Are they aware of the myriad health dangers associated with EMF radiation? Are they on the hook for the electricity taken up by the antenna? Perhaps proactive action to discuss the issue with neighbors before the industry makes the offer can inoculate neighborhoods from industry propaganda. Friendly but frank conversations about this issue may be the only way to prevent your neighborhood from being blanketed with EMF.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Press Conference today on Landmark Case Against FCC on 5G and Wireless Health Impacts

Children’s Health Defense (CHD), the children’s health advocacy group headed by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., filed its response to the Federal Communications Commission’s brief on Monday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. CHD’s case against the FCC is challenging the agency’s refusal to review its 25-year-old obsolete wireless “health guidelines” and to adopt scientific, biologically-based radio frequency emissions rules that adequately protect public health. CHD is represented by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Scott W. McCollough. The brief was filed jointly with Environmental Health Trust. The response brief is a response to the FCC brief that was filed on September 22nd. CHD’s principal brief was filed on August 14, 2020. The Petitioner’s response brief accuses the FCC of failing to “meaningfully assess the vast amount of reliable peer-reviewed scientific and medical evidence generated after 1996 indicating current and potential health risks from exposure at currently-authorized levels” of the radiation emitted by wireless sources such as cell phones, Wi-Fi, cell towers and 5G technologies at levels well below current FCC emission limits. Petitioners claim that FCC’s irresponsible refusal to confront the evidence has resulted in widespread sickness, including in children. The petitioners assert that the FCC’s disdain for human suffering reflects a disturbingly distorted view of the public interest. The FCC guidelines are based on the premise that wireless radiation is not harmful unless it is causing thermal change in tissue. The brief shows that these guidelines are based on obsolete and disproven assumptions which ignore human biology and are promoted by engineers and those with a vested interest in maintaining the status quo. Hawaii’s Big Island Called Upon Telecom to Cease and Desist 5G Deployment

A resolution to cease the buildout of 5G wireless infrastructure until it can be proven safe, through independent research and testing, passed the Hawaii County Council on July 22, 2020, almost unanimously. The vote was 8-1. The resolution, introduced by council member Matt Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, came to the table after months of daily emails and phone calls from constituents regarding 5G. “There was overwhelming public concern,” he said. The resolution was put forth by constituents and Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder agreed to present it to the council.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans by regulating the telecom industry.  Unfortunately, it never seems to work out that way on 5G or anything else.  Opposition to 5G has been issued by many respected American government agencies including the U.S. Navy, NOAA, NASA, the Department of Defense, and more.  Congress members have also asked that installation be slowed down during the pandemic.  The FCC says no. Tennessee City Joins Growing List of Communities Opposing 5G Installations

People worldwide – including elected officials – are opposed to 5G being installed in their communities because of risks to biological health, cybersecurity, environmental health, privacy, safety, and more.  Many cities and countries have taken action including banning it, filing lawsuits, issuing moratoriums, passing ordinances and resolutions, etc.  This now includes Farragut, TN. Farragut Tennessee has approved a resolution calling on state and federal governments to halt 5G until health risks are evaluated by “sound science.”  The resolution details how FCC limits are outdated and considered inadequate to protect human health by many scientists. The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans by regulating the telecom history.  Despite opposition and warnings, they are using the pandemic as an excuse to speed up 5G installation.  This includes launching tens of thousands of satellites with millions of antennas to blast 5G and WiFi at us from space.  Lawsuits have been filed against them for NOT protecting Americans from unsafe levels of radiation and 5G.

Does 5G Make Us More Susceptible to Coronavirus Infection?

Many have raised questions about whether there is a connection between 5G and this pandemic. In some ways, the connection between COVID-19 and 5G is a moot issue. In other ways, it's not. Either way, it's tangential to what you need to do now to protect yourself and your family from here on out. At the time of this interview, which took place March 31, 2020, a vast majority of those who have died from COVID-19 were elderly. Those who died in China and Italy under the age of 50 have generally been encumbered with obesity, diabetes and hypertension, with insulin resistance being the common denominator. Very few under the age of 19 are affected. That said, the infection appears to be more aggressive than influenza in older individuals, and the illness lasts longer than the regular flu. So, there's enhanced virulence to this virus for some reason we yet do not understand. While unproven, one current theory is that EMF radiation — and the addition of 5G in particular — could be having an impact.

