxxers” or against any procedure they believe to be medically necessary, but they didn’t think the shot was in that category. They had agreed to sign a waiver confirming their wishes that the new baby — their fifth child — not receive vitamin K, based on their beliefs that God’s creation isn’t automatically deficient or flawed at birth.

But instead of offering them a form, the Boughers allege, the nurse announced she was reporting the couple to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and left the room with the newborn.

On Monday, the Boughers and several other parents filed a sweeping federal lawsuit accusing the agency, its current and former leaders, a number of doctors and three hospitals of violating their constitutional rights just after the births of their children.

5-Year-Old Tennessee Autistic Boy Accused of Sexual Abuse by CPS for Hugging and Kissing Kindergartner Classmates

One family says their 5-year-old son with autism is being punished for giving his classmate a hug. East Ridge Elementary leaders say the boy overstepped his boundaries.

Nathan is a 5-year-old boy kindergartner at East Ridge Elementary. The principal says the school staff has talked with him several times.

Putnam says Nathan has autism, which she says can make it difficult for him to understand social cues.

“If you don’t understand how autism works, you’ll think he’s acting out or being difficult,” Putnam said.

“But, that’s not the situation.”

Putnam says the teacher said Nathan was overstepping boundaries. She says the teacher accused her son of sexual activities after she was told he hugged a child and kissed another child on the cheek.

Debi Amick, Nathan’s grandmother, posted in a private Facebook post:

“What do you do when a 5 year child is being labeled a sexual predator and accused of sexual harassment by the school system? It was disclosed that it will go in his record for the rest of his life that he is a sex offender. This child is austic, he comprehends and functions very different than your typical 5 year. What do you do? Who do you turn to for help when the school will not even listen to the child’s doctor when he explains the child’s difficulties in his comprehension of simple things such as boundaries.”

When Doctors Become Law Enforcement: Forced Vaccines for All Children Regardless of Medical Conditions

Witnessing in their own words on the National Vaccine Information Center’s Cry for Vaccine Freedom Wall at NVIC.org, the suffering of people being abused by medical doctors enforcing one-size-fits-all vaccine policies is being revealed.

Zantac and Generic Brands Pulled from the Market Due to Cancer Concerns

The maker of a generic version of a popular heartburn medication is stopping worldwide distribution over concerns the drug could be contaminated with a cancer-causing substance.

Novartis AG’s Sandoz unit said Wednesday it would stop distribution of generic versions of the stomach drug Zantac after regulators in the U.S. and Europe began investigating the potential contamination, according to Bloomberg. Some versions of Zantac, also known by the generic name ranitidine, have been recalled in Europe and Canada.

Regulators first said last week they were looking into the potential contamination. Concerns arose over both generic heartburn and antacid medications and Zantac itself, made by Sanofi, according to the Los Angeles Times.

93,000 People in Maine Sign Petition to Veto New Vaccine Bill Taking Away Parental Rights

On Friday, September 18, 2019, Mainers for Health and Parental Rights held a press conference at the Capitol of Maine to announce they had obtained 93,000 signatures to support their grass-roots effort, Veto 798 Maine.

According to their website, 798 is:

“a bill that was pushed through the legislature despite overwhelming opposition from the citizens of Maine, and then quietly signed into law by Governor Mills in May of 2019.

LD798 eliminates religious and philosophical exemptions to vaccination, prohibiting parents, staff and healthcare workers from exercising their right to decline one or more vaccines required by schools and employers. If Maine citizens do not comply with the new law, they face expulsion from all public, private, parochial and online schools and will be terminated from employment.”

To get the “Peoples Veto” on the ballot for March, 2020, they were required to obtain 64,000 signatures from Maine residents within 90 days, September 18th.

With 800+ volunteers, they obtained over 93,000 signatures – nearly 7% of the population of Maine.

The people of Maine will now apparently have the opportunity to vote and veto this law next March.

In the U.S., an estimated 17.3 million American adults (7.1% of the adult population), experienced at least one major depressive episode in 2017. The highest rates are reported among those aged between 18 and 25. Merck’s Corporate Rap Sheet includes court adjudicated lawsuit findings against the company which has paid multi-billion dollars in settlements for False Claims, Product Safety/Concealment of serious adverse effects, Bribery, Tax fraud, and more.

Multiple Merck products caused severe harm, including deaths; these include: the arthritis drug Indocin®  (1960s); the widely prescribed drug for pregnant women, diethylstilbestrol (DES)®  drug that caused women vaginal cancer (1970s); Vioxx®, the painkiller prescribed for arthritis (1999-2004) caused, 140,000 heart attacks and an estimated30 to 60,000 deaths.

Merck paid $4.85 Billion to settle Vioxx lawsuits.  Another controversial drug is Fosamax®  prescribed for osteoporosis (1990s) which causes osteonecrosis of the jaw and thighbone fractures; Januvia® , linked to pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, and severe joint pain.

Genetically Engineered Mosquitoes Escape Human Control and are now Spreading in the Environment

According to a new scientific publication, genetically engineered mosquitoes produced by the biotech company Oxitec (Intrexon) have escaped human control after trials in Brazil. They are now spreading in the environment.

