A new case study out of Germany just published in The American Journal of Gastroenterology documents the remarkable recovery of a woman who was recommended to have part of her colon removed, including her anus, due to a severe case of Crohn’s disease and complicated by diversion colitis.

She refused to have a proctectomy (to surgically remove a portion of her colon along with her anus) as recommended by her doctors, and requested a natural approach instead.

Therefore, her doctors started daily local administration of three and half ounces of prewarmed coconut oil as a rectal enema.

The patient saw immediate results within one week, and after 12 weeks, she was free of pain and returned to work.

Research Confirms that Curcumin, the Active Ingredient of Turmeric, Heals Cancer

Over 2,000 studies have been done over the past decade or so that indicate and confirm the ability of curcumin, the active ingredient of turmeric, to act as a healing agent for cancer.

The prestigious University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s research determined, in 2011, that curcumin was able to create apoptosis in cancer cells that normally resist apoptosis, without endangering normal cells.

But it wasn’t until the summer of this year, 2018, that the precise primary biochemical dynamic that made turmeric’s active ingredient curcumin effective against cancer was isolated by researchers in San Diego with cooperating academic medical researchers in China.

Arizona Foster Mother Found Guilty of Child Abuse after Scalding Young Devani

The Arizona woman accused of scalding her adoptive child causing third degree burns to 80% of her body resulting in the amputation of all 10 toes has been found guilty of 2 of the 3 charges brought against her.

Samantha Osteraas of Tucson, Arizona, faces between 10 and 24 years in prison for hurting Devani, the little girl that the Arizona Department of Child Services placed into her care after removing her from a foster home where she was being abused in a pedophilia pornography ring.

A Pima County jury of 9 women and 3 men deliberated for 8 hours before reaching their verdict on Friday afternoon, October 19, 2018. According to News 4 Tucson, Osteraas:

“…was found not guilty for the first count of child abuse. However, the jury did find her guilty for the lesser charge of reckless child abuse.

For the second child abuse count, she was found guilty.”

One of the court watchers who was present for the emotional trial said that the jury decided that she was not guilty of “negligent child abuse,” which was the first count of abuse. They stopped short of saying that she burned Devani intentionally.

They did, however, find that Samantha Osteraas was guilty of delaying treatment after the burns occurred.

What do Doctors Learn in Medical School About Vaccines?

The idea that there are “medical experts” who, by virtue of the MD initials placed after their names, automatically know more than anyone else about vaccines is pervasive.

This commonly held belief persists, despite overwhelming evidence that doctors are taught almost nothing about vaccines in medical school.

Doctors are taught that vaccines have saved the world from infectious diseases and they are taught to follow the vaccine schedule promoted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)—which tells them which vaccines to give and when.

They’re taught that they must always abide by the schedule and vaccinate every patient. That’s pretty much it.

Yes, it’s hard to believe, but don’t take my word for it.

It is important to listen to them so that the magnitude of the myth that physicians are the experts on vaccines can fully sink in.

It is time to put this myth to rest because it is too often used as a way to disparage anyone who dares to disagree or even mildly question doctors about the safety and effectiveness of vaccination.

Judge Rejects Monsanto's Bid to Overturn Glyphosate Conviction but Reduces Punitive Damages from $250 Million to $39 Million

Earlier this week (October 2018) San Francisco Superior Court Judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos rejected Monsanto’s appeal to overturn the jury verdict which found that glyphosate in the herbicide RoundUp causes cancer.

Judge Bolanos had earlier hinted that she might overturn the jury’s verdict, and eliminate the $250 million in punitive damages.

While denying Monsanto’s attorneys their request for a new trial, Judge Bolanos did reduce the punitive damages from $250 million to $39 million, the same amount (39 million) that was awarded to the plaintiff, Dewayne Johnson, who is not expected to live much longer due to his cancer diagnosis.

Judge Bolanos also stated that if Dewayne Johnson and his attorneys did not accept the reduction in punitive damages, that she would order a new trial.

Johnson’s lawyers said in a statement that the “reduction in punitive damages was unwarranted” and that his legal team, Baum Hedlund and the Miller Firm, was “weighing the options.”

Bayer, now the parent company for Monsanto, stated that they would file another appeal of the jury’s verdict.

Whistleblowing Priests Killed to Prevent Exposing Pedophilia Problem in the Catholic Church?

The code of silence in the hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) that has protected pedophile priests for decades is being breeched by a few courageous whistleblowing Catholic clergy. These brave men have become willing to speak the truth at great risk to their careers and even to their very lives.

Evidence is very strong that the highest levels in the hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church were fully aware of the molestation problem of children and even the rape of male seminary students, but did little if anything to stop it, thus condoning the crimes.

State level criminal investigations are now underway in 15 or more US states could lead to massive prosecution of pedophile priests.

The federal government announced last week that it has launched an investigation into criminal wrongdoing in 6 Roman Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania plus an investigation in Buffalo, New York.

Two Eastern Orthodox dioceses in Pennsylvania are also under investigation.

A federal grand jury will be formed, and it will have the power to bring indictments against these church organizations under federal racketeering laws for interstate conspiracy to cover up and to commit crimes.

A guilty verdict under RICO laws could lead to the forfeiture of all assets of the RCC in the United States including church properties.

Study: Science Used to Approve Antidepressant Drugs Does Not Show Efficacy

The largest, most expensive antidepressant efficacy study involving over 4,000 initial participants ended in 2006. The purported intention of the study was to provide real-life results instead of the shorter clinical trial results that are done to get antidepressant drugs approved.

But the results were not clear regarding antidepressants’ true efficacy compared to clinical trials. Safety was not a consideration, just efficacy at reducing depression.

A new study has recently re-analyzed this massive STAR*D (Sequenced Treatment Alternatives to Relieve Depression) study funded by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) and found evidence that there was obfuscation, intended or unintended, that made antidepressant efficacy look better than it actually is.

Earlier this year, 2018, a published paper, Do outcomes of clinical trials resemble those “real world” patients? A reanalysis of the STAR*D antidepressant data, demystified this study and provided a clearer picture of real-world antidepressant efficacy.

As one psychiatrist skeptical of antidepressants, Dr. Joanna Moncrieff, reported after reviewing the 2018 reanalysis of the STAR*D paper:

“[The 2018 reanalysis was done] 14 years after the [STAR*D] study was finished. What in the world were the main findings of the world’s largest ever antidepressant trial doing being presented now in a little-known journal? The answer may lie in the fact that they show how miserably poor the results of standard medical treatment for depression really are!

