New California Law Allows Children from All 50 States to Seek Transgender Medical Services without Parent’s Permission
California recently passed SB 107 allowing children from all 50 states to seek transgender medical services in California, even if a parent does not approve. "With this law, California is basically saying it can take temporary emergency jurisdiction over any child from anywhere if there's a disagreement between a parent and the state of California over how to treat a child's gender distress," Emilie Kao, senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom said. Greg Reese reports how some groups in California are actively recruiting children from "Red" States where parents may disagree with transgender medical procedures.
Is the Public Being Conditioned for the Next COVID Scam with a “Lab Escaped” Killer Mutant Virus?

Especially after more than two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people picture a virus as a nasty spiked ball – essentially a mindless killer that gets into a cell and hijacks its machinery to create a gazillion copies of itself before bursting out. For many viruses, including the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, the mindless killer moniker is essentially true." Wow! Who knew that viruses could be so intelligent, and actually participate in premeditated murder of its hosts? Well here's the problem: it's all fake. Stuff like this might happen in science fiction movies or TV series, but in real life there is zero evidence of such intelligence in viruses. The sole purpose of publishing such fiction in a pseudo-scientific publication is to create FEAR, which then can be leveraged to sell PRODUCTS, such as vaccines. And that might be exactly what is happening today, as recent headlines in the corporate media are claiming that "new strains" of the COVID "virus" are being developed in laboratories with deadly "kill rates" of up to 80%. With so many people carrying around blood clots and weakened hearts from the COVID-19 vaccines, it would be reasonable to expect that a surge in deaths and illnesses in the weeks ahead could be attributed by the "health authorities" to something new, like a lab-escaped "mutant virus" to bring about new emergency measures to develop new drugs and vaccines for this "new variant." And these "leaked" news stories about lab-created "killer COVID-19 viruses" could very well be readying the masses in the public who still trust the corporate media and the corrupt government alphabet agencies to accept this new scam.

Medical System Struggles with How to Treat Heart Disease Caused by COVID Vaccines
One of the most prestigious medical journals dealing with heart disease, the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAHA), has published two new articles this month dealing with how to detect and treat COVID-19 vaccine induced heart disease (myocarditis, pericarditis, and myopericarditis). They are: "Vaccine‐Triggered Acute Autoimmune Myocarditis: Defining, Detecting, and Managing an Apparently Novel Condition" and "Myocarditis After COVID‐19 Vaccination in Pediatrics: A Proposed Pathway for Triage and Treatment." Medical journals are generally not written for the public, but for doctors and other medical professionals, so you will not hear about this in the corporate news which is heavily sponsored by the drug companies who produce the COVID vaccines, and would not want the general public to have this information. The JAHA published studies admit to a difficult situation in treating what they refer to as a "novel" cardiac disease that is caused by COVID-19 vaccines without fueling "vaccine hesitancy" which would reduce the number of people getting COVID-19 vaccines, which of course they are obligated to believe are necessary to fight the COVID-19 "virus" disease. To admit otherwise, would be to admit these vaccines are a total scam and unnecessarily killing and maiming people, a criminal offense. So the fact that JAHA even has to address this issue and give guidance to medical providers in how to detect and treat these new "novel" vaccine-induced cardiac diseases, proves that these vaccines cause harm, especially among young males. The fact that JAHA is even addressing this issue, is truly astounding, because they are basically admitting that this is a very real and very serious problem, and that they have been totally unprepared on how to detect and treat these vaccine-induced cases of heart disease.

