What if we all make conscious choices to move about as before or to stay sheltered, based on our own exercise of our own informed free wills and not on the basis of governmental edicts? What if each of us decides if it is healthier to breathe in fresh air from outside or recycled air from under a mask? What if massive numbers of us make these decisions on our own? What if the governors’ edicts don’t really carry the force of law? What if governors have assumed the power to tell us how to live from either out of thin air or from unconstitutional and outdated state laws? What if it is profoundly unconstitutional for a state legislature to give its law-making powers to the state’s governor? What if, when that happens, all the governors’ edicts based on that attempted passage of power are null and void? What if we simply behave in a manner that shows we understand that these edicts are unlawful? What if we ignore the government at our peril? What if when government tramples our rights, we alter or abolish it? What if the time to do that is coming? What if that time is here? What if — as Jefferson wrote — when the people fear the government there is tyranny? What if when the government fears the people, there is liberty?

Another “Conservative Judge” from the Swamp Nominated to the Supreme Court
Evangelicals, conservatives and pro-lifers are dancing with glee over Donald Trump’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ruth Bader Ginsberg on the U.S. Supreme Court. They shouldn’t be. Once again, conservatives are being conned. I keep reminding people that SCOTUS has been dominated by Republican appointments since before the infamous Roe v Wade decision in 1973. We are talking a half-century. How justices voted on Roe back in 1973? The vote was 7 in support and 2 opposed. GOP appointments had a 6 – 3 majority when the Roe decision was decided. Note that 5 of those 6 Republican-appointed justices voted in favor of Roe. They didn’t even need a Democrat-appointed justice to vote for Roe (which 2 did) in order for it to pass. Notice, too, that only one Republican-appointed justice voted against Roe. To put it another way: 66% of the Democrat-appointed justices voted for Roe, while 83% of the Republican-appointed justices voted for Roe. And, again, remember that the Republican Party has held a majority of the Supreme Court for 50 years, and yet Roe has never been overturned. And Trump’s appointments are going to prove to be no better.

Our post about the article was removed, and comments from our readers stated that when they tried to share the article on Facebook via their own pages, they were banned for 30 days. "I just got blocked from FB for 30 days for sharing this article." - Walter. The reason Facebook gave for censoring the article was: "We have these standards because misinformation that could cause physical harm can make some people feel unsafe on Facebook." Yes, you read that correctly. A positive article about a medical doctor curing 1700 patients of COVID "could cause physical harm," and "make people feel unsafe." Nobody should be relying on these largely Pharma-funded Social Media giants to get reliable information anymore. Very soon they will be completely removing any independent voice that dares to publish the truth. Big Pharma wants you to only get the news they approve of, and to only get your news from their sources will lead to your DEATH. This is the New America. Truth is condemned, and lies are promoted to literally kill people. And it happens in BOTH political parties. It didn't happen overnight. When Rock and Roll Used to be the Voice of Dissent and a Threat to the State: The CIA’s Assassination of John Lennon
John Lennon, born 80 years ago on October 9, 1940, was a musical genius and pop cultural icon. He was also a vocal peace protester and anti-war activist, and a high-profile example of the lengths to which the Deep State will go to persecute those who dare to challenge its authority. Long before Julian Assange, Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning were being castigated for blowing the whistle on the government’s war crimes and the National Security Agency’s abuse of its surveillance powers, it was Lennon who was being singled out for daring to speak truth to power about the government’s warmongering, his phone calls monitored and data files illegally collected on his activities and associations. For a while, at least, Lennon became enemy number one in the eyes of the U.S. government. Years after Lennon’s assassination it would be revealed that the FBI had collected 281 pages of files on him, including song lyrics. J. Edgar Hoover, head of the FBI at the time, directed the agency to spy on the musician.
