Alabama Autistic Boys Kidnapped from Native American Ambassador Mother and Abused in Foster Care

Just three hours after a Native American mother got home from the hospital after a suspected heart attack, Child Protective Services (known in Alabama as DHR, Department of Human Resources) showed up on her doorstep and took away her two autistic sons. Now, her two sons are living in a foster home in Mobile, almost 250 miles away from their Sylacauga home, and their mother says that they are being abused in foster care and that their culture is being trampled by the social workers and foster parents.

Dawn “Adaleha” (“my sunshine” in Cherokee) Cullins was appointed as the Alabama Ambassador for the Sokoki tribe, and in 2003, was recognized for “acts of compassion and kindness” and awarded the Civic Recognition Award in her community. She holds a degree in Paralegal studies and is very active in tribal activities. Her record is squeaky clean, without so much as a traffic ticket.

DHR got involved with her family after one of her autistic sons wandered away from home and was reported to DHR by neighbors. The charges against her were “a messy house and dirty children.”

Today, Dawn claims her children are beaten in foster care, and are given multiple drugs to keep them compliant without her approval. She calls it “genocidal kidnapping,” and reports that when she told DHR that her children were Native American, the social workers told her that she would never get her kids back.

Medical Doctors Opposed to Forced Vaccinations - Should Their Views be Silenced?

One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”

However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.

The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.

Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field.

In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves “pro-vaccine,” for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual.

Many doctors recommend a “delayed” vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot.

These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.

In this article, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.

Medical Kidnapping in the U.S. - Kidnapping Children for Drug Trials

The U.S. federal government has mandated drug research with children. The need for children to participate in drug company research is high, and the temptation to overstep parental rights to force children to participate is great. Researchers publicly admit using money and other rewards to obtain participation of children in their drug trials.

Organizations that advocate for the rights of parents to make decisions regarding their children’s healthcare, are finding that foster children in CPS custody are being enrolled in drug experiments without parental approval. State Child Protective Services are enrolling children in drug experiments without parental approval or court orders.

In a letter written by Sharon Schuldt to the House committee that examined clinical drug testing on foster children, she gave us a serious warning. She wrote:

“There was horrific disregard for humanity that took place in World War II Germany, some of which started out being directed toward the weak and vulnerable, in orphanages and hospitals, but then was directed to millions who lost their lives in the concentration camps. A society does not just lose their regard for human life overnight. It is a step at a time downward and soon that society slips further and faster downward. Many vowed, ‘Never Again.’ We in the U.S. cannot and should not be allowing access to our children for medical research. There is no argument that justifies it!”

Feds Pay for Drug Fraud: 92 Percent of Foster Care Kids Prescribed Antipsychotics for Unaccepted Uses

The release in late March of an alarming new report by federal investigators has confirmed in shocking new detail what has been known for years: Poor and foster care kids covered by Medicaid are being prescribed too many dangerous antipsychotic drugs at young ages for far too long — mostly without any medical justification at all.

Medicaid spends about $3.5 billion a year on antipsychotics for all ages, largely for unaccepted uses, with nearly 2 million kids prescribed them. Nationally, about 12 percent of all the nation’s 500,000 foster care children have received Medicaid-paid antipsychotics at some point, often because they haven’t been offered proven, “trauma-informed” intensive therapies, according to Kamala Allen, director of Child Health Quality for the Center for Health Care Strategies.

Doctor Specializing in Special Needs Children Speaks out Against Mandatory Vaccines in California

Dr. Lynn Mielke, M.D., is one of the latest medical doctors in California to speak out against mandatory vaccines, and the attempt by California lawmakers to remove existing exemptions. She is a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs, and has a clinic treating children with developmental needs.

Dr. Mielke explained that most of the children she was treating in her clinic were suffering from developmental delays, due to many underlying medical conditions. She pointed out that there is no current mandate to test children for underlying conditions that could make them more susceptible to vaccine injuries prior to vaccinating them.

Dr. Mielke stated: “In these situations, where medical vulnerabilities exist, it is critical that we are not forced to practice government-mandated medicine. SB277 could increase the number of vaccine-injured children and will eviscerate the doctor-patient relationship and informed consent. Safe vaccination is the goal. But there is no safe one-size-fits-all vaccine policy. Once a vaccine is given, it cannot be undone. I strongly urge you to oppose SB277.”

