The American Medical Association Seeks to Silence “Quack” MD’s

Over 200 years ago, the founding fathers of our country recognized freedom of speech as a guiding principle and a right of all U.S. citizens. Since the Bill of Rights was passed in 1791, people have protested wars, laws, and restrictions to freedom. It took over 100 years, but women and African-Americans were finally recognized as equal to white men based on these principles. Whether in print, on TV or radio, on the internet, or yelling on a street corner, the right to express an opinion should never be silenced. But apparently, the American Medical Association feels differently. They would like to restrict medical doctors from participating in “quackery.” The MD’s have rallied against other healthcare providers for a hundred years. Targets have included DO’s, chiropractors, and homeopathic physicians. Competition for medical doctors arose because of toxic therapies, surgeries, and procedures. The founding father of osteopathic medicine wrote extensively on the body’s inherent ability to heal itself when you removed the offending agent. Traditional doctors are against alternative medicine and they will fight tooth and nail to protect their turf. We are talking about trillions of dollars after all.

Healthy Traditions has announced that it has added Glyphosate-Tested Heirloom Turkey Hard Red Winter Wheat to its network of GMO-tested and Glyphosate-tested food. Turkey Hard Red Winter Wheat is an heirloom variety of wheat first brought to America in the 1870s by Mennonites immigrating from Russia. Once the predominant wheat of Kansas, it was eventually replaced with modern higher-yielding varieties of wheat by the 1940s. Arizona Family Terrified – Foster Parents Taking Their Children to Mexico Against Their Will

Tabitha and Jeff Shoars have just received word that a judge has allegedly approved a request for 2 of their children in Arizona DCF custody to travel to Mexico for a week with their foster parents - a request that the Shoars did NOT approve. They are terrified for their children. The U.S. State Department has recently issued travel warnings for the region in Mexico where the foster parents are planning to take the children, and these warnings are "terrifying" to the Shoars. The Shoars were placed under a gag order in January so that they cannot speak publicly about the actions of DCS in taking custody of their children. When the foster parents first made the request to take the children to Mexico, Tabitha and Jeff reportedly denied the request, as is their parental right, which they legally still retain. They learned on Friday that the foster parents petitioned the judge for the unusual request, and he approved it. Tabitha is reportedly terrified for her children, wondering what possible valid reason the foster parents could have for wanting to take her children into such a dangerous region, where human trafficking and drug cartels are rampant. The Shoars state that the law mandates that there must be a conference or a hearing in such cases, for the parents to voice their concerns to the judge. This never happened. There is a hearing apparently scheduled, but it will not happen until after the children are scheduled to be across the Mexican border.

Texas Attorney: CPS is Too Powerful – Has Become an “Adoption Mill”

“The role of CPS has changed over the years,” Julie Ketterman of KHA Lawyers, PLLC said. “They have become too powerful and have shifted their focus from offering guidance and support to acting as a punitive force.” Ketterman alleges that CPS frequently oversteps their boundaries, opting to remove children from their homes, placing them outside the home and in to foster-to-adopt homes for monetary advantage. “CPS profits every time they place a child outside the home for adoption,” Ketterman said. “It has stopped being a resource for families in need and has instead turned into an adoption mill.” One victory against CPS corruption is the recent passing of SB 1876, a bill recently signed by Governor Greg Abbott into law on June 19. The law will go into effect on September 1 of this year. “The bill specifies that attorneys ad litem, guardians ad litem and mediators in CPS cases will be appointed on a rotating basis,” Ketterman said. “This prevents corrupt judges from appointing attorneys they have in their pockets.”

