After 674,375,206 doses of COVID-19 “vaccines” injected into 270,045,602 Americans (source [1]) over the past 2+ years, and over 11,000 petitions from COVID-19 “vaccine” injured people filed with the U.S. Government’s CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program, the U.S. Government just announced the first settlements for COVID-19 “vaccine” injuries: 3 people, 2 of whom now have damaged hearts (myocarditis), were awarded a total of $4,634.89, an average of about $1,500.00 per person.
Yes, you read that correctly. An average of one thousand five hundred dollars per person, as another 11,000+ people wait for their settlements.
Wayne Rohde, author of the book The Vaccine Court, announced these compensation results on his Substack page today [2], and he is outraged.
Wayne is one of the country’s top experts on the U.S. Government’s vaccine compensation programs, and you can read an article he published on Health Impact News back in March of 2020, when President Donald Trump became the first U.S. President to invoke “The PREP Act,” which includes the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), which was designed to compensate people who die or are injured from experimental products used during times of national emergencies.
Wayne also explains how the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program is vastly different from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) which has been around since the 1980s and covers FDA-approved vaccine deaths and injuries. See:

Then in February of 2021, Wayne Rohde reported how the Biden Administration gave $4 BILLION to Bill Gates and the World Health Organization (WHO) for a new global COVID-19 vaccine injury compensation program designated for 92 low and middle-income countries in an effort to entice poorer countries who were skeptical of the new COVID vaccines. So to date, the U.S. Government has spent $4 billion to compensate COVID-19 vaccine injuries through Bill Gates and the WHO in poorer countries, but only $4,634.89 for Americans injured by the COVID-19 shots.

HRSA released the April 1, 2023 statistics that show the actual compensation for 3 people who were injured by the COVID-19 vaccine. Finally.
But those sons of bitches actually threw everyone under the bus. Let me explain.
The first case that was deemed compensable in Sept 2021 (18 months ago) finally passed thru the medical benefits review process. This is where HRSA reviews the claims, looking for other benefits paid to the petitioner to cover medical expenses such as private health insurance, social security disability payments and if petitioner received income from workers compensation or other means. If so, that is SUBTRACTED from the compensation awarded to get to a net. The CICP is the payor of last resort. Pathetic don’t you think?
The net amount paid to this petitioner was ………………. $2,019.55. That is it.
For a case that took 18+ months to review previous medical benefits that may have been awarded to the injured party, this process tells me it was a major injury that resulted in very large medical bills.
The second and third cases deemed compensable in Dec 2022 were awarded $1,582.65 and $1,032.69 for myocarditis, an injury to your heart. Very serious injury. Requires a lot of medical attention.
Yet our government, the United States of America and all of its wisdom, announces that all COVID-19 related countermeasures including the vaccine, ventilators and other medicines must be processed thru the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program.
These petitioners got royally screwed by our government.
And we have over 11,000 other injury petitions still pending.
We were lied to by Public Health Officials telling us the vaccine was safe and effective. That adverse events from the vaccine were extremely rare.
I have personally talked with so many people with severe injuries from the C19 vaccine. Many who cannot work again. They were the breadwinners for their families.
Many who can perform basic household functions because they cannot walk or have trouble with balance and focus.
Recently our government bailed out several banks at the cost of several billion dollars.
Now our government turns their backs on the C19 vaccine injured people, throws them under the bus. The best our government can do is provide them with a couple of crumbs??
A more accurate picture, Public Health lied to them and now they are being discarded.
A revolt is coming, a new American Revolution against a tyrannical government.
