Medically Kidnapped Disabled Man Held Against his Will in Orange County California

Nate Tseglin was born on November 5, 1989 to Ilya and Riva Tsleglin. The parents, now residents of California, are originally from the former Soviet Union. They have a younger son Robert as well. Nate was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome at age 14. He was first taken away from his parents by the State of California on January 12, 2007 at age 17 when a teacher reported his parents to the Child Protective Services (CPS) because Nate was scratching himself on the arms. His family has been fighting for him to be home, and to be cared for at home, ever since. He is currently being detained by the State of California against his own will, and also the will of his family. Nate is now an adult. He is allegedly being forced to take drugs his family does not approve, and is kept locked up like a prisoner. The Tseglin family would like the public to know their story of medical kidnapping happening in California. They do not believe that having a disability such as Asperger's Syndrome gives the State a right to kidnap their son.

California Parents Must Act By December 31, 2015 to Maintain Vaccine Exemptions

SB 277 - the bill eliminating all nonmedical exemptions for the 10 vaccines currently required before a child can attend public or private school, preschool or daycare - was signed by California Governor Brown on June 30, 2015 and goes into effect on July 1, 2016. However, what everyone in California who is planning on using a personal or religious belief exemption needs to know to take advantage of the grandfathering of these exemptions beyond July 1st and until the next grade span (preschool, kindergarten inclusive and including transitional kindergarten, or 7th grade), you MUST have an exemption on file at your school or day care by December 31, 2015! For those programs with a winter holiday, the deadline may be even sooner with offices closed.

UCLA Medical Doctors and LA County Medically Kidnap Paramedic and Film Producer’s Daughter

Tammi Stefano of The National Safe Child Show recently interviewed Jewels Stein, a mother who had her daughter taken by Los Angeles County’s Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) following accusations of Munchausen by proxy by UCLA medical physicians. Jewels Stein is a paramedic with the Fire Department who has an extensive medical background. She works on movie sets, and she is currently producing a documentary. She raised four of her own children and two step children. On the day her 15 year old daughter was to be discharged from the hospital after a successful surgery that allowed her daughter to eat food again instead being fed by a tube inserted directly into her stomach, Jewels Stein watched in horror as they took her daughter away from her because she refused to let her be put on powerful psych drugs. She was escorted out of the hospital while still in her pajamas, and left on the street without even her car keys. This is her story that she wants the world to hear.

California Holds Medically Kidnapped Adult Daughter for 14 Years

Jeffrey and Elsie Golin have been fighting against the State of California and California’s San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) for nearly fifteen years to have their daughter returned to them. SARC is a community-based, private nonprofit corporation that is funded by the State of California to serve people with developmental disabilities and works with Stanford University. The Golins are fighting for their autistic daughter Nancy’s right to be able to return home to live with them, and fighting for the right to advocate for their daughter’s best interests. According to their main attorney, Dave Beauvais, there are two main issues that lie at the heart of this ongoing case. The first is the issue of the Golin’s losing all rights to act in their own daughter Nancy’s best interests and the second is the issue of whether a person who is disabled has the same protection under the U.S. Constitution as a non-disabled person does. The two issues the state brought as grounds for removing Nancy from their care were the fact that she wanders away and the fact that the Golins disagreed with the doctors at Stanford University about which medication was best to prevent Nancy’s seizures.

California Officials Increase Mercury-laced Vaccines for Children and Pregnant Women

In California in 2004, AB 2943 was introduced by the California Assembly and passed, going into effect in 2006. Considered a precautionary measure, it prohibited injections to children under three and pregnant women with vaccines containing 0.5 micrograms of mercury per 0.5 milliliter of vaccine dose in multiple vaccine packages such as the MMR and DTaP three in one vaccines. The California Immunization Coalition (CIC), a quasi-public agency, sent a letter to the Secretary of the California Health and Human Services requesting the exemption be exercised for this flu season because there is a shortage of flu vaccines, especially the nasal mist vaccine Fluzone, manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur. Concerned California activists allegedly reached Sanofi by phone twice recently and were told there is no shortage of the Fluzone vaccine that complies completely with California's AB 2943. So why the rush to use flu vaccines with high levels of thimerosal?