… people taking antidepressants do not do very well. In fact, given that for the vast majority of people depression is a naturally remitting condition, it is difficult to believe that people treated with antidepressants do any better than people who are offered no treatment at all.”

FDA Decision to Approve Gardasil Vaccine for Adults Will Likely Increase Cervical Cancer Rates

The HPV vaccine was just approved for adults, despite Merck’s concerning research data.

The FDA made its determination in the face of substantial evidence of the dangers of the HPV vaccine and the existence of safer alternatives.

For women who have already been exposed to certain strains of the HPV virus, vaccination can actually increase the risk of precancerous lesions by 44.6%.

That’s right: if you are already infected with HPV, getting vaccinated could increase your risk of getting cancer.

To put this in perspective, 79 million Americans are thought to be infected with HPV, and about 14 million are newly infected each year, making HPV the most common sexually transmitted infection.

Often there are no symptoms. The CDC says that “HPV is so common that almost every person who is sexually active will get HPV at some time in their life.”

A large, government-backed push to get more people vaccinated for HPV could actually increase many people’s risk of getting cancer.

Arizona Parents Falsely Accused of Child Abuse Lose Infant Son - Have 2-Day-Old Newborn Also Medically Kidnapped

Paxton Meissinger came into the world on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, weighing all of 7 pounds and 2 ounces. Like every newborn baby, he wanted and expected only one thing – the presence of his mommy.

To an infant, the most important thing in the world is be surrounded by the love and warmth of the person whose heartbeat he has heard for as long as he had the ability to hear.

In her arms, every need he has is met, from her milk and the nutrition and antibodies it provides to the reassurance of her warmth and love.

The foundation for basic trust is laid as he hears the voices of both father and mother, and they respond to his communication. The first few weeks and months of life have been likened to a “fourth trimester,” where baby humans are designed to remain still a unit with their mothers.

However, for Baby Paxton, these basic human needs are no longer being met, thanks to the Arizona Department of Children’s Services (DCS).

When he was only 48 hours old, social workers took him away from his parents, Briana and Jordan Meissinger, claiming that this is “necessary to protect the child from suffering abuse or neglect.”

This is because Baby Paxton’s brother was also taken away from his parents. He was sick after receiving multiple vaccines at age 2 months old, and a Child Abuse Specialist at Phoenix Children’s Hospital accused the parents of abuse.

The case is still being fought in court where other doctors disagree with the Child Abuse Specialist, but the fact that charges exist was enough for Arizona DCS to take newborn Baby Paxton away from his parents.

Judge Says She Will Overturn Jury Conviction of Monsanto and Nullify $250 Million Award in Damages Over Glyphosate Injuries

A San Francisco judge cast doubt recently on a jury’s $289 million damage award to a former Bay Area groundskeeper who was diagnosed with cancer after frequently spraying school grounds with a widely used weed-killer manufactured by Monsanto Co.

Superior Court Judge Suzanne Bolanos said in a tentative ruling that she would likely overturn $250 million in punitive damages because there was no convincing evidence that Monsanto had knowingly manufactured a harmful product or acted “despicably” toward the plaintiff, Dewayne “Lee” Johnson.

Bolanos did not announce a final ruling, but showed little indication during the hearing that she was reconsidering her tentative decision on punitive damages. “I’m not following your argument,” she told Miller at one point after the lawyer said Monsanto had failed to properly test its product or study its effects.

“You may not have been convinced by the evidence but we were,” juror Gary Kitahata said in a letter to Superior Court Judge Suzanne Bolanos, who is considering Monsanto’s requests to reduce the damages or overturn the entire verdict. “I urge you to respect and honor our verdict and the six weeks of our lives that we dedicated to this trial.”

Another juror, Robert Howard, said in his letter to the judge that the jury had paid “studious attention” to the evidence, closely followed Bolanos’ instruction and deliberated for several days. The possibility that “our unanimous verdict could be summarily overturned demeans our system of justice and shakes my confidence in that system,” Howard wrote.

Study: Youngest Children in Classrooms Frequently Mislabeled as ADHD - Drugged

A recent study made some international mainstream papers recently that warned of medicating children misdiagnosed as ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), simply because they were the youngest students in their class.

UK’s online Daily Mail included a quote from the lead author of that study, Dr. Martin Whitely, who stated:

“It appears that across the globe some teachers are mistaking the immaturity of the youngest children in their class for ADHD. Although teachers don’t diagnose it, they are often the first to suggest a child may have ADHD.”

The study was published by the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, and Allied Disciplines on October 14, 2018, with the title: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder late birthdate effect common in both high and low prescribing international jurisdictions: systematic review.

The “late birthdate” label describes situations where a child’s birthday falls on a later date of the year than most of his or her classmates’ birthdays. This potentially places that child at a less mature stage of development as the others in the same class.

A description of a child’s behavior considered ADHD leads to a prescription of pharmaceutical psychotropic drugs that mimic cocaine and amphetamine, even to children four years old and younger.

The researches examined 19 studies in 13 countries that looked into over-diagnosing school children as ADHD, and they added another three studies that were related to bring the total studies reviewed at 22.

Because the 22 studies used too many divergent methods, the review authors used the systemic review method, which examines each study individually, instead of the meta-analysis method, which combines the statistics from the studies reviewed to form an opinion or conclusion.

They concluded:

“It is the norm internationally for the youngest children in a classroom to be at increased risk of being medicated for ADHD, even in jurisdictions with relatively low prescribing rates.”

The Catholic Church and Pedophilia: Trafficking Children as Sex Slaves

The Roman Catholic Church is on the verge of an internal civil war.

The battleground is between those who would liberalize the traditional definition of immoral sexual behavior for its clergy, and those who want to restore the conservative values of the Catholic faith as it has been known for more than a thousand years.

The scandal involving pedophile priests and the cover-up of their crimes against children and young men is bringing the liberal/conservative clash into sharp focus.

It is still a crime in the United States for an adult to have sexual encounters with boys and girls. Such crimes are called sexual assault or child molestation. Those who commit such crimes are called pedophiles. There are no exceptions granted by these laws for members of the clergy.

By focusing on the pedophile crimes committed by clergy of the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) in this article, I am not overlooking the crimes other pedophile groups commit against children — Those acts are equally immoral and illegal!

The focus of this article is on the types of criminal charges levied by the Pennsylvania grand jury investigation against predator priests and the cover-up of those crimes by the Roman Catholic hierarchy of bishops and cardinals.

Clearly, Protestant churches also have clergy and staff that who have committed sex crimes, but the focus today is on the Roman Catholic Church (RCC).