In spite of the testimony of Dr. Mielke, many other medical professionals, and thousands of parents in California who showed up to oppose SB277, the California Senate this week passed it anyway, by a vote of 25 to 10.

GlaxoSmithKline Found Guilty in Deaths of 14 Babies in Vaccine Trials in Argentina

GlaxoSmithKline Argentina Laboratories Company was fined 400,000 pesos by Judge Marcelo Aguinsky following a report issued by the National Administration of Medicine, Food and Technology (ANMAT in Spanish) for irregularities during lab vaccine trials conducted between 2007 and 2008 that allegedly killed 14 babies.

Likewise, two doctors -Héctor Abate, and Miguel Tregnaghi- were fined 300,000 pesos each for irregularities during the studies.

The charges included experimenting with human beings as well falsifying parental authorizations so babies could participate in the vaccine-trials conducted by the laboratory from 2007 to 2008.

Stanley Family Gets Custody Back of 4 Youngest Children - 3 Older Children Still in State Custody

A review hearing in Garland County Juvenile Court in Arkansas yesterday resulted in the case being closed for the four younger Stanley children. Their parents now have full custody back of these four children. The three older Stanley children, however, remain in State custody. They are allowed to live at home with 20 hours a week DHS supervision in the home.

Hal Stanley, the father, expressed his disappointment that the State was to maintain custody of their 3 older children. “I am really disappointed. I was expecting all the children to be returned to our custody. There’s still no charges against us, there’s still no reason for the children to be in their custody. We feel as parents we can make decisions (about our children) better than DHS can.”

Nancy Emmons, a citizen from Arkansas who has been following the Stanley case, stated: “The people of Arkansas, we really need to wake up and listen to what has happened to the Stanleys. Never in our wildest dreams would we have figured that somebody could come in the night and take your children away from you. I want Arkansas to understand – everyone of you need to listen: It could happen to you.”

Foster Care Children are Worse Off than Children in Troubled Homes - The Child Trafficking Business

Children whose families are investigated for abuse or neglect are likely to do better in life if they stay with their families than if they go into foster care. Studies show that children from troubled homes who stayed with their families were less likely to become juvenile delinquents or teen mothers and more likely to hold jobs as young adults. Children placed in foster care have arrest, conviction, and imprisonment rates as adults that are three times higher than those of children who remained in troubled homes.

These facts are not even in dispute. So why does the current foster care system still exist, when it is clearly destroying the lives of so many children?

New Federal Vaccine Mandate Proposed: All Shots Required, No Parental Exemptions

Florida Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson (D-24) has introduced a bill, House Resolution H.R. 2232, that will require all states to mandate all students enrolled in public schools receive all the vaccines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Policy, a federal body compromised of vaccine-industry representatives, which includes vaccines for HPV, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, Paul Offit’s rota virus vaccine, annual flu shots, and dozens of others. States that do not comply will not be eligible for grants for “preventive health services” under the Public Health Services Act.

Parent Denied Opportunity to Sue Merck After Collecting $250K "Blood Money" for MMR Vaccine Death of Child

Erin Holmes got $250,000 she didn’t want, “blood money” her husband didn’t want to spend.

The money came from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for her son, Jacob, who died in 2002 from a brain condition after receiving his measles-mumps-rubella and varicella vaccines. The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is funded by taxpayers via a tax on vaccines.

Holmes didn’t want the money – but as an “angry parent” she wanted to do something more. So she reached out to a lawyer in Las Vegas who told her that the money she collected from the compensation program was “Jacob’s money” – and she could still sue for her own suffering.

She filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Merck and Co. – a manufacturer of MMR, varicella and other vaccines – alleging “negligence, strict product liability, negligent design, failure to warn, misrepresentation, express warranty, implied warranty of merchantability, implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and punitive damages,” according to court documents.

But the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Holmes could not sue for negligent design or failure to warn, because the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act pre-empted Holmes’ strict product liability, negligent design and failure to warn claims.

“If we were to conclude that the parents of those suffering a vaccine-related injury could bring design defect and failure to warn claims … we would be acting contrary to the statute’s central purpose of managing vaccine manufacturers’ liability because our construction would do little to protect the vaccine manufacturers from suit,” the court said in its opinion.

