18 Year Old Massachusetts Girl Medically Kidnapped & Abused Now Fights Adult Protective Services to Remain Free

Our first story earlier this year about Elissa Maple was a sad story given to us by her mother Karen. Her mother reported how the State medically kidnapped her 16 year old daughter Elissa, drugged her, and held her in a mental facility against the wish of both Elissa and her family. Elissa reported that she was repeatedly drugged against her consent, and sexually abused while in the custody of the State. The facility holding Elissa wanted her to sign papers that would give them custody of Elissa beyond her 18th birthday on July 1, 2015. Fortunately, a judge agreed with Elissa and her family, and ordered her released. Elissa is happy to be back again with her family, but it is a happiness intertwined with fear, as Massachusetts Adult Protective Services is now trying to take over custody of Elissa.

Devastated Parents of Children Medically Kidnapped in Virginia Fight Back

A nightmare story that has become all too familiar to those of us at Health Impact News, parents in Virginia reached out to us to expose a corrupt system that has ravaged families all across America, and is completely out of control. Trying to find solutions to medical problems for their family, these parents did what families all across the United States do every day: they took their children to see medical doctors. Not finding solutions to their family illness, these parents pressed on to find answers. The result was that they were allegedly accused of having a mental disorder, Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, and even denied medical care. When I got there from our house down the street from hospital, my son was inside of a van with no handles on the inside and my daughter was in the bathroom surrounded by six to eight police. One cop from Shenandoah County looked at my fourteen year old son and saw tears in his eyes and asked in a mean way, 'What is wrong with you, why are you crying?!?' It was awful." Lane and Susan have their children back now, but they want the world to know their story. They feel their children have been scarred for life: "My daughter is now back with me and is no longer a child, she left me believing in fairies and Santa and came back waking screaming every night, scared to death of being taken." New Federal Bill Lowers Standards for Experimental Vaccine Licensing

It has only been a few weeks since the forced vaccination lobby rammed a bill (SB 277) through the California legislature eliminating the personal belief vaccine exemption so children will have to get dozens of doses of federally recommended vaccines or be denied a school education. While California was being subjected to one of the most aggressive and expensive state lobbying campaigns ever mounted by the pharmaceutical industry in partnership with medical trade associations funded by industry and government that same lobby was pulling an even bigger fast one on the American people in Washington, D.C. Here comes the 21st Century Cures Act, which is a Pharma-driven bill blessed by the FDA that seriously compromises the integrity of the FDA drug and vaccine licensing process. The 362-page bill sailed through the U.S. House of Representatives on July 10, 2015 and mandates that about $9 billion dollars be given to NIH to develop more drugs and vaccines and $550 million be given to the FDA to fast track products to market. The 21st Century Cures Act is being sold as a way for the FDA to quickly license experimental pharmaceutical products for people suffering with rare or life threatening diseases, whether or not those products have been adequately tested. However, greasing the FDA licensure skids to make experimental drugs available for the sick and dying, who voluntarily choose to use them, is one thing, while greasing the skids to bum rush experimental vaccines to licensure that government will legally require healthy children and adults to buy and use, is something quite different.

Dr. Brownstein: CDC’s Dr. Thompson Needs to be Subpoenaed to Testify Before Congress

Last summer, a senior CDC scientist–Dr. William Thompson–admitted that the CDC altered data that showed the MMR vaccine was associated with autism. In fact, the original CDC data showed that the MMR vaccine, when given before 36 months of age was associated with a 240% increase in autism in African American children. Furthermore, there was a69% increase in autism in any male child who received the vaccine before 36 months of age. Where is the outrage? Where are the marches? Where are the media reports? The Pharmacy Times has reported that the FDA has approved a new influenza vaccine formulation for the 2015-2016 flu season: "Flubok is made using cultured insect cells and can be produced much more rapidly than traditional egg-based flu vaccines. It also contains 3 times more active ingredients than traditional flu vaccines, according to the manufacturer, Protein Sciences Corp. For the upcoming flu season, there were 2 strain changes." The new flu vaccine made using cultured insect cells is expected to be available in retail pharmacies like Target by mid-August. The annual flu vaccine kills and injures more people than any other vaccine, with no close seconds. In fact, according to the U.S. Government Department of Justice reports on vaccine injuries and deaths submitted each quarter, more awards are issued as compensation for flu vaccine injuries and deaths than all the other vaccines on the market combined. During last year's flu season, the CDC admitted that the flu vaccine was not a good match for the influenza strains that were making people sick. People who had received the flu vaccine were still getting the flu. Some of them died, even though they received the flu shot. Nevertheless, the flu vaccine will be recommended to ALL Americans, including the most susceptible members of our society, the very young (even while still in womb as pregnant mothers will be encouraged to get the flu shot), and the very old, many of them in medical care facilities.

