Finnish Citizens Conduct Own Vaccine Safety Study and Question Health Authorities Letting 12-Year-Olds Make Own Decisions About HPV Vaccine without Parental Consent

A support group comprised of vaccine-injured and their families in Finland circulated an internet-based questionnaire to find out if there could be an association between vaccinations and healthy children or adolescents/adults falling ill.  Once the results were compiled and analyzed, it was impossible for them to find a medical professional willing to help them get the results published in a peer-reviewed medical journal. They contacted academics from their own country and abroad. All of those contacts agreed that the study has been conducted well and that it deserved to be published, but none of them were willing to co-author the manuscript because of the controversial nature of the topic. In other words, they were afraid of being bullied and losing their position. "How ethical is it to give the HPV-vaccine without informed consent and to advertise it is safe and effective and leave the decision to 12 years old girls?"

Missouri Farmer Who Ran Largest Organic Food Fraud Scheme in U.S. History Takes Own Life Instead of Reporting to Prison

Last month (August, 2019), U.S. District Judge C.J. Williams sentenced Missouri farmer Randy Constant to 10 years in prison in what is reportedly the largest organic food fraud scheme in U.S. history. Judge Williams gave shorter prison terms to three Overton, Nebraska, farmers whom Constant recruited to join the scheme. According to the Associated Press: "The farmers reaped more than $120 million in proceeds from sales of the tainted grain. The scheme may have involved up to 7 percent of organic corn grown in the U.S. in 2016 and 8 percent of the organic soybeans, prosecutors said. 'Thousands upon thousands of consumers paid for products they did not get and paid for products they did not want,' Williams said. 'This has caused incalculable damage to the confidence the American public has in organic products.' Williams said the scam harmed other organic farmers who were playing by the rules but could not compete with the low prices offered by Constant’s Iowa-based grain brokerage, and middlemen who unknowingly purchased and marketed tainted organic grain." Randy Constant reportedly never showed up to serve his prison term, but committed suicide instead.

September Government Report Shows $206 Million Paid so far in 2019 for Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

The federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services just concluded their third meeting of 2019 on September 6th. These quarterly meetings include a report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) on cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). The September 2019 report can be found here. The NVICP was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. So far in 2019 the NVICP has paid out $206,295,187.00 in damages due to vaccine injuries and deaths. This is public information, but it is not covered in the corporate "mainstream" media. As far as we know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these DOJ reports on vaccine injuries and deaths each quarter.  In fact, by publishing these government reports, we are accused of publishing "fake news," even though all the facts we are publishing here come from government-funded reports.

Is the Franklin Cover-up Scandal of Child Sex-Trafficking in Boys Town, Nebraska Still Happening Today?

In 1988, the raid and closure of the Franklin Federal Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska revealed a child sex trafficking ring, mainly boys and, later, girls from Boys Town, Nebraska, that included prominent members of society and government officials as the perpetrators. The investigation into the credit union and its General Manager, Larry King, ended with the arrest and conviction of Larry King for a forty million dollar fraud. Despite multiple investigations into the credit union, Larry King and Boys Town, one of the greatest cover-ups was not only successful, but resulted in the accusations made and corroborated by several witnesses as nothing more than a “hoax,” leading to multiple conspiracy theories. A documentary created in 1993 by a film crew from Yorkshire Television in the UK, went to Omaha, Nebraska to make a documentary about the alleged pedophile ring. Funding for the film was made by the Discovery Channel in the U.S.A. The documentary was set to air in Ireland and the UK as part of Yorkshire Television broadcast, “First Tuesday.” A US broadcast would follow. The documentary crew claims to have found a vast operation throughout the country, providing children to the wealthy and political establishment for molestation, drug trafficking and blackmail.  A year later, in 1994, the documentary, “Conspiracy of Silence,” was complete and ready to air in the UK, but the Discovery Channel withdrew support and reimbursed Yorkshire Television the half million it cost to make. California Pediatrician Appeals to Governor Newsom to do the Right Thing and Preserve the Doctor Patient Relationship

Dear Honorable Governor Newsom, I am a California-licensed, board-certified, Stanford-, NYU, & UCSF-trained pediatrician. I am not anti-vax. I administer vaccines in my pediatric practice. I believe that vaccines can be effective at reducing the risk of vaccine-preventable diseases for MOST children. I believe that vaccines are safe for MOST children. But not for all… I am not a “hysterical anti-vaxxer.” I am not the mother of a vaccine-injured child. I am not an unethical doctor selling “fake” medical exemptions. I am not a bureaucrat or a politician. I am a pediatrician in the trenches. And I am unashamedly, unabashedly, and unequivocally PRO-CHILD. I believe in public health, yet I care for individual children and families who sit across from me everyday, trusting that I am giving them valid, scientific, evidence-based information that will keep their individual baby safe and healthy, and believing that I am providing them with true informed consent. I am a pediatrician trying to do the best I can for the children in my practice. And the best is not simply repeating that vaccines are “safe and effective.” Because they’re not 100% safe. Because they’re not 100% effective. Because parents are asking questions. SB 276 continues to place the decision regarding an individual child’s vaccine risk/benefit assessment and whether or not that child qualifies for a vaccine medical exemption in the hands of the government. As clearly stated by Andrew Kroger M.D., M.P.H., Communications and Education Branch of the Immunization Service Division of the CDC: “It would be inappropriate for anyone other than the treating provider to determine who should be allowed to get a medically-necessary exemption.”

