Supreme Court in India to Rule on Merck Fraud Regarding HPV Vaccine Deaths

Around the world legal problems regarding the HPV vaccine continue to multiply for Merck, yet this news is mostly censored out of the mainstream media. With multiple lawsuits pending in France over injuries due to the Gardasil HPV vaccine, one former Merck doctor in France even came out and stated that Gardasil will become "the greatest medical scandal of all time." In contrast, here in the U.S. any mainstream journalist that dares to suggest there are problems with the Gardasil vaccine puts their career on the line. Just ask Katie Couric, who dared to interview the mother of a young woman who died from the Gardasil vaccine. She was forced to issue an apology and have the assistant Surgeon General appear on her show to assure everyone the vaccine was safe. What is not revealed in the mainstream media, however, is that the U.S. government holds patents on Gardasil and also earns royalties from the sale of the vaccine. In the meantime, countries around the world are taking action to stop the carnage resulting from the HPV vaccine. Perhaps the most high-profile case you will never read about in the U.S. mainstream media is an upcoming Supreme Court hearing in India with a ruling due next month (August 2014). Merck has been charged with fraud and causing the death of young girls in India with vaccine trials due to the development of the HPV vaccine, sponsored by the U.S. organization PATH, with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Last year (2013), we published a report from Christina England on a 43-page document produced by the Indian Parliament accusing the U.S. group, PATH, of committing illegal and improper activities in support of commercial interests in the development of the HPV vaccine in India, which led to the deaths of several young Indian girls. A few weeks later, Anita Jain, the India Editor of the British Medical Journal, published her own comments on the ethical violations conducted in India in the development of Gardasil, and questioned the wisdom of rolling out the Gardasil vaccine to the entire country, citing safety and efficacy concerns. Now, the India Supreme Court will decide on the case. But will the U.S. mainstream media even cover this story? So far, they have not.

Censored in U.S. Media, Killer Vaccines Exposed in India and Around the World

It was recently announced that the government of India has finally admitted that the deadly Pentavalent vaccine had indeed been linked to the deaths of children. The five-in-one Pentavalent vaccine contains five vaccines for: Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Hepatitis B & Hib Meningitis. The Office of Medical and Scientific Justice (OMSJ) reported that 54 deaths and 135 hospitalizations have been recorded as a result of the vaccine. Many doctors oppose the vaccine due to the serious adverse effects. The Pentavalent vaccine has been linked to deaths in other developing countries as well, where it has been mostly banned as a result. The Vaccine Myth of “Polio-free” Status – Polio Vaccine Caused 53,000 Paralysis Victims in India Last Year

There is a dirty secret in the vaccine business that is very well documented: the live oral polio vaccine can actually spread polio and causes "non-polio acute flaccid paralysis." This is very well-known throughout the world, but in the pro-vaccine U.S. mainstream media, this information is seldom, if ever, published, so most Americans are still under the assumption that polio has been eradicated due to vaccines. Unfortunately, that is a false belief not supported by the facts. As usual, we need to look at reports outside the U.S. media to find out what is happening with vaccines around the world. This week, LiveMint in India reported on the polio-free myth in India, explaining how the live polio vaccine was responsible for increases in paralysis. LiveMint is the second largest business newspaper in India, and has an exclusive relationship with the Wall Street Journal. So this report was from "mainstream" media in India. What is clear from this report, and well documented in peer-reviewed literature, is that the term "polio-free status" is completely meaningless. The designation of a country as "polio-free" is simply a triumphant marketing cry by pharmaceutical interests to continue promoting their live polio vaccines, even in the face of overwhelming evidence that it does more harm than good.

The U.S. mainstream media completely ignored this story. A couple weeks later, Anita Jain, the India Editor of the British Medical Journal, published her own comments on the ethical violations conducted in India in the development of Gardasil, and questioned the wisdom of rolling out the Gardasil vaccine to the entire country, citing safety and efficacy concerns. India has more deaths related to cervical cancer than any other country in the world, so if a vaccine could truly help, they would be eager to implement it. But they are not convinced, based on the science, that the vaccine is safe or that it works. Again, this information is not readily available in the U.S. mainstream media, which only presents the HPV vaccine in a positive light.
