The headline in the New York Times (NYT) this morning–8.28.2017– states, “Anti-Inflammatory Drug May Lower Risk of Heart Disease and Cancer. Findings Represent Medical Milestone.” I am getting tired of using the “Fake News” meme when describing medical articles in the NYTs. But, this article is beyond ridiculous and I can think of no better way to describe it. This is another example of fake news and why we are in the health care mess we are in.
Millions of People Take to the Streets in Italy and France to Protest Mandatory Vaccines
Turning their backs on the human rights principle of voluntary informed consent memorialized in the Nuremberg Code after World War II, health authorities in France and Italy are fast-tracking involuntary vaccine mandates for school-age children. In Italy, millions of Italians have been demonstrating since June, protesting the infringements to parental rights. On July 28, industry-beholden Italian legislators voted 296-92 to pass a one-size-fits-all law that mandates multiple doses of ten vaccines for preschoolers through teenagers, imposing steep fines for parents who do not comply. Mainstream media outlets in both Italy and the US ignored the record protests against medical coercion. A recent survey found widespread doubts among Italian and French citizens about the importance and safety of vaccines. A cascade of recent scientific studies have described the emergence of new vaccine-related autoimmune illnesses and the inferior health status of vaccinated compared to unvaccinated children. Furthermore, a slate of films, news reports and government investigations have exposed widespread corruption among vaccine regulators, government efforts to hide serious vaccine-related adverse reactions and intimidation of scientists who publish data contrary to the orthodoxy that all vaccines are always safe for all children.
Common Childbirth Practice Could Lead to Later False Diagnosis of Shaken Baby Syndrome
Pitocin is one of the most commonly used drugs in childbirth, given to the majority of birthing women to either induce or augment (speed up) labor. Cytotec is also used by many doctors to induce labor. As common as they are, they are not without significant risks to both mother and baby. There are known side effects that are rarely, if ever, told to parents. Unfortunately, some of these risks also appear on the list of symptoms of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS), or, as it is sometimes called, Abusive Head Trauma (AHT). Hundreds of parents each year are accused of SBS. The National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome estimates that there are 1,300 cases of SBS per year in the U.S. Many have their children seized by Child Protective Services. Some are imprisoned, and some have even been put to death. How many accused parents are aware that simply having labor induced or augmented could cause Shaken Baby symptoms in their baby? Perhaps more importantly, how many doctors, social workers, attorneys, and judges are aware of this? Or are they aware, but choose not to disclose this information?
Widespread Opposition of FDA Expansion on Electroshocking Children
Attorney Jonathan Emord and his co-counsel Kendrick Moxon have filed a Supplement to their Citizen Petition of August 2016, protesting the FDA’s Proposed Order to reclassify and make more readily available the Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Device used to give “shock-treatment.” The reclassification would make it easier for doctors to give the treatment. Shock treatment is well-known as the punishment given actor Jack Nicholson in the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. More recently it was portrayed in the TV series Homeland when given to the star, destroying her memory and intelligence. Memory loss and brain damage are the central issue in the attorneys’ filing. An NAACP Resolution calls for a banning of electroshock treatment on children, youths and young adults up to the age of 21. The Resolution points to four U.S. states—California, Colorado, Texas and Tennessee—having banned the pediatric use of electroshock and a United Nations report on Torture that recommends “an absolute ban on all forced” electroshock. African Americans are more at risk of this potentially brain-damaging procedure as: “psychiatrists now diagnose African American men in mental hospitals as having a serious mental disorder at a rate of up to 1,500 percent higher than white men,” according to the Resolution.
Vaccine Requirement for Liver Transplant Nearly Cost Life of 11 Year Old Boy
Politics have no place in hospitals. My son, who is 11 years old, suffered tremendously because of a mandatory vaccine policy at his transplant hospital. Kendetrick was diagnosed with newly onset liver disease out of nowhere on October 18, 2016. From that day forward, his life went out of control. Several procedures and tests were done over the next few months. Experimenting with medications, there seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel. He was getting worse and worse. He stopped eating, stopped playing, stopped living. He was evaluated for a liver transplant on January 12 and 13, 2017. I was told they would not transplant my son or even list him on UNOS unless I agreed to get him fully up-to-date on his vaccines. I stopped when he was a baby, with the support of his doctor, after a failed RSV vaccine and the fact that he was always sick. I did my homework. This is a child who has many problems. He has congenital heart disease as well and has never really been "healthy." When speaking with one of the members of the transplant team about the fact that they "required" him to get vaccinated I asked "what would happened if I don't get them for him" and she said "we will make him comfortable and continue to try things, but he could not get listed on UNOS."