Mexico Halts Infant Vaccines Nation-Wide After 2 Babies Die and 29 Are Injured

Mexico’s public-health system has suspended infant vaccines and mounted an investigation after two babies died and 29 were sickened in an impoverished community in southern Mexico.

Six of the 29 babies are in grave condition after receiving vaccinations for tuberculosis, rotavirus and hepatitis B, which are generally administered between 0 and 6 months, according to a national schedule.

The institute said it stopped vaccines nationwide on Saturday as a precaution.

6-month-old Baby Taken Away from Mother by Force Dies in CPS Custody

She says a CPS caseworker called her on Monday and told her to come to Texas Children’s Hospital.

“All they told me was there was a little accident,” Hernandez said. “I get here and they told me my daughter had head trauma and severe brain damage.”

Hernandez says CPS entered her life after the police were called to her home in 2014. Her youngest son who was one at the time had marks on him. He and his older brother were taken into protective custody by CPS. The youngest boy’s father CPS says was convicted of abusing the boy.

Hernandez was not suspected of harming the child. Still after her baby girl was born CPS swooped in.

“She was removed from my arms at only 3 days old and put into foster care with the same home,” said Hernandez.

Hernandez says she begged CPS to place her children with family members.

If that would have happened the grieving mother says her baby daughter would be alive today.

Will Foods Contaminated with Glyphosate have to Carry a Prop 65 Cancer Warning to be Sold in California?

In late March, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a division of the World Health Organization (WHO), determined that glyphosate—the active ingredient in Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup—is a Class 2 A “probable carcinogen.”

This determination is nothing short of devastating to Monsanto and other chemical technology companies that rule our food supply, and recent “astroturf” attack on Dr. Oz reveals just how desperate they are to quell rising concerns.

Not only is the IARC considered the global gold standard for carcinogenicity studies, it’s also one of the research agencies from which the California agency of environmental hazards gets its data to declare carcinogens under Prop 65.

Family Fights U.S. Government over Compensation for Gardasil Vaccine Injuries

Is Foster Care “In the Best Interest of the Child”?

Current laws in the United States that give legal authority to social workers and law enforcement to remove children from their families and place them into foster care often use the term “in the best interest of children.”

This sounds like a noble reason to take children away from their families, but what do measured outcomes of such actions really instruct us about the definition of “the best interest of children”? Are children truly better off in foster care than they would be if they had stayed with their natural parents who are accused of some “abuse” or “neglect”? Let’s take a look at some statistics to find the answer to that question.

California Wants to be First State to Classify Unvaccinated Adults who Work with Children as Criminals

SB 792, would eliminate an adult’s right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. This bill would make California the first state to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs (Headstart, Private preK and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers. ALL employed adults must be up-to-date on each vaccine listed on CDC’s adult immunization schedule (except HPV) or be denied employment.

To work with children in these situations without complying with the full CDC recommended vaccine schedule would become a criminal act.

Health of Mothers and Children in the U.S. Rank Last in the Western World

We spend nearly 20% of our GNP on health care—far more than any other developed country. In fact, we outspend the nearest competitor by nearly two to one. You would think that spending more money on health care would allow us to enjoy better health. Unfortunately, the opposite is true.

A recent report by Save the Children, an international, non-governmental organization that promotes children’s rights, released a State of the World’s Mothers 2015 Report that ranks the best and worst places to be a mother.

The U.S. ranked 33 out of 170 countries, down two spots from last year. More notably, we ranked dead last amongst all the developed Western countries. The same organization ranked children’s well-being and reported that U.S. children ranked 42nd—again, dead last among all developed, Western countries.

Another Study Shows Strong Link Between Cholesterol-lowering Statin Drugs and Diabetes

Another study has confirmed that statin drug use increases one’s chance of developing diabetes. Statin drugs are the all-time leading prescription drugs sold in the U.S. and around the world, prescribed by doctors to lower people’s cholesterol levels. It is estimated that one out of every 4 people in the United States over the age of 50 is currently taking statin drugs for cholesterol.

This current study just published looked at 26,000 beneficiaries of Tricare, the military health system. They found that those taking statin drugs to control their cholesterol were 87 percent more likely to develop diabetes. The study was published in the Journal of General Internal Medicine.
This is just the latest study to link statin drugs to diabetes, especially in women. Studies published in 2014 caused over 2000 lawsuits to be filed against Pfizer, the maker of the best-selling drug of all-time, Lipitor.

