COVID Vaccine Manufacturers Given Legal Immunity for Injuries or Deaths Caused by Fast-tracked Vaccines
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States and other countries around the globe have opened the door for accelerated development, testing and fast track licensure of experimental COVID-19 vaccines. The question many people have is: who will assume product liability when COVID-19 vaccines cause harm to an individual who has been vaccinated? AstraZeneca plc, a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Cambridge, England, has been granted product liability protection for the COVID-19 vaccine the company is developing by most countries with which it has made vaccine supply agreements. Liability questions have been a central issue in negotiations between AstraZeneca and countries seeking COVID-19 vaccine supply contracts. In the U.S., vaccine manufacturers are shielded from liability under the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act if a vaccine or drug developed in response to a health emergency like a pandemic causes the death or permanent injury of an individual who receives it during pre-licensure clinical trials or after it is released for public use. The PREP Act was part of a series of “Bioshield” laws created in response to national security fears after 9/11 and subsequent reported weaponized microbe threats, which prompted Congress to encourage pharmaceutical companies to develop anti-bioterrorism vaccines by, in part, eliminating liability for injuries and deaths caused by those vaccines.

Russia shocked the world today (August 11, 2020) by announcing that they had approved a new COVID vaccine. The U.S. trade publication FiercePharma reported: "As global vaccine players rush to deliver COVID-19 vaccines, Russia shocked the world Tuesday with news that it had approved a locally developed inoculation." The reaction from the U.S. pharma-funded corporate media was quick, and critical, given the fact that the U.S. Government has already invested more than $7 BILLION on COVID vaccine development through "Operation Warp Speed," and the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation has spent at least another $18 BILLION on COVID vaccine development, and apparently none of that money made its way to Russia. Apparently recognizing the symbolism of the Star Trek theme in using "Warp Speed" to describe U.S. Government COVID vaccine development, the Russians named their new COVID vaccine "Sputnik V," the first rocket to reach space during the Cold War era in the space program race with the U.S. back in the 1960s. The outrage from the U.S. media and the mass murderers who are squelching the natural cures that already exist for COVID so that they can capitalize on COVID vaccines they plan to inject into every single person on the planet, can be characterized as a "temper tantrum." For the first time since the COVID Plandemic, they were all unified in their opposition to a COVID vaccine. And their reasons seem to have nothing to do with science, and everything to do with politics.

The FDA is Killing Tens of Thousands Americans by Refusing Physicians’ Request to Approve Outpatient use of HCQ
We can add another bureaucrat politician "doctor" to the list of mass murderers running America today: Dr. Stephen Hahn, Trump's hand-picked man who serves as the Commissioner of the FDA. The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons has stated that the FDA's delay to issue a new emergency use approval for outpatient use of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) for COVID-19 killed at least 20,000 Americans in July. Dr. Hahn and the FDA now control the lives and potential future deaths of MILLIONS of Americans, as it will be his decision to issue an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for fast-tracked COVID vaccines which we now know are not even needed. We now know that COVID is very treatable and can be cured 100% of the time. We don't even have an accurate test that can 100% identify a Sars-Cov-2 virus! So just removing the fear from what is advertised as a "killer virus" by assuring patients that they are going to be fine and not die because there are effective treatments, might account for 90% or more of these success stories! Alternative non-drug solutions to COVID suffering patients have proven very successful, such as Vitamin C therapy which was immediately used in China just after the announced outbreak with great success. Doctors in the U.S. who used this therapy and other natural therapies, particularly in the tyrannical state of Michigan, were arrested and shut down and silenced. And now even doctors using an FDA approved drug, hydroxychloroquine, are also being attacked and silenced. Since Health Impact News has historically exposed the dangers of pharmaceutical products and published alternative treatments for health, some have criticized us for publishing so much information about HCQ since it is a pharmaceutical product. But HCQ originates from a specific kind of tree bark, and should not even be regulated by the FDA, but sold "over-the-counter" like a supplement, as it currently is in many countries. And while I myself would not take this product or recommend it to people, as there are other natural therapies just as effective if not more effective, the sad fact is that the masses in the U.S. still trust their doctors and the medical system, and therefore this is the best product available to the masses who are too lazy to do their own research and take their own responsibility for their own health. Is the 100% Cure Rate of Hydroxychloroquine a Threat to Fast-Tracking the COVID Vaccines?