“Pedophile Farm” Alleged in Lawsuit Against Washington Foster Care Home for Boys
Centralia’s Kiwanis Vocational Home, open from 1979 to 1994, was intended to be a safe place for wayward boys, a state-licensed foster home where 11- to 17-year-olds could get an education and job skills in a “family atmosphere,” according to a 1986 Chronicle article. However, four lawsuits from former residents paint an alarmingly different picture. “This was a pedophile farm,” said attorney Darrell Cochran, of Tacoma, who represents plaintiffs in all four cases, two of which were filed Tuesday. The lawsuits each allege physical, sexual and emotional abuse by both staff and residents of the home, intentional understaffing with unqualified workers and financial fraud and negligence by staff and state agencies, including the state Department of Social and Health Services, which licensed the facility. “These individual defendants continued to support KVH despite clear evidence that it was a breeding ground for sexual abuse and sexually charged physical abuse,” the lawsuit states. Furthermore, Cochran said evidence gathered in the cases shows conspiracy rife with “political corruption” with the facility acting to conceal allegations of abuse while continuing to profit from state reimbursements for services.
Girl Commits Suicide After Gardasil Vaccine Destroys Her Life
The VAXXED team recently interviewed a mother who tells about how her daughter took her own life after suffering from the Gardasil vaccine for several years. A doctor in their church recommended the HPV vaccine to them. After receiving the second Gardasil vaccine at the age of 15, she became very lethargic and could hardly get out of bed, suffering from horrible headaches. They had to black out the light in her room because of the pain it caused, and she did not leave her bed for days. Prior to the vaccine, she was healthy and active, and rarely missed a day of school. The family had to hire a teacher to teach her sophomore year of high school since she could not leave her home. After starting a very strict diet that an alternative health practitioner recommended, the family had some hope that she would recover. But she battled depression, and it was learned from her journals after her death that she had a constant buzzing sound in her head. She had tried every anti-depressant drug on the market without success.
Judge Orders Children Home in Kansas Case with Navy Dad Who used Medical Cannabis
Raymond and Amelia Schwab didn't know what to expect when they went into a Kansas courtroom on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. The Colorado couple has been fighting to get their children back since the Department for Children and Families (DCF) seized custody of them in April 2015. During that time, they have been told that their parental rights would be terminated, that their children would be returned home, and everything in between. It has been an emotional roller coaster, and 5 of their 6 children have been in foster care for more than 2 years. (Their oldest son was 19 when his younger siblings were taken and therefore avoided foster care.) Raymond Schwab, an honorably discharged Navy veteran, and his wife Amelia took to Facebook Live with an update for thousands of their followers, many of whom have been praying for their children to be returned to the family. The update was a mixture of good news and bad news - the children are supposed to be returned home, just not immediately. They were told that the children should be home by Christmas.
Back to School Alert: Gifted Children Being Mislabeled “ADHD” and Given Stimulant Drugs
With children returning to school parents and teachers are being alerted to the high number of gifted children that could be falsely diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and drugged with psychostimulants that may harm their mental performance and creativity. As part of its “Fight for Kids” campaign, the mental health watchdog, Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR) provides research and articles to teachers and parents to increase awareness of such pediatric misdiagnosis. "It's important for parents and teachers to work together to ensure that children are not placed on mind-altering drugs that can crush their enthusiasm, creativity and learning abilities." Approximately 11 percent of all U.S. children aged 4-17 years are diagnosed with ADHD, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In high school children alone, the diagnosis has been made in 15 percent. CCHR says the symptoms of this “disorder” are so subjective that gifted children are being put at risk of being labeled with ADHD and forced onto powerful stimulants that the Drug Enforcement Administration warns are more potent than cocaine.