Pregnant Homeschool Mom Assaulted by Sheriff as CPS Kidnaps Her Kids in Kentucky

Friends of the Naugler family in Kentucky reached out to us and asked us to tell their story. Their 10 homeschooled children were allegedly taken away by Breckinridge County Sheriff deputies and CPS this week, allegedly acting on an anonymous tip. The officers reportedly had no warrant to enter their property. Nicole Naugler is currently 5 months pregnant, and reportedly attempted to drive away from the property with a couple of the children. Officers allegedly detained her from leaving her own property, and when she objected to them taking away her children, they allegedly “slammed (her) belly first into the cop car and bruised and scraped on both arms.”

They also allegedly arrested her for “disorderly conduct” when she objected to them taking away her children, and spent the night in jail. All ten children are reportedly now in State custody. Much of the encounter with CPS and the Sheriff deputies was recorded, and the recordings are available on the Save Our Family blog.

Ohio CPS Destroys Family of 5 - Parents Acquitted of Any Wrong Doing

Chris and Kathy Butner of Ohio answered their door one day and found two policemen and Child Protection Services there to take away their 5 children. They asked “why,” but no explanation was given. They were told that “everything was going to be just fine.”

They reportedly complied with everything CPS told them to do, and CPS allegedly told the parents that reunification was the goal. But their children were apparently being told by their foster parents that they were going to be adopted. They were frightened, and their parents told them not to worry, as they would soon be home.

Originally accused of Munchausen by Proxy, Kathy says the court later found no evidence of abuse or medical neglect. But apparently that did not matter. Their visits to their children were cut off, and the children were adopted.

Chris and Kathy have been told there is nothing that can be done for them now that they have been adopted, and that they should just move on.

They ask, “How? Could you just move on?”

Kathy still hears her oldest son saying, “I thought you made me a promise?” Those words don’t go away for Kathy and her husband. There is no closure for them. Not a day goes by in that home that was once filled with their children’s laughter where the silence continues to take over their minds. Their children have now been led to believe that they have stopped fighting. They want their children to know they have not stopped fighting, and they will not give up.

Texas “Free Enterprise” Raw Milk Bill Scheduled for Vote

Texas lawmakers will have the opportunity to make it easier for consumers to buy raw milk on Thursday (May 7, 2015), when House Bill 91 is scheduled to come up for a vote on the floor of the House.

The bill, which was approved by the Public Health Committee, will loosen the current regulations that only allow raw milk to be sold on the farm by allowing dairy farmers to sell raw milk at farmers’ markets and to make delivery arrangements with their customers.

“Currently, Texans have to travel to a licensed dairy to buy raw milk,” explained Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance Executive Director Judith McGeary. “This bill reduces costs and hassle for consumers, while allowing farmers a fair opportunity to market their products,” she continued.

Texas State Rep. Dan Flynn(R-Canton), the bill’s sponsor, has called it a “free-enterprise” bill. “If you have a legal product, it seems like you should be able to sell it at a farmers’ market,” Flynn told committee members at a hearing on April 21.

European Parliament Addresses the Gardasil Scandal in Europe

What is the justification for using HPV vaccines? What is the benefit/risk profile? What place do HPV vaccines have in the cervical cancer prevention strategy, and at what cost? Is Gardasil a cervical cancer vaccine or a cancer of policies? Where are medical ethics in cervical cancer prevention plans? More than 200 European doctors signed a letter to parliament asking for a moratorium on the use of HPV vaccines until these questions are resolved.

On April 9,2015, Michelé Rivasi, European Ecology MEP, delivered a presentation to the European Parliament on behalf of more than 200 European physicians demanding answers to these questions. Ms. Ravasi calls for a parliamentary mission to provide those answers.

Texas CPS Kidnaps 19-month Old Child for “Failure to Thrive"

The Giwa’s are not the kind of parents who come to mind when you think Child Protective Services.

“They’re well educated they are hardworking people the mom actually has a PHD in special education dad works for an energy company here in Houston” says attorney Jon Parchman.

The couple says they know their 19-month-old son is not developing like he should but say they’ve never gotten a medical reason for his developmental delays and say they’ve never denied him medical treatment.