This is the first of three articles on pedophilia in the Roman Catholic Church (RCC). This article goes much deeper than one on one sex crimes against children. It also looks at the systematic cover-up of those crimes by the Catholic hierarchy.

A future article will look at the trafficking of children for use as sex slaves and the use of children for ritualistic sacrifices. Another article will highlight the heroic Catholic priests and bishops who are risking their lives to tell the truth about what is happening in their church.

Some of these whistleblowers are now in hiding in fear for their lives, while others have been killed or blackballed from parish work.

Danish Doctor Issues Warning about HPV Vaccine: "The Vaccine Should be Stopped Immediately!"

The HPV vaccine controversy has been raging since the FDA approved Gardasil in 2006 in virtually every country utilizing this new medical intervention.

Dr. Stig Gerdes wrote this open letter to Danish Health authorities, the medical community, and local journalists hoping to shed some light on the very real consequences many Danish families were forced to deal with post-HPV vaccine use.

Dr. Gerdes wrote:

“The vaccine should be stopped immediately! There are so many unanswered questions that should be answered before we continue to vaccinate. With each injection, there is a risk of incapacitating a previously young strong human.”

Is the Current Epidemic of "Mystery Illnesses," Similar to Polio, the Result of Vaccine Side Effects?

Trial Begins for Little Arizona Girl Placed with Pedophiles in Foster Care and Burned by Adoptive Mom

A woman who was approved by the State of Arizona to adopt a child out of the foster care system is on trial for child abuse. Samantha Osteraas faces 2 counts of child abuse for scalding a little girl entrusted to her care, causing 3rd degree burns to almost 80% of her body, causing all 10 of her toes to be amputated, and nearly costing the child’s life.

During the trial, which is expected to end this week, 7-year-old Devani took the stand and told a jury that Osteraas held her down in the bathtub with a pink towel, according to the Arizona Daily Star.

She is only 7 years old, but the beautiful child known to family advocates as “the little girl in the blue dress” has been through more abuse than most of us can imagine.

Devani was taken at the age of 2 from her parents by Arizona’s Child “Protective” Services – the Department of Child Services (DCS), but she was never abused in her parents’ home.

Her horrors began after she was in the custody of the State of Arizona. Before she was adopted by Samantha and Justin Osteraas, she was placed by DCS into a foster home with a man who is now serving prison time for running a pornographic and pedophile ring out of his home.

Developer of GMO Potatoes Renounces Own Work: Warns Against Consuming GMO Potatoes

Dr Caius Rommens developed GMO potatoes for the Idaho-based agbiotech company Simplot. The chief genetic modification he introduced was to silence the potatoes’ melanin (PPO) gene.

This gene, when operative, causes potatoes to discolour when bruised. The GMO potatoes do not discolour when bruised. They have therefore been marketed as bruise-resistant and are being sold without GMO labels in the US and Canada under innocuous-sounding names like Innate, Hibernate, and White Russet.

As Alzheimer's Drugs Continue to Fail, Researchers Search for Reasons Why Coconut Oil Cures Alzheimer's

A group of New York City’s Mt. Sinai Medical School researchers set out to analyze why and how coconut oil affects Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) patients favorably. They acknowledged some efficacy from coconut oil, and they wanted to know more.

Since most drug trials to develop an Alzheimer’s drug have failed miserably, the motivation to study coconut oil in order to understand how it positively affects AD was probably motivated by a desire to patent a new drug that could work similar to coconut oil, a natural food that cannot be patented.

Their research was based on earlier animal studies of virgin coconut oil’s effect on mouse models of coconut oil as well as other in vitro (lab culture) studies. The researchers also acknowledged the existence of many anecdotal testimonies of AD (Alzheimer’s disease) patients.

The Mt. Sinai report was published in the journal Science Direct, Brain Research with the title: Coconut oil decreases expression of amyloid precursor protein (APP) and secretion of amyloid peptides through inhibition of ADP-ribosylation factor 1 (ARF1).

Parents, Scientists and Doctors from Around the World Gather to Discuss How to Handle Increasing HPV Vaccine Injuries

Earlier this year (2018) parents, scientists and doctors from all over the world gathered in Ireland at an IFICA conference to discuss the future of the HPV vaccine injured.

The theme was “Working Together.”

The Ireland Government HSE (Health Service Executive) was invited to send representatives to attend, but they refused the opportunity to speak or listen to the world-renowned experts who attended.

Dangerous BPA Toxic Exposure is Worse from Handling Thermal Paper Receipts than Eating Food Packaged in BPA Plastics

Many of us are aware of the endocrine disrupting potential of BPA (bisphenol-A) used in many plastic containers and inner linings of cans that the food processors label “BPA Free” as a marketing device.

Iowa Judge Blasts Corrupt Social Worker and CPS for Lying and Giving False Testimony to Kidnap Children

An Iowa judge recently reprimanded the Department of Human Services (DHS) after a social worker was found to have repeatedly lied to the court about parents in order to have their parental rights to their children terminated.

According to the Associated Press (AP), District Associate Judge Adam Sauer criticized the testimony of social worker Chelsie Gray for being filled with “lies and misrepresentations.”

Judge Sauer dismissed the state’s petitions to terminate parental rights on an Iowa couple’s 4 children, finding that they had been “unfairly stripped of their parental rights.”

He also ruled that “referrals for new foster case placements shall stop immediately,” because the original ruling was based upon false information.

Unfortunately, as hundreds of thousands of parents have found, false testimony by social workers, and even doctors, is often standard fare when it comes to taking children from their families.

We have found this in our own investigations of hundreds of cases, where allegations written by social workers or Child Abuse Pediatricians are filled with discrepancies and statements that are readily demonstrated to be incorrect.

On the basis of false allegations, lies, and hearsay, without evidence, families are being ripped apart.

They are victims of generational genocide, and the children are more likely to end up as victims of sexual assault, child sex trafficking, or death.

Yet, the lack of due process and the corruption within the system is the rule, not the exception.

Study: Glyphosate Weed-killer Spreading to Bee Larvae and Threatening World's Bee Supplies

A new study has been published out of Argentina showing how bee exposure to the herbicide glyphosate is affecting the development of honey bee broods.

Published in PLOS One, the title of the study is Glyphosate affects the larval development of honey bees depending on the susceptibility of colonies.

Most of the world’s bee supplies are used to pollinate crops by professional bee keepers. Previous studies have already confirmed that glyphosate is affecting the health of bees.

This current study from Argentina suggests the problem may be more serious than first known, as it is affecting bee larvae in bee broods as they develop, and not just adult bees.

It also means that most of the world’s honey supply is also contaminated with glyphosate, since most commercial honey products, including “local” honey, is the product of bees being used to pollinate crops.

