US Government Gives Future Manufacturers of Ebola Vaccines Free Pass from Legal Liability
The US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is providing a gift to manufacturers of prospective vaccines meant to protect patients against the Ebola virus: Protection from legal liability. In an announcement in the 9 December 2014 edition of the Federal Register, DHHS said it was issuing a new declaration that would "provide liability protection for activities related to Ebola virus disease vaccines consistent with the terms of the declaration."
New Study: Hepatitis B Vaccination in France Sparked a Wave of New Cases of MS
There has been considerable suspicion about a link between hepatitis B vaccination and the development of multiple sclerosis. This new study examined detailed national data in France around the mass vaccination of French adults in the mid 1990s. Following World Health Organisation recommendations in 1992 to mass vaccinate against hepatitis B to hopefully eradicate the virus, 20 million French people were vaccinated between 1994 and 1997. In 1998, French media published articles about a sudden increase in the number of cases of MS developing in France, linking them to this mass vaccination program. Vaccination numbers rapidly fell as a result. Now 20 years later, by looking at all the data from that time, Dominique Le Houezec has established a firm link between these vaccinations and a sudden rise in the number of cases of MS developing in France. The author of this paper actually goes so far as calling this ‘an involuntary very large scale experiment carried out on a third of the French population’.
36,605 Reports of Brain Dysfunction from Cholesterol-lowering Statin Drugs
Statins work by poisoning an enzyme (HMG-CoA reductase) which is needed to produce cholesterol, adrenal and sex hormones, memory proteins and maintain cell energy. The highest concentration of cholesterol in the body is found in the brain. There were 36,605 reports of brain dysfunction from the FDA Adverse Events Databases which included memory impairment, transient cases of global amnesia, confusion, paranoia, disorientation, depression, and dementia related to statin use. Remember, this number is thought to represent only 1-10% of the true number of adverse drug reactions.
Government Pays Compensation to 80 Flu Vaccine Injuries and Deaths
The December 2014 report from the Department of Justice on damages paid by the U.S. Government to vaccine victims was recently published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources. There were 180 cases of vaccine injuries decided. 134 cases received compensation, while 46 cases were denied. This report clearly shows that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in America. 134 cases were awarded settlements for vaccine injuries, with 79 of the settlements being for the flu shot, including three deaths. Most of the settlements for injuries due to the flu shot were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Other flu vaccine injuries included: acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis, shingles (herpes zoster), neuropathic demyelination, seizures, neuropathy, brachial plexopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, optic neuritis, and Bell's palsy. Failed Whooping Cough Vaccine Still being Used in the United States – Outbreaks Blamed on Unvaccinated
ABC News out of Australia is reporting that whooping cough cases among infants are increasing, and that the vaccine seems to be loosing its effectiveness. The National Centre for Immunisation and Research of Vaccine Preventable Diseases in Australia has found whooping cough cases are increasing in very young children. Senior research fellow Dr Helen Quinn says: "The a-cellular vaccine we use now wanes. The immunity you get from them wanes a lot quicker from what we expected...Now that we've got this vaccine that doesn't last quite as long, perhaps some of those increasing cases that we have seen, particularly among three-year-olds, is due to this waning of the vaccine." The pertussis vaccine for whooping cough is a failure. This fact is not even denied by mainstream medicine. Yet, the pro-pharma media continues to blame the tiny percentage of unvaccinated children as the cause of whooping cough outbreaks, when in fact the data clearly shows the outbreaks are occurring mainly among the vaccinated population.

How Journalists are Censored from Covering Both Sides of the Vaccine Debate
Investigative reporter Jennifer Margulis has asked Health Impact News to re-publish a book review she recently wrote, which was published by The Washington Independent Review of Books. She reports that it was among the top five most read reviews for October 2014 which the Washington Independent Review of Books publicized in a second article. Then the editor pulled the review off their website. Why? Citing a supposed "conflict of interest" that Margulis states was cleared by the editors prior to publication, Margulis states the real reason she believes it was censored was because: I “express outrage that newborn infants are routinely vaccinated for hep B” and I wonder why I was encouraged to vaccinate my daughter “against a disease she had no chance of catching.” Censoring vaccine dangers and safety information is, sadly, common place in the mainstream media. Study: Cholesterol Drug Only 2% Better Results than Placebo
Why should a 2% cardiovascular risk reduction in a drug that has shown nothing before this be considered a success? And, keep in mind, that this risk reduction did not include the most meaningful risk reduction–death. This study found no difference in the most important endpoints: overall deaths, cardiovascular deaths, or coronary deaths. Why does my profession accept this mediocrity? Not only do they accept it, they embrace it. It is pathetic. Folks, we spend too much money on drugs that provide little, if any, benefit. In fact, we spend more on drugs than any country on the face of the earth and we lag behind every major Western country on every important health and disease indicator. This study should be the last nail in the coffin for Vytorin. It is a failed drug that has little usefulness. We would be better served to remove it from the marketplace.