2020: The Year The System Showed Its Real Face
As we grew up, nearly all of us were inundated with stories of our glorious national fathers, our beautiful democracies, and so on. And being young, we for the most part believed them. The system gave us our prosperity, our comfort, our medicine, our sense of importance. Soon enough we learned that the system was also stupid and perverse, but we found a way around that contradiction by blaming one segment of the system or another: The Blues or the Greens or the Red are the problem; it could not, must not, be that the system itself is the problem. Then came 2020, and the system revealed its true face. By referring to “the system” and “us,” I’m dividing the world into two parts, and so I should be clear on what those parts are: Us refers to producers: the people who grow food, transport it, process it, build machines, provide medical care, and so on. Everyone from the construction worker to the small business owner to the cleaning lady is a producer, and deserve great respect for what they do. We owe all the comforts of our lives, and frequently our lives altogether, to these people. The system refers to the entire governmental complex that takes our money and couldn’t survive without it. It also includes everything that couldn’t be what they are without them: Central banks, government school systems, businesses that live on government connections, television networks, social media behemoths, and more or less everything high and mighty. What I’d like is for the producers of the world to become clear on the fact that we don’t need them. Everything they “do for us” is done with our money, which they take from us by force and fraud. And let’s be honest about this: The system is a violent, corrupt and control-obsessed entity. Millions of us would choose other arrangements if we could, but the system forbids them. Forcibly. We should also understand that this has happened before. The system is not worthy of our labor and treasure. Whether or not it once was (and if so, when) no longer matters. 2020 has made this much clear. It’s time to drop our child-training and look at the world like the adults we’ve become.
Resistance Grows Across the U.S. as Constitutional Sheriffs Meet in Virginia
County sheriffs, police officers, pastors and attorneys fighting Covid19 lockdowns, business closings, mask mandates and unconstitutional gun laws met in Lynchburg, Virginia on September 30 to share their strategies. The constitutional training conference was sponsored by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) founded by former sheriff Richard Mack. US citizens were also invited to attend to learn more about how their elected sheriff is the first line of defense in their county who fight for the constitutional rights of their constituents and what they can do to preserve liberty. Many remember Mack successfully sued, along with six other sheriffs, the federal government on the grounds that the Brady bill violated the US Constitution and destroyed state sovereignty. As he puts it: “I sued the Clintons and lived to tell about it.” “I feel this is the most important meeting in America since the constitutional convention,” he said of the conference. “The people are the rightful masters of Congress, legislators and courts. It is our duty to fight those who would pervert it. There are so many traitors in our midst (for instance, the 'covid dictator governors') and we must make them irrelevant.” What can concerned citizens do? Take action in the countryside of America, county by county, one sheriff at a time. Work with chiefs of police, talk to health departments, and activate the churches.
Mandatory Mask Wearing Is Silent Terrorism Meant for Psychological Submission
Since when is depriving the body and mind of oxygen, and breathing in expelled carbon dioxide (CO2) good for the health of humans? Since when is wearing a partial face covering that is multiple times more porous than can protect against any virus penetration helpful? Since when is hiding all expression from others not psychologically damaging? Since when is it legitimate and not hypocritical for the state to outlaw Muslim women from wearing head and face coverings that are part of their culture, and in the same breath force all Americans to cover their faces with a mask? Since when does any politician have any right to dictate to an entire population that they have to wear masks or any other type of clothing? Since when in this day and age did absolute slavery of all become a mainstay of American society? This is a purposeful state exercise with the intent of destroying the spirit of the American public, leaving only a society of unfeeling and obedient drones awaiting the next order handed down from on high.
Who Will Stand Up for Women’s Health?