Taxpayer Money Used to Fund Drug Research - Drug Companies Robbing Americans

The high cost of prescription drugs has recently made headlines, evidenced by price-gouging schemes that cause drug prices to skyrocket 5,000% (as in the case with the infamous Martin Shkreli and the drug Daraprim) or Mylan’s more recent price hike on EpiPen’s to over $600 for a two-pack.

What’s often left out of these stories, however, is how the federal government helped the pharmaceutical industry have this kind of power over drug pricing by allowing the industry to take advantage of publicly-funded research.

Universities get government money to do research, patent any novel inventions that arise from that research, and sell the patents to the pharmaceutical industry.

Consumers are forced to pay monopoly prices for drugs that their tax money helped develop.

We see pharmaceutical companies turning supplements into drugs, selling them at exorbitant prices, and removing the supplement versions. Our tax dollars fund their blockbuster drugs, and with those profits they are taking our supplements away.

This cannot be allowed to stand.

FDA Approves Dangerous Gardasil Vaccine for Adults in the U.S.

Following a June, 2018 “Priority Review” by the FDA to approve Merck’s Gardasil 9 vaccine to be expanded to women and men, ages 27 to 45, after 10 years of the FDA denying Merck’s request to expand the Gardasil market to adults, the FDA approved Gardasil 9 to be expanded to adults, aged 27 to 45, on October 8, 2018.

Granting approval to a vaccine after a “Priority Review” by the FDA in only 3 months is a “fast nod” according to FiercePharma, the market trade publication of the pharmaceutical industry.

Merck did not even have to supply any new trials or data to get the vaccine approved for adults, in spite of the fact that the FDA denied their request for 10 years on the older Gardasil vaccine. According to FiercePharma:

“Because Gardasil 9 and sister shot Gardasil are manufactured similarly, the FDA based the Gardasil 9 decision on results from a study of its predecessor.”

The study the FDA relied upon to approve Gardasil 9 for adults, was considered insufficient for 10 years as the FDA denied Merck approval to market the vaccine to adults:

“Back in 2008, after agreeing to a faster review in the age group, the FDA decided against Merck’s case for an additional Gardasil approval in females 27 to 45. The agency in 2009 issued a second complete response letter for that application, demanding Merck to provide longer-term efficacy data in the age group.

That set of data apparently didn’t turn things around for Merck. In both Gardasil’s and Gardasil 9’s current labels, information about a study on 3,253 women, 27 through 45 years of age, states that there was “no statistically significant efficacy” demonstrated by the vaccine in preventing high-grade cervical lesions or cervical cancer.”

Yet somehow, that same study is now deemed to be sufficient to approve Gardasil 9 for adults.

A natural substance was accidentally discovered from a plant in Africa to have rapid positive effects on heart conditions in the mid-19th Century. Eventually, it became part of mainstream heart medicine in Germany, but administered only by IV under clinical supervision.

This natural heart attack remedy and preventative is currently known as ouabain (wah-bay-in) also known as strophanthin (stroe-fan-thin), which was initially extracted from the African tree Acokanthera ouabaio, leading to the English name version ouabain.

Though much of the public may still believe that Child Protective Services must have a good reason whenever they take children away from their parents, the curtain is increasingly being pulled back to expose the ugly truth behind the facade.

Children are seized from their families many times over false allegations and lies. Deception within social services is the norm, not the exception.

One judge has had enough.

FOX 26 Houston reports that Texas judge Mike Schneider did something on Monday that has never happened in all of the state’s history – he ordered that CPS have no contact with 2 children they took from their parents.

According to family law attorney Dennis Slate:

“The affidavit they used to remove was full of mis-truths, and half truths, and outright lies.”

Investigative Reporter Randy Wallace reports that Judge Schneider asked the social worker in court why he filed the emergency motion to take the 5-month-old baby boy and 2-year-old daughter of Michael and Melissa Bright.

Despite the fact that the social worker had sworn an affidavit in order to take the children from their parents at Texas Children’s Hospital, he pleaded the fifth amendment in court.

CPS faces a sanctions hearing later this month where they could be fined tens of thousands of dollars.

The FDA Turned Your $10 Supplement into a $40,000 Drug

Last year, the FDA announced the approval of Endari, a drug for sickle cell disease. Endari is an oral powder comprised of L-glutamine, an important amino acid currently available as a supplement.

The drug company, Emmaus Medical, Inc., filed an investigational new drug (IND) application—demonstrating their investigation of L-glutamine as a drug.

If a drug company begins investigating a nutrient for use in a drug before a supplement company files an NDI notification on that nutrient, the company can ask the FDA to have supplement version removed from the market, leaving consumers with no other option than the drug.

Currently, a 120-pill bottle of L-glutamine can be purchased for less than $10; a year’s worth of Endari will reportedly cost consumers more than $40,000.

CBD oil faces a similar threat.

Did 80,000 People Really Die from the Flu Last Year? Inflating Flu Death Estimates to Sell Flu Shots

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated that the 2017-2018 flu season killed 80,000 and hospitalized 900,000 Americans.

Of course, the mainstream media reported this as fact.

Deaths from flu are always estimates because if the Powers-That-Be reported the true numbers of deaths from actual influenza infections, the numbers would be much lower and people would not be so inclined to receive a flu shot.

How does the CDC overestimate the number of flu deaths? The CDC accomplishes this by reporting a combined pneumonia and influenza death rate.

For example, in 2001 the CDC reported that 62,034 died from influenza and pneumonia.

After a painful hour of searching the CDCs database, I found the true 2001 numbers: 257 died from influenza and 61,777 died from pneumonia.

80,000 deaths would lead one to conclude that 13,333 died per month (80,000/6 months) from the flu. Since the internet provides 24-hour news cycles, I think we all would have heard that about 9 people (267/30 days per month) in every state dying daily from the flu.

I have five practitioners in my office. We have over 100 years of experience in treating patients. None of us has can recall a single patient dying from the flu.

In fact, I can guarantee you that if 9 people were dying in my state daily from the flu, my partners and I would hear about it. In fact, there are always headlines on the internet when one person dies from the flu.

Studying the past CDC data shows that each year a few hundred to a few thousand die from the flu.

The War Against Vitamin D - A Threat to Big Pharma

Natural substances with tremendous healing capabilities that cannot be patented are a huge threat to the pharmaceutical industry and their FDA-approved drugs, and certainly vitamin D is at the top of this list.

For example, published scientific literature shows that vitamin D is more effective in preventing annual influenza than the dangerous flu shot.