First Glyphosate, Now Recently EPA-Approved 2,4-D Weed-Killer Also Linked to Cancer

The decision by an organization of the world’s leading cancer experts to classify the herbicide 2,4-D as a possible carcinogen underscores the risk posed by the U.S. government’s recent approval of 2,4-D for use on genetically engineered, or GMO, crops. 2,4-D is one of the two active ingredients in Enlist Duo, a toxic weed-killing cocktail marketed by Dow AgroSciences, which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently approved for use in 15 states. The other herbicide in Enlist Duo is glyphosate, which the international cancer agency had previously classified as “probably carcinogenic.” Exposure to both chemicals has separately been linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

The Green party made their warning after testing the breast milk of 16 women from a variety of German regions. Traces of glyphosate, a chemical used in weed-killers, amounting to between 0.210 and 0.432 nanograms per mililitre were recorded. In drinking water a quantity of no more than 0.100 nanograms of the substance is allowed. Irene Witte, professor of toxicology at the University of Oldenburg described the findings as “intolerable.” “I would never have guessed that the quantities are so high,” she said.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is funding the development of a contraceptive microchip that can be remotely controlled to release hormones that can act as abortifacients into a woman's body for up to 16 years. Both the chip's potential to take a life and the potential privacy concerns have drawn criticism. The chip, which measures 20 x 20 x 7 millimeters, can be implanted under the skin of a woman's buttocks, upper arm, or abdomen in 30 minutes. The device contains a 16-year reservoir of the drug levonorgestrel, releasing 30 micrograms a day – but the dosage can be altered by remote control, as well. The announcement comes as the Gates Foundation is spearheading an international, multi-billion-dollar push for expanding birth control in the developing world, bringing charges from pro-life and political [groups] that they are engaged in global population control. Dr. Robert Farra of MIT said the subcutaneous computer chip must be given “secure encryption” so that “someone across the room cannot re-program your implant.” To date, that security has not been developed.

“DARK Act” Will Block States from Banning GMO Crops

Rep. Mike Pompeo’s voluntary GMO labeling bill has been amended to include another brazen giveaway to Big Food and the biotech industries. We’ve been closely monitoring the progress of the bill introduced by Rep. Pompeo (R-KS) and backed by industry. It’s titled, deceptively, the “Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015”—and the news hasn’t been good. Worse, a new draft of the Pompeo bill doubles down in pandering to the Big Food and biotech industries. In this revision, states and localities would be prevented from banning GMO crops. Dentists Take Advantage of Children on Medicaid

They’re raking in hundreds of millions of dollars across multiple states. Over the past couple of years, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services, has been looking into a colossal scandal across the country. Thousands of dentists have been implicated in a series of reports by the OIG. The charge? Highly questionable Medicaid reimbursement bills for excessive and even needless services given to low-income children, often to their great harm. The latest report from OIG looks at California. It identified 335 providers with questionable billing practices who collected $117.5 million from Medicaid for pediatric dental services in 2012 alone. Half of these dentists worked for dental chains, suggesting an organized scam. They are, in fact, gaming Medicaid. It gets worse. OIS uncovered evidence suggesting that over 100 general dentists were either billing for procedures they didn’t do or were performing unnecessary dental procedures. These are only the dentists who got caught. How many others are doing this? What about pediatricians treating children on Medicaid? One can only imagine the depths of this type of malfeasance.

Rengo Children’s Health Deteriorates in State Custody: Parent Visitation Cut Off

It has been more than 7 months since Medical Kidnap published the story of 3 breastfeeding, homebirthed babies being seized by CPS in the state of Washington. Federal Government Does not Want You to Know if Your Food has GMOs in it

A current proposed federal law on GMO food would prevent States from passing their own GMO laws on labeling GMO foods. This past week, Scott Faber of the Environmental Working Group reported that Rep. Mike Pompeo's anti-GMO labeling bill, H.R. 1599, would also prevent companies from voluntarily labeling their products with non-GMO claims. Section 102 of Pompeo’s bill would make any non-GMO claim a violation of federal labeling law – unless the non-GMO claim was approved through a new certification program to be established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Under Pompeo’s bill, it could take the USDA at least a year, and more likely years to set up such a certification program. If you do not want the federal government forcing companies to stop voluntarily informing their consumers about whether or not their products have GMO ingredients in them, then urge your federal elected officials to oppose H.R. 1599 (and any Senate equivalent).