Riverside County California Finds Child Pornography Ring in Foster Care but Does Nothing About it

John David Yoder was a licensed foster parent. He lived in a two-bedroom house with two adopted sons, a preteen boy for whom he was seeking guardianship, and a neighborhood teenager who had moved in after an argument with his parents. Someone called a child abuse hotline, reporting that a parent in Desert Hot Springs was molesting two boys. The caller said the man also kept pictures of boys posing in their underwear on his computer. To these social workers, these underwear pictures were concerning, but they were not concerning enough. Social workers classified the investigation as "inconclusive," then closed their inquiry, according to Riverside County court documents. Today, that same parent, John David Yoder, sits behind bars, a suspect in what officials have called one of the worst child pornography rings in Southern California in recent years. Yoder and three other suspects have been accused of victimizing as many as 15 children in Desert Hot Springs, including some of the boys that lived with him. Yoder was arrested in February as result of a separate investigation by law enforcement in Nevada. The charges he now faces are nearly identical to the allegations that were reported to the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services shortly before Christmas. If social workers had acted differently in December, the boys in Yoder's home could have been rescued six weeks earlier.

California Vaccine Refusers to Get “Court Order” or “CPS Visit” Under SB277

California Senate Bill 277 (SB277) is setting a dangerous precedent by removing medical consent from California school children in 2016. In addition, the bill appears to be in violation of the Nuremberg Codes for informed medical consent. However, pressure is already being felt as school administrators and directors have chosen to ignore current law and force vaccine schedules on school children. The language of SB277 left enforcement and vaccine noncompliance up to the school’s governing authority for each district. Orange County’s Department of Education’s Legal Division interprets that a court order to vaccinate will be an option. Will all California school districts, by way of their legal counsels, be directed to file court orders against noncomplying parents of all school children in 2016? It is essential that all California parents that believe in medical freedom file a personal belief vaccine exemption before the January 1st deadline. This is the only method known at this stage to grandfather a waiver into your child’s 2016 school year.

Sacramento Grandmother Beaten and Flees for Her Life as CPS Takes Grandchildren

It is a bizarre tale of alleged police brutality and CPS corruption that has ended up with a Sacramento grandmother fleeing the state of California in fear for her very life, while the grandchildren she cared for have been seized by the state, with no apparent evidence of any wrongdoing by the grandmother. All Ann King wanted to do was to love and care for her grandchildren while the parents were unable to, allowing the babies to grow up connected to their own family roots. Apparently, that was too much to ask from Sacramento County CPS, because no one in the family even knows where the children are anymore.

California Online School Expells 7th-Grader Over Vaccine After Dad Leads SB277 Referendum Effort

Even though California's recently passed vaccine mandate, sponsored by sell-out politician Senator Richard Pan, doesn't go until effect until January 1, 2016, schools are already demanding that students be fully vaccinated or else be removed from the classroom permanently. The most disturbing part? It's happening in virtual online schools advertised as providing homeschooling where students complete all of their coursework at home. The only requirement is that they meet with their teacher in person four times a year through testing events, or voluntary school outings. The ultimatum was made when a Sacramento father received a disturbing phone call from his daughter's online school, California Virtual Academies, notifying him that, if his 7th grade daughter does not receive the Tdap (tetanus, pertussis and diphtheria) vaccine, she will be locked out of her online coursework indefinitely.

