Smart Meters: Countdown to a National Crisis of Illness and Death

Electric utility companies are in the process of installing smart meters at all of their customer locations, which are making thousands of their customers sick. These meters emit microwave radiation in the 900+ megahertz frequency band, which is known to cause weakness, fatigue, sleep disturbances, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, pain, and immune system disruption. These smart meters broadcast intense bursts of microwave radiation through the air many times per minute, 24-hours a day.

The nationwide installation of smart meters is like a time bomb ticking, because the harmful effects are cumulative — it can take 5 or 10 years of exposure to evoke a life-threatening illness. At some point, it will not be thousands who suffer from electromagnetic radiation sickness, but there will be an explosion of illness. There will be millions of people who are experiencing chronic disability and fatal illness from exposure that spanned many decades.

The current epidemics of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and even autism will intensify until very few of us will be able to escape these devastating illnesses. Others will suffer for decades with chronic fatigue, unexplained anxiety, and attention deficits until a life-threatening illness makes its ugly appearance.

It is estimated that 80% of modern chronic illnesses are caused by or influenced by long-term exposure to sources of electromagnetic radiation such as cell phones, cell towers, Wi-Fi routers, baby monitors, cordless phone base stations, Bluetooth devices, smart meters, and dozens of other wireless devices that are used every day by Americans.

By far, smart meters are the worst offenders in this list. The combined electromagnetic radiation from these devices is evoking modern illnesses and disabling us at a level that has never been seen before, because these levels of exposure have never been experienced by human beings before.

While the American Hospital Association claims that all patients have the right to “informed consent,” they don’t disclose that the patient must inform himself of the benefits and risks prior to consenting or dissenting. This lack of reliable information regarding treatment risks also occurs across the country when it comes to vaccines and their many potential (even life threatening) adverse reactions.

Big Pharma profiteers now control a) clinical drug trials, b) the FDA approval process, c) the physician’s ‘belief’ as to what drugs are appropriate to prescribe for their patients, and d) the standards of care that physicians are required to adhere to.

We must never forget that Big Pharma has no fiduciary duty to “do no harm.” Its only mandate is to generate profit.

Many drugs have severe – even lethal – adverse reactions. Physicians today are either naive or indifferent to this reality.

Either way, they cannot be trusted to always act in the best interest of their patients.

The latest story we bring to you involves a mother from Florida and her daughter who was born and diagnosed with Trisomy 9, an extremely rare chromosomal abnormality.

The mother, Jasmin Mack, moved with her daughter Nhyariah to Georgia to be closer to family members. Nhyariah was doing well for several years prior to that time while living with her mother in Florida.

When Nhyariah was 3 1/2 years old, Jasmin Mack says that a genetic counselor from the University of Florida hospital in Gainsville offered her money to enter her daughter into medical research studies, but she refused.

After moving to Georgia, the first doctor they saw recognized how rare Nhyariah’s condition was and allegedly commented:

“Oh! I have some friends next door that would LOVE to see you!”

This was Henrietta Egleston Hospital for Children in Atlanta, which is the pediatric teaching hospital affiliate for the Emory University School of Medicine, located on the campus of Emory University.

Even though Nhyariah was not sick, they immediately admitted her to the hospital, and used the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) to take over custody of Nhyariah. Jasmin was kicked out of the hospital.

Today, Nhyariah’s condition has deteriorated greatly while in state care due to undergoing several surgeries, and her mother Jasmin just wants to take her back to Florida, as she fears that the medical professionals in Georgia will soon kill her daughter.

“I feel like if she can get out of this hospital, she can have a chance. She’s a rare child. She’s made it this 10 years.”

EU Authorities Broke Own Rules - Ignored Evidence of Cancer to Keep Glyphosate on Market

A new report by the toxicologist Dr Peter Clausing shows that the EU authorities violated their own rules and disregarded evidence that glyphosate is carcinogenic to reach a conclusion that the chemical does not cause cancer.

The EU authorities reached the conclusion that glyphosate is not carcinogenic by disregarding and brushing aside evidence of cancers in experimental animals and by violating directives and guidelines that are supposed to guide their work, according to a new report by the German toxicologist Dr Peter Clausing.

The report shows for the first time that glyphosate should have been classified as a carcinogen according to the current EU standards. This would mean an automatic ban under EU pesticides legislation. However, the EU authorities disregarded and breached these standards, enabling them to reach a conclusion that the chemical is not carcinogenic.

Study: High Saturated Fat Diet with Coconut Oil Reduces Gut Bacteria in Crohn's Disease

A recent 2017 study has determined that pure dietary saturated fats, especially coconut oil, can ease the suffering from inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn’s disease.

This study was conducted at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, a private institution well known for independent research. The study was reported in Science Daily June 22, 2017. Mice were fed only plant based fats such as cocoa butter and coconut oil.

The mice fed coconut oil or cocoa butter had fewer kinds of gut bacteria. Their gut microbiome content had been positively altered to a healthier balance by 30 percent.

Tennessee Family Buries Baby Steffen as Social Workers Stop Photos - Sister Still in Foster Care

Baby Steffen was buried on Friday, July 7, almost a month after his death when DCS, Vanderbilt hospital, and a judge decided to overrule his parents’ rights to make decisions for their baby. The Tennessee family was thankful that Steffen’s big sister was allowed to leave the foster home to attend her brother’s funeral. Even so, social workers kept a tight reign on Annalise, and threatened to take her away if the family continued to take photos.