Since the best and primary source of vitamin D is from the sun, most people in North America are vitamin D deficient, even during the summer months when we are told to block the sun’s rays due to the fear of skin cancer.

When a natural substance like vitamin D can cure and prevent so many diseases, usually in ways far superior to FDA-approved drugs and vaccines, it should come as no surprise that Big Pharma will pull out all the stops to discredit the science behind these natural substances, as they affect their profits from pharmaceutical products.

This is routinely done by funding their own biased studies, and then attacking medical doctors and scientists who promote natural cures.

One of the areas of vitamin D deficiency that affects many of the families we work with here at Health Impact News, is in the area of Medical Kidnapping and the widely debunked theory of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) that is used to medically kidnap children.

Vitamin D deficiency can lead to brittle bones in infants and children, where multiple hairline fractures occur giving the appearance of “abuse” according to proponents of the Shaken Baby Syndrome medical theory.

Fraud Uncovered in U.S. Government's Claim that Vaccines do not Cause Autism - Will Congress and DOJ Act?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Chairman of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and Rolf Hazlehurst, the father of a vaccine-injured child have petitioned Michael Horowitz, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the conduct of two DOJ attorneys, Vincent Matanoski and Lynn Ricciardella.

The two attorneys represented the Secretary of Health and Human Services in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), otherwise known as the “Vaccine Court”, in the Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP), which ruled that vaccines do not cause autism.

The alleged actions of the two attorneys in the OAP were fraudulent and obstructed justice.

Kennedy and Hazlehurst allege that Matanoski and Ricciardella acted together to intentionally misrepresent the opinion of one of their own witnesses, Dr. Andrew Zimmerman, to conceal evidence of his true opinion from the Special Masters who presided in the “Vaccine Court” and the petitioners who were seeking justice and compensation.

The evidence that Matanoski and Ricciardella concealed was a report authored by Dr. Zimmerman showing how vaccines may cause autism in a subset of children with underlying mitochondrial issues.

After Dr. Zimmerman submitted his report, the DOJ attorney informed Dr. Zimmerman that he would no longer be needed as a witness.

Zimmerman’s full opinion was devastating to the government’s case. Simply stated, it was now entirely possible that the government would lose thousands of the OAP cases.

The cost could be into the billions and the fund that compensated the vaccine injured would be bankrupted.

Even worse, the government’s claim that vaccines are “safe and effective” would evaporate and the claim that “vaccines don’t cause autism” would be debunked.

Former Kansas Gubernatorial Candidate Becomes Warrior Fighting Against State-Sponsored Child Kidnapping

Jennifer Winn ran for governor of the state of Kansas in 2014. Near the end of her gubernatorial campaign, a mother reached out to her and said that she needed to talk with her. She told Jennifer Winn that the state was taking children from families. Frankly, she sounded crazy to Jennifer, like a “conspiracy theorist.”

The woman didn’t stop trying to talk to her. She persisted, blowing up her phone daily.

It became clear that “she’s not going to let up,” so Jennifer agreed to have the woman come to her office.

She was not prepared for what she heard. The mother brought in a detailed timeline of what had happened to her family, complete with transcripts and evidence to back up her side of the story.

I released that video, and in 24 hours, I had over 500 requests. In a week later, I had over 1,500 requests, and I was floored.

I literally, like, for 2 days, I shut down and I cried, because I couldn’t believe the stories I was reading.

Everything about this agency that I believed was true was a lie. Everything.

Children are being harmed.

Not only are they being harmed, they’re being drugged.”

A warrior had awakened. The truth of what Jennifer Winn was seeing caused something to rise up within her, and she has not been the same since.

Study: Non-psychoactive CBD Oil Effective in Reducing Anxiety

The legality of CBD (cannabidiol) oil has been a subject of confusion and misinformation. Simply put, CBD oil from industrial hemp is perfectly legal in all 50 states as long as it is sold as a supplement. In other words, it cannot claim to cure or remedy any ailment.

The information on what CBD oil can do is spreading through many internet articles and sites that are easily accessible to the public. This can be a boon for many who suffer from various forms of anxiety but reside in states that do not permit medical marijuana use.

A 2011 Brazilian human study demonstrated efficacy without side effects for anxiety using CBD only. Prior to the human study, an animal (mouse) study demonstrate the same results.

Medical Doctor Attacked for Promoting Low-carb High-fat Diet Absolved of all Charges - Maintains Medical License

Despite their best efforts the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) have failed to silence Dr Gary Fettke.

After being subjected to 4½ years of bullying and harassment, AHPRA have finally dropped all charges. More than that, its made a public apology to Dr Fettke following a review of his case.

His crime?

To recommend his patients reduce consumption of sugar and processed carbohydrates in direct contradiction of the Australian Government’s advice and, of course, all those with vested interests in Big Food.

Dr Fettke’s case is not the first of its kind, but we hope it signals the last of the witch-hunts instituted by the mainstream against practitioners who have their patients’ best interests at heart and not that of the corporatocracy.

Attempts have been made to silence other low carb advocates who have gone against mainstream dietetic advice in recent years.

Why was the Dangerous and Contagious FluMist Vaccine Approved by the CDC?

In February 2018, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted to re-recommend the live virus nasal spray influenza vaccine, FluMist, for the 2018-19 “flu season” after a two-year hiatus.

The live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) is popular, particularly with children, since it is sprayed up the nose and does not require a needle for administration.

The ACIP voted against recommending the quadrivalent FluMist for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 influenza seasons due to the vaccine’s ineffectiveness in protecting against the H1N1 strain (Influenza A).

It is important to note that there are cases reported in the medical literature that FluMist has resulted in shedding and transmission of vaccine strain influenza virus.

Despite the fact that the efficacy and effectiveness of this vaccine is unknown, Cynthia Pellegrini, senior vice president of public policy and government affairs for March of Dimes stated,

“This vaccine is better than not being vaccinated and there are kids who will not be vaccinated without this option…”

The assumption that using FluMist is better than not being vaccinated given the lack of data on the efficacy is not rational because it is not based on scientific evidence.

Law School Director: Stop Terminating Parental Rights - Preserve Family Relationships

Attorney Vivek Sankaran, director of the Child Advocacy Law Clinic and the Child Welfare Appellate Clinic at the University Michigan Law School, has written an excellent piece that was published in The Chronicle for Social Change titled: Termination of Parental Rights: What’s The Rush?

Vivek writes that family courts today are too quick to remove parental rights when one parent is deemed “unfit.” An attorney himself who has represented children in foster care, Vivek gives an example of a father who was incarcerated for drug usage, and yet stayed involved in his daughter’s life for the 8 years he spent in prison, and even helped fund her time in law school, where she was able to finish her degree and graduate.