Medical journalist Del Bigtree of the weekly broadcast Highwire discussed on his show this week what he believes may be the primary reason why Fauci and the other political medical tyrants are so desperately trying to censor the positive results of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a drug that has been around for over 65 years and is already FDA approved. The reason is probably because they want to force a COVID vaccine upon the public, and to do so, they need to fast-track the development of these vaccines, and then the FDA has to issue a an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to approve it. According to the "Qualifying Criteria" that allows the FDA to issue an EUA, there must be "No adequate, approved, and available alternative." HCQ is an "adequate, approved, and available" alternative, which should then disqualify any EUAs issued for a vaccine to treat COVID. The problem, of course, is that the Trump Administration has already given over $8 BILLION to Big Pharma to develop the vaccine in "Project Warp Speed," fast-tracking the vaccines development. In fact, this has already happened with Gilead's anti-viral drug Remdesivir, which was fast-tracked as a treatment for COVID and then issued an EUA. While the cost for the older HCQ medication is only about $20, Remdesivir's cost is about $3200.00. These mass murderers who call themselves "doctors" and claim absolute authority on medical issues do not treat patients themselves, but they control the FDA, the CDC, the NIH, and pretty much the entire Government. They don't value human life, and only want control so they can usher in their New World Order, and if a fast-tracked COVID vaccine ends up injuring and killing more people than COVID, it fits in perfectly with their plans for their New World Order and a One World Government as they seek to reduce the world's population of those they deem "non-essential."
NEW Study: Hydroxychloroquine Treatment of COVID had a 79% Lower Mortality Rate than Countries that Banned it
Cardiologist Dr. Ramin Osoui was on the Laura Ingraham show on Fox this week as they discussed a newly published study that shows hydroxychloroquine treatment of coronavirus in countries that used the drug early on had a 79% lower mortality rate than countries that banned the use of HCQ. Wow! Dr. Osoui stated: "It’s really devastating to Dr. Fauci, Dr. Hahn, Dr. Redfield and their performance. I think not only should they be embarrassed but I think they really need to be held to account… Physicians have a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interests of their patients." So once again, let's call these politicians who call themselves "doctors," Fauci (NIH), Hahn (FDA), and Redfield (CDC), MASS MURDERERS who should be tried and convicted as such! Unfortunately, being that this aired on the corporate media outlet Fox News, they had to spin the story by blaming "the left," further fueling partisan fighting over an issue that should be bipartisan. But Laura Ingraham and her producers did a fantastic job of playing a clip of a CNN segment where they also interviewed a cardiologist who was claiming that HCQ is dangerous and should not be used, and then having Dr. Osoui explain to the public how the CNN doctor was lying to deceive the American public. The doctor's name is Jonathan Reiner, and now he too should be tried for MASS MURDER!
Are the COVID Tests a Way to Surreptitiously Infect or Implant People?
