NON-UPDATE 10/18/23

Out of the 2,000 plus readers of this article so far today, I received a few comments and emails (about 5 so far) attacking me and claiming that I have published false information because I supposedly blamed Israel for this attack when today Israel is disputing that they were responsible, that I am a supporter of Hamas, that I am a “bad Christian” for publishing this article (I don’t even claim to be a Christian as my regular readers know), etc.

However, nothing that has been reported in the news today invalidates anything that I have written in this article since yesterday through today at the time of my writing this non-update.

I was very careful yesterday when I reported what was being published in the news to not make any statement as to who caused this bombing. I made it extra clear that I was not taking sides, and that BOTH sides are now publishing false news and photos, etc.

But apparently because I quoted a news source from Turkey that reported that the airstrike was carried out by Israel (their claim, not mine), I am being attacked and some are trying to censor me and demand that I take this article down.

First of all, all media sources yesterday were originally claiming that the airstrike on the hospital was Israeli, including the U.S. media, both corporate and alternative. I was very careful in the quote that I chose to include the statement “Daniel Hagari, an Israeli army spokesman, said he does not have all the information yet, and further details will be provided when possible, according to The Times of Israel newspaper“, because Israel had not yet made an official statement.

Those of you attacking me and claiming that Hamas was responsible for this attack as if it is a proven fact, are the ones taking sides, because I can find published reports from both sides, and I have no idea which side is true. I suspect only the people actually there on the ground know.

But this does not negate or prove false anything that I have written below. My points still stand, no matter which side was responsible:

  • This was a Christian hospital, and most media coverage in the U.S. fail to mention that there is a significant population of Christians among the Palestinians.
  • Many U.S. politicians are now exposing their prejudice and discrimination by supporting genocide against the Palestinians.
  • More U.S. military troops and weapons are heading to the region than what the U.S. Government is reporting.
  • There is a lot of negative energy in the world right now promoting hate, war, and prejudice, and as believers in Christ we are called upon to love our neighbor as ourselves, and seek peace.

I have not seen anything published today claiming that there was no bombing at all, and that nobody died, although 1 or 2 people who have attacked me are making that claim. I was very careful with the photos I chose, using one from the New York Times, and one from the Daily Mail, not because they are necessarily a trustworthy source of information, but because they are large organizations that have their own photographers and journalists in the area, rather than just people sitting down in front of their computer trying to figure out what is true or not.

So this is my non-update to try and prevent more people from emailing me and attacking me with their straw man arguments, claiming that I reported things that I never did.

For those of you who are Christian Zionists attacking me and even calling into question my faith, as you display your own prejudice and hate, please move along. You have no “rights” here to try and publish your hate and prejudice and censor my writing, because this is a free service, and I owe you nothing.

It was widely reported today that an air strike has bombed a Christian hospital in Gaza killing more than 500 people, many of them women and children.

Over 500 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Baptist hospital in Gaza, Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra told Anadolu Agency (AA) on Tuesday.

Husam Abu Safeya, head doctor for MedGlobal, a Chicago-based non-governmental organization, cited his colleague Husam Abu Safeya, a doctor working in northern Gaza as saying: “We can’t deal with the large number of deaths and injuries. Most victims are women and children sleeping in the hospital. We expect more hospitals to be bombed. There is no safe place in Gaza.”

Footage showed corpses scattered across the hospital grounds.

“Hundreds of victims are still under the rubble,” a spokesman was quoted as saying by the French Press Agency (AFP).

The media office of Gaza’s Hamas government described the attack as a “war crime.”

“The hospital was housing hundreds of sick and wounded, and people forcibly displaced from their homes” because of other strikes, a statement said.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas declared three days of mourning following the deadly air strike on a hospital in Gaza.

“What is taking place is genocide. We call on the international community to intervene immediately to stop this massacre. Silence is no longer acceptable,” a statement issued by the Palestinian Liberation Organisation said in response to the attack.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army, for its part, said reports of a possible airstrike on the hospital “are still under review.”

Daniel Hagari, an Israeli army spokesman, said he does not have all the information yet, and further details will be provided when possible, according to The Times of Israel newspaper. (Source.)

This horrible incident shows an important truth about the population in Gaza that is seldom reported in the U.S. media, that Muslims are not the only residents in Gaza, but that there is a strong Christian presence there as well.

Chuck Baldwin is one of many pastors from the U.S. who has visited Israel and Palestine to hold services for Christians, and in his latest newsletter he wrote:

I’ve been to Israel and Palestine. I preached in two churches there: One was in Bethlehem, and the other was in Jerusalem. Over 95% of the Christians in attendance at these services were Palestinians; they were not Israelis.

And I’ve got to tell you that the Palestinian people I met were among the kindest, sweetest, most humble, most gentle and most Christ-like people I have ever met—anywhere! (Full article.)

The Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City that was bombed today is a Christian hospital managed by the Anglican Episcopal Church in Jerusalem. The hospital has been in operation since 1882, and was founded by the Church Mission Society of the Church of England. Later, the hospital was managed between 1954 and 1982 by the Medical Mission of the Southern Baptist Church. Since 1980, the hospital has been run by the Anglican Episcopal Church in Jerusalem.

Today was apparently not the first time this hospital was bombed, according to The Archbishop of Canterbury.

Florida Governor Joins Other U.S. Politicians Calling for Genocide Against Palestinians

This past Sunday Florida Governor Ron DeSantis joined other U.S. politicians calling for the genocide of the Palestinian people, saying that the U.S. should not accept Palestinian refugees and that Israel should NOT provide clean running water and utilities to the Palestinian people.