Attorney Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Wins Historic Legal Battle Over FCC on 5G and Radiofrequency Exposure Limits

On April 1st, 2020, the FCC finally published its December 4, 2019 “RF Order” (FCC 19-126) in the Federal Register. The Federal Register notice addresses the FCC’s outrageous refusal to update its radiofrequency (RF) exposure limits or reconsider whether outer ears should be treated differently than other extremities since users often place cell phones on the ear (Docket 13-84), the final rule amendments making it easier to prove compliance with the outdated rules (Docket 03-137). The publication in the Federal Register follows Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) motion in its case against the FCC, CHD v FCC, to force the FCC to publish its decision. As a result, the FCC will have no basis to seek dismissal of CHD’s or the Environmental Health Trust’s (EHT) case and will likely prevent the FCC from being able to control venue – where the cases will be heard. On December 4, 2019 the FCC closed Docket 13-84 and released FCC 19-126. There were 2 relevant actions: a “Resolution of Notice of Inquiry” in ET Docket No. 13-84 regarding “Reassessment of Federal Communications Commission Radiofrequency Exposure Limits.” The FCC decided there is no evidence of harm from wireless technology and therefore, no need to review the RF safety guidelines. Most appalling was the FCC’s refusal to reconsider the impact on children or take into account that many users still place their cell phones right on their ear, and thereby receive more radiation exposure than the rules contemplate.

Powerful Industry Lobby Group Behind 5g Roll-Out Despite Public Opposition and Health Dangers

FCC Reaffirms Radio Frequency Radiation Exposure Limits but Turns Blind Eye to 5G Dangers

Over the past months, we’ve been documenting the issues surrounding the launch of 5G networks. As we edge closer and closer to a wider rollout of this technology, more information is coming to light demonstrating the negative impact on human health that could result, not to mention the damage to wildlife and the environment. These were derived from behavioral changes in rats exposed to microwave radiation and were established to protect humans from short-term heating risks from radiation exposure. Yet the peer-reviewed research since then has found harmful health effects from much lower radiation exposure.

Judge Orders British Man Opposing 5G Released from Jail – Attempts to Silence Him Failed

Mark Steele, from England, has been making headlines for telling the truth about the dangers of 5-G. He has been trying to educate the Gateshead community and its Council about the serious risks of 5-G technology. The Gateshead Council approved the installation of new LED street lights, which contain 5-G equipment. How can We Protect Ourselves from 5-G and Nanotechnology?

A conservative 2017 calculation by business research analysists indicate that the nanotechnology market will be a 90.5 billion dollar market by 2021. Another report anticipates nanotechnology growth will reach 173 billion dollars by 2025. Simply put, 5-G is the power source that will enable the nanotechnology that is in our bodies to perform specific tasks. Nano materials have been programmed to assemble and build, but when 5-G is fully enabled and when even higher terahertz frequencies are widely used, then nanotechnology will be able to stimulate neurological activity and emotions, it will also be able to transmit data and receive instructions from 5-G equipment that will be located every hundred feet or so. As was explained, these two technologies can be combined to weaken our health, create illness, and control our minds. It is extremely easy to get nanotechnology into our bodies, but the human body has difficulty removing it and preventing it from accumulating. Our immune systems have been weakened by the constant bombardment with chemicals such as glyphosate, which contaminates nearly all of our food including organic products. These chemicals strip out essential minerals from our bodies and damage the normal bacteria in our guts. The normal human microbiome in the gut is the primary home for our immune system. The problem is that once nanotechnology enters our bodies, our brains, our cells, and even modifies our DNA, then extraordinary steps must be taken to deprogram it and remove it. Thus, even nanotechnology intended for good eventually becomes part of a toxic condition in our bodies, and becomes something that we need to help our bodies remove.

I realize that this all sounds like rather far-fetched speculation and fantasy, but there is enough evidence to support these claims and enough evidence to begin taking proactive steps to protect ourselves from what is rapidly coming toward us. Please give serious thought to not getting on the 5G bandwagon. There will be massive advertising campaigns in the months and years to come, designed to get everyone to switch over to 5G phones. You don’t have to bite the bait. 4G smartphones and 3G phones for voice and texting are adequate for everyday use. We don’t need 5G technology to live happy and productive lives! It is important to consider that the demand for better cellular service is not coming from consumers, but from mega-corporations who are trying to create a market for a new set of products. It’s not really about better service, but about greater profitability for corporations who don’t mind killing off people with microwave radiation in order to turn greater profits. It is also about creating a system that will enable central control over every aspect of human life. 5G is not a vision of something better, but an omen of something much worse.