The children’s grandmother Lisa Rivenburg said it was their last time together as a family with Baby Steffen, and she felt that the social workers’ threats were a cruel addition to an already difficult day.

Their fight continues to try to bring Annalise home and to find answers to what happened to Baby Steffen in DCS custody.

California Nurse Gives Gardasil Vaccine to Own Daughter who Develops Leukemia and Dies

The VAXXED team interviewed a mother in Long Beach, California, who is a nurse and was pro-vaccine. She explains that all her children were up-to-date on their vaccines before she gave her daughter the Gardasil vaccine at age 16.

As a nurse, she routinely gave vaccines to patients at work, and never questioned these vaccines. She states that she was never taught about their side effects.

So when she heard that Gardasil was a vaccine to prevent cancer, and that her daughter needed to have it before she became sexually active, she did not hesitate to have her daughter come in to the office where she worked, where she herself administered the first vaccine.

After that first vaccine, her daughter was always tired, and they thought maybe she had “mono.” Her body ached all the time, and she had difficulty walking long distances. Prior to the vaccine, her daughter was healthy and active.

Her mother did not associate these symptoms with the vaccine, however. She attributed it to a poor diet and a busy lifestyle.

Because of her daughter’s fear of vaccines, she decided to bring the second Gardasil vaccine home and give it to her daughter in their home.

Soon after the second vaccine, her daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. 10 months later, she was dead.

“I want to share my story because it is very important. This vaccine is horrible. I don’t know if I wouldn’t have given it to her if she would still be here. And I feel really responsible because I gave it to her physically… I just thought I was doing what was right to protect my daughter from cancer, and she got cancer! I tried to protect her…”

Alaska Homeschool Dad Framed by FBI - Social Services Targets Children for Political Reasons

Today, Health Impact News is reporting on the story of Francis August Schaeffer Cox. Schaeffer Cox is allegedly a political prisoner today, serving a 26 year prison sentence for crimes he never committed.

Schaeffer Cox, a well known 2nd Amendment lobbyist who had won 38% of the vote in a State House election, became the subject of an intense FBI investigation after he angered state and federal authorities by openly accusing them of drug trafficking and child prostitution.

Oil pipeline service company executive, Bill Allen, who had been spared prosecution on multiple counts of sexual abuse of minors in exchange for his 2008 testimony against pro-2nd Amendment Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, was among those implicated. “The State Wide Drug Taskforce supplied children for sex to a number of state and federal officials in exchange for those official’s cooperation in concealing the ongoing illicit drug trafficking activities of the State Wide Drug Taskforce,” Schaeffer Cox said.

Not long after these public statements, the same departments that Schaeffer Cox accused of corruption sent in numerous provocateurs to try to switch his efforts off of exposing corruption and on to violent vigilante-type actions. Schaeffer Cox, who believes in non-aggression and voluntarism, can be heard on multiple undercover recordings telling the provocateurs, “No, I’m going to pull a Ghandi, NOT a Rambo” and “if we turn violent, people will see us as the bad guys.”

In what some have called a deviation from accepted investigative techniques, the FBI responded to Schaeffer Cox’s rejection of their violent proposals by creating a threat to his children that could serve as a motivator.

Working with the Office of Child Services, the FBI filed a child neglect complaint regarding Schaeffer and his wife Marti’s 1 and 1/2 year old son. Because they do not require probable cause, child neglect complaints are an attractive tool for investigators who wish to enter a home, but lack any evidence to support a warrant.

Fox News Tucker Carlson Interviews Robert F. Kennedy Jr. - Why is Raising Questions About Vaccines a No Go?

Conservative Fox News host Tucker Carlson had Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on his show last night (7/10/17).

Acknowledging that Kennedy is a “liberal democrat” Carlson asked Kennedy why he was being attacked by other liberals for promoting vaccine safety.

Kennedy acknowledged that skepticism towards big corporate power, like pharmaceutical companies, and government agencies is typically a liberal position, but that it is different when it comes to vaccines.

He mentioned that the CDC has been characterized by at least four federal studies as a “cesspool of corruption” because of its entanglements with the vaccine industry, and this is the government agency that is supposed to be overseeing vaccine safety.

Kennedy goes on to explain that there is very little safety testing on vaccines, like there is on other pharmaceutical products.

Carlson echoed his opinion that he believes in vaccines, but that there should be discussions allowed about vaccine safety and that these discussions should not be censored in the media.

Judicial Corruption in Family Courts Exposed

Study: Vegetable Oils Contribute to Fatty Liver Disease - Saturated Fats Do Not

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is rapidly becoming an international epidemic. The mainstream medical mantra for its underlying cause is “fat consumption.”

However, “fat” is a very general term and does not distinguish between traditional healthy fats and unhealthy modern processed fats and oils. The common belief is that saturated fat is the culprit in fatty liver disease, but a new study published in the July 4, 2017 European Journal of Nutrition comes to a different conclusion.

This peer reviewed study, “Chronic consumption of fructose in combination with trans fatty acids but not with saturated fatty acids induces nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with fibrosis in rats,” examined more closely the effects of trans fatty acids (from vegetable oils derived from corn and soybeans) versus saturated fats, found in traditional fats such as butter, coconut oil, and palm oil.

The study’s title gives away their conclusion: fructose is bad for the liver, but it is worse with trans fats than it is with saturated fats.

Science Settled? 400 Scientific Studies Question Vaccine Safety and Efficacy

Vaccines: Are they safe? Are they effective? To help answer those questions is Neil Z. Miller, a medical research journalist and director of the Thinktwice Global Vaccine Institute.