The CDC and the U.S. Government are trying to convince the public that without these new booster shots, their chances of dying from COVID are much higher, but the CDC's own statistics show that "All Deaths Involving COVID-19" have been steadily declining since the end of July, even though the new Bivalent booster shots were not approved until the end of August. This means they are lying to the public, and people are being injured and dying after the new booster shots needlessly. And earlier this week the U.S. Government spent U.S. taxpayer money to develop new TV and radio ads targeting Blacks and Hispanics to go get the deadly booster shots. NY Supreme Court Judge Strikes Down NYC COVID Vaccine Mandate on City Workers – Orders Back Pay and Jobs Returned
In a rare sign that maybe some judicial sanity was returning in regards to COVID-19 vaccine mandates, New York Supreme Court Judge Ralph Porzio ruled yesterday that New York City's mandate on COVID-19 vaccines for city employees was unconstitutional. Chad LaVeglia, the attorney for the Plaintiffs, who were NYC Sanitation workers, stated that the Judge ruled against the city because the vaccine mandate was "arbitrary and capricious." In what should be a "slam dunk" case, the main issue was that the NYC Mayor lifted the COVID-19 vaccine mandates for people in professional sports and the entertainment industry, but not city workers such as policemen, firefighters, sanitation workers, etc., back in March this year. Nevertheless, the city is appealing the ruling: "The city strongly disagrees with this ruling as the mandate is firmly grounded in law and is critical to New Yorkers' public health. We have already filed an appeal. In the meantime, the mandate remains in place as this ruling pertains solely to the individual petitioners in this case. We continue to review the court's decision, which conflicts with numerous other rulings already upholding the mandate." Attorney Chad LaVeglia who litigated the case has a different perspective, however: "It (the mandate) is null and void. We just defeated the vaccine mandate for every single city employee." In his interview with NYC for Yourself, he stated that the sanitation workers were going back to work (today) at 6 a.m. The judge also ordered the city to pay back lost wages since the mandate started.
Public Health Scotland Investigates Rise in Neonatal Infant Deaths but Refuses to Check Vaccination Status of Mothers
Dr. John Campbell recently posted a video summarizing the news regarding the increase in neonatal deaths in Scotland, and Public Health Scotland's (PHS) investigation into these excess deaths. It was published less than a week ago, and at the time of publication today it has over 650,000 views and over 12,000 comments. I am amazed that YouTube has allowed this video to remain up (so far.) While PHS is investigating what might be causing these excess deaths, one thing they are NOT investigating is whether or not the mother was vaccinated with a COVID-19 shot. The Herald Scotland reported: PUBLIC health experts ruled out any link between spikes in neonatal deaths and the Covid vaccine without checking whether any of the infants' mothers had received the jag during pregnancy. Experts stressed that there was no 'plausible' link between the unusually high levels of mortality among newborns in September last year and March this year to justify investigating maternal vaccination status. In a statement, PHS added that there was also a risk that “identifying the vaccination status of the mothers, even at aggregate level, would result in harm to those individuals and others close to them, through actual or perceived judgement of the effects of their personal vaccination decision”. Furthermore “the outcomes of such analysis, whilst being uninformative for public health decision making, had the potential to be used to harm vaccine confidence at this critical time”. Scottish medical doctor Malcolm Kendrick has been a skeptic and critic of the medical community for years, challenging dogma on cholesterol and heart disease. Like many doctors in the medical field, he apparently has never questioned vaccines in the past, but when he started questioning things about the COVID-19 vaccines, he was totally unprepared for the responses and attacks that came for even daring to ask questions. In a blog he posted yesterday he concluded: "Science, to me, is debate. Science is attacking ideas from all directions. No exceptions. Those ideas which cannot be destroyed may turn out to be correct. But, if an idea is considered sacrosanct, with anyone questioning it condemned as an unbeliever, then we do not have science. We have religion. So yes, in my opinion, vaccines, and vaccination, have become a religious belief. No evidence needed."