California Parents Blamed for SIDS Death – Lose Remaining Children to CPS

Crystal Avenger of El Dorado, California states that 3-month old Alana Jo received a Hepatitis B vaccination in the hospital shortly before her death. Approximately one week prior to her death, in March 2015 they took her back to the hospital for a sick visit and she was diagnosed with a common cold. On the morning of March 18, 2015, Christopher awoke and noticed his daughter, Alana, didn’t look normal. His voice laden with emotion as he recalled, “I picked her up from the bed and her arms went completely limp.” He immediately called 911 and frantically followed the 911 operator’s instructions for CPR on his baby. The other children were watching in horror as Christopher tried desperately to revive Alana. The baby was taken away in an ambulance, and her mother Crystal was not even allowed to go with her. An investigation began, and despite no evidence of abuse with the parents, the remaining four children were removed from the home by force, screaming as they were ripped away from their parents.

Harvard-trained Beverly Hills Doctor Mom Has 4 Children Kidnapped by LA County DCFS

Dr. Susan Evans graduated from Harvard Medical School with dual medical degrees in dermatology and internal medicine. She established her medical practice specializing in dermatology in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA. Most of her clientele are celebrities we only see on the big screen. Along with the lime-light clientele, Dr. Susan's expertise has been sought as a medical expert on Dr. Oz, Oprah, the Doctors, CNN, the TODAY show and many more. Dr. Susan is the mother of four children: 10 year old twin daughters, L. Elizabeth, S. Mary, and two sons, Nick age 14 and Z. Hugh age 8. She was was voted Dr. Mom on the TV series Dr. 90210. However, like thousands of other parents in Los Angeles County, she has lost her 4 children to LA County Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS), even though no charges have ever been filed against her. Not only have no charges been filed against her, a dependency court judge ruled that there was no reason for DCFS to keep her children out of her custody, and dismissed the case with prejudice (meaning the evidence they presented could not be brought before the dependency court again). So why is she still battling LA County DCFS to get her children back? How has a child "protection" social services agency like LA County DCFS become so powerful, that a respected medical doctor in Beverly Hills' affluent community is rendered helpless over what she believes is the state-sponsored kidnapping of her children?

California Now Wants to be First State to Mandate Adult Vaccines – Criminal Penalties for those Who Refuse

In a brazen act of medical tyranny, California recently became the first state in the U.S. to remove religious exemptions to those opposing vaccines for their children. The bill now signed into law, SB277, faces legal hurdles in court next. Now, legislators in California want to pass the "first US adult vaccine mandate with NO personal exemptions and CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply." SB 792, would eliminate an adult’s right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. Will California soon become a medical police state?

Drug Companies Donated Millions to California Lawmakers Before Vaccine Bill SB277 was Drafted

The Sacramento Bee is reporting this week what the alternative media has been reporting for months: California State lawmakers supporting bill SB277 to remove all parental exemptions to vaccines have direct financial ties to the makers of vaccines. Pharmaceutical companies and their trade groups gave more than $2 million to current members of the Legislature in 2013-2014, about 2 percent of the total raised, records show. Nine of the top 20 recipients are either legislative leaders or serve on either the Assembly or Senate health committees. Receiving more than $95,000, the top recipient of industry campaign cash is Sen. Richard Pan, a Sacramento Democrat and doctor who is carrying the vaccine bill. In addition, the industry donated more than $500,000 to outside campaign spending groups that helped elect some current members last year. Pharmaceutical companies also spent nearly $3 million more during the 2013-2014 legislative session lobbying the Legislature, the governor, the state pharmacists’ board and other agencies, according to state filings.

California Mother Fights Corrupt System in LA to Get Daughter Back

Not being informed of court hearings. Falsified drug tests. Threats and accusations to intimidate and coerce. Social workers, her state representative and even the attorney assigned to her case ignoring emails, not returning calls. Her daughter ripped from a happy home and placed in a non-English speaking foster home without critical, life-saving medications. A system that seems to have already decided her family’s fate, without even the most cursory attempt at justice. Mayan Hewes describes these events and wonders what happened to her rights, and the rights of her six-year-old daughter Layla, in L.A. County, California.