Evidence that Medical Cannabis Can Cure Cancer Continues to Grow

Recent scientific research in France has determined cannabinoid receptors exist on mitochondria cells. This news has not reached mainstream media outlets and seems to be underreported even by alternative health sites on the internet.

This author only recently discovered the information after doing several articles on cannabis for curing many diseases, especially cancer. The internal endocannabinoid system with its two sets of cannabinoid receptors, C1 nervous system receptors and C2 immune system receptors, was discovered over two decades ago.

These receptors allow cannabinoids from cannabis to attach their health giving attributes to various internal physiological systems.

But the French mitochondrial discovery seems to be the key to understanding why cannabis is able to handle several different diseases, including cancer. Without this, skeptics can become more skeptical about all those cannabis cure reports and think of cannabis as snake-oil medicine and an excuse to get “high.”

Also, many others will be duped into using mainstream medical methods that have very poor cure histories with many adverse side effects before desperation drives them toward cannabis or any other alternative method.

New 5G Cell Towers and Smart Meters to Increase Microwave Radiation - Invade Privacy

When the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) approved the use of 5-G microwave communication technology in 2016 and approved the use of microwave frequencies in the 30 Ghz range, they opened the door to even higher levels of human illness and severe disability for American children and adults.

French Lawmakers Oppose High Court and Public's Resistance to Mandatory Vaccinations

The French government announced that it might make 11 vaccines compulsory for children, adding to the three already mandatory shots (diphtheria, tetanus, and polio). Under the new jurisdiction, parents would be forced to follow a vaccination schedule including jabs against measles, hepatitis B, meningitis C, rubella, mumps and whooping cough.

This change of heart comes after the Conseil d’Etat, France’s highest administrative court, ruled in favour of parents who chose not to vaccinate their children, as the three mandatory shots were not available separately, but only in one shot combined with additional vaccines. The former Health Ministry opposed making these three vaccines available for people, which led the court to give the new government 6 months in order to find a solution.

In the largest study on vaccine confidence to date, France was found to be the least confident in vaccine safety out of 66 countries surveyed, with 41 percent respondents disagreeing with the claim that vaccines are safe.

The skepticism isn’t limited to the general population; a quarter of French practitioners aren’t confident about the risk and efficacy of vaccines, either.

Tennessee Family Wants Daughter and Sister of Deceased Baby Steffen to Come Home

Baby Steffen’s tiny body will be laid to rest on Friday, July 7, in Clarksville, Tennessee. His battle to live has ended, but his family’s battle for his big sister Annalise continues.

The Rivenburgs still don’t have the answers that they seek as to what happened at Vanderbilt once Baby Steffen was taken into Department of Children’s Services (DCS) custody. They are waiting for the results of a private autopsy, funded by donations from people who believe that the family deserves unbiased answers.

Those results could take up to 3 months. The fate of Annalise may be decided in less than 3 weeks. DCS has requested a hearing to terminate the parental rights of Steffen and Patricia. That hearing is scheduled for July 24.

Psyche Drugs Found in "Natural" Chicken

If you’ve never heard about ketamine, you’re not alone. Scores of people had never heard the word until Bloomberg broke the story June 22, 2017, revealing that ketamine had shown up in Sanderson Farms’ so-called “100 percent natural” chicken.

Some who’ve heard of ketamine may include veterinarians, psychiatrists and people in the club scene who like to walk on the edgy (read: sketchy) side, as ketamine is known for delivering hallucinogenic effects. Testing also revealed other, and some even worse substances, and consumer advocacy groups don’t intend to sit still for it. In fact, a new lawsuit has been initiated by consumer advocacy groups due to the company’s use of the word “natural” in its advertising. Bloomberg explains:

“The consumer groups contend that Sanderson Farms ‘doses its chickens’ but don’t explain why. Ketamine might be used to sedate the animals during transport or before slaughter. The consumer groups want Sanderson to concede it violated false advertising laws and pay for a corrective ad campaign.”

As Drug.com explains, ketamine (pronounced kee’-ta-meen) is an anesthesia that “works in the brain to inhibit painful sensations.” It’s prescribed by psychiatrists for depressed patients and by dentists as an anesthetic.

Should All Homeschooled Children be Required to Report to "Child Protection Services" to Check for Abuse?

Marie Cohen’s latest column in The Chronicle calls for requiring that every parent who homeschools a child bring that child before a mandated reporter of child abuse for periodic inspection.

As with every other well-intentioned proposal to intrude on families, the problem with this one is the harm it would do to children.

The singling out of homeschoolers is odd for several reasons.

The children most at risk of abuse or neglect are the youngest. So the same logic behind this proposal requires that every child from birth to at least kindergarten age also be presented for periodic inspection.

Cohen even is selective in the lessons she chooses to draw from horror stories; and once again, horror stories are Cohen’s entire argument. In the two Iowa cases she cites, the children were homeschooled.

They also were adopted from foster care. In one case, relatives desperate to take in the child were turned down.

Yet Cohen offers no sweeping conclusions about regulating foster care or adoption.

Dr. Brownstein and Other Medical Doctors Respond to AMA's Opposition to Vaccine Research

The American Medical Association (AMA) has released a position statement that opposes the creation of a new federal commission on vaccine safety whose task is to study the association between autism and vaccines. “The AMA fully supports the overwhelming body of evidence and rigorous scientific process used by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices which demonstrate vaccines are among the most effective and safest interventions to both prevent individual illness and protect the health of the public,” William E. Kobler, MD said in a statement. Dr. Kobler is a member of the AMA Board of Trustees.

