CSPOA: Over 40 Sheriffs Stand Against Governor Newsom in California! Time to Deputize Posses?
Retired Sheriff Richard Mack, founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), has been training county sheriffs for more than a decade on how to keep their oath of office. Now, due to the excessive tyrannical COVID dictates terrorizing the nation, there is a new-found demand for the services of CSPOA, and they recently started a monthly "Ask Sheriff Mack Any Question You Want" call-in program to educate people on the Constitutional role of County Sheriffs. He has the authority to keep a posse of minute men, at minute's notice, that they can respond and that they can be trained, however the Sheriff wants. Too many Sheriffs shy away from this. They're a little bit timid to go after posses. I can tell you I had a posse when I was Sheriff. Just about every Sheriff in the state of Arizona and many other western states already use a posse, and people don't realize this."
Judge Gives EPA One More Chance to Do Its Job and Halt Fluoridation of Drinking Water
In August, a landmark David-versus-Goliath federal lawsuit brought by citizens against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to end fluoridation of drinking water took another giant step forward. The lawsuit—spearheaded by a coalition of nonprofits and individual citizens—resulted in a two-week trial in June (via video conference) that synthesized the findings of hundreds of studies, including two landmark birth cohort studies funded by the National Institutes of Health. The evidence, which included important admissions from EPA’s own scientists, makes clear that the fluoridation chemicals consumed by over 200 million Americans present an unreasonable risk of neurotoxic effects, including reduced IQ and ADHD symptoms, particularly for babies in the womb and bottle-fed infants. Buttressed by a 2,500-page Citizens Petition and the expert testimony of four internationally recognized scientists, lead attorney Michael Connett asserted that the EPA has been derelict in its duty, spelled out under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), to limit or ban toxic chemicals that pose unreasonable risks—and especially, as this case underscored, risks to the developing brain. CENSORED: Resistance Grows Across America as Open Carry Armed Militias Peacefully March
This past week fully armed militia groups took to the streets in peaceful protest in events that the corporate propaganda media obviously did not want to publish, as there are now solid signs that all across the nation citizens have had enough with living under the rule of tyrants. If the word "militia" is foreign to you, it is in the U.S. Constitution Bill of Rights in the Second Amendment which reads: Amendment II - "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Most Americans probably are not even aware that the U.S. Constitution not only protects the right of armed American citizens to form militias, but actually encourages it as being "necessary to the security of a free State." Last Tuesday, August 18, 2020, a Virginia militia group peacefully marched in the capital of Richmond. Much of it was captured on video, and uploaded to Facebook. Mike Dunn, the leader of the militia group, said: “We stand for freedom. We are sick of being oppressed by a tyrannical government, including Ralph Northam, and the rest of his cronies that fill our senate and house in Virginia.” When asked what message he would send to Governor Northam, Mike vowed, “Virginia will not fall.” Virginia has also become the first State in the U.S. to publicly announce that once a COVID vaccine is approved, it will be mandated for all the residents of Virginia. There was a group of "state representatives" meeting on the street which apparently had been blocked off from traffic, and they were filming the event, as the Virgina militia marched in. Police tried to intervene and order the militia group to get off the street, but the militia refused, and there was for a time a very tense standoff as police tried to intimidate them, and threaten them with arrest. But the police got a lecture on the Constitution and civil liberties as the militia group refused to comply, since they were standing on public property and had just as much right to assemble there as "the suits." They did not recognize the police's authority, and as Mike Dunn stated: "Free men do not ask for permission." According the report, the police eventually stood down.

In a video that is going viral on the Internet right now, a military veteran who has reportedly been identified as Carlos Zapata attended the Shasta County Board of Supervisors meeting last week, unmasked in defiance of Governor Newsom's dictate, and issued a strong warning to the Board: "I’m telling you guys I’m pretty appalled about what’s going on. I’m telling you right now that right now we’re being peaceful, and you’d better be happy that we’re good citizens, that we’re peaceful citizens. But it’s not going to be peaceful much longer. And we’re building, we’re organizing, and we’ll work with law enforcement or without law enforcement. But you won’t stop us when the time comes because our families are starving. It’s not going to be peaceful much longer. It’s not going to be ra-ra, it’s not going to be speeches, it’s not going to be standing outside saying the Pledge of Allegiance, it’s not going to be waving flags, it’s going to be real. When you’ve seen the things that I’ve seen, I went to war for this country. I’ve seen the ugliest, dirtiest part of humanity. I’ve been in combat, and I never wanted to go back again, but I’m telling you what, I will to save this country... it will happen, and there’s a million people like me, and you won’t stop us." Children’s Health Defense (CHD) filed a lawsuit on Monday in San Francisco Federal Court charging Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and three fact-checking outfits with censoring truthful public health posts and for fraudulently misrepresenting and defaming CHD. CHD is a non-profit watchdog group that roots out corruption in federal agencies, including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and exposes wrongdoings in the Pharmaceutical and Telecom industries. CHD has been a frequent critic of WiFi and 5G Network safety and of certain vaccine policies that CHD claims put Big Pharma profits ahead of public health. According to CHD’s Complaint, Facebook has insidious conflicts with the Pharmaceutical industry and its captive health agencies and has economic stakes in telecom and 5G. Facebook currently censors CHD’s page, targeting its purge against factual information about vaccines, 5G and public health agencies.