He was able to stay involved in his daughter’s life because his parental rights were not severed, which is what happens in most states, sadly, when a parent is deemed “unfit” to parent.

Vivek writes that in one state, Utah, the Court of Appeals has questioned the necessity of terminating parental rights so quickly, and that this ruling could serve as a model for other states.

Network of Cholesterol Skeptics Researchers: Abandon the LDL Cholesterol Theory of Heart Disease and Look at More Important Risk Factors

Dr. Malcom Kendrick is the author of the book The Great Cholesterol Con. He is the co-author of a recently published paper that looks at important risk factors related to cardiovascular disease, pointing out that looking at LDL cholesterol levels are not a good indicator of heart disease.

Dr. Malcom Kendrick is part of The International Network of Cholesterol Skeptics (THINCS). The lead author of this recently published paper is Dr. Uffe Ravnskov, author of Fat and Cholesterol are Good for You, and the leader of THINCS.

Financial Incentives for Doctors to Vaccinate as Many Children as Possible - Keep Patients on Statins

There are monetary awards for doctors and other mainstream medical practitioners who maintain high levels of compliance for prescription drugs (including vaccines), and doctors’ visits.

These incentives to get more patients into their offices and to receive as many vaccines and prescription drugs as possible come from the insurance industry.

The busier a doctor, pediatrician, or clinic is to maintain quotas for vaccinations and drugs, the more insurance awards them with kickbacks. Despite the ostensible stated reason of ensuring a high level of healthcare, this practice can lead to more health problems due to known side effects of these pharmaceutical products.

Educating patients on prevention, such as learning how to eat healthy and avoiding environmental toxins, provides no financial benefits to medical professionals.

Legislative Update on Battle to Oppose Mandatory Vaccines in Each State

The corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media, along with Big Pharma and the U.S. Government, would like the public to believe that the “science is settled” when it comes to vaccines, and that all vaccines are safe and effective. They spend a great deal of effort to try to convince the public that this is the only view held by medical doctors and scientists.

This message to the public, however, is not true, and can be properly called “propaganda.”

As we have previously written, there are a variety of opinions and viewpoints regarding the science of vaccines among medical doctors and researchers.

The extremist view regarding vaccines, and not the one necessarily held by most doctors and scientists, is the view that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.

Propaganda is used to try and achieve their agenda, which is a form of medical tyranny by taking away people’s choice to refuse vaccines for themselves or their children.

Fortunately, the National Vaccine Information Center has volunteers in all 50 states opposing legislative efforts to impose mandatory vaccines and take away informed consent and the freedom to refuse medical treatments like vaccines.

They have successfully mobilized the American public through grassroots efforts to oppose most of these bills that have been proposed in recent years.

Indiana High Court Accuses CPS of "Significant Violations of Due Process in Termination of Parental Rights"

Cracks are starting to be exposed in the foundation of the state-sponsored child kidnapping structure of Child “Protective” Services. Parents who have been fighting the system for their children have seen these gaping flaws all along, but for decades anyone with power to change it has turned a blind eye to their plight.

Finally, it appears that the higher courts in one state are beginning to recognize that the system is, indeed, violating parental rights with alarming frequency.

Appellate judges from the Indiana Court of Appeals recently sent a strong rebuke to the Department of Child Services (DCS), citing “significant violations of due process occurring in termination of parental rights cases throughout the state.”

Indianapolis NBC affiliate Channel 13 reports that the judges acknowledged that there is a pattern of “repeated violations” of parental and Constitutional due process rights by DCS.

While the fact that the agency routinely violates parents’ rights certainly comes as no surprise to anyone on the front lines of the battle, the admission by the appeals court and by DCS itself that it is happening comes as a shock, albeit a good one, to attorneys and parents alike.

Could this be the beginning of the dominoes falling? Will other states take notice and follow suit?

USDA Defrauds Consumers with “Product of USA” Sticker on Meats from Outside the U.S.

Where is the meat you’re buying really from?

Many of us look for the “Product of USA” sticker on the meat we buy in the supermarket, but we may not be aware that the USDA allows meat raised outside the US to carry that label. It’s a shameful case of government-sanctioned fraud.

Current USDA policy allows foreign meat to be imported to the US and carry the “Product of USA” label if it passes through a USDA-inspected plant. The USDA loophole allows foreign multinational corporations to disguise their products and take advantage of the lucrative US market. There’s good reason to believe that this loophole also violates the federal government’s own policies that prohibit false or misleading labeling.

The Pertussis Vaccine and Children Brain Damage: America's Dark Vaccine History

It is a primitive bacterial vaccine licensed in 1914. It has not been given to babies in America for 20 years.

Whole cell pertussis vaccine: the most reactive vaccine still given to infants and children in developing countries because it costs drug companies just pennies to make a dose of it.

Glyphosate Weed Killer Linked to Bee Deaths

The world’s most widely used weedkiller – used on over 85% of GM crops – may also be indirectly killing bees. New research from The University of Texas at Austin shows that honey bees exposed to glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, lose some of the beneficial bacteria in their guts and are more susceptible to infection and death from harmful bacteria.

Scientists believe this is evidence that glyphosate might be contributing to the decline of honey bees and native bees around the world.

The findings are published this week in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

U.S. Zika Vaccine Trial: A Vaccine Looking for a Disease to Cure - Natural Immunity has Already Eliminated the Zika Virus

The experimental Zika vaccine is a controversial DNA vaccine, never before used in humans. An earlier NIH attempt to develop a West Nile DNA vaccine was aborted.

But the unexpected happened; the virus has disappeared.

The adults who had been infected recovered without treatment—and they have gained the advantage of lifetime immunity.

Zika no longer poses a health problem for humans.

In 2017, when “new cases have dropped to a trickle throughout the Americas” Sanofi pulled the plug on its Zika vaccine.

Dr. Fauci acknowledges that:

“Right now, there are no infections, and certainly not enough to even think about an efficacy signal at this point”.

Science Magazine, notes:

“Further complicating the trial, many people throughout Latin America and the Caribbean have already been infected with Zika and recovered, which has left them immune to the virus and hence ineligible for vaccine trials.”

To overcome “the problem” that Mother Nature resolved – NIAID officials and the researchers are intent on facilitating the continuation of the vaccine trial.

They propose to intentionally infect people who may then spread the virus and create an epidemic that has receded.

The motivating factors for completing the trial by resorting to unethical exposure of human subjects to potentially serious harm, is that a Zika vaccine will be brought to market – whether or not Zika poses a threat.

