Vaccine Scandals and Criminal Cases Increase in 2014
Criminal activities of pharmaceutical companies are frequently reported on in the mainstream media. The largest criminal settlements in U.S. history are cases against pharmaceutical companies, such as Johnson & Johnson’s $2.2 billion criminal settlement late last year for illegally marketing drugs to the elderly, children and the mentally disabled. When it comes to criminal activities involved with marketing vaccines, however, there is a near total blackout in the mainstream media. So here at Health Impact News we will highlight a sampling of some of the biggest stories of fraud and criminal activities involved with marketing vaccines so far here in 2014. Very few of these stories have been mentioned in the mainstream media, because the vaccine market is a multi-billion dollar market, and the vaccine industry does not like losing any market share. They are using their incestuous relationship to the U.S. government to take away personal rights and liberties in medical choices. They would like mandatory vaccine policies in place at the local, state, and national levels, because their products cannot survive in a free market. They need government collusion and coercion for this market to survive. And so far, with the help of the mainstream media generally not reporting on the corruption and criminal activity, they have a willing and compliant public.
The Flu Vaccine War: Healthcare Workers Fight Back
We have already established in previous articles that the flu vaccine is by far the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, injuring and killing many people every year based on settled court cases by the Department of Justice in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. And yet, hospitals across the country are mandating that healthcare workers receive the flu vaccine as a requirement to keep their employment. The main reason for this policy of forcing employees to receive the flu vaccine is not based on solid science that it protects patients (the science actually points towards no patient benefits), but based on funding requirements for medical reimbursements through Medicare and Medicaid, and through the Affordable Health Care Act, that require healthcare facilities to have a high compliance rate of employees receiving the flu vaccine. Nurses, doctors, and other healthcare workers across the country are fighting back, however. This week, he Massachusetts Nurses Association sued Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston to block a policy to require nurses to get flu shots as a condition of employment. And this is not the first lawsuit in the country. Others have also taken action to protect their right to refuse medical treatments that are mandated as a condition to retain employment.

For that to happen, the U.S. DOJ would have to extradite Poul Thorsen from Denmark to stand trial. And if that unicorn coming out of the forest event ever took place, the bed the CDC made with the Dane a decade ago would shake the Vaccine Deep State to its core. After three years of non-action, will Attorney General Eric Holder, who happens to be African-American, finally be spurred to extradite the most wanted man in the autism community?
State Farm Dumped Rob Schneider for Vaccine Views: Now I’m Dumping State Farm
According to PR Week, State Farm has decided to drop an ad starring comedian Rob Schneider from its rotation due to his "anti-vaccine views" after a social media outcry. Well, bravo for the power of social media. Now here is my response. I am immediately dropping State Farm. I have used State Farm for my car and home insurance for about 15 years. I just sent an email to my agent, letting her know how disappointed I was to learn that State Farm had caved in to the pharmaceutical vaccine industry, an industry rife with fraud and corruption, simply because one of the actors in their advertisements sees fit to warn parents on the dangers of vaccines. State Farm, you have lost me as a customer.

Liberian Scientist and Professor: Ebola Virus Manufactured by Western Pharmaceuticals, US DoD?
This editorial written by Dr. Cyril Broderick, a former professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture and Forestry, was published by Liberia's largest newspaper as headline news. He claims that Ebola is a genetically modified organism (GMO) introduced by western medicine and possibly a result of military research. The western pro-pharma media has chided Dr. Broderick, saying that such an inflammatory piece of writing is "irresponsible" since so many Africans are already distrustful of western medicine. They see western medicine as the answer to Africa's deadly diseases such as Ebola, while Dr. Borderick sees it as the cause. Dr. Broderick states "African people are not ignorant and gullible, as is being implicated." Whether right or wrong, we feel African leaders have a voice in this matter, and should not be censored.
New GAO Report on Obamacare: Security Leaks, Cover Ups, and Lies
The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) released its report this week on Obamacare. The report shows massive security flaws, cover-ups, and lies. Is this the new norm for government overseeing health matters? The GAO is also expected to soon conclude a report on the Vaccine Injury Compensation Trust Fund which has accumulated $3.5 BILLION in 2014.
CDC Whistleblower Dr. Thompson: “I’ve Stopped Lying” – Willing to Testify on Vaccine Fraud
The Autism Media Channel has released another video from CDC Whistleblower Dr. William Thompson, confessing to the fact that he was asked by his boss to lie, and that he's now "stopped lying." In the video, Thompson states that the CDC has "become paralyzed" over the vaccine-autism issue. He states that the whole branch of the vaccine division is "becoming more paralyzed, with less and less being done." This failure by the CDC to investigate why vaccines cause autism in some children has "put the research 10 years behind" according to Thompson. He states that "because the CDC has not been transparent, we missed 10 years of research." Thompson goes on to state that we need Congress to come in and look at all the data related to vaccines and autism that has been previously withheld by the CDC, and have an independent contractor look at it. Thompson makes it clear that he is ready to testify before Congress, if asked to do so.