Now that the public is starting to wake up to the fact that people leading the COVID response are MASS MURDERERS responsible for millions of deaths due to censoring life-saving information from thousands of doctors who are treating COVID patients with a 100% success rate, it is time to start questioning EVERYTHING they are asking the public to comply with. Makia Freeman from The Freedom Articles published a very interesting article this past week, raising serious questions about the PCR tests, which we have already reported are not reliable, and why the cotton swabs have to be so long? Makia writes: "We need to ask ourselves whether these COVID tests are in fact a clever way to gain secret access to the inside of our bodies, especially our brains. The nasal swabs being used (called nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal) are incredibly long (around 6 inches or 15 cm) which means they reach to the very back of our throats. Is there any medical reason why the swabs must be this length? In human anatomy, the cribriform plate is a midline bone important as part both of the cranium and of the nose which transmits the olfactory nerves that carry the sense of smell. It is a very delicate and fragile part of the body. Why on earth do the COVID tests contain a swab (a padded stick) which can poke and prod this delicate bone? Could it be because the cribriform plate allows access to the brain? Could these COVID tests be used to surreptitiously infect people (with some disease-causing agent), deliver the vaccine (which they claim they are still developing) or even implant people (with nanotechnology such as microchips)?" I asked a retired medical doctor who is known to Health Impact News about what Makia was saying here regarding the need for long cotton swabs penetrating so far into the body, and this doctor replied: "There is no valid reason for swabbing the naso-pharynx so deeply that it causes pain and injury to the extreme back and roof of the nose. Whatever microorganisms are there are distributed throughout the entire nose and throat. They are supposedly easily communicated by a sneeze, hence the 'need' for masks.. You don't have to go digging for them. You could even blow your nose into a tissue and that would be a sufficient sample to culture." There is something highly suspicious about these COVID tests.

The pictures are also remarkable. “As soon as a patient has symptoms, they are treated with hydroxychloroquine tablets and/or favipiravir at home. Follow-up calls quickly spot if the symptoms worsen, and then they will be admitted to hospital.” “Once at the hospital, Dr Yiyit says the treatment is increased and combined with high-flow oxygen treatment, anti-coagulants, steroids, vitamins and more high-dose favipiravir or hydroxychloroquine…” “Most of patients recover in five days,” Dr Yiyit insists.” Clearly the country is being misled by Dr. Fauci....
More Doctors Speak Out on Censorship and Mass Murderer Anthony Fauci’s False Information Regarding Hydroxychloroquine

Fauci publicly attacked a recent positive study about HCQ published by the Henry Ford Health System, prompting two of the leading doctors of the study, doctors Adnan Munkarah and Steven Kalkanis, to publish an "Open Letter" refuting the lies of the mass murderer, Anthony Fauci. Dr. Munkarah works as the chief clinical officer of the Henry Ford Health System, and Dr. Kalkanis works as the chief academic officer. Fauci's main complaint about their study is that it was not a "double-blind, randomized clinical trial," which is considered the "Gold Standard." This is an interesting criticism, since almost all of the current new medical products being fast-tracked by the FDA to treat COVID, are also not "double-blind, randomized clinical trials." This is especially true for the COVID vaccine drug trials, which do not even use a true placebo, but instead usually use another vaccine known for serious side effects, to make the new COVID vaccine appear to be more safe. Another doctor who has spoken out in an article published today (August 4, 2020) is French Dr. Pascal Sacré. The title of his article is: COVID-19: We have a Treatment: Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). We do Not Need a Vaccine! Texas doctors Dr. Kevin R. Wheelan, chief of cardiology at Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital in Dallas and Dr. Peter McCullough, a clinical cardiologist and professor at the Texas A&M School of Medicine, have also made public comments and sent a letter to the FDA a few days ago. This is just a sampling of the doctors who are coming forward and speaking out, but don't expect the national corporate media to give them any coverage, and don't expect to find out anything about these doctors if you do a Google Search, as Google and the rest of Big Tech are accomplices to mass murder along with the big corporate media outlets, such as CNN, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, and also Fox News. Dr. Ron Paul: Europeans Are Waking Up to Government Covid Tyranny. Why Are We Still Asleep?