Mother Blamed for Baby’s Vaccine Injuries – Baby Adopted Out as Parents Face Jail
In December 2013, in the State of Florida, Ms. Rebecca Wood gave birth to Javoni, a seven-pound baby boy with mild infant jaundice. Doctors assured her that jaundice was relatively common in newborns and told her that he would recover from the condition in a few days. Although his health initially improved, his health deteriorated significantly within hours of receiving a series of several vaccinations just eight weeks later. He became very ill and he had constant diarrhea. Despite his mother following all of the pediatrician’s advice, instead of improving as one would expect, Javoni’s health continued to deteriorate. Doctors diagnosed him with various medical conditions, including metabolic bone disease. After x-rays showed several previous broken bones, the parents were investigated by DCF (Department of Children’s Families) for alleged abuse. There has been clear evidence throughout this case to support Javoni’s parents. His parents have obtained written reports from at least four separate experts, stating that Javoni not only suffered from rickets but also from a metabolic bone disease and had a family history of these conditions. Despite this evidence, it appears that Child Protective Services have chosen to ignore the evidence and are adopting out this young baby to strangers. If this is not bad enough, his parents have since been charged with neglect and abuse and are now facing the very real possibility of going to jail as a result
Dr. Brownstein on CDC Corruption: “I am Tired of Writing About This – I See Patients Damaged by Vaccines”
I honestly cannot believe I am still writing about this. It was three years ago that a senior CDC scientist, Dr. William Thompson, claimed whistleblower protection after he issued a statement that he and his fellow colleagues altered, hid, and threw out data that showed a direct association between the MMR vaccine and autism. Folks, I am tired of writing about this. I see patients who have been damaged by vaccines. There is no excuse for any healthcare practitioner to defend the current vaccine schedule when it has not been properly studied. There is no excuse for any healthcare practitioner to justify the use of vaccines that contain neurotoxins and carcinogens that include aluminum, formaldehyde and mercury. Our children are mandated by the Powers-That-Be to have more and more vaccines. The state of health of U.S. children is a disaster. When compared to other Western countries, our children suffer with more autism, arthritis, cancer, and chronic illness. Our schools are suffering under the enormous weight of special needs children. Somebody show me a study where our children, the most vaccinated children on the planet, are healthier than other Western children.
Study: Toxic Herbicide Glyphosate Found as Contaminant in Vaccines
Glyphosate, often sold under the brand name “Roundup,” is the most widely used weed killer in the U.S. Glyphosate is a “non-selective herbicide,” which means it kills many plants, not just weeds. It kills them by interfering with the production of critical proteins necessary for growth. In commercial agriculture, Roundup is used on “Roundup Ready” crops—crops that have been genetically modified to resist the powerful toxic effects of glyphosate. The list of Roundup Ready crops includes soy, corn, canola and sugar beets. It is important to remember that, while these plants have been modified to resist the harmful effects of glyphosate, the people and animals that eat them have not. In a series of articles, my colleague Anthony Samsel and I have been exploring the connection between glyphosate and a number of diseases, including multiple sclerosis, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, and cancer. In our most recent article, “Glyphosate Pathways to Modern Diseases VI: Prions, Amyloidoses and Autoimmune Neurological Diseases,” we present evidence that glyphosate has made its way into several widely used vaccines. We describe how the glyphosate residue contained in vaccines might induce the kind of autoimmune responses typically observed in autism. Interestingly, of all the vaccines we tested, MMR stood out as consistently having the highest level of glyphosate contamination. This fact may help explain why the MMR vaccine, which contains neither mercury nor aluminum, has been implicated so often in vaccine injury and autism. My research leads me to believe that synergistic toxicity between glyphosate and vaccines, particularly MMR, is a major factor in the growing autism epidemic.

Seeing families reunited and rejoicing once again, after being unjustly separated by Child Protective Services (CPS) is the passion that fuels us to continue to expose the destructive activities of CPS agencies and Family Courts throughout the United States (and even the world). Study: Gardasil Risks Hidden by Vaccine Manufacturer and FDA Regulators
A new study published in Clinical Rheumatology exposes how vaccine manufacturers used phony placebos in clinical trials to conceal a wide range of devastating risks associated with HPV vaccines. Instead of using genuine inert placebos and comparing health impacts over a number of years, as is required for most new drug approvals, Merck and GlaxoSmithKline spiked their placebos with a neurotoxic aluminum adjuvant and cut observation periods to a matter of months. Researchers from Mexico’s National Institute of Cardiology pored over 28 studies published through January 2017—16 randomized trials and 12 post-marketing case series—pertaining to the three human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines currently on the market globally. In their July 2017 peer-reviewed report, the authors, Manuel Martínez-Lavin and Luis Amezcua-Guerra, uncovered evidence of numerous adverse events, including life-threatening injuries, permanent disabilities, hospitalizations and deaths, reported after vaccination with GlaxoSmithKline’s bivalent Cervarix vaccine and Merck’s quadrivalent or nine-valent HPV vaccines (Gardasil and Gardasil 9). Pharmaceutical company scientists routinely dismissed, minimized or concealed those injuries using statistical gimmicks and invalid comparisons designed to diminish their relative significance.