How the Government has Earned $3.5 BILLION from the Claim that Vaccines Don’t Cause Autism
Few among the American public truly understand just how huge the U.S. vaccine market is. Not only do drug companies reap huge profits from vaccines, so too does the U.S. government. For example, did you know that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has accumulated $3.5 BILLION in vaccine tax revenue which is currently "sitting" in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Trust Fund? This trust fund was established in 1988 "to compensate vaccine-related injury or death claims for covered vaccines." The money in this fund comes from a $0.75 excise tax on vaccines recommended by the CDC. So why does this Trust Fund have such a high balance, instead of paying medical expenses to families with vaccine damaged children? Probably because the government has decided that vaccines do not cause autism, the most common claim filed in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program since its inception in 1986.
Boy Held by Chicago Hospital in Medical Kidnapping Case Returns Home
Local Fox News affiliate Fox4kc in Kansas City has reported that 17-year-old Isaiah Rider has returned home to Kansas City, even though the State of Illinois still retains his custody rights. Isaiah was released from Luries Children’s Hospital in Chicago where he was being held against his will, and the will of his family. He is reportedly staying with grandparents while his mother fights back against "medical abuse" charges for disagreeing with the hospital's treatment and wanting to transfer him to a different hospital. Isaiah lost 5 months of his life to confinement in a hospital, and is now anxious to get back to school and resume his life. Isaiah's mother Michelle believes they held her son to conduct medical experimentation on his rare disease, Neurofibromatosis. Michelle will return to Chicago Friday to face trial. But in the meantime, at least Isaiah is back home in Kansas City, staying with his grandparents.
Dr. Oz Warns About Mercury in Flu Shots
Dr. Oz spent considerable time covering the issue of thimerosal being used as a preservative in the annual flu vaccine. Thimerosal contains mercury, a well-known neuro-toxin. Dr. Oz interviewed Dr. Mark Hyman and former U.S. Senator and Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on his show to discuss mercury in vaccines. While it is certainly worthwhile to warn the public of the dangers of mercury in the flu vaccine, Marcella Piper-Terry of VaxTruth.org points out several facts regarding this issue that were not covered during the show, and how Dr. Oz did not exactly get his facts straight on a few things. Sadly, this is representative of the current level of knowledge concerning vaccines both among the mainstream media and modern-day physicians. Parents of vaccine-damaged children do their homework and research well, and in many cases are more educated on this issue than both the mass media and many doctors.
CDC’s Purchase of $4 Billion of Vaccines a Conflict of Interest in Overseeing Vaccine Safety
Do you trust the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to oversee vaccine safety, when they have an annual budget of over $4 billion to purchase vaccines from drug companies? In 2015, they want to increase that amount by another half a billion dollars. Dr. Brian Hooker says the CDC should not be trusted to oversee vaccine safety, and after 10 years of fighting legal battles with the CDC via Freedom of Information requests to secure raw data on vaccine safety studies, he now has solid evidence to back up his claim of fraud within the CDC. In a shocking news story that rocked the online world but was almost totally ignored by the mainstream media a couple of weeks ago, senior vaccine scientist Dr. William Thompson was revealed as a whistleblower within the CDC, admitting that the CDC had withheld information from a key study in 2004 that supposedly showed that the MMR childhood vaccine was safe. The CDC was forced to issue a response, and Dr. Hooker has now shown that the CDC response is clearly trying to cover up ethical lapses and explain away key data that was omitted from their original study. This data which was hidden from the public for more than 10 years was not favorable towards their own bias and what they wanted the public to believe about vaccines and autism. Dr. Hooker has clearly shown that the CDC has a conflict of interest, and cannot be trusted with research on vaccine safety when it is spending more than $4 billion of taxpayer funds to purchase vaccines from drug manufacturers. So what's next? Will this fraud within the CDC be allowed to continue? There are reports that there are other whistleblowers within the CDC that would like to come forward, but are too fearful at this point. Dr. William Thompson is now represented by one of the top whistleblower attorneys in the nation, and has reportedly turned over more than 1000 documents to Congressman Bill Posey. The pharmaceutical industry is the richest and most powerful political lobby in the world, however. Will there be enough members of Congress to come forward and oppose them? Does the American public even care enough about this issue to take action and threaten lawmakers who refuse to act and remove vaccine safety oversight from the CDC? Will they demand that taxpayer funds NOT be increased by over a half billion dollars next year to fund the purchase of more vaccines that are produced by pharmaceutical companies who are convicted criminals, and whose products have not been proven safe? Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Vaccine Empire on Trial in India