In court documents CPS admits the reason for the boy’s developmental delays are not known but still that state agency is accusing the parents of medical neglect.

As for the medical neglect the attorney says CPS’s only witness in court was a doctor who never saw the boy or talked to the parents.

“The most they really got was the hospital room was a little dirty that was the extent of what they proved in court,” Parchman says. “The judge said so you’ve proven there’s a dirty hospital room that doesn’t get us to danger in returning the child home.”

Still the judge ruled in CPS’s favor granting them temporary custody and only allowing the parents to see their son for one hour twice a week. “It’s horrible he’s never been without us he’s my baby the entire family is a mess because of it we can’t function,” Giwa said.

Cancer Drugs Reach All-Time High: The $100 Billion Disease that Depends on No Cure

The 2014 sales figures for cancer drugs were just published by the IMS Institute for Healthcare Informatics. Sales of cancer drugs have hit a new all-time record: $100 billion. That’s up more than 10 percent from 2013, and up from $75 billion five years earlier.

Cancer is obviously big business, as many new cancer drugs and now even cancer vaccines are in the pipe line.

Forty-five new drugs for cancer hit the market between 2010 and 2014, including 10 last year alone. These new drugs come with steep price tags, usually over $12,000.00 per month, or well over $100,000.00 per year.

Cancer is much too big of a business now to allow anyone to cure it.

Whistleblowers Reveal CPS Child Kidnappings in Kentucky Adoption Business

Investigative reporter John Boel has exposed much of the corruption taking place in the “child protection” system in Kentucky. His reports were broadcast in the local media, and include some amazing interviews with former CPS whistleblowers, documenting the depth of the alleged corruption within Kentucky CPS.

In a report aired originally on WLKY Target 32 News, news anchors begin the story by explaining that the station had to go to court just to get permission to air their investigative report, because the State of Kentucky attempted to censor their report from the public.

Campaign Against Glyphosate Steps Up in Latin America

After the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared glyphosate a probable carcinogen, the campaign has intensified in Latin America to ban the herbicide, which is employed on a massive scale on transgenic crops.

It is used not only on transgenic crops but also on vegetables, tobacco, fruit trees and plantation forests of pine or eucalyptus, as well as in urban gardens and flowerbeds and along railways.

Stédile, who is also a member of the international small farmers movement Vía Campesina, hopes this region and Europe will ban its use in agriculture, as Mexico, Russia and the Netherlands have done.

As an alternative, he proposed “agroecological production that combines scientific know-how with the age-old knowledge of peasant farmers, to develop crops without the use of poisons, suited to each ecosystem.” That methodology has increased “the productivity of the soil and labour, better than practices that use poisons,” he said.

Merck's Sales Soar on Measles Vaccine After Disney Outbreak

Bloomberg announced this week that Merck’s MMR vaccine sales more than quadrupled after the California Disney measles outbreak.

Of course, there is no single measles vaccine currently on the market, and one has to purchase the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine which is a 3 in 1 combo vaccine. Merck has been involved in a long federal lawsuit with allegations of fraud over the mumps portion of the MMR vaccine, in a case filed back in 2010 by two whistleblowers, virologists who worked for Merck.

There is also evidence that the MMR vaccine is killing more people than the measles virus, as there have been no deaths associated with measles according to the CDC, while there have been 108 deaths reported after the measles vaccine in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

In addition, reports show that between 50% and 86% of those who came down with measles in the Disney outbreak were actually already vaccinated.

None of that matters to Merck, obviously, as sales of the measles vaccine grew by over 24% during the first quarter of 2015.

My daughter, Abbey, was a healthy happy 13 year old when she started secondary school. On the 22nd September 2014 she received her Gardasil vaccine along with the Tdap vaccine in school. She had an adverse reaction straight away. For over an hour, she was left lying on a mat on the floor while the rest of the girls were being vaccinated.

During this time she had seizure-like jerking, rolling eyes, blurred vision, headache, nausea etc. Eventually after an hour and twenty minutes we were called to the school to pick her up. No ambulance was called. The school administrators were not informed this episode had happened until the next day.

When I arrived at the school and asked why an ambulance wasn’t called, I was told I was OVERREACTING and this would wear off.

