Washington State Battleground: Citizens Head to Capitol to Oppose Mandatory Vaccines

Thousands of people braved the cold weather and headed to the Washington State Capital last week (February, 2019) to voice their opposition to HB1638 which would restrict parental exemptions to childhood vaccines. Much like 2015 which saw many states try to pass legislation to make vaccines mandatory, the current reason being used to eliminate vaccine choice is an "outbreak" of measles in the State of Washington that has reportedly affected 50 people, with no deaths. Due to the fact that the corporate-sponsored "mainstream" media routinely censors anything negative associated with vaccines and simply republishes the pharmaceutical narrative that all vaccines are safe, many legal and medical experts showed up in Washington to educate lawmakers on the other side of the debate. New York University Law Professor Mary Holland spoke about the myth of "herd immunity" and how this theory is not a legal basis for forced vaccinations. Dr. Brian Hooker, PhD, also provided testimony. Dr. Hooker was the person that CDC whistle-blower Dr. William Thompson called in 2014 to reveal how the CDC withheld data linking the MMR vaccine to autism. Medical doctor Toni Bark testified on her experience in dealing with the growing number of vaccine injuries, and Dr. Robert Rowen, from California, also weighed in via his Facebook Page as he exposed the deficiencies in one measles study that the corporate media is using to attack those opposing mandatory vaccines.

California Christian Homeschool Family Torn Apart as Children are Medically Kidnapped, Forced into Public School, and Mother is Forced out of Family Home

When the Daugherty family decided to visit Seattle, Washington, for a 4 day whale watching trip to celebrate their son's 10th birthday, they had no idea that a trip to the emergency room would turn into a nightmare that would rip their family apart. They were more than a thousand miles from home and from their own doctors, when chronically ill Zachary began running a fever and showing signs of an infection. When his parents took him to the emergency room at Seattle Children's Hospital, they blindly walked into a web of controversy involving some of the most notorious Child Abuse Specialist doctors in the country, with connections to Medical Kidnap stories we have published spanning from Boston to Arizona, California, and Washington. California parents Kevin and Erin Daugherty learned that the conflict between Boston area doctors involved with the notorious Justina Pelletier case didn't stay in Boston. It has spread all the way from the East Coast to the West Coast of America. Their son Zachary has been caught in the crossfire of differing philosophies of different doctors. Orange County CPS in California has now seized custody of Zachary and his sister Zoe as well, and these formerly homeschooled children are now forced to attend public school. The children are only allowed to see their mother on supervised visits 4 hours per week, as the state has forced the mother to move out of the family home and separate from her husband against their will.

“Pedophile Farm” Alleged in Lawsuit Against Washington Foster Care Home for Boys

Centralia’s Kiwanis Vocational Home, open from 1979 to 1994, was intended to be a safe place for wayward boys, a state-licensed foster home where 11- to 17-year-olds could get an education and job skills in a “family atmosphere,” according to a 1986 Chronicle article. However, four lawsuits from former residents paint an alarmingly different picture. “This was a pedophile farm,” said attorney Darrell Cochran, of Tacoma, who represents plaintiffs in all four cases, two of which were filed Tuesday. The lawsuits each allege physical, sexual and emotional abuse by both staff and residents of the home, intentional understaffing with unqualified workers and financial fraud and negligence by staff and state agencies, including the state Department of Social and Health Services, which licensed the facility. “These individual defendants continued to support KVH despite clear evidence that it was a breeding ground for sexual abuse and sexually charged physical abuse,” the lawsuit states. Furthermore, Cochran said evidence gathered in the cases shows conspiracy rife with “political corruption” with the facility acting to conceal allegations of abuse while continuing to profit from state reimbursements for services.

Mother Who had Son Medically Kidnapped Runs for Office in Washington State

Having a child medically or legally kidnapped by the state is one of the most difficult things that a family could ever experience, as many parents tell us every day. Parents tell us that there is nothing that compares to the despair and hopelessness of being powerless to protect one's children when Child Protective Services takes over. The system seems designed to break down both parent and child, and some who have fallen prey never recover from the devastation. Anne Giroux of Washington State is a mother who has lived through this trauma, and has decided to turn her experiences into something that can help and inspire other families. She is running for local office. When she realized that candidates have the ability to have their voices heard as they speak out about their platform, she decided to learn how to run for office. She has taken the bull by the horns and is now an official candidate for Legislative District 28 for the office of State Representative Position 1.

“We Don’t Need a Warrant” — Police Enter Home Through Window, Rip Infant From Mother’s Arms

In February, a family experienced a horrifying home invasion during which their children were taken from them, and they were assaulted. The father and husband, Ilya Petrenko caught the perpetrators on video — they were police officers with the Vancouver Police Department. After more than an hour of asking the police to politely leave, Ilya began filming. Police had guns and tasers drawn as they swarmed the house to attack the family. The entire time, the couple is demanding to see a warrant and they are told by the police that they do not need one. The police eventually entered through a window, and began to assault the mother who was holding the child. The mother passed out, and the police carried the children from the home.