The yellow fever mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti) are genetically engineered to make it impossible for their offspring to survive. After release they were supposed to mate with female mosquitoes of the species which transmit infectious diseases, such as Dengue fever, to diminish the natural populations.

However, the now published research shows that many offspring of the genetically engineered mosquitoes actually survived and are spreading and propagating further.

According to the scientists, between 10-60 percent of the mosquitoes in the region concerned are inheriting parts of the genome of the mosquitoes released in the trials.

These insects used in the laboratory have now mixed with the Brazilian insects to become a robust population which can persist in the environment over a longer period of time. They might replace the original insects on the long term and even exacerbate the problems associated with the mosquitoes.

Big Tech Wants to Replace Medical Doctors and Squelch Alternative Health

The September newsletter of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is sounding the warning about Big Tech’s plans to take over medical care as Americans increasingly turn over their privacy for the sake of convenience.

Dr. Alexa, the virtual assistant in Amazon smart speakers, is already able to perform certain health-related tasks. “She” can track blood glucose levels, describe symptoms, access post-surgical care instructions, monitor home prescription deliveries, and make appointments at an urgent care center.

Amazon has big ambitions. It thinks Alexa could help doctors diagnose mental illness, autism, concussions, and Parkinson disease.

Big Tech giants such as Google are set to block all “alternative” medicine websites such as NaturalNews.com. They will not only be eliminated  from search results, but within a year or so, the Google Chrome browser won’t even allow a  user to visit a disapproved site—say one that is skeptical about vaccines, chemotherapy, or statin drugs—without changing the browser’s default settings.

The Trump Administration is reportedly considering a proposal to use Google, Amazon Echo, and Apple Watch to collect data on users who exhibit characteristics of mental illness that could lead to violent behavior. This is part of the initiative to create a Health Advanced Research Project Agency (HARPA), which got a renewed push after August shootings in El Paso and Dayton.

Chinese-American Family in Nebraska Destroyed as Teenage Daughters Medically Kidnapped and Sex Trafficked by CPS

They were Chinese medical scholars continuing their education and careers in the U.S.

Yang Wang, who upon obtaining her U.S. citizenship changed her name to Catherine Anderson to have an easier name for Americans to pronounce, graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai, one of the top universities in China, and reportedly harder to gain entrance than Harvard University in the U.S.

Her husband, whose last name is also “Wang” but unrelated outside of marriage, graduated from one of the top medical schools in China, Capital Medical University in Beijing.

They obtained student visas to continue their education in the U.S. Catherine went on to obtain two Masters degrees, one as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from Maryland, and another one as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Her husband obtained his Nebraska physician license when he started his residency in Creighton Medical School in the Pathology Department, and became the Chief resident and was retained as a faculty member at Creighton after his graduation.

Two beautiful daughters were born to them while residing in Nebraska. Both went on to become honor students in high school, ranking number 1 in their classes, following in their parents footsteps to achieve academic excellence and preparing for college at the age of 14.

Unbeknownst to them, tragically, they had settled in a part of the U.S. that is known for one the largest child sex trafficking scandals ever uncovered and then buried in U.S. history: the Franklin Cover-up story centered around Boys Town.

Catherine learned that her oldest daughter was developing an unhealthy relationship with one of her male high school teachers outside of class, and eventually learned that this teacher was “counseling” her on “sexual identity issues.”

After finding inappropriate text messages on her daughter’s phone, she reported the teacher to law enforcement.

What followed next is every parent’s worst nightmare.

Instead of investigating the teacher, Catherine became the focus of investigation, and not only did Nebraska CPS take custody of her older daughter who was then 16, but they seized her younger 15-year-old daughter as well, against the wish of the younger daughter who had no complaints against her mother and wanted to stay home where she felt safe.

The tragic story that follows is a story about how one mother fought as hard as she could to get her daughters back, not realizing in the beginning that she was fighting an apparent child sex trafficking ring that allegedly brings in more money to the state of Nebraska than any other business.

She has spent more than a quarter of a million dollars in legal fees fighting for her daughters, and has had her career destroyed.

Her youngest daughter went from honor roll high school student preparing for college to being forced into a life of prostitution and being sexually trafficked, while every government agency she contracted to try and end this nightmare just stood by and watched.

Dr. Meryl Nass: Why are Legislatures Imposing Vaccine Mandates Now?

I am a veteran of the vaccine war in the US, and today I feel compelled to speak about what I saw in that war.  Legislators were forced to change their votes to revoke vaccine exemptions and rescind the historic right to consent to medical procedures.

The vaccine war is a dirty war, in which platitudes about protecting the most vulnerable are invoked by the same pharmaceutical companies that paid $2.7 billion in criminal penalties in the US between 2012 and 2015.

The vaccine industry generates enormous profits (estimated 10-40%), benefits from a government-guaranteed market, and receives almost total liability protection.  No other industry can rival these benefits.

Let me add context to this discussion by noting that in 2014, the NY Times said it cost $2200 to fully vaccinate one child.

At that price, it cost $163 billion dollars to fully vaccinate every US child.