7 Florida Children Taken from Parents Due to Poverty and Disability Come Home After 3 Years
More than three years ago, a Filipino-American father living in Florida made a promise to his children: "I will never stop fighting for you to come home." Though there were times that Freddie Verzosa and his wife Tracey thought that it would never happen, all of the "7 Angels" have been reunited with their parents. The family is rejoicing and extremely thankful that, after all this time, they can finally all be together again. The six older children were taken from their home by Florida Children and Families (DCF) on July 9, 2014, based on the family's financial situation and allegations that Tracey, who has a mild intellectual disability, wasn't capable of taking care of her children while her husband worked. When their youngest baby Taylor was born, DCF showed up at the hospital to seize the 2 day old breastfeeding newborn from her mother's breast, simply because they already had an open case on the family. Their heartbreaking story captured international attention. The family's Facebook page quickly grew to almost 8,000 followers. Their story struck a chord with people all over the world who do not believe that the government should be able to tear a loving family apart because of poverty or a disability. There were never any allegations that the Verzosa parents ever harmed their children. Some within DCS told them that "love wasn't enough" for them to parent their own children.
Class Action Lawsuit Against Gardasil Vaccine Filed in Colombia
The Reconstruando Esperanza Association, made up of victims of the Human Papillomavirus HPV vaccine, will sue the pharmaceutical multinational Merck Sharp & Dohme for "the damages caused to the life and health" of hundreds of women and girls. The class action lawsuit against the multinational Merck Sharp & Dohme, which produces the drug Gardasil, warns that the amount of damages caused is 490 billion pesos (approximately $30.5 million). Mónica León del Río, representative of the association, said that "the approximate group of victims of Gardasil that make up the demand is 700 girls, adolescents and Colombian women, affected by the recombinant quadrivalent vaccine against the Human Papilloma Virus, Types 6, 11, 16 and 18, Gardasil." The association is calling for compensation for the damage allegedly due to the vaccine, mainly symptoms that affect the immune and neurologic systems, and also is calling for a declaration that the vaccine is unsafe.

Colorado Mom Accused of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Child’s Death Has Conviction Thrown out After 13 Years
An Alamosa judge has ordered a new trial in the case of Krystal Voss, who was convicted in 2004 of child abuse in the death of her nineteen-month-old son and sentenced to twenty years in prison. The reversal is another setback for advocates of "shaken baby syndrome," a diagnosis that's been used in court to prosecute hundreds of caregivers for abuse over the past three decades but has been attacked by skeptics as junk science. In a 139-page opinion dated August 7, Alamosa District Court Judge Pattie Swift ruled that Voss's conviction should be thrown out because her attorneys at trial failed to summon any medical experts to challenge the prosecution's claim that Kyran Gaston-Voss's death was the result of a violent shaking. The decision comes after new testimony by nationally recognized pediatric specialists that the toddler's injuries, including a devastating brain injury, could have been caused by an accidental fall. At trial, the prosecution's medical expert asserted that the fatal injuries were consistent with a violent shaking. The jury took only six hours to deliver its verdict: guilty of knowing and reckless child abuse resulting in death. Yet the basic premises behind shaken-baby prosecutions — for example, that baby-shaking produces a unique constellation of symptoms, distinct from a short fall — have been under attack for some time, and were even back when Voss went to trial. Dr. Robert Bux, the coroner who conducted the autopsy on Kyran, told Westword in 2003 that he didn't believe in shaken-baby syndrome and found it "difficult to swallow the concept." Yet the defense never called him as a witness to refute the prosecution's medical expert. Voss, has already served thirteen years of her now-vacated twenty-year sentence.

School Teachers and Other School Officials Being Trained on How to Report Your Children to CPS
As "Back to School" time approaches, parents everywhere are preparing - shopping for school supplies and clothes, adjusting schedules, and making arrangements for after-school care. The public needs to be aware that, while parents get ready to send children back to public school, teachers and staff in the schools are undergoing mandatory training right now that will result in some children being taken from their families, perhaps permanently. Several sources from within the system have told us that the first 6 weeks of school are the time of year when CPS seizes more children than any other time of the year. According to the 2015 Child Maltreatment Report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the highest percentage of reports of child abuse and neglect comes from educational personnel. In 2015, teachers and other school staff made 18.4% of the total reports to CPS, up from 17.7% in 2014. Under the guise of "protecting children," Child Protective Services is training school personnel all over the country about reporting parents for all sorts of things that may be considered "signs of abuse." These "signs" include: not wearing a jacket when it is cold out, not having school supplies or lunch money, having too many tardies, or being withdrawn or depressed at school. Because they are "mandatory reporters," teachers and staff are being told that they can lose their jobs, be sued, or go to jail for not reporting things that could happen in any normal, non-abusive household.