Autism is occurring at epidemic rates. We now have over 1,000,000 U.S. children diagnosed with autism. Something in our environment is responsible for causing the autism epidemic. Kentucky Amish Grandfather Sentenced to 6 Years for Sales of Chickweed Salve Not Approved by FDA

Earlier in March 2017, much to supporters’ bewilderment, a jury found Sam Girod of Bath County, Kentucky, guilty on 13 different counts because he failed to register his homemade herbal Chickweed Salve with the FDA , and because he sold it across state lines.

On June 30, 2017, Judge Reeves sentenced Sam Girod to six years in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised probation, over $14,000 in fines, plus an additional fine of $1,300 in assessment fees, a sentence harsher than most drug dealers receive, say supporters, regardless of the fact that the salve contains no illegal substances (drugs) and has not injured anyone.

Protesters outside the court carried signs saying “Free Sam. No Drugs. No Victims. Where’s Justice.” and “I don’t need the FDA to protect me from an Amish farmer.”

Tennessee Dad Who Lost Children due to Medical Cannabis that Saved his Life Continues to Fight for Children's Return Home

Michael Brooks is a Tennessee dad whose children were taken from him by Child Protective Services after he used medical cannabis to treat his Hepatitis C. After conventional medical treatments failed to cure his terminal Hepatitis C, he turned to medical cannabis and soon his Hepatitis C was in remission. But unfortunately, Tennessee DCS used his medical cannabis treatment as a reason to take away his children.

His health deteriorated rapidly when he stopped using the treatment in the attempt to comply with requirements by Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) in order to get his children back.

He was set to have his rights terminated last month, but his case was continued. Michael took to Facebook Live on June 26, 2017, to record a video for his followers, and it looks like things may be turning around for the Brooks family. His health has begun to improve and there is again hope of his getting visitation back.

On Facebook Live, Michael said that he had been taking CBD oil, or cannabidiol oil and Moringa oil for the past two weeks. CBD oil is legal in all 50 states, as it contains almost no THC, the chemical that gets one “high.”

His body has responded so well that he has been able to throw away his other 20 medications.

In the Facebook Live video, Michael Brooks said that he expects to go to court on July 19, and he is hopeful about getting visitation with his children back.

Study: Cholesterol-lowering Statin Drugs May Cause Parkinson's Disease  

A Penn State Medical School epidemiological study, reported by Science Daily, is urging physicians to not prescribe statin drugs for Parkinson’s disease symptoms. Evidently, due to earlier studies, cholesterol reducing drugs were considered preventative of Parkinson’s disease.

Amazingly, this practice had been going on for some time, thanks to several questionable, and conflicting studies of statin use and Parkinson’s disease. The most recent study was conducted at the Penn State College of Medicine earlier this year (2017.)

Their conclusion asserts that statin drugs should not be used as a Parkinson’s disease (PD) preventative. A previous study claimed patients who stopped taking statin drugs were more prone to Parkinson’s disease, thus statin drugs were helpful for preventing Parkinson’s.

The Penn State study provided evidence that the opposite is true. Statin drug use can lead to Parkinson’s disease.

Psychiatrists’ Torture of Patients Lawsuit to Proceed

Former residents of an Ontario, Canada, psychiatric facility have been given the green light to proceed with a class action civil suit against two psychiatrists who, for years, carried out torturous treatment programs. Given the nature of the torturous “treatment” residents were subjected to, one can only wonder why the named psychiatrists are not being held criminally responsible for the acknowledged abuses.

Justice Perell explained that “the three programs … implemented by the doctors…. were torture and a degradation of human dignity.”

New Proposed California Bill to Allow Optometrists to Administer Vaccines - State Vaccine Tracking System to Increase

Infant Accidentally Vaccinated with Gardasil - Mother Blamed for Vaccine Injuries and Baby Medically Kidnapped

Doctors call it a “medication administration error.” During a routine check-up at her pediatrician’s office, 4-month old Aniya was accidentally given the Gardasil 9 vaccine, and she hasn’t been the same since.

Anita Vasquez of Victoria, Texas, herself a nurse, says that “doctors are in denial” that any of the medical issues that began after her daughter received the shot are related to the vaccine.

Aniya was a happy and healthy breastfed baby before her 4-month doctor visit. Her only illness was an ear infection which had been cleared up with antibiotics shortly before that fateful day of December 29, 2016. Since then, she has suffered numerous health issues and several hospitalizations.

Rather than acknowledge the possibility that the Gardasil 9 vaccine contributed to the decline in Aniya’s health, doctors and Child Protective Services have reportedly blamed the mother. Her desperate search for answers has led instead to her being accused of Munchausen by Proxy, or “medical child abuse,” and her baby has been seized by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).

Anita told Health Impact News that her concerns about the vaccine have been dismissed and ignored by virtually everyone involved in her daughter’s care. DFPS refers to her “unfounded concerns” about the Gardasil 9 vaccine. She believes that they are trying to cover up the dangers of the vaccine.

This is any mother’s worst nightmare, and no one deserves this.

1.2 Million Children Poisoned by Lead

A new report published in Pediatrics estimates that the overall number of children with elevated lead levels in the US for the period 1999 to 2010 was 1.2 million—double what the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention previously reported. Even that figure is likely far lower than the reality.

Because testing for lead is not required in the US, lead poisoning is often missed. In eleven states, including Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon, more than 80% of children with elevated lead levels were not tested by pediatricians or local health departments. In the remaining 28 states for which data was available, between 40-60% of children with lead poisoning were not tested.