CSPI is now urging the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission "to bring enforcement proceedings against Mercola and his companies for their unlawful disease claims that falsely and misleadingly claim to treat, cure or prevent COVID-19 infections." Last week, New Zealand Health Director-General Dr. Ashley Bloomfield announced publicly that all new "cases" (meaning the person received a positive COVID test result) of COVID are "to be managed in a quarantine facility," and this includes "others in the household." In Canada, whistleblowers have come forward to reveal the company that has been contracted to build these social isolation chambers, and in California, human cages with toilets being stockpiled in the Central Valley have been spotted. Whistleblower Film Revealing Shadow Government Released to Public Just After Producer is Arrested
Millie Weaver, known online as "Millennial Millie," was mysteriously arrested, along with her husband, on a reported grand jury indictment and held in jail over the weekend, just before she was scheduled to release her new film, ShadowGate. The film was released anyway, with many copies being widely distributed throughout the Internet, as it has gone viral this weekend and has already been viewed by millions of people. The film is based on the testimony of two high-tech whistleblowers, who claim they worked for private contractors that worked together with intelligence agencies and politicians to develop highly sophisticated software systems and artificial intelligence (AI) to affect elections both abroad in places like Afghanistan, as well as in the U.S. during the Trump campaign and Presidency to discredit him. The whistleblowers are known as Tore, and Patrick Bergy, and they are interviewed extensively throughout the film. Tore has her own YouTube Channel, and she is the one who released the film to the public after Millie was arrested on Friday. Tore claims that she was recruited out of the Navy by John Brennan, who was the director of the CIA at the time. Patrick Bergy says that he worked for the Dynology Coporation which is owned by President Obama's head of national security, General James Jones. He claims that they developed the "ShadowNet" for psychological warfare, using social media and the corporate media. While they are careful to explain that these kinds of covert operations happen in both political camps, this is definitely a Pro-Trump documentary looking at "the coup" behind trying to take President Trump out of office. But it doesn't really matter what side of the political spectrum you happen to be on, as this is definitely useful information for the public to have. I have watched the entire film, and certain portions of it several times, as there is much to learn here. The premise of the film is that while politicians are part of "the swamp," the actual shadow government is a small group of private government contractors that work with defense and intelligence agencies. The people working for these private contractors, according to Millie, are the ones really running the government today, which she refers to as "The Industrial Military Complex." They have the ability now to perform massive surveillance programs on virtually every American. And with AI, they have the power for the first time in history to actually process that data. They can allegedly determine whether or not you get a job, they can pre-determine who gets on a jury for a trial and affect the outcome of that trial, engage in psychological warfare to destroy people, or their reputations, etc.
Why Legal Immunity for the CIA?
Amidst the controversy over the doctrine of qualified immunity for cops, no one is talking about the full immunity accorded to the Central Intelligence Agency, an agency within the national-security establishment that wields omnipotent power. Among the most interesting lines in the new Amazon Prime series The Last Narc is what a CIA official says to DEA investigator Hector Berrellez, who was charged with leading the investigation into the kidnapping, torture, and murder of DEA agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena. The official tells Berrellez that the CIA is not a law-enforcement agency and, therefore, doesn’t have to comply with the Constitution. Its mission, he said, is to protect the United States. Therefore, the implication is that the Constitution cannot be permitted to serve as a barrier to that end. That’s the way it’s been since the beginning. The CIA has had omnipotent power to do whatever it deems necessary to protect “national security.” That includes, of course, the power of assassination, a power that the CIA assumed practically since its inception. In fact, as early as 1952, the CIA was developing a formal assassination manual for its assassins. The CIA also wields the power of torture, the power to record its torture sessions, and the power to destroy such recordings to prevent Congress or the public from listening to them or viewing them. The CIA also wields the power to lie, at least if it’s in the interest of “national security.” No one jacks with the CIA. Not the Justice Department, including every US Attorney in the land. Not the Congress. Not the president. Not the military. Who is going to mess with an organization that wields the omnipotent power to destroy or kill people and is more than willing to exercise that power in the name of protecting “national security”?