Tens of thousands of Germans marched through Berlin on Saturday, proclaiming a “Day of Freedom” and demanding an end to government-mandated face masks and “social distancing.” The UK and Netherlands also saw large protests against their governments’ tyrannical actions in response to the coronavirus outbreak. According to media accounts, the Berlin protesters held signs reading “We are being forced to wear a muzzle,” “Natural defense instead of vaccination,” and “We are making noise because you are stealing our freedom!” Good for them! The New York Times Tweeted that the masses of Berlin demonstrators were all “Nazis” and “conspiracy theorists.” Does the “paper of record” really want us to believe there were perhaps a million Nazis active in the streets of Berlin? Wouldn’t that be alarming? The fact is, Europeans are realizing that their government-mandated lockdowns did little or nothing to protect them from the virus, while causing economic catastrophe and untold human suffering. They likely looked around and noticed that Sweden, which never locked down its economy, rejected face masks, and kept its restaurants and other places of business open, did not fare any worse than the countries that have been turned into open air prisons for much of the year. In fact, Sweden had a lower death rate from the virus than strict lockdown states like the UK and France. No wonder people are starting to get angry.

Hydroxychloroquine Scandal Spurs Hundreds of Thousands to Protest in Europe, While Americans Mostly Just Comply
Berlin, Germany, used to be the most famous city in the world representing tyrannical rule, as for decades after World War II the city was divided between "west" and "east" with a wall and guards preventing people from going from one side of the city to the other. During this "Cold War" period between Russia and the U.S., Americans were taught that the "west" side of Berlin stood for "freedom," while the "east" side represented tyrannical communist rule. This past weekend, (first weekend of August 2020), citizens of what was once Nazi Germany led the world by turning out in the tens of thousands to protest against the tyranny of the COVID response by government, and the citizens united to proclaim they wanted "freedom," and that they did not believe the Government's version of COVID that has led to these massive loss of freedoms around the world. And they were not alone. Demonstrations happened all over Europe, with some estimates that the total number this past weekend was around 1 million. In Berlin alone, estimates ranged from 15,000 to 20,000 who turned out to demand their freedoms back. Some commentators in the Alternative Media are claiming that the Frontline Doctors press conferences from the week before, which were censored by the corporate media and Big Tech, but spread like wildfire anyway in spite of the attempts at censorship, were largely responsible for these turnouts. Comments recorded in the media in Europe from some of the protesters seem to confirm this, as the comments echoed the same message that was communicated during the Frontline Doctors Summit in Washington D.C. last week, that there were thousands of doctors who disagreed with the Government "health authorities" and that their voices are being suppressed for evil purposes. Knowing that there has been a 100% successful cure available for COVID since the beginning of the Plandemic is apparently waking up some people, at least in Europe, as a common chant in Germany was "Masks make us slaves."

There is overwhelming evidence that Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, is guilty of mass murder. Earning huge profits from the pharmaceutical industry, he has been the main leader in the United States controlling the Coronavirus response, which has included squelching public information about hydroxychloroquine, a safe FDA-approved drug which has been in the market for decades, and which thousands of doctors are now saying has a 100% cure rate for patients diagnosed with COVID-19. This action alone has led to tens of thousands of needless deaths, as well as billions of taxpayer dollars spent on "new" cures for COVID-19, such as the very profitable Remdesivir, and the upcoming COVID vaccines. He seems to wield more power and influence than even the President of the United States. So is there no way to stop him or bring him to justice?
Association of American Physicians and Surgeons Sues FDA, HHS over Hydroxychloroquine Censorship
This week the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons submitted additional evidence to a federal court for why interference with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) should end by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), in AAPS v. FDA, No. 1:20-cv-00493-RJJ-SJB (W.D. Mich.). “As confirmed by another recent study of thousands of patients at the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan, HCQ is both very safe and highly effective in treating COVID-19, reducing mortality by 50%,” AAPS informed the court in its filing. “Countries with underdeveloped health care systems are using HCQ early and attaining far lower mortality than in the United States, where [HHS and the FDA] impede access to HCQ.” Yet most Americans are still unable to obtain HCQ for early treatment of COVID-19, and virtually no Americans are able to access it as preventive medicine. HCQ has been used safely for decades by travelers to protect against malaria, but Americans are dying from COVID-19 while HCQ is withheld from them.
