Judge: Lawsuit Against Merck’s MMR Vaccine Fraud to Continue

In a recent story that no mainstream media outlet reported, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled in favor of whistleblowers who have accused Merck of lying about the efficacy of its mumps vaccine (currently only available in combo with MMR). We had to find this story posted on a couple of websites representing lawyers. The lawsuit is brought by two whistleblowers, virologists who worked for Merck and are accusing Merck of lying about the effectiveness of the mumps vaccine. This story did garner mainstream news coverage back in 2012, before Merck's attorneys appealed and tried to get the case thrown out of court. This week, U.S. District Judge C. Darnell Jones II ruled that the whistleblowers had sufficiently pled that Merck might have provided false statements to the government and that the direct purchasers had shown enough evidence to establish that these falsehoods could have helped the company gain a monopoly. It is certainly understandable why the mainstream media does not want to touch this story, given the fact that one of the lead authors on a CDC published study in 2004 has also become a whistleblower, stating that the CDC withheld data from the public linking the MMR vaccine to a higher rate of autism among some children, specifically African American boys.

CDC Whistleblower: CDC Covered Up MMR Vaccine Link to Autism in African American Boys

A top research scientist working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) played a key role in helping Dr. Brian Hooker of the Focus Autism Foundation uncover data manipulation by the CDC that obscured a higher incidence of autism in African-American boys. "We've missed ten years of research because the CDC is so paralyzed right now by anything related to autism. They're not doing what they should be doing because they're afraid to look for things that might be associated." The whistleblower alleges criminal wrongdoing of his supervisors, and he expressed deep regret about his role in helping the CDC hide data.

Mumps Vaccine Proves Ineffective as Outbreaks Among Fully Vaccinated Increase

Americans are vaccinated against mumps through the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) shot, which is also one of the more dangerous vaccinations. But in the early 2000s, researchers began to notice an alarming pattern: those vaccinated against mumps were still becoming ill with it—at alarming rates. This worrisome trend is accelerating: in April 2014, the New Jersey Department of Health warned of an outbreak of mumps at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Eight cases of mumps were confirmed—yet all of those infected had been fully vaccinated with two documented doses of the MMR shot. What’s going on here? Is the vaccine losing its efficacy—or was it never effective in the first place? Instead of acknowledging the vaccine’s problems, the CDC and mainstream media blame people who don’t vaccinate.

Students at Fordham University Experiencing Mumps Outbreak Even though They were Vaccinated Against It

WABC in New York is reporting that there is an outbreak of mumps among students at Fordham University. Ten students have been diagnosed with the virus. As you watch the report in this article, you will learn that all those affected had received the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine, as it is required for all students. The reporter makes this statement about the MMR vaccine: "It's important to know that it's (the vaccine) the best we have, but it is not perfect." This is not the first time that the MMR vaccine has been shown to be ineffective. In past outbreaks, however, the unvaccinated were always blamed. Given the 100% vaccination rate at this university, I wonder how they will get away with blaming the unvaccinated this time? The MMR vaccine is also controversial as there are over 28 studies linking it to autism.

High Court Orders Two Sisters Must Receive MMR Vaccine Even Though They and Their Mother Do not Want It

A judge in the U.K. has ruled that two children, ages 15 and 11, must be forced to receive the MMR vaccine even though they and their mother do not want it. The judge stated: "I am aware that this is against the girls' wishes but that that it is not the only factor," she wrote. "The court also has to consider their level of understanding of the issues involved and what factors have influenced their views. I do not consider there is a balanced level of understanding by them of the issues involved."

Dr. Andrew Wakefield Exposes MMR Vaccine Fraud

In this video, Dr. Andrew Wakefield reveals that in the recent "measles outbreak" in Wales earlier this year, records now show there was only one single laboratory confirmed case of measles in March, down from three cases in February. He also shows proof that he was not the first scientist to show the link between autism and the MMR vaccine, as has been widely reported. In fact, there were so many reported cases of the MMR vaccine being linked to autism prior to 1998, that Dr. Wakefield's article published in the Lancet was "late" in reporting what was already widely known.

Parent of Two Children in Dr. Andrew Wakefield Lancet Study Speaks Out

I, as a parent of two children in the Lancet study, have had to speak out about the vicious attacks on Dr. Andrew Wakefield by his own government, the US government and the media blaming him for the measles outbreak in Wales. It's time the spotlight was turned on Dr. Salisbury.

Dr. Andrew Wakefield Issues Challenge to Public Debate Over U.K. Measles Outbreak

I am offering to debate any serious challenger on MMR vaccine safety and the role of MMR in autism, live, in public and televised.

Documented Rate of Provoked Seizures from Chicken Pox Vaccine Dramatically Outpaces the Natural Infection Risk

by Vermont Coalition for Vaccine Choice

Chicken Pox is one of the least defensible vaccines on the schedule. The documented rate of vaccine provoked seizures dramatically outpaces the natural infection risk.

It is a common assertion by vaccine proponents that administering multiple vaccines at a visit, or using combination shots, are no more reactive than single […]

MMR Vaccine Caused Autism in Two Children According to Federal Vaccine Court

The federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, better known as "vaccine court," has just awarded millions of dollars to two children with autism for "pain and suffering" and lifelong care of their injuries, which together could cost tens of millions of dollars.