Scientists have determined there is no safe level of lead for children. Even low levels can lower IQ; higher levels can lead to severe neurological damage and the development of conditions like attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders. Additionally, as we’ve reported before, lead exposure is also linked to violent crime.

You’d think that state and federal health officials would be open to therapies that can help people get the lead out of their bodies, but our crony medical system rejects treatments that are not big money makers.

Arizona Places 2 Year Old Child in Foster Pornographic Pedophile Ring - Foster Mom Burns 80% of Her Body

David Frodsham was arrested and accused of sexual misconduct with a minor, procuring minors for sex, and possessing and/or manufacturing child pornography. Law enforcement’s investigation revealed a video made by David Frodsham of a 3- or 4-year-old girl being penetrated by an adult male and screaming for her mommy. David Frodsham pled guilty rather than face a trial and has been sentenced to 17 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. David Frodsham was part of a pornography ring involving numerous children in his pornography and the procurement of sex for the ring.

Unfortunately, things did not improve much when the state moved Jane into the care of Justin and Samantha Osteraas, her guardian says. According to the complaint, “Defendant Samantha Osteraas submerged and held down Jane Doe, a 5-year-old, in a bath of scalding hot water. Jane Doe suffered severe burns over 80 percent of her body. When police arrived, there was blood on the floor and pieces of Jane Doe’s skin were falling off her body. There were bruises to her neck and arms along with other signs of trauma.”

Jane had to be placed in a medically induced coma, suffering from organ failure. She lost her toes to amputation “and will undergo lifelong operations to replace 80 percent of the skin on her body and will need incredible amounts of care for the duration of her life as a result of the abuse she suffered in the Osteraas’ home.”

Mass Protests in Italy Highlight Global Vaccination Agenda and the Resistance Movement

In recent years, class action lawsuits have been stacking up against statin drug manufacturers due to the terrible side effects, including diabetes.

Is this another reason for turning to vaccines to “cure” cholesterol? In this country, lawsuits against vaccines are prohibited while civil suits against prescription or over-the-counter drugs are allowed.

Medically Kidnapped Toddlers of Tennessee Parents Returned After 2 Years

It was the best news ever for Chris and Keshia Turner of East Tennessee. After two and a half years battling Child Protective Services, their children were coming home.

On Friday, June 24, 2017, Keshia posted the happy news on Facebook that they were on their way to pick up their children.

When Health Impact News first spoke with the Turners more than two years ago, their oldest son Brayden had been taken from them by the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) after doctors discovered that her son had multiple fractures in various stages of healing. Keshia was accused of Shaken Baby Syndrome and abuse.

Keshia told us that she believed that her son Brayden was coming home eventually. Her faith in God was what kept her going, she said, and she trusted that God would one day bring good out of all that they were going through.

Then, she gave birth to Carson in September 2015. Because DCS had an ongoing case against Keshia, her 4 day old baby was seized by DCS and placed with his brother.

Through it all, the Turners fought hard to get their children back. When we first spoke with the couple more than 2 years ago, they knew that there had to be some kind of medical explanation for Braydon’s broken bones and symptoms. However, once a doctor accused the parents of abuse, they said that the doctors stopped looking for answers.

But Keshia did not stop looking. She knew that there had to be answers that the doctors had missed.

Food Freedom Laws Needed to Rebuild Economic Prosperity - Reestablish Relationships between Local Food Producers and Local Consumers

Those of us who seek to restore the old-fashioned practices of food production and distribution in our local communities are concerned about food safety.

We are not anti-regulation – we are instead pro-common-sense when it comes to food that is produced and sold locally.

EU Court Rules in Favor of Vaccine Injury Based on Evidence

Our UK correspondent Christina England brings us this report regarding a vaccine injury case recently ruled on by a European Union court.

The ruling is significant, because the court looked at the evidence of the particular case, and ruled that the evidence showed that the hepatitis B vaccine caused multiple sclerosis.

This greatly upset pro-vaccine extremists who boldly declare that the “science is settled” on vaccines, and that there is no scientific proof that they cause injuries like this.

The court was not swayed by this position, however, and ruled on the evidence presented in the case, not “scientific” opinion.

The corporate sponsored mainstream media spun the story from the vaccine extremist position, of course, with headlines such as: “EU court: Vaccines can be blamed for illnesses without proof.” (CBS News) They define “proof” according to their own standards, declaring that anyone who disagrees with them has no “proof.”

“Scientific proof” is, of course, almost a contradiction in terms, since science cannot technically “prove” anything. Scientific studies and their outcomes are only as good as the data examined, and as new data becomes available, scientific theories are revised.

The other problem with relying on “science” is that most scientific studies today are heavily biased, producing the outcomes desired regardless of the data. Corruption and conflict of interest are common, as one CDC whistle-blower has revealed regarding data withheld from CDC studies supposedly proving vaccines do not cause autism.

Doctor Destroys Ohio Family with Shaken Baby Syndrome Accusation

Laetrile From Apricot Seeds: The Cancer Cure Suppressed by Big Pharma

You may have read or heard somewhere that laetrile, a condensed purified extraction of apricot seed kernels sometimes sold as B-17 tablets, can cure cancer safely, without serious side effects. Yet mainstream medical “experts” and news sources derisively label it as worthless and toxic. It can kill you they say, adding there’s no scientific proof it helps rid one of cancer.