The trial is about protecting the financial investment, career advancement for the researchers, and launching yet another profit generating vaccine.

Vaccine Awareness Week: National Vaccine Information Center Calls on Health Officials to Protect Babies in U.S. from Toxic DPT Vaccine

During the Ninth Annual Vaccine Awareness Week co-sponsored by the non-profit charity National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) and Dr. Joseph Mercola, NVIC is calling on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to protect newborns from being subjected to the risks of an old and crude whole cell pertussis vaccine in DPT that has not been given to babies in America for 20 years.

A recent massive study review coordinated by 16 medical scholars and practicing MDs throughout England, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Sweden, and the USA has confirmed the falsity of the lipid theory of heart disease that blames cholesterol, and the disinformation and dangers of cholesterol-lowering statin drugs.

Its title is LDL-C Does Not Cause Cardiovascular Disease: a comprehensive review of current literature.

LDL-C stands for low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, aka the “bad cholesterol”.

After 20 Month Old Son Dies from Vaccines Professional Fighter with Nurse Wife Put Up Billboards as Warning

Nick Catone is a professional MMA martial arts fighter, and his wife, Marjorie Catone, is a registered nurse who works in an intensive care unit at a local hospital where they live.

17 days after their 20 month old healthy and active son, Nicholas, was vaccinated with the DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) vaccine, his parents found him dead in his bed one morning.

The autopsy report of their son listed the cause of death as “sudden unexplained” (SIDS) and “natural,” as medical authorities apparently refused to consider their son’s vaccines as a contributing factor to his death, and they allegedly did not conduct a thorough exam during the autopsy.

Nick and Marjorie now want to warn others about the dangers of vaccines, so that parents can be informed before making a decision to vaccinate their children, before it is too late and they find themselves in the same situation as they are, grieving over the death of their formerly healthy child. They are putting up billboards in several states in an effort to educate the public on the risks of vaccines.

Group of 4000+ Parents Takes on Minnesota CPS and Government Child Kidnapping and Trafficking

Earlier this year (2018) we reported that a group of Minnesota parents filed a federal civil rights lawsuit accusing Dakota County and the State of Minnesota for kidnapping their children and placing them unnecessarily into foster care.

The parents are part of an organization called The Family Preservation Foundation, which also goes by the name Stop CPS from Legally Kidnapping Children.

Recently, the group, which is reported to now represent over 4000 parents in Minnesota, garnered more local media coverage when a judge return a 1-year-old boy to his mother who had been allegedly placed into foster care for 3 months based on “false allegations of medical neglect.”

The return of Amanda Weber’s child was seen as a victory for the Family Preservation Foundation:

“The legal victory is symbolic for a coalition of parents and advocates seeking to change the state’s child protection system. The group has argued that Minnesota’s laws criminalize parents for what they consider to be routine parental discipline and have a disproportionate effect on black families.”

Vaccine Safety Untested on Pregnant Women, But Big Pharma Not Liable for Vaccine Injuries to Unborn Children and Pregnant Mothers

We are here today because in 2016, Congress amended the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to add vaccines recommended by the CDC for routine administration to pregnant women to the Vaccine Injury Table.

Congressional action was required to do it because the 1986 Act was not about vaccines recommended for adults or unborn babies developing in the womb.

As stated in multiple congressional hearings between 1982 and 1986, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was created by Congress for one purpose: to protect the availability and lower the costs of federally recommended vaccines for children that are state mandated for school attendance.

Although this NPRM requests public comment on how the addition of this new maternal vaccination category should be formatted on the Vaccine Injury Table, the public is hampered from making informed comments because of knowledge gaps about the safety and effectiveness of administering vaccines to pregnant women and potential negative health outcomes for the unborn child developing in the womb.

Various package inserts for these vaccines contain warnings such as “it is not known whether the vaccine can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity;” and “there are no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women;” and “available data on the vaccine administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine associated risks in pregnant women;” and “the vaccine should be given to pregnant women only if clearly needed.”

There is no single vaccine-related issue of more concern to Americans than protection of this internationally recognized human right for pregnant women, parents of minor children and adults of all ages, who are too often being threatened and sanctioned if they do not agree to receive all government recommended and mandated vaccines for which the pharmaceutical industry has had no product liability since 2011.

Study: Black Seed Oil Relieves Pain Associated with Arthritis

Black cumin seed oil, technically known as Nigella Sativa or N. sativa, has been used for thousands of years for several maladies, disorders, and both infectious and non-infectious diseases, especially throughout ancient Mideast, Egypt, and Greece.

Currently, black cumin seeds and oils (from the seeds) are used as traditional medicines in the Mideast as well as parts of Africa and Asia. It’s principal and most abundant bioactive phytochemical ingredient is thymoquinone.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Demands the Office of the Inspector General and Congress Investigate Fraud in Vaccine Court by Denying Autism Vaccine Injuries

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Chairman of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), and Rolf Hazlehurst, parent of a vaccine-injured child, petitioned the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Inspector General (OIG), and the Senate and House Judiciary Committees today to investigate actions taken by federal personnel during the “Vaccine Court” Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP).

Recently discovered evidence provided by Kennedy and Hazlehurst details obstruction of justice and appallingly consequential fraud by two DOJ lawyers who represented the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in 2007. These actions led to a denial of justice and compensation for over 5,000 families who filed claims of vaccine injury leading to autism in their children.

The fraud by the two DOJ attorneys directly influenced the 2011 Bruesewitz v. Wyeth Supreme Court decision which all but shut the door forever for families seeking redress for vaccine injury in the civil court system.

Since this miscarriage of justice, roughly one million children have been diagnosed with autism. An unknown percentage of these cases are the result of vaccine injury.

Duke University Study: N.C. Residents Living Near Large Hog Farms Have Elevated Disease, Death Risks

Residents of communities near industrial-scale hog farms in North Carolina face an increased risk of potentially deadly diseases, Duke University scientists reported in a study released this week.

Researchers found that compared to communities without big hog farms, in the communities with the highest hog farm density, there were 30 percent more deaths among patients with kidney disease, 50 percent more deaths among patients with anemia, and 130 percent more deaths among patients with a blood bacterial infection, called sepsis. The communities near the heaviest concentration of large hog farms also had a greater risk of infant mortality and lower birth weight.

Federal Funding Provides Incentives for States to Take Children Away from Families Even When No Abuse is Present

When Child Protective Services (CPS) takes children from a loving, non-abusive family, the parents, and sometimes grandparents, aunts, and uncles, often seek out information about what is happening. Many gravitate toward groups on social media that provide education and support for those fighting CPS for their children.

