A patient of mine sent me copy of a letter he received from a local hospital system. The patient also included a note to me stating, “Dr. B, I don’t think this letter is from you. I thought you would like to see what they are sending out in your name.” Folks, I assure you, this letter was not from me. I called the hospital that sent this out and demanded a retraction be sent to all who received it. Note the letter states, “Influenza kills 25,000-30,000 people across the United States each year.” Oh boy. Where do I start? Influenza does NOT kill 25,000-30,000 people each year. The truth is, in 2010, the CDC reported that the flu killed 500 people.
Does the State Ever Have a “Right” to Remove Children from a Home?
When does the State have the right to remove children from a home where they are living with their parents? We have been covering medical kidnapping stories now on MedicalKidnap.com for about 3 months. This website was started to document the many stories that were coming to our attention where families were losing their children to the State, and the foster care system, over medical disagreements. In many of these cases, their children were taken away simply because they disagreed with a doctor, or wanted to take their children to a different doctor to get a second opinion. Does the State have a right to take children away from parents for what is now being called "medical abuse," a term used by medical authorities when parents disagree with doctors, or want to seek a second opinion? Most of the people who follow MedicalKidnap would state "no." And we have published many stories now showing that this is indeed happening all across the country, in every state, every single day. But what about in other situations? Are there any situations where authorities should step in and remove children from their homes, taking them away from their parents? Judging from comments made in social media from many commenting on some of our articles, I think it is safe to assume that the majority of people in the United States today feel that in certain situations, the State has a legitimate right to step in and take children away from their families, removing them from their homes. However, I would like to suggest that the Constitution of the United States of America protects the rights of individuals and families, and that it is never lawful for social services to remove a child from their biological parents, taking them out of their home and making them a ward of the State, removing legal custody from their parents. This phenomena is a recent development in the history of our country, and if it is not lawful to take such actions, we are correct in calling such actions "state-funded kidnappings."

Why are so Many Healthy People Dying from the Flu After Receiving the Flu Shot?

WISN in Wisconsin is reporting that 26-year-old Katherine McQuestion has died from flu complications, after she received the flu shot. Katherine was reportedly a newlywed, and was required to receive the flu shot as part of her employment. She was a radiology technician and worked at St. Catherine's Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin according to WISN. McQuestion's mother said her daughter was healthy, beautiful and smart. She married in September, and her funeral was held on Tuesday.
Forced Quarantines have Started: Pasadena Woman Resists Forced Vaccination
ABC 7 News in Los Angeles is reporting that federal health officials want to force a 26-year-old grad student, whose younger sister was one of the confirmed cases of measles caught recently at Disneyland, into a quarantine. Ylsa Tellez does not have the measles, and is not sick. So why do health officials want to force her into quarantine? Because she is not vaccinated against the measles. She could reportedly avoid the quarantine if she gets the vaccine. Lost in all the discussions you will read or listen to in the mainstream media regarding measles outbreaks is that there is no clear science proving that the vaccine actually prevents these outbreaks, or that the measles vaccine "wiped out" the disease. We applaud Ylsa Tellez and her refusal to give in to "Health Authorities" who have tremendous conflicts of interest in their incestuous relationships with drug manufacturers who distribute vaccines. U.S. law today protects vaccine manufacturers from being sued in civil court, and the U.S. government is the largest purchaser of vaccines, as they could never survive in a free market economy. These same drug companies were being sued so often for vaccine damages that they blackmailed Congress in 1986 and threatened to stop manufacturing vaccines completely if they were not given legal immunity. Congress willingly obliged, and the Supreme Court has upheld that law. The only recourse left to the public is to resist the removal of our Constitutional and civil rights.

Arizona CPS Takes 7 Children Away from Parents after Accident
The unthinkable happened to a family in Arizona. Their three-year-old daughter mysteriously collapsed while her parents were away from home, and she died shortly after. As horrible as that tragedy was, Khloe's death was only the beginning of the devastation to the Shoars family. Child Protective Services immediately came in and took away all seven of their other children, placing them in various foster home settings around the area. The children now don't have their parents, or even each other, as they try to grasp what has happened to their sister. None of the children, ranging in age from 2 to 9 years old, have been placed with family or friends, and they cry to come home.