Investigation Reveals North Carolina CPS Took HUNDREDS of Children Away from Parents Illegally

RoundUp Herbicide Glyphosate Linked to Increased Rates of Colorectal Cancer in Young Adults

Colorectal cancer has increased by 51% in Americans under age 50 since the mid-1990s, and researchers suggest that “early life exposures…may be contributing to the rise” in that age group. A leading hypothesis is that gut dysbiosis is playing an active part—perhaps by disrupting young people’s immune response and triggering overactivation of cell signaling proteins in the colon. Some researchers have even posited a “bidirectional self-feeding relationship” between the gut microbiome and colorectal cancer, with gut dysbiosis contributing to colorectal cancer growth and progression, and tumor growth in turn disturbing the gut microbiome. I had been working towards this holiday for weeks. We spent several hours in discussion with the social worker, police and my doctor. As my dad and I left for the hospital my mum had to sign a form which stated that if they took me on holiday without consent from the hospital both my sister and I would be taken into care. Self-Appointed Internet Police Declare MedicalKidnap.com and DOJ Vaccine Court Reports Fake News

Health Impact News was recently contacted by John Gregory, a medical reporter working for the company NewsGuard, a self-appointed Internet policing group that awards "nutrition badge" ratings for websites determining if they are "reliable" or not. Mr. Gregory accused me right up front of publishing "false" claims, and asked me to comment on a list of articles in our network that he determined were "false." Curiously, one of the articles he chose to exhibit as something published that was "false" was one of our articles on the Department of Justice quarterly reports on compensated cases for vaccine injuries and deaths in the U.S. Vaccine Court, submitted every three months to the federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The article is reporting what is public information from government sources. When they gave Health Impact News a negative rating, they even gave a negative rating to Created4Health.org, which is not even a news site but a site where I publish my devotional articles based on Bible studies. They also gave a negative rating to MedicalKidnap.com. Mr Gregory accused us of simply taking unverified social media posts from parents who claimed their children were being kidnapped by the state, and asked us if we even bothered to verify their stories. There is strong evidence that NewsGuard is comprised of "old-school journalists" who represent corporate interests, and are doing everything they can to squelch free speech on the Internet, especially in social media platforms. Studies: Fluoridated Water Linked to Low IQ and Kidney Dysfunction in Children

The validity of the 1950's American Public Health Policy, which embraced the dumping of the toxic byproduct Fluorosilicic acid into water reservoirs across the country in an attempt at “better living through chemistry," is being increasingly brought under scrutiny as more and more research suggests that drinking water ‘fortified’ with fluoride may be doing more harm than good. Georgia Court of Appeals Blasts Judge in Juvenile Court that Denied Parents Justice Forcing them to Flee the State to Keep Their Children

The Reveal, a weekly news show at Alive 11 news in Atlanta, has published a report about judicial corruption in Georgia's Juvenile Court, highlighting a case where parents were denied their Constitutional rights, forcing them the flee the state to try and prevent the state from kidnapping their children. Judge Tripp Self from the Georgia Court of Appeals wrote in their decision: "We agree with the parents’ view that this ‘case is about much more than its individual facts. It is about the American legal system, about what our state and country require for every person brought before a court: fairness, respect, and a judicial system that should protect its citizens.’" Chief Judge Stephen Dillard went on to call the state’s justification for removing the children, “nonsense on stilts,” citing case law declaring parenting to be “a fiercely guarded right … that should be infringed upon only under the most compelling circumstances.” This story is all too typical of the kinds of stories we have been reporting at Health Impact News for years now, where parents are often denied due process and their Constitutional rights in family courts where decisions are made to remove their children. The judge in the case, County Juvenile Court Judge Joseph Wyant, used the excuse of "imminent danger" to order the removal of the children, even though the children's lives were allegedly not in imminent danger. The parents were denied legal representation and the opportunity to call their own witnesses and to cross examine the Division of Family and Children Services' (DFCS) witnesses. So feeling they had no options left in a corrupt judicial system, the parents packed up their children and fled the state. “I’m sure there are going to be people who are going to be judgmental and be like, 'You were stupid. You put their lives in danger.' Everyone knows in the back of their minds, if you have children, you would probably do the same thing,” said Martha.

No Shots No School Not True! School Districts Lying to Parents by Stating all Students Must be Fully Vaccinated when State Law Provides Exemptions

Health Freedom Idaho is reporting that school districts throughout Idaho are sending threatening letters to parents and falsely claiming that their children must be fully vaccinated or they will not be able to be enrolled in school. Idaho State law actually allows for vaccine exemptions for religious and medical reasons. (Source.) One concerned mom in Idaho writes: "I was registering my son for kindergarten today (his only partial year of public school before he will be homeschooled). I noticed this passage and the way it was worded when I was filling out his registration paperwork. I came with his vaccine exemption form in hand already filled out, which they accepted. I was really bothered by the fact that we have the right to waive vaccines, and yet they write to parents that by law they have to have their vaccinations. This is wrong. They should say something like, 'It is Idaho State Law that you must have complete immunization records or an Idaho School Immunization Exemption Form to register your child for school.' I listened to moms coming in worried that they didn’t have vaccination records and the school never gave them the option to waive. If it is our right to waive, why is this not disclosed as part of proper informed consent?"
