Will the FDA Ban Hemp Oil?

Study: No Evidence the HPV Vaccine Prevents Cervical Cancer – 54% Increase in Cervical Cancer in British 25 to 29-Year-Olds

Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines hit the global marketplace in the mid-2000s. From the start, public health agencies enthusiastically promoted HPV vaccination as the “best way to protect [young people] against certain types of cancer later in life.” However, a blistering new study by British researchers—and new data showing that cervical cancer rates are surging in British 25- to 29-year-olds—raise numerous questions about officials’ inflated claims. The study’s results indicate, instead, that the jury is still out on whether HPV vaccination is effective. The question is far from academic because, prior to Britain’s introduction of HPV vaccination in 2008, cervical cancer rates had been trending sharply downward. FDA-Created Monopoly on IV Vitamin C Threatens Consumer Access to Popular Therapy

In 2017, McGuff Pharmaceuticals received FDA approval for an intravenous vitamin C (IVC) product for the treatment of scurvy, and thus market exclusivity. The FDA notified other manufacturers of IVC that they must stop producing it, giving them a one-year grace period that has now expired. McGuff has subsequently raised the price of IVC. The FDA-created monopoly on IVC will hurt patients. This is a medicine that is ubiquitous in integrative medicine practices as a key ingredient in Myers’ Cocktails, chelation, and cancer IVs. IVC is not normally covered by insurance, so patients need to pay out of pocket. Intravenous administration of nutrients is crucial, as it allows patients to achieve serum concentrations of nutrients that are not obtainable through oral administration. For example, vitamin C’s antiviral effect has been demonstrated to occur at 10-15 mG/dL, a level that can only be achieved intravenously. Cancer patients require multiple vials in a single session and can have multiple sessions per week. IVC is also a potent antiviral, so these patients will also have to pay a premium or simply go without it. Like CBD, the case of IVC is a prime example of the crony medical system—a cheap, safe, and effective natural medicine widely available to consumers is once again turned into an expensive monopoly drug. We have spent untold trillions of dollars fighting this scourge. Americans spend more on health care than any other people on the planet, yet these are the headlines we are faced with. Big Pharma would like you to believe that the lower your cholesterol level, the healthier you will be. Additionally, the Powers-That-Be (which includes conventional medicine) have been pushing the idea that everyone needs to be treated with cholesterol-lowering medications in order to lower the rate of heart disease. And, guess what? Over this time period, our cholesterol levels have been falling. If statins were so great at preventing heart disease, you would think that studies would show a declining heart disease rate over the last 25 years. That has not happened. You would think cardiologists would finally get the idea that the cholesterol=heart diseases hypothesis should be scrapped. Whistleblower Doctor Claims Tamiflu Drug Fraud Bilked $1.5 Billion from Government to Stockpile Drug that is Ineffective in Stopping the Flu

Drug company Hoffmann-La Roche (OTCMKTS – RHHBY) bilked U.S. federal and state governments out of $1.5 billion by misrepresenting clinical studies and falsely claiming that its well-known influenza medicine Tamiflu was effective at containing potential pandemics, according to a recently unsealed whistleblower lawsuit. The lawsuit claims the drugmaker’s scheme involved publishing misleading articles falsely stating that Tamiflu reduces complications, severity, hospitalizations, mortality and transmission of influenza. The company then used those articles to aggressively market the drug to the government for pandemic use. Relying on the supposed truthfulness of Roche’s claims, federal and state governments spent about $1.5 billion to stockpile Tamiflu to combat influenza pandemics, according to the complaint.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was created by Congress under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 and became operational in 1990 in response to growing public concern about the safety of vaccines, particularly the DPT (diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus) vaccine. VAERS is jointly operated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Since VAERS began collecting reports in 1990, as of Nov. 14, 2019 there have been 8,087 vaccine-related deaths reported and about 47 percent of those death reports were for children under the age of three. There have been 17,394 reports of permanent disability following vaccinations, with about 30 percent occurring in children under age 17, while about 40 percent are in adults between 17 and 65 years old. A 2011 report by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) stated that fewer than one percent of all vaccine adverse events are reported to the government.