Monsanto sued in Los Angeles County for False Advertising on Glyphosate Claim

On April 21, 2015 a class action lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County, California against the Monsanto corporation. The suit alleges that Monsanto is guilty of false advertising by claiming that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, targets an enzyme only found in plants and not in humans or animals. Monsanto makes this claim to support the contention that glyphosate is harmless to humans.

In the lawsuit, the argument is made that the targeted enzyme, EPSP synthase, is found in the microbiota which reside in our intestines and therefore this enzyme is found in humans and animals. It is further stated in the lawsuit that there are many human and animal health problems associated with the disruption of our intestinal microbes.

Residents of California can become members of the class in this action.

TV2 Denmark Documentary on HPV Vaccine Shows Lives of Young Women Ruined

TV2 Denmark has done something no mainstream media network in the United States will dare to do: look into the controversial HPV vaccine that many have claimed has ruined the lives of so many young women, and publish an investigative report.

In December of 2013 Katie Couric did a show on the HPV Gardasil Vaccine where she dared to interview the mother of a young woman who died shortly after receiving the vaccine. California Orange County CPS Sued for Kidnapping More than 5,000 Children

Attorney Shawn McMillan is continuing his fight against the corrupt Child and Protective Services in California, and has now filed a class action lawsuit against Orange County California for allegedly seizing more 5000 children in State-sponsored kidnappings.

This follows his December 2014 class action lawsuit against CPS in Riverside County in California, which is also accused of kidnapping “thousands” of children without cause.

Food And Chemical Companies Spent $63.6 Million In 2014 To Defeat GMO Labeling

Food and biotechnology companies spent $63.6 million in 2014 alone to oppose mandatory labeling of genetically modified food ingredients, or GMOs, according to a new analysis by EWG.

The Grocery Manufacturers Association, for example, disclosed $5.8 million in lobbying expenditures around GMO labeling in 2014, “up sharply from $60,000 in 2013,” according to the analysis. PepsiCo nearly doubled the amount it spent, dedicating more than $4 million to the anti-labeling effort in 2014, up from 2.6 million in 2013. Other iconic companies that spent big in 2014 to deny consumers the right to know if their foods contain GMOs include Kellogg ($2.1 million), General Mills ($2.6 million) and Coca-Cola, which put up more than $9 million – the most of any food company, according to the report.

Has California Sold Out to Big Pharma to Lead the Nation in Medical Tyranny?

Dr. Richard Pan of California is the author of one of the most tyrannical bills currently being proposed in the U.S. to take away the right to informed consent for a medical procedure. SB277 is a proposed California bill that would remove all personal belief exemptions to vaccines and prevent children from attending school unless they are fully vaccinated.

A hearing on SB277 was held at the State Capital on April 15, 2015. The support was overwhelming opposed to the bill, with only 53 people present supporting the bill, and 743 present opposing it.

The Senate Education committee did not take a vote on the bill that day, as several members of the committee had reservations about it. A vote was put off until April 22nd, one week later.

At the April 22 meeting, after 13 minutes of discussion, the committee passed the bill by a vote of 7 to 2.

What happened? How could the committee pass a bill with so much opposition from their constituents?

Another Medical Kidnapping at Boston Children's Hospital: Baby Seized Over Formula Disagreement

Unable to pump enough breast milk for her prematurely born baby, the search began for an appropriate formula to feed baby Bella. Finding one that worked, they took their baby home in Alabama.

A trip back to Massachusetts, their former resident state, to gather belongings and visit family members resulted in difficulties in finding the same formula they had used in Alabama. They found one that the baby tolerated, but a visit to the local WIC office in Massachusetts put them at odds with a pediatrician who insisted on changing her formula, one that baby Bella did not do well with as her weight allegedly began to decline.

The parents decided to go back to Alabama immediately, to be with a pediatrician who was using the right formula. But Massachusetts DCF followed their case to Alabama, contacting Alabama DHR. Alabama DHR investigated the family, and cleared them after seeing how well the baby was doing.

But this was not good enough for Massachusetts DCF, which allegedly threatened the family with criminal charges if they did not return to Massachusetts. The frightened family complied, and their baby girl was put into Boston Children’s Hospital, where they soon lost custody. Now, Massachusetts DCF is planning to adopt out baby Bella.