The NY Post published an article recently interviewing dentists who are claiming: “We’re seeing inflammation in people’s gums that have been healthy forever, and cavities in people who have never had them before,” says Dr. Rob Ramondi, a dentist and co-founder of One Manhattan Dental. “About 50% of our patients are being impacted by this, [so] we decided to name it ‘mask mouth’ — after ‘meth mouth.’ ” There is so much news on the topic of mandatory masks, that it is hard to keep up with it all. Countries and other large areas that do NOT mandate face masks are actually seeing FEWER new cases of COVID. In Nashville, a Council Member has publicly stated that people who refuse to comply with government edicts to wear masks should be charged with murder or attempted murder. When are people going to wake up to the face mask scam? Tyrants dictate their use, mainly for motives of profit (see: Booming Face Mask Business in U.S. Creating Instant Millionaires Using Government Funds to Buy Masks from China) or social engineering, and people don't seem to be intelligent enough to ask basic questions about these mask mandates, such as, if they are actually effective, then what type of mask? Google Whistleblower: “Fake News” based on Politics, Not Truth – Google is Guilty of Treason and Selling Data to China
Spiro Skouras interviews Google whistleblower Zach Vorhies who also worked with Google-owned YouTube. Zach realized that Google was trying to overthrow the U.S. government and was selling data to China, and therefore delivered hundreds of pages of internal documents from Google to the Department of Justice. Google tried to suppress him, and he feared for his life, so he created what is sometimes referred to as a "kill switch" letting Google and everyone else who are accomplices with them know that if anything happened to him and he died, that these hundreds of pages of incriminating documents would be dumped into the public domain. The Criminal Police State is Rapidly Taking Over America – Does the General Public even Understand This?
As we watch life in the U.S. change completely to something nobody in this country has ever seen before, I can't help but wonder how many people among the general public, most of whom believe they are watching "real" news with "real" information from the corporate networks, even have a basic understanding of the Constitution of the United States, or what life is like in a tyrannical Police State? Consider the following commands inflicted on the American public which are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and illegal because none of them are based on any current laws: Requiring everyone to wear a face mask. Social distancing. Quarantining HEALTHY people. Being forced to have your temperature taken. Tracking people's movements and personal dealings. Shutting down businesses and putting people out of work. Refusing the public to obtain FDA approved medicines and requiring them to use fast-tracked new ones instead. Preventing children from going to school. Forbidding churches and other religious institutions from worshiping and singing. The only reason these commands have been obeyed, is because people chose to obey them, even though they have ZERO legal basis. What is coming next? Following the path we are on, this is what you can expect next: Random search and seizures in people's homes by armed government thugs. Forced medical procedures, including vaccines, and confiscation of any alternative treatments that actually work. Children being removed from their homes and taken away from their parents if they, or their parents, test positive for COVID, or refuse to be tested, or refuse the COVID vaccine, etc. Random killing by armed government thugs without a trial to those deemed "dangerous" to society. Social credit scores and a cashless society where the government decides which foods you are allowed to buy, how much toilet paper you are allowed to buy, where you are allowed to live, whether or not you are allowed to travel outside your location, what kind of car you are allowed to drive, etc. If you think this is an exaggeration, then you are still asleep, because we are already well down this path, and the masses have offered little to no resistance. The criminals and mass murderers have taken over the country, and it would seem most of the American public still does not grasp this yet, even as millions take to the streets to protest in Europe.

And, with a history of use for over 60 years in millions of people, it has proven to have an excellent safety record as compared to many other pharmaceutical drugs. A course of treatment is under $30 compared to Remdesivir, which costs more than $3,000. You can be sure that the antiviral drugs being developed for COVID-19 will probably exceed that cost. Let’s be honest; inexpensive, safe drugs or natural alternatives like herbal or nutritional compounds won’t provide pharma with the big payday they are banking on from COVID-19.

Hawaii’s Big Island Called Upon Telecom to Cease and Desist 5G Deployment
A resolution to cease the buildout of 5G wireless infrastructure until it can be proven safe, through independent research and testing, passed the Hawaii County Council on July 22, 2020, almost unanimously. The vote was 8-1. The resolution, introduced by council member Matt Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, came to the table after months of daily emails and phone calls from constituents regarding 5G. “There was overwhelming public concern,” he said. The resolution was put forth by constituents and Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder agreed to present it to the council.