COVID-19 Vaccines Have Caused 84% of All Deaths Recorded in VAERS for the Past 32 Years – Pfizer #1 in Vaccine Deaths, Even Before COVID
The U.S. Government Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) was started in 1990 to track injuries and deaths reported after receiving a vaccine. Congress mandated by law that the government maintain this database as part of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Since the emergency use authorization of the COVID-19 vaccines in December of 2020, through the latest update of the VAERS database on October 14, 2022, 84% of all deaths reported after vaccination for the past 31+ years have been reported following COVID-19 vaccines. The company that has produced the most vaccines resulting in deaths recorded in VAERS is Pfizer, and they held that top honor even before they partnered with Biontech to produce their mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, when they partnered with Wyeth to produce other various vaccines. Moderna, which had never produced a vaccine before producing their mRNA COVID vaccine in 2020, now holds the second spot at nearly 24% of all deaths ever recorded following a vaccine injection. As the public becomes more aware of these government statistics in VAERS, there are efforts to downplay their significance. One argument is that since there were so many doses of the COVID-19 vaccine administered, the statistics are naturally higher for adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines. Well, that claim is very easy to debunk using the U.S. Government's own statistics. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has published a report that lists the total number of doses administered for all FDA approved vaccines from 2006 through 2021. So let's compare the number of cases filed in VAERS and the number of deaths reported to VAERS for the second most deadly vaccine according to VAERS, which HIB, Haemophilus influenzae, a vaccine that is primarily given to babies and children under the age of 5. Prior to the COVID-19 EUA vaccines, it was the most deadly vaccine given to children.
Pro-Vaccine GOP Governors Make Meaningless Statements on COVID Shots as Children in Their States Die and are Crippled Every Day from Vaccines
The biggest news story this past week in the Alternative Media was the announcement by the CDC that their Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) was recommending that the 2023 childhood and adult immunization schedule include "approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines." While here at Health Impact News we obviously vigorously disagree with the ACIP recommendation, this decision has been completely politicized by the Right Wing Alternative media and the Corporate Media outlet Fox News. Since the CDC ACIP voted to include COVID-19 vaccines into the immunization schedule, some Republican Governors, probably taking their cue from Tucker Carlson on Fox News, have made statements to the public to vow "not to institute mandates in their states." Do any of these governors oppose other vaccines in the CDC schedule that are killing and maiming children? No! ALL of these governors, as well as other Republican politicians, are PRO-VACCINE, and that includes the COVID-19 vaccines. You don't believe me? Listen to them say so in their own words in this 6-minute video I put together. All of these Republican Governors are pro-vaccine, and every one of them has a record in VAERS of people dying and being injured from the vaccines on the CDC schedule in their state since they have been in office. They have done nothing to stop schools from following the CDC schedule, just as they have done nothing to stop clinics and schools from giving out the EUA COVID-19 vaccines to children, because they believe "parents should have the choice" as to whether or not they should try to kill their child with an experimental vaccine, while at the same time making efforts to make it illegal to kill their unborn child still in the womb. What a bunch of hypocrites! In one case a parent's choice is illegal to harm a child (abortion), but in the case of COVID-19 bioweapons, it is perfectly legal (although in some cases not recommended) to harm their child with deadly vaccines. What a mockery to the "Pro-life" Republican position, as they try to position themselves against vaccines that are killing and crippling children in their states every single day. If these governors are serious about opposing these dangerous bioweapon shots, they need to stop giving their "Surgeon Generals" all the spotlight to talk (which is ALL they are doing!) about how dangerous the COVID shots are, and start talking to their Attorney Generals about arresting and trying the criminals who run the FDA, CDC, and HHS that have allowed these shots to be inflicted upon the public. 11 More Deaths Added this Week to VAERS for New COVID-19 Booster Shots – 37 DEAD 4,415 Cases Since Authorized Sept. 1st
The U.S. Government's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was updated today, and another 1,183 cases were added following the recently authorized Bivalent COVID-19 vaccine boosters from Moderna and Pfizer, including 11 new deaths. There are now 4,415 cases including 37 deaths, 42 permanent disabilities, 420 ER visits, and 154 hospitalizations following the injection of these new booster shots from Pfizer and Moderna. The Bivalent boosters were just authorized by the FDA on September 1, 2022, and then authorized for children on October 12, 2022. The total number for ALL COVID-19 authorized vaccines recorded in VAERS is now 1,442,261 cases, including 31,569 deaths, 59,127 permanent disabilities, and over 180,000 hospitalizations. Dr. Spiro Pantazatos, PhD, an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurobiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and also a Research Scientist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute with a special focus on biomedical informatics, computational neuroimaging, neuroscience, and mental health, recently appeared on the Dr. Drew show and explained how he saw an increase in mortality rates following the COVID-19 mandates in 2021, and co-authored a study documenting his research. A search in the medical literature indexed at the U.S. Government's National Library of Medicine shows that Dr. Spiro Pantazatos has authored over 40 published studies. While life insurance companies began screaming from the rooftops in the late spring of 2022 about excess mortality rates, Dr. Pantazatos was well ahead of the game, producing a paper that demonstrated this link in October 2021. But nobody wanted to read his findings, and no medical journal would publish the paper. “It was diplomatically rejected by many editors at medical journals,” he told Dr. Drew.