As the confused parents try to sort out the information and learn how to get their children back, one question dominates their search: How can this happen in America?

Federal legislation enshrined in CAPTA and ASFA provide federal funding to states for foster care. For too long, these legislative acts have enabled and incentivized states taking children from innocent parents who have committed no crime, who have not abused their children.

By any definition this is human trafficking.

It is time to cut off the flow of tax dollars for the destruction of families, and instead find ways to help and support families.

Are Vaccine Manufacturers Concealing Deaths Caused by Vaccines by Manipulating Post-marketing Data?

National and international health agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) routinely and emphatically claim that serious adverse events following vaccination are rare.

Nowhere is officialdom’s minimization of vaccine risks more apparent than in these agencies’ position on vaccine-related deaths. The WHO, for example, states that “so few deaths can plausibly be attributed to vaccines that it is hard to assess the risk statistically.”

Nevertheless, once regulators have deemed that a given vaccine is safe enough to be licensed and widely marketed, vaccine manufacturers are supposed to do just that—that is, continue to statistically assess a vaccine’s risks, including the risk of death—and regulators are supposed to carefully review the postlicensure data that pharmaceutical companies submit.

A 2017 commentary by India-based physicians Jacob Puliyel and C. Sathyamala in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics describes a shocking dereliction of duty on the part of regulators who were presented with vaccine data carefully tailored to obscure serious risks.

Tackling concerns about infant deaths that have occurred following hexavalent vaccination in several European countries, the authors of the commentary show that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) neglected to report to regulatory authorities that there was a statistically significant increased risk of sudden infant death in the four days after administration of its hexavalent vaccine—and the regulatory agency in question (the EMA) ignored the omission and accepted GSK’s apparently whitewashed data at face value.

Study: Replacements for BPA in BPA-free Products Just as Toxic - Time for Non-toxic Hemp Plastics?

BPA or Bisphenol A is a type of synthetically produced plastic derived from processing natural hydrocarbon fuels such as coal and crude oil. It’s often used for making polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins to coat the inner linings of metal food containers.

BPA is a synthetic endocrine disruptor capable of creating hormonal imbalances by mimicking or partially mimicking hormones, especially estrogen, that can lead to certain cancers, neurological disorders, compromised immune systems, and cause fertility and gender issues with women and men.

It was chemically created in the late 1800s but not used commercially until the plastic industry began using it during the 1950s.

Concerns among health-conscious people have motivated food processors to claim their containers are “BPA free”.

But BPA substitutes, such as BPS and other bisphenol compounds are not mentioned when food and beverage processors make their BPA free claims.

Scientists outside the plastics industry are raising concerns that BPS and other related biphenol compounds create the same hormonal issues as BPA.

Study: FDA's "Safe Limits" for BPA Not So Safe

The first U.S. study of the effect on people of exposure to a hormone-disrupting chemical widely used in food packaging showed that levels the Food and Drug Administration deems “safe” can alter insulin response, a key marker for diabetes.

The groundbreaking study, published in the Journal of the Endocrine Society, administered low doses of bisphenol A, or BPA, to 16 people, then tested their insulin production in response to glucose, commonly called blood sugar.

When insulin and blood glucose levels were compared to the same measurements taken without exposure to BPA, researchers found that BPA significantly changed how glucose affected insulin levels. Similar insulin and glucose tests are used by doctors for diagnosing diabetes.

The Ease with which Government Kidnaps Children - A Review of Current Legislation and the Multi-Billion Dollar Child "Protection" Industry

It is hard to imagine in a sophisticated first-world country like the United States that the government officials could walk into your child’s public school, have them removed from their classroom, interviewed by government officials in private (without your knowledge), remove your child from the school, and place them in the home of a stranger all without your knowledge. The reason you ask, maybe you don’t feed your child enough, maybe they missed a few days from school, maybe someone just lied and said you were a drug dealer, and your child could not answer the right questions to exonerate you.

It is hard to imagine in a sophisticated first-world country that a new born baby could be stripped from his mother’s arms in a hospital because the Mother had one positive test for opiates during pregnancy, even though there was no showing of drugs in the Mother or the child at birth and there is no other evidence of child abuse or neglect.

It is hard to imagine in a sophisticated first-world country that a child could be locked in a hospital with a rare and untreated disease and separated from her entire family simply because her parents wanted to take her for a second medical opinion.

This is the state of our nation and the child welfare system in the United States.

The End of Scientific Integrity? Cochrane Collaboration Expels Critic of Big Pharma - 4 Other Board Members Resign

Dr. Peter Gøtzsche recently sent out an email to the public explaining that he is the first person in 25 years to be expelled from the Cochrane Collaboration. He writes:

“No clear reasoned justification has been given for my expulsion aside from accusing me of causing ‘disrepute’ for the organization. This is the first time in 25 years that a member has been excluded from membership of Cochrane.”

Four other board members have resigned from the Cochrane Collaboration as a result of this action.

Health Impact News has covered the work of Dr. Gøtzsche frequently over the years, as he is an outspoken critic of Big Pharma, referring to them as “organized crime.”

He is author of the book, “Deadly Medicines and Organized Crime: How big pharma has corrupted healthcare.”

The Cochrane Collaboration is considered to be the “gold standard” in scientific integrity, but they have come under fire recently for what appears to be biased reviews influenced by the pharmaceutical industry.

They received a $1.15 million “gift” from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to fund “project work” from 2016 to 2017.

Earlier this year (2018), researchers from the Nordic Cochrane Centre published a critique in the British Medical Journal stating that the Cochrane’s review of the HPV vaccine “does not meet the standards for Cochrane reviews or the needs of the citizens or healthcare providers that consult Cochrane reviews to make informed decisions.”

Bad Medical Advice: How Taking an Aspirin a Day for Reported Health Benefits Could Actually Kill You

A few decades ago, during the 1970s, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” morphed to “an aspirin a day keeps heart attacks and strokes away.”

Not only does this not work as a preventative measure for cardiac arrest and strokes, the side effects to the gastrointestinal or GI tract range can be severe. This is not an opinion.

Several studies and even the FDA have expressed concerns about this approach for a healthy heart.

Aspirin depletes the body of life-saving nutrients, such as potassium, sodium, folic acid, iron, and vitamin C, leading to anemia, depression, diarrhea fatigue, suppression of the immune system, and elevated homocysteine, which is ironically a strong heart disease risk factor.

Long-term, daily consumption of aspirin can lead to undetected internal bleeding in the GI tract, eventually causing ulcers or leading to other serious inflammatory gastrointestinal conditions, even Crohn’s Disease.