Oklahoma City Parents Lose Their 2 Children to CPS Due to “Shaken Baby” Allegation

Arizona Family Terrified – Foster Parents Taking Their Children to Mexico Against Their Will

Tabitha and Jeff Shoars have just received word that a judge has allegedly approved a request for 2 of their children in Arizona DCF custody to travel to Mexico for a week with their foster parents - a request that the Shoars did NOT approve. They are terrified for their children. The U.S. State Department has recently issued travel warnings for the region in Mexico where the foster parents are planning to take the children, and these warnings are "terrifying" to the Shoars. The Shoars were placed under a gag order in January so that they cannot speak publicly about the actions of DCS in taking custody of their children. When the foster parents first made the request to take the children to Mexico, Tabitha and Jeff reportedly denied the request, as is their parental right, which they legally still retain. They learned on Friday that the foster parents petitioned the judge for the unusual request, and he approved it. Tabitha is reportedly terrified for her children, wondering what possible valid reason the foster parents could have for wanting to take her children into such a dangerous region, where human trafficking and drug cartels are rampant. The Shoars state that the law mandates that there must be a conference or a hearing in such cases, for the parents to voice their concerns to the judge. This never happened. There is a hearing apparently scheduled, but it will not happen until after the children are scheduled to be across the Mexican border.

Dentists Take Advantage of Children on Medicaid

They’re raking in hundreds of millions of dollars across multiple states. Over the past couple of years, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services, has been looking into a colossal scandal across the country. Thousands of dentists have been implicated in a series of reports by the OIG. The charge? Highly questionable Medicaid reimbursement bills for excessive and even needless services given to low-income children, often to their great harm. The latest report from OIG looks at California. It identified 335 providers with questionable billing practices who collected $117.5 million from Medicaid for pediatric dental services in 2012 alone. Half of these dentists worked for dental chains, suggesting an organized scam. They are, in fact, gaming Medicaid. It gets worse. OIS uncovered evidence suggesting that over 100 general dentists were either billing for procedures they didn’t do or were performing unnecessary dental procedures. These are only the dentists who got caught. How many others are doing this? What about pediatricians treating children on Medicaid? One can only imagine the depths of this type of malfeasance.

Rengo Children’s Health Deteriorates in State Custody: Parent Visitation Cut Off

It has been more than 7 months since Medical Kidnap published the story of 3 breastfeeding, homebirthed babies being seized by CPS in the state of Washington. Cleave and Erica May Rengo lost their children when someone worried about their homebirth called paramedics. Our original story has been shared over 1 million times on Facebook. They have reportedly been jumping through hoops ever since to get their children back. They still don't have them back. In an interview with Medical Kidnap, the mother explains how their children's health is rapidly deteriorating while in State care, as they took all three children off of her breast milk and an organic diet, and replaced it with toxic formula and commodity food heavy with GMOs that the children were not used to. Seeing the deplorable condition that their children were in outraged the parents, and as a result of their protests, visitation has been cut off. In addition, the judge in their case has ordered the mother, Erica, to divorce the children's father, Cleave, as a condition to receiving her children back, even though they never obtained permission from the State to get married in the first place by obtaining a marriage license. A very exasperated mother cries out and asks: "Where are those who stand up for the women and children? Where are the Christians? Why aren't people getting riled up about this? Federal Government Does not Want You to Know if Your Food has GMOs in it

A current proposed federal law on GMO food would prevent States from passing their own GMO laws on labeling GMO foods. This past week, Scott Faber of the Environmental Working Group reported that Rep. Mike Pompeo's anti-GMO labeling bill, H.R. 1599, would also prevent companies from voluntarily labeling their products with non-GMO claims. Section 102 of Pompeo’s bill would make any non-GMO claim a violation of federal labeling law – unless the non-GMO claim was approved through a new certification program to be established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Under Pompeo’s bill, it could take the USDA at least a year, and more likely years to set up such a certification program. If you do not want the federal government forcing companies to stop voluntarily informing their consumers about whether or not their products have GMO ingredients in them, then urge your federal elected officials to oppose H.R. 1599 (and any Senate equivalent).