Alert: No Routine COVID Shots for Kids
On October 20, 2022, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will be meeting. One of the agenda items appears to be a vote to recommend adding COVID-19 shots to the immunization schedule for children. This is a dangerous idea that will only benefit the vaccine manufacturers at the expense of the best interests of kids and their parents. Not only do the shots have essentially no meaningfully positive impact on children’s health, the fact that the risk of severe adverse events are greater than any potential small benefit is becoming increasingly evident. A decision by the CDC to make COVID-19 shots a routine childhood vaccination would not only ensure a steady revenue stream for manufacturers, but it would grant them continued liability protection once the public health emergency declaration ends. Here at Health Impact News, we gave extensive coverage in 2020 to the $BILLIONS of government funds that were being handed out like candy to Big Pharma to produce COVID-19 vaccines, and the early front-runners to get the first nod from the FDA for an EUA COVID-19 vaccine were Anthony Fauci's funded Moderna, and Bill Gates's funded Astrazenca shots. When Pfizer joined the mix, it raised some concerns, as their deal with the U.S. government and Operation Warp Speed was reportedly different from the other drug companies, and was conditioned upon getting approval from the FDA, something Astrazenca never obtained in the U.S. The deal with Pfizer reportedly also did not involve intellectual property rights. Pfizer ended up being the first company to get an FDA EUA for what became the first, and most lucrative, COVID-19 vaccine, but it took threats from President Trump to fire then FDA head Stephen Hahn if he did not approve the Pfizer shot. Shortly after getting the FDA nod for the first COVID shot in the U.S., Israel agreed to an exclusive deal with Pfizer in return for sharing data on its population, effectively making Israel the world's laboratory for the experimental Pfizer COVID-19 injections.