Vaccine mandates guarantee a vaccine market, now and in the future. Mandates put in place today will enforce the uptake of vaccines on the currently required list, plus other vaccines yet to be added. 

Why Are U.S. Breast Cancer Rates Out of Control?

In the US, breast cancer rates are out of control. Presently, one in seven US women suffer from breast cancer.

In 2019, an estimated 268,600 women will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer.

Think about those numbers: One in seven and nearly 270,000 women diagnosed with invasive cancer—THIS YEAR!   Those numbers are unacceptable, or at least they should be!

What are the Powers-That-Be doing to stem this tide? The answer: They are too busy diagnosing and treating and are not properly searching for the underlying cause of why too many US women suffer with breast cancer.

We are exposed to too many synthetic hormones which can disrupt the normal hormonal milieu. Women are prescribed synthetic hormones in birth control pills and conventional hormonal replacement therapy which have been conclusively shown to increase the risk for breast cancer.

Iodine deficiency is one of the main reasons we are seeing so much breast cancer. I have been writing and lecturing about iodine for almost 20 years. Iodine levels in the US have fallen over 50% during the last 40 years while at the same time breast cancer rates have risen to epidemic levels.

Big Pharma Reeling Over Opioid Criminal Charges - Why Would we Trust These Companies to Produce Safe Vaccines?

Del Bigtree and reporter Jefferey Jaxen covered the recent national news regarding the opioid criminal charges against Big Pharma.

Purdue Pharma is trying to file for bankruptcy to avoid more legal litigation, and Johnson and Johnson is facing serious charges of criminal intent over OxyContin.

Johnson and Johnson was also just convicted of including asbestos in its popular baby powder product.

This raises the question as to why the public is asked to believe that one class of pharmaceutical products is supposedly immune from the criminal intentions of Big Pharma, as they claim that these products are completely “safe and effective”: vaccines.

Eli Lilly Paid $20 Million in Hush Money Over Prozac Mass Shooting Lawsuit

The Louisville Courier Journal reports that thirty years after Joseph Wesbecker went on a deadly shooting rampage in Louisville Kentucky, on September 14, 1989, the families and survivors of his actions have finally come forward to tell the truth.

They were plaintiffs in a lawsuit against Eli Lilly because they had reason to believe that Prozac, manufactured by Lilly, had been the trigger that propelled Wesbecker on his violent rampage.

Eli Lilly had paid these plaintiffs $20 million in hush money to conceal damaging evidence about Lilly’s culpability in marketing defective, deadly drugs from the jury in the Wesbecker- Eli Lilly trial.

“On the eve of the jury’s verdict, which absolved Lilly of liability, the company made the secret payment without telling the judge overseeing the case.

In exchange for the payment, the plaintiffs – eight estates and 11 survivors – agreed to withhold damaging evidence about the arthritis drug Oraflex that Lilly withdrew from the market.

Lilly pleaded guilty to 25 criminal misdemeanor counts for failing to report adverse reactions that patients suffered from the drug, and the drug company feared that the Prozac jury would be more inclined to rule against the drugmaker if it learned of it.”

Circuit Judge John Potter, the judge in the case, suspected that Lilly bribed plaintiffs and their lawyers before the jury verdict. He uncovered evidence of bribery, and fought Eli Lilly for years but failed to obtain the terms of the deal. Lilly succeeded in keeping its criminal action from a judicial proceeding. As is Eli Lilly’s norm and practice; it trashed the judge for his pursuit of the truth.

Forced Vaccination and Nonviolent Civil Disobedience

There they were, quietly standing with arms locked on a street next to the California state Capitol building on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019 and refusing to move: a grandmother and two young mothers. Carol, Lisa and Lauren were there with other parents to beg the California legislature to show mercy and allow enlightened doctors with a conscience to grant vaccine injured and vaccine vulnerable children a medical exemption to vaccination that cannot be taken away by government officials.

Standing there with sadness and fear of the unknown in their eyes, they were surrounded by parents speaking words of comfort, while others shouted to the legislators inside to “oppose SB 276” and “you are not representing California for all.” Then someone started singing “Amazing Grace,” while mothers pushing strollers held their children in their arms and watched armed policemen from the California Highway Patrol form a circle around them.

As I witnessed from Virginia on live video streaming the events unfolding in California 3,000 miles away, my heart was breaking for the pain and anxiety I could see in the faces of those women, who were taking an action that they never dreamed they would have to take. I knew that the love, which compels mothers to sacrifice everything to protect their children, outweighed their fear of what would happen to them if they did not move.

And as the patrolmen gently approached and handcuffed mothers, who were courageously protesting an abusive law that would make all doctors agents of the state, I knew that the vaccine safety and informed consent movement launched in America in 1982 by parents of DPT vaccine injured children had entered a new era.

The three mothers in California, who were arrested for refusing to move out of a street near a building where legislators were passing a law that will harm their children were the first, but will not be the last, to stand their ground against forced vaccination laws in America.

The revolution to end medical tyranny and forced vaccination through civil disobedience has just begun. It is a peaceful revolution to restore respect for human rights and civil liberties, driven by the love that mothers and fathers have for their children, and it is long overdue.