DeSantis says US shouldn’t take in Palestinian refugees from Gaza because they’re ‘all antisemitic’

Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis said the United States should not take in any Palestinian refugees if they flee the Gaza Strip because they “are all antisemitic” and he dismissed international entreaties for Israel to provide clean running water and utilities to the 2.3 million civilians in the territory.

DeSantis’ comments were a striking departure from the public stand taken by U.S. officials, including some of his fellow Republicans, who draw distinctions between the aims of the Palestinian people and those of Hamas. The militant group has ruled has Gaza since 2007 and launched an attack against Israel last weekend. (Full article.)

Beginning of World War III?

There should be little doubt left that this whole war has been carefully pre-planned by the Globalists for a specific purpose. If you have not yet read Peter Koenig’s excellent commentary, The Israel-Palestine Conflict: Netanyahu’s “False Flag”, Connecting the Dots – and More, you can read it here after my own comments.

Also, there are reports today that a much larger U.S. military force is being sent to the region than what the U.S. Government has been reporting.

Tracking Biden’s Expanding Military Build-Up Near Israel: What’s The Real Target?

Some war observers are beginning to notice that President Biden’s newly dispatched Navy and Marine forces to waters near Israel are in greater numbers than previously thought. Are these just ‘support’ operations, or is Washington positioning major military assets for something bigger?

“Two defense officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss planned military movements, said Monday that the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group, numbering more than 4,000 sailors and Marines, will join a growing American fleet off the coast of Israel that will include two aircraft carriers and their associated escort ships,” writes The Washington Post.

Geopolitical monitoring site Moon of Alabama asks the necessary question, framing it as follows: “The U.S. has recently moved way too many troops to the Middle East to be of peaceful purpose or to simply deter others from action. Who does it intend to fight?

The public is being told that these significant US assets, which will include a couple of submarines as part of the carrier strike groups, are merely for ‘solidarity’ and as rear ‘support’ for Israel, related to medical or advisory related missions.

But then there’s there’s an amphibious task force of “thousands” which will soon be en route to Israel, which is no mere “support” force, as the WaPo report highlights:

The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, based at Camp Lejeune, N.C., is deployed with the amphibious task force. The Marine unit is trained for a wide array of missions, including some special operations. The USS Bataan and the USS Carter Hall, two of the warships carrying personnel for the unit, were in the Gulf of Oman on Monday, having left Kuwait recently after Hamas’s unprecedented cross-border attack on Israel on Oct. 7.

The third ship associated with the unit, the USS Mesa Verde, was in the Mediterranean Sea and was to head near the Israeli shore, defense officials said.

Be Skeptical – Question Everything!

These are very dark and evil times, and there is so much propaganda on both sides of this issue that it can be very difficult to ascertain the truth. Please do not be quick to rush to a specific judgment or conclusion about something, but rather follow these principles that I use when viewing my news feeds.

First, as I have repeatedly stated, there is no single group of people in the world that are all unified in thought or action. To believe so, is to participate in “prejudice” and “discrimination.”

When you encounter a statement that says “Palestinians/Jews are all [fill in the blank],” then you can be 100% certain that such a statement is FALSE! It is NOT the truth.

So when Ron DeSantis states: “Palestinians are all antisemitic“, he is lying. This is NOT true.

Of course DeSantis has a history of twisting the truth, as he lied to Muslim prisoners when he was a Guantanamo Bay attorney in the Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG), where he was assigned to advocate for Muslim prisoners being mistreated, but reportedly participated in their torture instead.

See:

Ron DeSantis’s Military Career: Torturing Prisoners at Guantanamo Bay

Second, before deciding whether or not to take sides or agree with one position over the other, first ask: Is it true?

So many people on BOTH sides of this current conflict have been caught supplying fake photos and fake narratives where they had to walk back their comments.

The first to present his case seems right, till another comes forward and questions him. (Proverbs 18:17)

Third, get the perspective of the other side! There is this kind of “ethic” in American culture that we all have to take sides on every issue.

No, we do not!

You will have a difficult time finding the truth if all you do is seek out news and information that fits in with your current belief system. This is called “confirmation bias” and other such terms, and it is the product of letting the Globalists divide us over all these issues, thinking we have to choose sides.

For example, I recently published two videos by Dr. Gabor Maté, who is about 80 years old and claims to be a holocaust survivor, but is NOT a Zionist. I wrote:

Please educate yourself on these alternative views that are mostly censored in the mass media. Do not look for just things you can agree or disagree with, but view this with the goal of understanding how REAL people actually think, for the purpose of understanding them, rather than following the propaganda now being produced to divide the world with hatred and prejudice.

But it is obvious that many people do not seem to have the ability to be objective and try to view something from someone else’s perspective that is different than their own, because I had a few readers email me and attack me for writing about “the Holocaust” that they claim never happened. They completely missed the whole point of listening to someone else’s perspective just for the purpose of being educated about how people who are different from ourselves think.

I supplied a list of alternative news sources to look at as well, to learn the “other side” in this article:

War Breaks Out in the Middle East – Beware of the U.S. Media One-Sided Coverage

As believers in Jesus Christ, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to strive for peace. The entire world is filled with negative energy right now promoting hatred, prejudice, and war.

We can oppose these demonic energy forces by choosing to love instead, praying for peace for ALL people who are suffering right now from this war.