While fraud and corruption are revealed on almost a daily basis now in the vaccine industry, the U.S. mainstream media continues to largely ignore such stories. Outside the U.S., however, the vaccine empires are beginning to crumble, and English versions of the news in mainstream outlets are available via the Internet. One such country is India, where the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and their vaccine empire are under fire, including a pending lawsuit currently being investigated by the India Supreme Court. Narayana Kumar of The Economic Times of India has just written a scathing report of fraud and scandals surrounding the Gates vaccine empire: Controversial vaccine studies: Why is Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation under fire from critics in India? Kumar starts out his 4 page article by focusing on the current case before the India Supreme Court regarding deaths and injuries occurring during drug trials carried out over Merck's HPV vaccine Gardasil. Vaccine trials were conducted on thousands of girls between the ages of 9 and 15. Many of the girls fell ill, and at least 7 died, and the lawsuit is alleging that in most of these cases, the girls and their parents did not even know what kind of vaccine trial they were participating in. Unlike the U.S., victims of vaccine harm and fraud will get their day in court as the Supreme Court in India takes up the HPV Gardasil fraud claims. Also unlike the U.S., investigative reporters like Narayana Kumar are doing their job and publishing their findings in the mainstream media, informing the public.
Over-Medication of Elderly Epidemic – Study Links Prescription Drugs to Alzheimer’s
A new study just published in the British Medical Journal reports that taking benzodiazepines, common drugs prescribed for anti-anxiety and insomnia, is associated with a higher risk of Alzheimer's disease. Common benzodiazepines include Valium (diazepam), Ativan (lorazepam), Xanax (alprazolam) and Klonopin (clonazepam). The authors of the study reported in the British Medical Journal that the use of benzodiazepines for three months or more was associated with a 51% increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease. In an accompanying commentary written by Zosia Kmietowicz, it was pointed out that in 2012 the American Geriatrics Society had updated its list of inappropriate drugs for older people to include benzodiazepines, precisely because of their unwanted cognitive side effects. Yet almost half of the elderly population continues to be prescribed these dangerous medications, and are continuing to take them.
Judge: Lawsuit Against Merck’s MMR Vaccine Fraud to Continue
In a recent story that no mainstream media outlet reported, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled in favor of whistleblowers who have accused Merck of lying about the efficacy of its mumps vaccine (currently only available in combo with MMR). We had to find this story posted on a couple of websites representing lawyers. The lawsuit is brought by two whistleblowers, virologists who worked for Merck and are accusing Merck of lying about the effectiveness of the mumps vaccine. This story did garner mainstream news coverage back in 2012, before Merck's attorneys appealed and tried to get the case thrown out of court. This week, U.S. District Judge C. Darnell Jones II ruled that the whistleblowers had sufficiently pled that Merck might have provided false statements to the government and that the direct purchasers had shown enough evidence to establish that these falsehoods could have helped the company gain a monopoly. It is certainly understandable why the mainstream media does not want to touch this story, given the fact that one of the lead authors on a CDC published study in 2004 has also become a whistleblower, stating that the CDC withheld data from the public linking the MMR vaccine to a higher rate of autism among some children, specifically African American boys.
1162 Lawsuits Filed Against Pfizer for Damages due to Lipitor
Lawsuits filed against Pfizer for their blockbuster cholesterol-lowering drug Lipitor reached 1162 cases filed in August. Almost all of theses cases have been filed since April, when a new study was released linking Type 2 diabetes in women with the popular statin drug. Attorneys filing claims for the victims have stated the cases could well reach 10,000. Cholesterol-lowering statin drugs are a $100 billion a year industry. Lipitor is by far the most profitable drug in the history of mankind among all pharmaceutical products, let alone being the most profitable cholesterol drug before its patent expired at the end of 2011. Sales to date from this one particular cholesterol-lowering statin drug have exceeded $140 billion. Lipitor benefited from the change in marketing laws in 1997 that allowed pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. to advertise their products directly to consumers. Pfizer convinced an entire generation of Americans that they needed a pill to lower their cholesterol in order to prevent heart disease, in what will go down as one of the most brilliant and unethical marketing schemes of all time. After Lipitor’s patent expired at the end of 2011, the FDA issued its first warnings against statin drugs, which includes: liver injury, memory loss, diabetes, and muscle damage. Soon after issuing these warnings, the lawsuits started trickling in. Today, with more and more studies being published linking statin drug use to various side effects, those lawsuits have become a tidal wave, even though you are not likely to hear much about this in the mainstream media.