White House Extends COVID Public Health Emergency Status to Get More People Vaccinated with Deadly New Boosters
The tyrannical decree to declare COVID-19 as a "Public Health Emergency" that ushered in unprecedented measures to ignore the Constitution of the United States and to lock everyone down and eventually start injecting Americans with experimental shots that have now resulted in massive deaths and injuries, which was first declared by President Donald Trump almost 3 years ago on January 31, 2020, was just extended by the Biden Administration this week. That brings the total to 3,232 cases including 26 deaths recorded in VAERS since this new COVID-19 vaccine was given emergency use authorization at the end of August, just 6 weeks ago. These dangerous shots were just granted emergency use authorization by the FDA this week to children as young as 5 years old. You or your children can receive one of these dangerous shots in all 50 states (and yes, this includes Florida - just call your local pharmacy and ask them). To date, there have been 1,437,273 cases filed in VAERS from ALL COVID-19 vaccines since December of 2020, including 31,470 deaths. That is 3 times more deaths following COVID-19 vaccines than deaths (9,149) following all other FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30 years (1990 through 2019). Attack on America’s Children Continues as FDA Authorizes Deadly New COVID Boosters for Children as Young as 5 Years Old

“Long COVID” is the Term Now Used to Cover Up COVID Vaccine Injuries as Health Insurance Companies Face Financial Collapse
Last month (September, 2022) we reported how Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) is the new term apparently being used to cover up deaths due to the COVID-19 vaccines, and that in many places around the world it is now the #1 cause of death. But what about those who suffer injuries and disabilities following COVID-19 vaccines, but do not die? Health statistics clearly show that there has been a significant increase in disabilities which has resulted in many people no longer being able to work, and Edward Dowd has been a leader in the U.S. publishing health and life insurance statistics that bear this out. There are currently no diagnostic tests that can identify "Long COVID," which of course presents major problems for the Health Insurance industry, as well as applying for Social Security disability benefits. Similar to how "SADS" is killing young, formerly healthy people, the CDC data shows similar results for Long COVID for younger age groups: "14.9% of people 18 to 29 years old have experienced long COVID, and 16% of those 30 to 39 years old have had it." Since there are no diagnostic tests to identify Long COVID, how is the CDC identifying it? By symptoms. There is a long list which was published in a Fierce Healthcare article this week, and all of these symptoms can be found in abundance in the U.S. Government's Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) following COVID-19 vaccines. So is the CDC considering COVID-19 vaccines as a possible cause of "Long COVID"? From the Fierce Healthcare article: "Kavanagh has long been a proponent of the necessity for vaccines, but the CDC data doesn’t have a vaccination status category. Vaccination status became something of a lightning rod during COVID-19 surges, with those who followed the CDC guidelines noting that they often had to pay (in a sense) for the emergency care and/or hospitalizations of those that hadn’t. Being vaccinated helps guard against getting long COVID, according to the CDC." Let that sink in America. The CDC wants the public to believe that "being vaccinated helps guard against getting long COVID." And when hospitalizations were increasing in 2021 when the vaccines were being rolled out, with about 80% of the American public taking at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine according to the CDC, it was the unvaccinated who were being blamed for increased hospitalization rates. If both of these statements were actually true, would it not be in the best interest of the CDC to track COVID-19 vaccination status?? They certainly have the data to do so. So why are they not tracking COVID-19 vaccination status and publishing the data?
Pfizer and the FDA NEVER Claimed Their COVID-19 Vaccine Stopped Transmission – This is NOT News Today!
My news feed and my inbox in my email program have been flooded with links to stories reporting what so many in the Alternative Media today are claiming is BREAKING NEWS: Pfizer's COVID Vaccine was Never Tested on Preventing Transmission! The source of this "Breaking News" is apparently a Dutch Member of the European Parliament, Rob Roos. Well I have some news for all of you emailing me this story: This is NOT news! Pfizer and the FDA have NEVER claimed that their COVID-19 stopped transmission of COVID, and this information has been readily available to the public since the beginning when the shot was first given an EUA. It has ALWAYS been a lie propagated by the Corporate Media and the criminal CDC, and we have exposed this lie many times in the past. A few months after the shots were authorized by the FDA, Barbara Loe Fisher, the co-founder of The National Vaccine Information Center, which is the leading vaccine consumer advocacy group in the world and has been in existence for over 30 years, wrote what was by far the most comprehensive review of these new shots where she warned the public, among other things, that these vaccines were never even intended to stop transmission! In November of 2021, we reported that even the director of WHO told the Brazilian President that the COVID shots were not designed to stop transmission. So with all due respect to Mr. Roos, this is OLD NEWS, and is certainly not a "smoking gun." The fact that so many people are getting worked up into a frenzy over this today just proves that people in the beginning did not do their homework and research for themselves the public information that was available about these shots, and sadly, that included MANY in the medical field who were recommending them!!