Falsely Accused Washington Couple Loses Medically Kidnapped Baby for Two Years

When Allison and Jesus Valenzuela took their 5 month old son to the emergency room with a seizure, they had no idea that their lives were about to be turned upside down. They were accused of shaken baby syndrome, and their son was seized from them by Child Protective Services on April 2, 2013. To this day, they don't know what was wrong with Alessandro that day, or what is causing symptoms that he shows even now. There were early signs of problems that doctors dismissed. After they were accused of child abuse, the Valenzuelas found, like many other parents, that doctors stopped looking for the medical basis for their child's symptoms. The parents are still looking for answers. After more than 2 years, Alessandro was returned to his parents who were cleared of all charges of child abuse. CPS is now completely out of their lives as of last month. Allison describes what they went through as "a living hell." She sent her heart-breaking story to Health Impact News, and we are publishing it in its entirety. She wants their voices to be heard.

Medically Kidnapped Children of Washington Parents Still not Returned – CPS Wants them Adopted

Three breastfed, homebirthed babies who were taken away from their parents by Child Protective Services in Washington state more than a year ago are still not home, but their mother reports that she is very hopeful that they will be home soon. The story of Erica May Carey and Cleave Rengo's children being taken by CPS was first reported by Health Impact News in November of 2014. Their heartbreaking story went viral and was read by more than 1.5 million people in less than 48 hours, leading to a national outcry. The governor of Washington reportedly received 6000 phone calls after the story was published. Twins Morna and Daniel and their brother Levi remain in a foster home in Washington, but despite earlier placement in separate homes, the 3 siblings are together in the same foster home. As recently as the last court hearing, a Bellingham social worker is still telling the court that the children should be adopted out. Erica reports that there is a new judge on her family's case. She has been told that the court will not discuss the case further or consider the children coming back home until he gets the In-Home Study report in his hands. When Health Impact News spoke with Erica May this past weekend, she had more hope in her voice than in any previous conversation throughout this whole ordeal. She has people on her team who believe that success is imminent and that her children will be returned home soon. She believes that God has shown her in her prayers that they are coming home soon. The hopes and prayers of many are with her that her children will be returned soon.

Why You Cannot Trust the Mainstream Media for Accurate Vaccine News: Measles Vaccine Coverup

I think 2015 will be known as the year that the mainstream media completely sold their souls to the pharmaceutical industry to increase the market for the measles vaccine. From the Disneyland "outbreak" to the most recent story of how the first woman "to die from the measles in 12 years," we are told by the media that "anti-vaxxers" are to blame. Hence, many states are now rushing to pass legislation to mandate vaccines and completely remove any last vestiges of medical freedom in the United States. Medical tyranny is here, and it may not be long before the United States becomes a medical Police State. So if you want to know the truth regarding the woman who reportedly died from measles, you need to turn to the alternative media. Here are a few good articles giving the facts that the mainstream media is not reporting.

Rengo Children’s Health Deteriorates in State Custody: Parent Visitation Cut Off

It has been more than 7 months since Medical Kidnap published the story of 3 breastfeeding, homebirthed babies being seized by CPS in the state of Washington. Cleave and Erica May Rengo lost their children when someone worried about their homebirth called paramedics. Our original story has been shared over 1 million times on Facebook. They have reportedly been jumping through hoops ever since to get their children back. They still don't have them back. In an interview with Medical Kidnap, the mother explains how their children's health is rapidly deteriorating while in State care, as they took all three children off of her breast milk and an organic diet, and replaced it with toxic formula and commodity food heavy with GMOs that the children were not used to. Seeing the deplorable condition that their children were in outraged the parents, and as a result of their protests, visitation has been cut off. In addition, the judge in their case has ordered the mother, Erica, to divorce the children's father, Cleave, as a condition to receiving her children back, even though they never obtained permission from the State to get married in the first place by obtaining a marriage license. A very exasperated mother cries out and asks: "Where are those who stand up for the women and children? Where are the Christians? Why aren't people getting riled up about this? Where are the protests?"

From Bubby’s Best Birthday to Parent’s Worst Nightmare: Medical Kidnapping in Washington

Since last week, Brandi and Thomas Everson have been fighting to regain custody of their son Bubby in Washington State. CPS made allegations of medical abuse against the Eversons and removed their medically fragile child after he gained national media attention for a special birthday wish. The Eversons have a court hearing at 1:30 p.m. today (June 1, 2015) in their fight to get their son back.