The FDA has banned laetrile’s use in the USA, but there are several cancer clinics in Mexico that use it, inviting many medical tourists from the USA and elsewhere to take advantage of Mexico’s health freedom.

That food source is apricot seed kernels. The kernels are actually inside the large apricot pits. But the apricot kernels have the highest concentration of amygdalin. Laetrile is extracted and purified from those kernels to enable injections or IV feeds. Many cancer patients have had success by consuming 25 to 40 apricot seeds heavily chewed in small amounts daily for a few months or less.

Human Rights Group Says Overhaul of Psycho-pharmaceutical Industry Should Begin with Investigation into the Drugging of 6 to 12 Year Olds

A United Nations Health Rights expert, Dr. Dainius Pūras, has issued a report calling for mental health care to move away from a biomedical (drug) model. The mental health industry watchdog Citizens Commission on Human Rights says the drug model has led to 8.4 million children — 1 million aged five or younger — being prescribed psychiatric drugs in the U.S. alone.

Gardasil Vaccine Victims: "I Just Believed Everything the Doctors Told Me"

As we have reported stories on hundreds of HPV vaccine injuries and deaths over the past few years, one statement we hear over and over again from the victims is: “I just trusted my doctor.”

Fear of Sun Leads Medical Researchers to Develop Chemical Compound to Give You a Tan Without the Sun

Recent Health Impact News articles have disclosed the importance of sun exposure for good health. Yet mainstream media (MSM) and the pharmaceutical industry insist that direct sun exposure on skin is unhealthy, even dangerous and carcinogenic.

This fear of the sun has led medical researchers to develop a new compound that allows one to receive a tan without exposure to the sun. The compound hasn’t yet been tested in clinical trials yet, but it was featured in mainstream media reports including the BBC and Science online magazine. The research is being led by David Fisher, a dermatologist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

The researchers isolated a protein, salt-inducible kinase (SIK), which impedes melanin pigment production. Melanin pigments are produced by sunshine or tanning beds to create tanning.

It’s as though the only benefit of sunshine is a cosmetic tan, but sun exposure to skin should be avoided because the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays are bad for you. Dermatology plays this angle for its and the sunscreen makers benefit, and the media promotes this unhealthy misinformation.

Dermatologists and media reports promote heavy use of commercial sunscreens. But according to EWG (Environmental Working Group) at least 75 percent of them contain hormone disruptors and carcinogens.

So what’s the point of blocking healthy sunshine with toxic chemicals?

Judge Who Ordered Baby Steffen to be Removed from Life Support Orders Sister be Placed for Adoption

The Rivenburg family was back in court on Monday morning, June 19. This time, it was to fight for Annalise, the big sister of Baby Steffen, the baby who was taken off of life support on June 8.

The family, including aunts, uncles, and cousins, were hopeful that the court would send little Annalise back home to be with her family, but that did not happen.

Instead, they learned that the Department of Children’s Services (DCS) now plans to terminate her parents’ parental rights and place her for adoption, presumably with the foster family with whom she and Baby Steffen were placed 4 months ago, just before the baby got sick.

They are devastated.

Patricia’s heart-wrenching sobs could be heard in the background as a family member told the news to Health Impact News. The thought of losing Annalise seems an unbearably cruel blow to the family that is still reeling from what they call Baby Steffen’s “potentially preventable” death.

CRISPR-induced Mutations – What do they Mean for Food Safety?

A new study published in Nature Methods has found that the genome editing technology CRISPR introduced hundreds of unintended mutations into the genome of mice.

In the study, the researchers sequenced the entire genome of mice that had undergone CRISPR gene editing to correct a genetic defect. They looked for all mutations, including those that only altered a single nucleotide (DNA base unit).

They found that the genomes of two independent gene therapy recipients had sustained more than 1,500 single-nucleotide mutations and more than 100 larger deletions and insertions. None of these DNA mutations were predicted by the computer algorithms (software packages) that are widely used by researchers to screen the genome (the total DNA base unit sequence) of an organism to look for potential off-target effects.

While this study was conducted in the arena of gene therapy, it has clear implications for the regulation of food plants and animals derived from CRISPR and other genome editing techniques.

Medical Doctor who Escaped Vietnam as a Child in the 1970s Explains Why He no Longer Vaccinates

The VAXXED film crew recently interviewed Dr. Anthony Phan in California. Dr. Phan escaped from Vietnam in the 1970s when he was 8 years old. He was separated from his parents and escaped on a fishing boat along with his 2 year old brother.

Making it to the U.S. as a child refugee, Dr. Phan testifies that God led him through college and medical school, and he went on to become a medical doctor at Johns Hopkins.

Dr. Phan talks about how his mentor at Johns Hopkins taught him about the importance of the Hippocratic Oath to “do no harm.”

Do no harm means your oath is to the patient. Not to the CDC, not to the government, not to the FDA, your oath is to the patient.

His mentor also reportedly stated to him: “One day Tony, in your career (this was in 1993), when you see these threesome (CDC, FDA, and the government) in bed together, be very careful. When you see pharmaceutical companies being in bed with the government, and being controlled by the health industry, you need to make a decision about where you want to take your medical career.”

Dr. Phan explains that his experience with vaccines began in 2000 when he did his fellowship in Integrated Medicine. He was taught to question the practices of “conventional” medicine that are wrong.

He was practicing in geriatrics at the time, and he noticed that every time he gave the flu shot to his older patients, they would get very sick.

“They would get very sick with upper respiratory tract infections, some would get pneumonia, and some would be admitted to the hospital and die.”