As regular readers will be aware, the FDA is poised to eliminate consumer access to compounded bioidentical hormones like estriol, progesterone, testosterone, and others. We’re working with our allies to mobilize members of Congress to take action on this critical women’s health issue. We need your help to get as many members to support our cause as we possibly can. Representatives Mark Pocan (D-WI) and Phil Roe (R-TN) are leading a Congressional letter asking the FDA to “consider the severely negative impact some of [the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s] recommendations would have on patients,” and requesting that consumer access to compounded bioidentical hormones be maintained. This is a critical issue, particularly for women. Many studies have shown that estriol offers many potential health benefits—for urinary tract and bone health, for example—without some of the dangers that accompany higher-potency estrogens, such as cancer. A ban would cause suffering for many, many women. But as we’ve written before, this is one among many attacks that, in our opinion, is meant to make it impossible for traditional compounding pharmacies to stay in business. The FDA still needs to go through the normal rulemaking process before estriol or other hormones are banned from compounding, but the time to act is now. We must get Congress on our side to try to reign in this agency.
Cashless Society Coming Soon? The Fed Is Preparing To Deposit “Digital Dollars” Directly To “Each American”
The Globalists want a cashless society so that they can remove any shred of privacy people still have, and have complete control over the monetary system. COVID is being used to rush these plans into place. This week, Tyler Durden, writing for ZeroHedge, reported that there is proposed legislation now for "Central Bank Digital Currencies" where every person in America would have a digital account where these digital currencies would be deposited during pandemics. Cleveland Fed president Loretta Mester delivered a speech to the Chicago Payment Symposium titled "Payments and the Pandemic", in which after going through the big picture boilerplate, Mester goes straight to the matter at hand. In the section titled "Central Bank Digital Currencies", the Cleveland Fed president writes that "the experience with pandemic emergency payments has brought forward an idea that was already gaining increased attention at central banks around the world, that is, central bank digital currency (CBDC)." And in the shocking punchline, then goes on to reveal that "legislation has proposed that each American have an account at the Fed in which digital dollars could be deposited, as liabilities of the Federal Reserve Banks, which could be used for emergency payments." But wait it gets better, because in launching digital cash, the Fed would then be able to scrap "anonymous" physical currency entirely, and track every single banknote from its "creation" all though the various transactions that take place during its lifetime. And, eventually, the Fed could remotely "destroy" said digital currency when it so decides. Oh, and in the process the Fed would effectively disintermediate commercial banks, as it would both provide loans to US consumers and directly deposit funds into their accounts, effectively making the entire traditional banking system obsolete.
No, The U.S. Supreme Court Will Not Save Us
The U.S. Supreme Court will not save us. It doesn’t matter which party gets to pick the replacement to fill Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. The battle that is gearing up right now is yet more distraction and spin to keep us oblivious to the steady encroachment on our rights by the architects of the American Police State. Americans can no longer rely on the courts to mete out justice. Although the courts were established to serve as Courts of Justice, what we have been saddled with, instead, are Courts of Order. This is true at all levels of the judiciary, but especially so in the highest court of the land, the U.S. Supreme Court, which is seemingly more concerned with establishing order and protecting government interests than with upholding the rights of the people enshrined in the U.S. Constitution. As a result, the police and other government agents have been generally empowered to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance, all with the general blessing of the courts. The system is rigged. Because the system is rigged and the U.S. Supreme Court—the so-called “people’s court”—has exchanged its appointed role as a gatekeeper of justice for its new role as maintainer of the status quo, the police state will keep winning and “we the people” will keep losing. For those deluded enough to believe that they’re living the American dream—where the government represents the people, where the people are equal in the eyes of the law, where the courts are arbiters of justice, where the police are keepers of the peace, and where the law is applied equally as a means of protecting the rights of the people—it’s time to wake up. We no longer have a representative government, a rule of law, or justice. Liberty has fallen to legalism. Freedom has fallen to fascism. Justice has become jaded, jaundiced and just plain unjust. And for too many, the American dream of freedom and opportunity has turned into a living nightmare.

