As millions of Americans remain out of work, and small businesses continue to face insurmountable odds to reopen as many are being damaged and looted in cities all across the U.S., the government continues to pour BILLIONS of dollars into the pharmaceutical industry in what is probably the largest transfer of wealth seen in the U.S. since World War II.

Operation Warp Speed is headed by General Gustave Perna, and Dr. Moncef Slaoui, the former chairman of GlaxoSmithKline’s vaccines division. Dr. Slaoui has strong ties to Dr. Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, and Big Tech, particularly Google. See:

President Trump has previously stated that the U.S. Military would help deploy over 300 million doses of a Coronavirus vaccine later this year.
FiercePharma has reported [3] that the Trump Administration narrowed down the finalists among the pharmaceutical companies competing to develop the Coronavirus vaccine to: AstraZeneca, Merck, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna.
The Trump administration has selected its COVID-19 vaccine finalists for Operation Warp Speed, which aims to deliver safe and effective coronavirus vaccines to Americans by the end of the year, The New York Times reports.
The finalists—from AstraZeneca, Merck, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna—have a clear Big Pharma slant, with biotechs like Inovio and Novavax being left off the list. Moderna is the smallest company among the group, but the biotech is pressing ahead into mid- and late-stage testing with its mRNA candidate at a record pace.
The vaccine programs selected will get access to additional government funding, clinical trial assistance and manufacturing help, the Times reports, citing senior administration officials. Already, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Merck have scored federal funding for their projects.
Merck’s selection comes only days after the company inked partnerships aimed at advancing COVID-19 vaccines.
Operation Warp Speed, officially unveiled last month, aims to speed COVID-19 vaccines to the public in record time. The administration has tapped former GSK vaccine head Moncef Slaoui as a leader for the group that’s incorporating expertise from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Defense and more in the work. Moderna is expected to ultimately get the deal for the U.S. Coronavirus due to its ties to Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
British drugmaker AstraZeneca, however, in addition to securing $1.2 billion from the U.S. Government for their Coronavirus vaccine [4], just also received $750 million from the Bill Gates funded Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, which work together with the World Health Organization to distribute vaccines worldwide.
This is now seen as the leading candidate to develop a Coronavirus vaccine for countries worldwide, particularly the poorer countries, as FiercePharma reports [5] today (June 4, 2020):
British drugmaker AstraZeneca has made clear its intent to rapidly scale production of Oxford University’s COVID-19 vaccine hopeful despite a dearth of clinical data to support its use. Now, with an eye-popping deal worth three-quarters of a billion dollars, AstraZeneca is putting its money where its mouth is.
The British pharma has inked [6] a $750 million deal with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance to manufacture and distribute 300 million doses of Oxford’s adenovirus-based COVID-19 vaccine by the end of 2020, the drugmaker said Thursday.
AZ also agreed to a licensing deal with the Serum Institute of India to provide 1 billion doses of the vaccine to low- and middle-income countries, with the goal of 400 million produced by year’s end.
In total, the deals will bring AstraZeneca’s overall supply capacity for Oxford’s vaccine candidate to more than 2 billion doses per year, the drugmaker said. The agreement will task CEPI with manufacturing the vaccine, while Gavi will handle procurement.
The marketing effort will be overseen by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s and World Health Organization’s Access to COVID-19 Tools Accelerator, which will “ensure the fair allocation and distribution of the vaccine across the world,” according to a release.
AstraZeneca’s enormous manufacturing and distribution layout represents the single largest effort so far to pump hundreds of millions of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine hopeful onto the market before the end of 2020. (Source [5].)
So it looks pretty clear at this point, that Phase 3 of the Plandemic is to inoculate the entire world’s population with a COVID-19 vaccine.