So he stopped giving flu shots after 5 or 6 injections.

Big Pharma and Mainstream Media Attack Coconut Oil with Mis-information

In what appears to be a coordinated attack against the rising popularity of coconut oil, the American Heart Association (AHA) has just published a “Presidential Advisory” on “Dietary Fats and Cardiovascular Disease” in which it condemned coconut oil, and recommended that people not consume it.

The AHA’s recommendation clearly contradicts research that exists on not only coconut oil but saturated fats in general, which debunks the old lipid theory of heart disease that saturated fat and cholesterol cause heart disease.

Unprecedented Lawsuit Could End Water Fluoridation in US Based on Neurotoxicity Studies

Mass Protests Against Mandatory Vaccines in Rome - Some Parents Prepare to Leave Italy

The BBC is reporting that one group of German-speaking parents in northern Italy are so angry about a new requirement to get their children vaccinated that they plan to seek asylum in nearby Austria.

“We won’t allow our children to be poisoned. Asylum is claimed not just by people fleeing war, but also by people whose rights are being violated,” said Mr Holzer, quoted by Austria’s Der Standard daily.

“I believe it would be unwise for Congress to restrict the discretion of the Department to fund particular prosecutions, particularly in the midst of an historic drug epidemic and potentially long-term uptick in violent crime,” Sessions wrote in a letter to Republican and Democratic House and Senate leadership. “The Department must be in a position to use all laws available to combat the transnational drug organizations and dangerous drug traffickers who threaten American lives.”

Sessions reasons for going after medical cannabis were quickly exposed as false by many in the media. Washington Post’s Christopher Ingraham wrote:

Sessions’s citing of a “historic drug epidemic” to justify a crackdown on medical marijuana is at odds with what researchers know about current drug use and abuse in the United States. The epidemic Sessions refers to involves deadly opiate drugs, not marijuana. A growing body of research (acknowledged by the National Institute on Drug Abuse) has shown that opiate deaths and overdoses actually decrease in states with medical marijuana laws on the books.

With the well-known national epidemic of opioid prescription drug abuse spiraling out of control, and medical marijuana’s documented evidence of reducing opioid addiction, one has to wonder if the pharmaceutical drug manufacturers are behind this new emphasis to go after medical marijuana? Is medical marijuana a threat to their legal opioid drug sales?

Premature Baby Medically Kidnapped from Loving Parents in Colorado

“We just want to raise our daughter. Is that too much to ask?”

Juanita and TJ Muhl are a Colorado couple who are grieving over Yechezkela, their infant daughter nicknamed Yael, who was taken from them while still in the hospital by the State of Colorado. The parents are well-educated, and each is employed.

Yechezkela was born prematurely with many medical conditions. Her parents are Messianic Jews and at times requested kosher equivalents of medications, which are available. As loving parents, they wanted to be involved in the medical decisions regarding their daughter.

On March 5, the Colorado Department of Human Services was granted an emergency custody order to seize Yael. The parents were removed from Yael’s hospital. On that same day, the hospital was granted a court order to give Yael medicines for acid reflux— which were allegedly not even necessary according to the hospital’s own records.

By May 19, the Muhls discovered that the foster family could stay at the hospital with Yael, but her natural parents were no longer allowed to stay by her side.

Family Seeks Answers on Baby's Death - Threatened Arrest for Trying to Record Last Moments of Life

The Rivenburgs were not ready to say goodbye to Baby Steffen. On the morning of his death, Steffen’s parents and grandparents were in court pleading for his life, but their cries were drowned out by the voices of others who literally argued for his death. The events surrounding Baby Steffen’s death on Thursday afternoon, June 8, are disturbing, and the family wants answers.

The prayer of thousands of people around the world was that Baby Steffen’s heart would beat and that he would breathe when doctors at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt removed him from the ECMO machine.

According to Lisa Rivenburg, that is exactly what happened. “His heart was beating!”

But she says that the doctors didn’t give him the option of surviving. A doctor told the family that his heart wouldn’t beat for long, so they wanted to give him painkillers “to relax him.”

Just a short time before he was removed from life support, Baby Steffen was kicking his feet and moving his arms in response to his family. While his parents still pleaded for his life and for time with their baby, Lisa tried to record her grandson’s final moments.

She reports that a Vanderbilt police officer told her to stop recording: “I’m getting ready to arrest you.”

She said that he started to reach for something. She didn’t know whether he was reaching for his handcuffs or gun or something else, but she stopped recording.

Grandma did not get her phone back until she was seated in her car. She and the baby’s parents were escorted under armed guard out of the hospital. “We were treated like criminals!”

Herd Immunity Theory Has Been Repeatedly Disproven

Nearly every year, there are outbreaks of infectious diseases in the U.S. in which the communities involved were highly vaccinated and, thus, supposedly immune. In each of those situations there was an illusion of protection. It wasn’t real. There was no herd immunity. This has certainly been true for pertussis.

In science, when a theory is disproven, the scientific thing to do is to put it aside and develop a new theory for explaining something. That is not what doctors, public health officials, legislators, and the media are doing. Instead, they are clinging to a disproven theory and using it to justify mandating vaccination for everyone and shaming those who choose to exercise their informed consent rights and reconsider this medical intervention.

Study: Repeated Flu Shots Decrease Antibody Response - More Evidence that Annual Flu Shots are Worthless

A new study from Australia lends more evidence to the realization that the flu vaccine is almost worthless when it comes to preventing people from being infected with influenza viruses.