One-Third of Seniors with Dementia Are Being Given Antipsychotics

One-third of seniors with dementia are being given antipsychotics—even though such toxic drugs are not approved to treat dementia!

A report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) found that nearly one-third of older adults with dementia who spent more than 100 days in a nursing home were given antipsychotics through Medicare’s prescription drug program in 2012. We previously reported that a similar situation exists with brain-damaged veterans—and even with infants and young children, especially those treated through Medicaid. They are all given these very toxic and inappropriate medications.

Physician-Senator Continues Push to Make Oregon a Medical Police State

Oregon Senator Elizabeth Steiner Hayward is at it again. In February, Senator Hayward (who is a physician) introduced a bill to take away the right to informed consent and vaccine choice and mandate vaccines for all children statewide. The bill was vehemently opposed by her constituents in the state, and made national headlines. The bill was withdrawn as it did not have enough support in the State Legislature.

Now, she has introduced a new bill, SB895, which would require schools to publish vaccination exemption rates by disease and get parents granted exemptions in the past to either consult their doctor or watch an educational video about the decision against vaccinating. This new bill passed the Senate Education Committee this week on a 4-3 party-line vote with Democrats in favor.

Opposition from an informed constituent base that includes attorneys and physicians apparently means nothing to Dr. Elizabeth Steiner Hayward, who believes the entire state should be coerced into accepting her view, even though her first bill was overwhelmingly defeated. She’s seems absolutely determined to make Oregon into a medical police state.

How Can Homeopathy Be Both a Useless Placebo and Dangerous at the Same Time?

The FDA wrapped up a two-day hearing recently on whether or not homeopathic remedies should be regulated like drugs. Listening to critics of homeopathy try to justify why they don’t think the American public should have free access to homeopathic remedies leaves one wondering just what the real motivation is behind these criticisms.

The two dominant criticisms made against homeopathic remedies are antithetical to each other. Critics complain that due to a lack of regulation homeopathic remedies are dangerous, but then they turn around and say that homeopathic remedies are simply useless sugar pills with no therapeutic effect whatsoever, and no better than a placebo.

Both cannot be true.

Is this the new standard of scientific scrutiny that federal agencies are using to supposedly protect the public?

The FDA is clearly not concerned about homeopathic remedies because they are a danger to the public. There are no deaths associated with homeopathic remedies, and very few side effects. By contrast, FDA-approved drugs have millions of adverse side effects, including over 100,000 deaths each year.

Homeopathic remedies are a danger to the FDA’s monopoly on drugs, and so they clearly want to either eliminate the competition, or get in on the action and take over the market.

Study: Cholesterol-lowering Statin Drugs Worsen Coronary Calcium Tests

Coronary artery calcification has been found to be associated with cardiovascular events. In other words, there are more cardiovascular events when there is a higher coronary artery calcification score. The coronary calcium score can be measured with a coronary CT scan or a coronary intravascular ultrasound scan. Coronary scans are frequently ordered by cardiologists and primary care physicians. If the coronary calcium score on the CT is elevated, the doctor is most likely to prescribe a statin medication. You might think that a statin medication, if it was effective at treating and preventing heart disease, would be shown to decrease coronary calcium burden. Well, you would think wrong.

Statin drugs are the most profitable drugs in the history of Big Pharma. Presently, over 28% of all U.S. adults take a statin drug. Statins are prescribed by doctors to treat high cholesterol levels and heart disease. Furthermore, the Powers-That-Be proclaim that statins will prevent a healthy person from getting heart disease.

Remember, just because the Powers-That-Be continue to make the above statements does not make them true.

Gardasil Vaccine Promoted To 12-Year Old Boys To Double The Market

What’s the best way to attract new patients for a vaccine heavily marketed to only girls? Why open up the market to boys of course. The HPV vaccine is possibly the biggest vaccine hoax in the last century being nothing more than a worldwide exercise in profiteering at the expense of children’s health. Another massively flawed study (basically routine for the HPV vaccine) will give Gardasil manufacturer, Merck & Co. the green light to once again create a vaccine awareness campaign on the pretext that it prevents mouth and throat cancers.

There are truthfully no safe vaccines, however the HPV vaccine is one of the 5 vaccines I strongly recommend to avoid. It is perhaps the one vaccine based on the most misrepresented data and unproven assumptions.