It is dangerous to reveal the truth about the illegal and immoral things our government does with our money and in our name, and the war on journalists who dare reveal such truths is very much a bipartisan affair. Study: Proper Levels of Vitamin D will Prevent COVID – Vaccine not Needed
Dr. Michael Holick, professor of medicine, physiology and biophysics at Boston University School of Medicine, is an expert on Vitamin D, and we have featured his work on Health Impact News in the past. Much of Dr. Holick's previous work on Vitamin D has been in the area of "brittle bone" diseases, which often lead to false charges of Shaken Baby Syndrome and wrongly accusing parents of committing child abuse based on radiology reports showing bone fractures that have healed in young children, who are basically Vitamin D deficient. A recent study conducted by Dr. Holick and his associates looked at samples from Quest Diagnostics of more than 190,000 Americans from all 50 states and found that those who had deficient levels of vitamin D had 54% higher COVID positivity compared to those with adequate levels of vitamin D in the blood. “The higher your vitamin D status, lower was your risk,” Holick said. So now we can add Vitamin D to the list of simple, effective cures for SARS-CoV-2, joining hydroxychloroquine, Vitamin C, ozone treatment, among others. Of course Big Pharma and the government health dictators will continue to deny these treatments, because the ramifications for their effectiveness would prove they are criminals and mass murderers, and that a COVID vaccine and new COVID drugs are just simply not needed. Then they would have to give the government back their $1 TRILLION + in funding to develop these drugs and treatments, and face charges in a court of law for mass murder by preventing these treatments, and attacking doctors who use them to save patients' lives. Real cures are just simply not profitable for Big Pharma and their Wall Street bankers who control the government, and they cannot be allowed.
Covid-19 or Covid-9-11? The Modern U.S. History of Tyranny
On the eve of the 9-11 anniversary, it is imperative to look at government caused and staged events from the angle of extreme criticism. This criticism need not be considered from the standpoint of speculation or ‘conspiracy theory,’ although any collusion at high levels for the purpose of attaining a particular outcome is certainly conspiratorial. False flag events are always meant to fool the people into supporting a particular agenda sought by the ruling ‘elites,’ and in turn are designed to be a war against you as citizens of a corrupt state. This new false flag called Covid-19 was long ago designed in order to effect global dominance by the few over the rest of us. Will this be a successful coup? Will the people of this country acquiesce to the will of tyrants? Will the people allow for the continued murder of their families and neighbors by the state? Will the people continue to hide from themselves and the truth? Will the people never fight back? Will the people allow themselves to become the serfs in a society ruled by kings? That is what is coming, and there is only one thing standing in the way of the oppressors, and that is mass resistance by the majority. Without the courage to fight against the ruling class, we will soon be left with nothing, and will have allowed our own servitude.
New Book Exposes the CIA MKULTRA Mind-Control Program with Sidney Gottlieb and LSD
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has a fearsome reputation. The author and executor of countless coups and political assassinations, the CIA is notorious for waterboarding, “extraordinary rendition,” regime change, kidnapping, narcotics smuggling, financing of guerrilla wars, and many other unsavory activities around the world, including against Americans, even inside the United States. Stephen Kinzer’s book, Poisoner in Chief, is a highly readable, thoroughly researched introduction to the life and work of one of America’s most unknown, and yet infamous, government agents: Sidney Gottlieb. Gottlieb, a bacteriological specialist who had been a star student of Ira Baldwin’s at Wisconsin, is the main figure in Kinzer’s book. His career is virtually synonymous with MKULTRA. At the end of 1942, a University of Wisconsin bacteriologist Ira Baldwin—“America’s first bio-warrior” and a part-time Quaker preacher—was loaned to Washington in order to set up and run a bioweapons program for the United States military. Based out of Camp Detrick in Maryland, the Baldwin lab cranked out bioweapons for possible use against Allied enemies. In one of Baldwin’s bigger projects, shipment of tons of anthrax spores, ordered by Winston Churchill for potential use against the Nazis, was approved by President Franklin D. Roosevelt and almost ready for delivery when the Germans surrendered on May 7, 1945. For many, even for Quaker preachers, World War II cleared away the last of the psychological hurdles against unleashing bioweapons against an enemy. Kinzer’s book tells the tale of how the targeting of unsuspecting populations was later justified by the bigger war, the Cold War, which followed the demise of the Third Reich. The ruined Third Reich provided much of the original brainpower for MKULTRA. Immediately after World War II, the CIA—formed out of the Office of War Information in 1945—was faced with a choice. The Germans and the Japanese had been conducting advanced experiments on germ warfare and other forms of biological weaponry. Should the Allies prosecute as war criminals the scientists involved with such projects, or hire them as expert advisors? With the Cold War starting and the Soviets looming as an unpredictable enemy, the CIA, with the tacit approval of the few members of the United States Congress who were allowed to know even the existence of the Central Intelligence Agency, decided to make use of the bioweapon expertise of erstwhile foes in order to counter the new adversary in Moscow. For example, Kurt Blome, the Nazis’ director of biowarfare research and development whose work had been championed by Heinrich Himmler, was acquitted, by American political fiat, at the Doctors’ Trial in Nuremberg in 1947 and sent to work—as part of Operation Paperclip designed mainly to bring German rocket scientists to the US—at Camp Detrick.