California Entertainment Industry Leads Nation on Vaccine Choice – Why are They not Speaking out on SB277?

Wealthy, educated parents in southern California who are in the heart of the entertainment industry, from Malibu to Hollywood, lead the nation in rates of personal belief exemptions for childhood vaccinations among students in some of the wealthiest private schools in the country. However, if SB277 becomes law, that choice will be taken away. Why aren't more entertainment leaders and public figures speaking out against medical tyranny in California? Only Mississippi and West Virginia have no parental exemptions in place for vaccine choice. Has anybody checked the rankings of these two states in children health categories? Do California parents really want to mimic health policies in these two states? Mississippi has the highest childhood vaccination rates in the country, but also lead the country in infant mortality rates, ranking dead last. One high profile California resident has made his position on vaccines known: Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Are Silicon Valley billionaires influencing public policy on forced vaccinations?

California Columnist Exposes Corrupt Practices of Child Protection Services

California is one of the few states in the U.S. that has passed legislation to try and pierce through the cloak of secrecy surrounding Child Protection Social Service agencies. In 2008 California passed Senate Bill 39, which gave the public a chance to review how well — or poorly — child protective services did its job prior to a child’s death while in foster care. Columnist Lois Henry of The Bakersfield Californian reported how "the State Department of Social Services planned to sneak a measure into a budget trailer bill that would have increased secrecy regarding the deaths of children who die of abuse or neglect" while in the care of CPS. Lois Henry does a good job explaining how CPS is all about hiding their practices and protecting themselves, instead of protecting children.

California Wants to be First State to Classify Unvaccinated Adults who Work with Children as Criminals

SB 792, would eliminate an adult's right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. This bill would make California the first state to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs (Headstart, Private preK and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers. ALL employed adults must be up-to-date on each vaccine listed on CDC's adult immunization schedule (except HPV) or be denied employment. To work with children in these situations without complying with the full CDC recommended vaccine schedule would become a criminal act.

Breastfed Babies Kidnapped by CPS Because Parents were “Homeless” Living out of RV

Amber is one of those free-spirited people who takes even incredible hardships and turns them into adventures, inspiring others in the process. When her young family wound up homeless, through no fault of their own, she and her husband Krishna Mehta made the best of it. Their children didn't even know that they were homeless; they thought that they were having great adventures and making lots of friends. This latest chapter in their saga, however, is a nightmare, and the rainbow is really hard to find in the storm that Child Protective Services has allegedly brought into their lives. Their children, ages 6, almost 2, and 9 months, have been seized by CPS and placed into 3 different foster homes. The two babies were still being breastfed. Social services has gone so far as to accuse Amber of having a mental disorder because she is "homeless," even though the family RV they were living out of was apparently approved as "acceptable." Now under State control, Amber states that children are suffering poor health whereas before they were healthy, happy children. She was forced to consent to vaccinations against her wish, under threat of being charged with "medical neglect."

CPS Threatens To Kidnap 7 Year Old in California When Parents Try to Transfer to Different Hospital

Kennedy May Willey suffered her first seizure as a child shortly after receiving the DTaP vaccine. Today she is a 7 year-old girl diagnosed with Dravet syndrome who has led a very active and "normal" life. They attribute much of their success to the GAPS diet. When her seizures recently increased, her parents found themselves in a hospital with what they believe was an over-zealous doctor that wanted to try a drug cocktail of treatments. Seeing her condition quickly deteriorate, they sought to transfer her to another facility. They were threatened with losing their daughter to CPS, so they hired attorneys to help them get her daughter transferred. The Willeys want to share their story with others as a warning to the dangers of medical kidnapping that so many other parents are facing today. Have we now come to the point in the United States that in order to get one's child transferred to another hospital or seek different treatment options that one needs to hire attorneys to do so? What about those who cannot afford attorneys?
