This new book is a compilation of articles I have written on “Christians” and “Christianity” and published on the Health Impact News network for over a decade and a half.

I felt the need to put these all together, as all too often people read just one article that makes up the current totality of my writing on this topic, prompting them to comment or criticize something that is covered in other articles that would answer their questions, or potentially prevent the criticism once they know the full teaching on this subject that includes the other articles I have previously written.

Therefore, there will be some redundancy in some chapters, but that’s fine because the more we read something that is true, the more we remember it.

So I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have. (2 Peter 1:12)

One of the most common things my critics level against me is: You claim to be a Christian, but [fill in the blank with one of my “heresies”].

That’s the first clue to me that this person is not familiar with my writings, because I have made it clear for over 2 decades now that I do NOT claim to be a Christian. I was one once, but after studying the Bible for over 40 years now, this is not the label I choose to wear, because the New Testament believers never referred to themselves as “Christians,” which I believe this book will clearly show.

My purpose in writing and distributing this is to restore the foundation of New Testament Faith in Jesus Christ.

By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 3:10-11)

For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit. (Ephesians 2:18-22)

I put this book together quickly so that it can hopefully be distributed far and wide, as it is unlikely you will find the totality of teaching like this anywhere else. So there may be some formatting issues and typos, but all future revisions of this eBook will also be free.

Most of you, if not all of you, who read this will probably find things you disagree with.

But that’s fine. Just don’t discount the entire book, because there are just not many other places you will find this kind of information, as I do NOT belong to any Christian organization and do NOT earn any income from Corporate Christianity, allowing me to freely publish what the Bible actually teaches without religious biases.

NOTE: Because I frequently point out how all the original disciples of Jesus Christ were Jews, some people incorrectly think I am also involved with groups like “Hebrew Roots” or other Jewish groups.

I am not.

I call my Lord and Savior “Jesus Christ,” not Yeshua, because his name in the original Greek texts of the Bible is Ἰησοῦς (Iēsous).

I am not opposed to others referring to Jesus as “Yeshua” if that is his proper translated name in their native tongue.

For example, I frequent a Syrian market sometimes that is owned by Syrian Christians who speak Arabic. I asked them one time what name in Arabic they used for Jesus that is used in their Arabic Bibles, and they said “Yeshua”, as Arabic is a Semitic language. The Muslim Arabs use “Isa.”

I also prefer the older Septuagint Greek text of the Old Testament, because the newer Hebrew Masoretic texts are influenced by Kabbalah teachings, so I do NOT use “Yahweh” or “Jehova” for the name of God, because Jesus did not either. He called him “Father.”