The Water Fluoridation Disinformation War
In the satirical black comedy film Dr. Strangelove there is the iconic scene when the rogue general Jack D Ripper, played by Sterling Hayden, tells Peter Sellers character, “Ever hear of the fluoridation of water? Do you realize that fluoridation is the most monstrously conceived and dangerous Communist plot we ever had to face?” From that day until now, the entire pharmaceutical industry, public health officials and the mainstream media have assumed that fluoride is absolutely safe, and anyone who dares to criticize water fluoridation and its dental use is a loon or conspiracy theorist who threatens national health. Yet, as with so many medical and health challenges we face, the dominant consensus is wrong. The large body of evidence to support anti-fluoridation advocacy is substantial and continues to grow. In fact, throughout the US and other nations, concerned citizens, consumer activists and whistleblowers are putting pressure on state and local governments and public utilities to cease and desist in spiking our drinking water with fluoride.

A Columbia Journalism Review expose reveals that, to control global journalism, Bill Gates has steered over $250 million to the BBC, NPR, NBC, Al Jazeera, ProPublica, National Journal, The Guardian, the New York Times, Univision, Medium, the Financial Times, The Atlantic, the Texas Tribune, Gannett, Washington Monthly, Le Monde, Center for Investigative Reporting, Pulitzer Center, National Press Foundation, International Center for Journalists, and a host of other groups. To conceal his influence, Gates also funneled unknown sums via subgrants for contracts to other press outlets. His press bribes have paid off. During the pandemic, bought and brain-dead news outlets have treated Bill Gates as a public health expert—despite his lack of medical training or regulatory experience. Gates also funds an army of independent fact checkers including the Poynter Institute and Gannett —which use their fact-checking platforms to “silence detractors” and to “debunk” as “false conspiracy theories” and “misinformation,” charges that Gates has championed and invested in biometric chips, vaccine identification systems, satellite surveillance, and COVID vaccines.
Whistleblower Edward Snowden Vindicated as 9th Circuit Rules NSA Spying on Americans’ Phones is Illegal – Will Trump Pardon Him?
This week the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that the National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance program which was exposed by whistleblower Edward Snowden in 2013 is unlawful, and the court even credited Mr. Snowden for exposing it. Snowden tweeted: "Seven years ago, as the news declared I was being charged as a criminal for speaking the truth, I never imagined that I would live to see our courts condemn the NSA's activities as unlawful and in the same ruling credit me for exposing them. And yet that day has arrived." So will President Trump now pardon him? President Trump ran on a platform to "drain the swamp" but has mostly been mired in political quagmires surrounding the U.S. Intelligence Agencies. A full pardon to Snowden with a security detail assigned to keep him alive so that he could testify in court, could go a long way to finally seeing some justice in the tyrannical take-over of America which started just post-911 and is now at full speed with the COVID tyrannical power grabs.