The flu vaccine is, by far, the most heavily marketed vaccine in the world, being distributed and injected into more people than almost all other vaccines combined. The flu vaccine also injures and kills more people each year than all other vaccines combined, based on compensations paid for injuries and deaths in vaccine court, and reported by the DOJ.

It is the only vaccine that has to be redeveloped every year because the manufacturers have to guess which strains of influenza the vaccine must produce antibodies for each year. Good matches are rare.

Due to a censor on any kind of information in the corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media regarding anything negative about vaccines, very few among the public understand just how little science there is behind the annual flu shot.

75% of Children Taken by Texas CPS are Based on Unfounded Accusations

Meagan Corser of the Texas Home School Coalition recently published an article about the status of Child Protective Services (CPS) in Texas regarding the evidence required to terminate parental rights.

What she reports confirms what Health Impact News has exposed in many other states, that the vast majority of children taken away from parents are not for actual “abuse” where the child is in imminent danger.

Corser reports that by Texas CPS’ own admission: “in 75 percent of cases they lack sufficient evidence to support the accusations they made against the parent.”

That may seem like a high number to those who do not follow the articles we publish regularly at MedicalKidnap.com, but from our sources that number is probably too low, not too high. CPS whistleblowers have told us that only about 5% of the cases where children are removed from their parents are for actual cases of abuse that can be substantiated.

In a recent report by ABC TV6 in Indiana, attorneys there report that “only 15% of children taken away from their parents are ever substantiated for abuse or neglect.”

Psychiatric Hospital Chain Under Department of Defense & FBI Investigation

The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have joined the multi-Federal agency investigations into the largest psychiatric hospital chain owned by Universal Health Services (UHS).

In April 2017, Senator Charles Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, also called for a federal probe into UHS’s behavioral facilities, describing one Tulsa, Oklahoma facility, Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health, as having “a pattern of conduct that is extremely concerning and casts a dark cloud over UHS’s ability to properly care for its patients.”

In 2010, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR), a 48 year mental health watchdog, began documenting abuses that employees and former employees of UHS psychiatric facilities, patients and their families reported to it. CCHR has filed more than 4,000 complaints to law enforcement, health officials, state FBI agencies, Federal and State legislators, and to the state branches of Tricare.

The UHS scandal is symptomatic of a system that there are insufficient controls and accountability, where fraud can be committed against government programs, and those responsible continue to operate, including the psychiatrists treating hundreds of thousands of Americans in such facilities.

CCHR continues to call for not only Federal and State investigations but effective action that shuts down a failed and abusive psychiatric-behavioral system that seems to put profit before patients.

Nevada Judge Rules Against Seizure of Shoars Baby - Baby Returned Home to Parents

Tabitha and Jeff Shoars are celebrating that their youngest child, 10 month old Nytallieya, is back home after being seized by Nevada Child Protective Services just after noon on Monday, June 5, 2017.

The baby was taken from their Las Vegas home after Arizona Department of Child Safety social workers sent a report to Nevada CPS alleging that the Shoars left the child with an “unsafe caregiver.”

The Shoars disputed that claim, saying that the caregiver to whom Arizona DCS refers is someone that they feel quite confident about – a retired police officer and his wife.

The judge ruled that there “was no impending danger to remove the child.” He noted that Nevada CPS has been in the Shoars’ home on previous occasions, and found no cause to remove the child, who was born in Nevada. He stated: “There is not a factual statement within the report to warrant removal of the child.”

Nevada Takes the Lead: Defies Outdated Federal Law to Begin Cultivating Industrial Hemp

Nevada has made a legal statement many are calling “revolutionary.” It defied the USA federal ban of industrial hemp agriculture with Nevada governor Brian Sandoval’s signing into law SB 396, which was passed overwhelmingly in both the Nevada State Assembly and Senate. This allows Nevada to raise hemp for commercial use, not merely for research, within its borders.

Hemp and marijuana are of the same species. They are related. According to George Blankenbaker, president of Realhemp, Inc, hemp is the most misunderstood and underappreciated crop there is in the world. The apparent confusion between marijuana or cannabis and hemp has made growing industrial hemp without THC illegal in the USA only.

This demonstrates the incredible nonsensical irony of reluctantly allowing hemp imports from China, Canada, and parts of Europe and elsewhere to be sold anywhere in the USA, but banning them from being grown commercially in the United States.

Italians Take to the Streets to Protest New Mandatory Vaccination Law

Readers from Italy have been contacting Health Impact News this past week, asking us to cover the massive demonstrations happening throughout Italy to protest a new mandatory vaccine law. This news has been censored from the U.S. corporate media.

Francesca Alesse, who worked with the VAXXED film team to get the film shown in Italy last year, writes:

“In an unprecedented way, the decree-law proposed by the Minister of Health has been signed by the sitting Italian president Sergio Mattarella. Only four vaccines were mandatory in Italy, now that number triples to 12.

No other decree-law has moved so fast in the Italian legislative system, the reasons of such hurry are incomprehensible considering that the Istituto Superiore Di Sanità (the local version of the CDC) has declared that contrary to what stated in the decree itself there is no objective urgency. There are no epidemics, the number of cases of measles or meningitis in the current year have been substantially lower than the previous year.

Thousands of parents have protested the new law this past June 3rd, protests and marches have taken place in 21 Italian cities spread across the nation. A national protest is scheduled for this Sunday June 11th.”

The new law apparently has severe consequences for parents who fail to comply, including the possibility of having their children taken away from them. In addition to public outcry, there appears to be strong political opposition to the law as well.
